But i have not receive my PAN Card till now.Currently i'm working in RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS LTD., Patna(BIHAR).Now i am unable to give any prooof for any such kind of activites like for bank account and etc. so please take action immediately.     Please refer to the above subject, I submit that I, Raman Ahuja & my brother, Rajeev Ahuja had applied for 225 shares each of Reliance Power IPO. However, we have neither been alloted any shares nor we have received any refund till date.

    We have lodged our compliants with karvy computer share electronically many times as well as written complaint (alongwith bank account statement, DP holding statement & application reciept) was also lodged with local office of karvy at Ludhiana but no response received till date. I am very much shocked to say that I have never seen such an irresponsibility.

      I have a Reliance pre-paid connection.
      As per government policy I have registered in DNC service on 21 Nov. 2007 & I was given the time of 45 days for the activation of the service. I was assured that after this limit I would not get any marketing call.
      On 27 Feb. 2008, I was given a marketing call from the Reliance Company that was about a voice pack service. I registered a complaint against it in the customer care & on the resolution of the complaint on 24 March 2008 Company assured me again that the marketing call will not be made again on my mobile no. but on 10 April 2008, the company again gave me the marketing call that was about caller tunes
      I activated the DNC service to avoid these unwanted calls because these calls disturb me a lot but after the registration I am getting these types of calls continuously which are mentally disturbing me very much. The company is making marketing calls avoiding government rules and regulation.
      so i request to the gov. that he take neccasery steps & let me inform soon. the suggesions are heartly welcome. u can use my email id to send your views- lokesh.[protected]@gmail.com

          Dear Sir,

          This is to inform you that I had applied for 225 shares (partly) of Reliance Power IPO but neither even a single share alloted to me nor my money has been refunded. When I tried to confirm the reason online from the site www.karvy.com <http://www.karvy.com/>, the message was that the amount not realised and hence not considered for allotment. But when I checked my bank account transaction, the cheque in favour of Reliance Power IPO -R has already been cleared on 22.01.2008 and the amount of Rs.25875/- has been paid to "Reliance Power IPO - R". After writing the whole episode to reliancepower.[protected]@karvy.com, I got reply to recheck the transaction from my bankers. Then I personally collected my ICICI bank statement and also got one copy of my bank statement through mail which is showing the transaction of Cheque No.955915 in favour of Reliance Power IPO - R. After then they asked for confirmation from Banker on their letter head. I requested my banker and arranged the letter and mailed to them. Even though, i have not received any response. Till date I have not received the refund amount of the same. Kindly go through seriously and try to help me to get the refund money of Rs.25875/- immediately.

          I heard that whoever applied for 225 share they got at least 15 to 17 share.
          Even I have not got my money back/refund.

          Even I have call them many times, after taking my application no. they are saying this application no. is invalid & they asked me to send the all the details which i have attached in the excel file.

            LOCATION: RELIANCE WEB WORLD SECTOR 14 GURGAON.

            I lost the Reliance cellphone of one my colleague on Apr 16 2008, so i get to the near Reliance web world, Sector 14 market Gurgaon to know what to do next.

            Their i interacted with one of the customer care executive with name MANJEET, This person was having very poor knowledge of the whole process and was trying to be rude and informal with me. He abused me again and again when i said that he doesnt know the actual procedure, After i called up the so called manager their with his name, VIKAS SHARMA, He told me the actual procedure.
            i complaint him about the behaviour of his customer care executive Manjeet, then to my shock that person challenged me to come outside and have a fight.When his manager calm him down he was not in a mood to keep his cool and trying to tore me apart.

            This was a really a shocking scene for me to see such a big name-Reliance with such a poor customer care service.
            Are you people servicing customers with such a stupid people? who dont have enough knowledge and still try to fight with customers.

            If this happen then who will take reliance service.
            For sure i ll never take it and stop all my services with them. If these people are not sacked then he ll certianly gonna kill someone in customer service name.

            They really are bouncers in CC name.

            i had purchase a new mobile from relince communication outlet from gurgaon sec 14, the day i purchase the mobile at that time server not working so ur emplouees say they gonna activate my no. on next day but next day they didnt take any action, as i found the no.[protected] from the net, i talk with Mr. Dhananjay chaudhary he said me that is not his buisness i[censored] have some problem then u have to come again for ur work and he saya that is none of his buisness and i m sitting in delhi

            the way he respond with the complaint is quite hectic for anybody

              I am Manish Tamhane, I will apply for reliance broadband connection at 15 days ago. Your executive Mr. Rudresh is come at my home and fillup the form and collect the check of Rs. 500=00 on 29th March. I will ask him (Rudresh) what the time limit you started my net connection. He told me after 7 days maximum I will start your connection, but from 29th march to till date he doesn’t started my connection.

