[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Whitout permission caller tune activated

I am using Reliance connection for past 5 yrs. I had also faced the same problem twice of over billing for the services not used by me. Last time they charged me for the Cricket pack 49 which i never subscribed so they reversed it and the caller tunes they are charging 30 Rs on their own without any subscription and this time they charged me 265 Rs for Games, Music station, Ringtone pk and mytune etc. and telling me that you have used all these and showing me the dates and they themselves are putting the dates and telling me that you have used these services. and when i asked for the senior authority ph number for complaint they refuses to give that also. They are continuously sending the SMS for ringtone packs and music and when i delete those i think they are charging for that also.or they have passed my number to some other person using these services.
It's better not to use their services anymore.
They have to seriously think of these issues as this might hit their customer base soon.

I am also using Reliance services from past 2 years. They have activated Caller Tune on my mobile also without my knowledge since 2/7/2007.
On 27/8/08 I got a message that you deactivate caller tune, so I called up REl Customer Care to inform them that I have not activated it, that time the person on line told me that it is not activated on my no. Yesterday when the amount was deducted from my account I contacted Customer Care again & they inform me that it has been activated since July 2007. That means since then Every month they have been deducting Rs30 from my account without my knowledge. This is really disgusting!! Customer Care officials themselves have no proper information.

I have been using the Reliance Mobile Phone connection since 2003. Nearly 5 years it is.

The company uses many fraudulent ways to extract money from its clients and is frequently violating most of the Telecom and Business Laws of India.

In spite of DND registration the Reliance itself keeps calling on the mobile and disturbs us which is most extravagent example of its disrespect to the law of the land and the way it mocks the orders of the Supreme Court of India.

I already have 14 of my colleagues and friends frustrated with the fraudulent ways of the company's billing and illegal business practices.

We are placing our case in front of the Consumer Court in Delhi with strong evidences with claim for compensation.

I have been using Reliance from past 4 years and i am totally dissatisfied with its services.

AT REGULAR INTERVALS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE CALLER TUNES ARE ACTIVATED

If i ask them they say that it is from my side.But its not true so, i think it is totally a reliance way to fool people. Some few months back these customer care people use to call us and ask us if they can activate any of the caller tune that we like.So, it means that from there side they can activate the caller tune.

I think in order to reach their targets these customer care people are activating on their own or it should be a software failure where a big company failed to fix it or its purely a fraud way of reliance to gain profits. I use my phone for business purpose and these caller tunes that are activated are such a bad ones that every time the next day itself i am deactivating them.
RELIANCE I HATE UR CALLER TUNES AND I DON'T WANT ANY CALLER TUNE

SOMETIMES THE NETWORK WILL NOT WORK WHEN WE ARE IN NEED
So, what is the use for me to use this phone?

SO I AM GOING TO THROW THIS PHONE NEXT MONTH AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE I KNOW.

Every time if we told & asked for any type of mistake or problem then the clever customer care executive talk with as like round round and stop.They know any consumer have no time to make argumental environment Otherwise they told forcibly it is your fault and disconnect the fhone line.I think any want to argued with him. I'm very disturbed how can Reliance take badlly behavior.It is very sshameful for every one. I'm very disappointed with this service . So please help us Sir, i m very very obliged.Please sir take any action in my favoure with great plessure .

Hello friends,
I have taken a new reliance mobile connection just a week ago.But just after 4 or 5 days they have activated Caller Tune on my mobile without my knowledge.When I asked the customer care executive about this, he told me to call after some time and said that if it happened as such then your money will be refunded back to you.I called the customer care again after some time, this time they said that we did not activate the caller tune on our own, you yourself had send a request to activate it.
I think that this thing is going to happen again in future. So can anyone please provide some suggestion in this regard?

I am a reliance user for the past 4-5 years . In spite of making complaints on the number given by them every time they deduct Rs.30 from my prepaid account on account of some radio/music subscription of which I am NOT a subscriber.
Secondly some months back Reliance had a scheme for Life time Validity on your mobile where you were supposed to get incoming calls free for whole life without the top up prepaid voucher, after paying around some amount of money . I applied for the same and paid the whole amount . But after a month or two the free incoming calls stopped and now you have to buy a top up voucher to receive calls?!!

Reliance has activated VoiceChat and some radio service in my no. and are charging Rs 30 per month on both the services. Thets what was the reason my balance was getting deducted even if i didn't use my phone.

I am having prepaid connection of reliance mobile with no. [protected] and I came today I came to know that they have been deducting money from my balance since 2008 for call tunes which i never requested to do. They are not telling me even how much money they have deducted from my balance till now. I want that money re-balance in my account. Please advise me what to do
