DUPLICATE BILLING

Reliance Communication,
Customer Care Cell.

I pay my bills for mobile number [protected] online through ICICI bank saving A/C's billing facility.
But I donot know why even after paying the bill you show it due on successive bills. This happened once again in this month bill.

I have proof of paid amount and TRN number etc. I can give it if required over phone....

i amod bothra getting service of telepone landline of reliance communication since last 2 years, but from the last 12nov07 my landline telepone std had been inactivated automatically and i had complainted more than 20 times but there is no response about it even i had threaten about legal steps taking against reliance communication there is the same tune that it is the technical mistake it will be repaired...

Outgoing calls barred even after charging

I am currently in Bangalore and took a Reliance prepaid connection with Rs 496/- plan. I was told that I can enjoy unlimited reliance to reliance calls all over India with this connection. Talktime will be zero and validity will be 30 days. New DSL/Telephone connection

Reliance communication has offered new telephone/DSL connection in our area. I was contacted by the Reliance agents( I guess Sudhir etc. etc.) when they were putting lines multiple times. After there successive persuasion, I decided to get a connection from Reliance.

I have paid the initial and waiting for getting the DSL connection now three weeks and more over, the agent has stopped responding to my calls and would disconnect...

I am having problems (frequest dissconnection) with my Reliance Boradband Internet from 25 days. Every day i file a new complaint with customer care as they close my old complaints without even looking at them.

I have 300 KBPS Unlimited connection for which I pay more then 1100/- Rupees Per Month.

UnWanted sms and balance reducing

I am getting unwanted calls and sms, and for those stupid sms my money is also cutting. i called up customer care to deactivate it, they told me there is no option with us to deactivate it. if you want u call up a toll free number 53030000 and un scribe. i called up but no use. after that they told me call std number from u mobile[protected] and make a request. Stupid thing not yet got deavitivated and my money is going every week for renewing...

Automatic deduction from balance

Earlier, I used to trust this Indian company a lot even with my closed eyes. But this trust could not prevail for a long when I was cheated by activating the NEWS pack unknowingly. Moreover, deactivation is also too tedious and that too after spending money on SMS for deactivation. This is not the matter of just Rs.10/- or so but the matter of trust and faith which take years to build up.