              Reliance gives the contract to local channel operator. your executive rudresh lying with me. He told me from 4 days “today I will defiantly start your connection, channel operator is going to your home for connection”. But till date my connection was not started. Sunday 13th April I call the Cable operator for my connection, cable operator said to me “I will stopped connection work of reliance broadband”. I will call to rudresh but reudresh not receive my phone.

              Sir I don’t know what I do, plz. Help me I will pay charge for connection but till date I will not get connection because of reliance broad band co's executive Mr. rudresh. his mobile no. is [protected]

              Plz. try to solve my prob. Because reliance’s executive talk with me rudely. Your reliance co. is the biggest Indian telecom co. in India

              I am Bharat Navadiya from Utsav Holidays. I am using 300 kbps plan for broadband connection and my user id[protected]. But from the three for days i found very slow speed on my connection. Yesterday i have complained to customer care and they give the complaine no 70474929 and told me that your problem will solved within an hour but still i face the same problem. still my problem is not yet solved. So please try tro solve this problem as possible as soon.

              Reliance is one of the indias big company and I think you don't like that any customer cencla their connection. If there is not reply me within 6 hours i will go for cencle it.If you can't give give the customer setisfection then Idon't think that we have to face more difficulty because of you.

              Hi,

              Reliance Broadband connection is one of the worse service I have ever used in my life. It has such a pathetic customer service that the words fall short to explain it. Worst part is forget about the customer service, If the service is good why would a person contact the office... Trust me I have had worse problems with the internet. I have a 999 Unlimited connection. The Speed, Actual Speed what I get is 7 kbps. Isn't that wonderful? So after a series of things that i have gone through, I decided that I will cancel this connection. At the same time I will never recommend this connection to any one. Nor do I have any positive hopes from any product of Reliance.
              I would say to every Customer of Reliance to stop going by the brand name... Its just they are faking it. Service and Products are pathetic. My User ID:[protected]

              hello, i have been getting calls from your call centre for payment of bills, 3 months after i told them to cancel my connection.I have already paid for 2 months without using the connection.They tell me i have to come down to cancel the connection and even then don't communicate properly.I am at my wit's end and want to cancel my connection badly.I have told the people at the call centre that i wont be paying the bill anymore and i don't want the connection.JUST CANCEL MY CONNECTION>I am fed up with the service and the attitude of the peopke at the call centre.

                It is tough to belive that every month I get 10 to 15 calls for bill payment. Firstly my due date was 2nd of every month then without my confirmation my due date was changed to 28th of last month so that you get a benefit of late fees.

                Secondly after paying 25 extra for Itemised bill, bills are not monthly dispatched to my given address and your executives call 25-30 times in a day for bill payment. My question is why are you not sending my bills on time.And then also this not an end if you go to Reliance communication centre for duplicate bill every time system is not working.

                I mean what customer service you carry.Till now i have asked 10 times for duplicate bill but yet I have not received my duplicate copy for the month of May.

                      i amod bothra getting service of telepone landline of reliance communication since last 2 years, but from the last 12nov07 my landline telepone std had been inactivated automatically and i had complainted more than 20 times but there is no response about it even i had threaten about legal steps taking against reliance communication there is the same tune that it is the technical mistake it will be repaired in next 24 hrs.but even 5 month had been passed there is no response from the reliance communication ltd. now i want to get indian rupees 10 lakhs from reliance communication for the delaying to activate my std facility on the telephone, b'cos i'had lost the opportunities to make money, due to brakage of customer contact from out of gujarat.

                        am the customer of [protected], i lost my reliance mobile phone while travelling on train, so as per customer care advice, i walk into 100 ft road reliance webworld with the sum of rupees 100/- for the re-placement of sim . one of the customer care executive in that office enquired me for my arrival. i told the problem . she had replied that the sim is not available here, if it is need for u, u can get it from the nearest air-voice (private mobile showroom), which costs rs250 /-. i questioned that in the customercare the told me that the sim is just 100rs, u are telling me it costs rs 250? for that she had replied that, it is a black sim, they bulkly brought from us and they are selling...

                        ... now there is any wrong on my side ? did all of the reliance customers are treated like this?? this is the consumer service which reliance communications provided for us ???... now i'm going to report this case on consumer court . itz a type of cheating the customers and it is a shame on me !

                          I am currently in Bangalore and took a Reliance prepaid connection with Rs 496/- plan. I was told that I can enjoy unlimited reliance to reliance calls all over India with this connection. Talktime will be zero and validity will be 30 days. I was able to talk to another reliance STD number only for one day, after which my outgoing calls to reliance number were barred saying I have insufficient balance. After multiple attempts calling to reliance customer care, I was finally told that lifetime activation was activated after it was rechared with Rs 496 and hence it wiped out my 496 plan. Customer care told that they cannot do anything now and that I will have to again recharge the phone with Rs 496.

                          This mistake is completely of reliance and customer should not be overcharged for the technical limitations within reliance system.

                          same situation happened on me, i sended mails to customercare number of times, what can i do? again i recharged 496/-
                          It happened for me too. It has a funny policy that if you increase the validity of your prepaid after the 496 std recharge, your std benefit will go. Though i do not understand the logic behind this, i could not see this clause in any terms and conditions.

                          Also the reliance places, they do a ERecharge and so we never get to know about this. Infact if there is such a clause then the relaince executives at the shop should let us know. May be its good idea to go to consumer court as i see this as plain cheating. I am going to talk today and if the shop owner is not going to heed to my say, then i will go to consumer court through my known person.
                          I too erecharged my mobile for Rs.496/- unlimited STD calls. After that I dialed one numberI got the message please check the number you have dialed. I tried another number RIM number I got the same message. I tried the same number with my airtel number and i could get the number easily. I contacted the reliance customer service centre. They informed me that there is problem in the network it will be ok with in a hour. But last three days i trying to call with the Rs.496/- recharge but not a single call could materialise. Is not it a robbery?

Day before yesterday (10-June-08) I recharged it with Rs 496/- plan. I was told that I can enjoy unlimited reliance to reliance calls all over India with this connection. Talktime will be zero and validity will be 30 days. I was able to talk to another reliance STD number only for one day, after which my outgoing calls to reliance number were barred saying I have insufficient balance.                           The next day dialed one numberI got the message please check the number you have dialed. I checked *397 the message was that ur card is expired how come in one day the card will be expired. what a poor service i have not seen till now.

                          RIM Prepaid — Outgoing Call Barred

                          I have purchased a RIM prepaid cell no.[protected] on 9, Aug 2008 with lifetime validity and my outging calls has been de-activated on 17/08/2008 at 11:30 pm. I re-submited documents on 18/08/2008 on reliance webword :- #232/1, Krishna Chambers, Between 15th and 16th Cross, Sampige Road, Bangalore, Karnataka. One Week is already passed but nothing has been done. I called to Customer Care no also but they are telling that they have not received any documents. When I asked in Rel. Web World they told me that document is already sent to them. I don't know what to do???? I am fed up with this connection now. Whenever I call to this no. [protected] (Rel. Web World malleshwaram number) either I found it Switched off or not reachable. If it rings also no body is picking up the call. Please look into this matter and solve it ASAP.

                          I am currently in Ahmedabad, and I too took a Reliance prepaid connection with Rs 496/- plan. I am able to call to any reliance no but it is stupidity as I have recharged it with Rs. 496/- and contining since long time and now my main validity is geting over so company people says that your 496 plan will be stoped how is that possible as i am recharging it since long time and what is it dealing it with my validity purpose.                           This is really company mistake also company never informs customers that they are going to stop this plans in the near future.

                            I had booked Reliance broadband Internet and the connection has not yet been started, the name of the person who had come to house with the details of the internet connection is Rakesh Tiwari and his mobile no is [protected].when i am calling him he is not picking up the phone, so i got another no., one of his head of the department his name is Yogesh and his mobile no is [protected].the Customer care which is meant for taking complaints and taking action against it, is giving me one tel no of a person called Rafi Sitapuri and his tel no is[protected].he is also not picking up the phone in his office hours, His office timing is from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.Customer care is only taking complaints but not doing any thing against it, they simply say we r just forwarding your complaint to our concerned department they will call u later, thats it and no one is giving a call back.its like 1 1/2 months to 2 months gone but still the connection has not started.Reliance has already withdrawn Rs 500 from my account for installation, money from my account with out starting the connection.Know i only want my money back, i am feed up of the service.i want my money back so please help me sir for solving my problem.

                            I think Reliance is a company which understands 'Indian Values' (aaj kare so kal kar, kal kare so parso...). To make customers 'Keep Waiting' is the company policy (or stategy). This is how a company grows. I know many people having cheated by the company. But mere dost, posting your complaints in the forum may not solve our problems. We should take our complaints to the consumer forum, court, leading newspapers, tv channels & ministers.
                            I've had a similar experience with Reliance, as have many others.
                            The solution lies in doing the following (it worked for me after Reliance not only delayed my installation, but kept asking me to "be at home", and never turning up):
                            1. Call their head-office in Mumbai, mention names of the people involved
                            2. Email a complaint to [protected]@relianceada.com, mention names of the people involved
                            3. Send an email/letter to the local newspaper, including the numbers you called, people you spoke to/met and email addresses you used.
                            4. Send proofs of all 3 to your local Reliance office that is supposed to provide you with that connection
                            You are lucky as the connection has not yet started. Be happy

                            I would strongly advice people to not even turn their heads when they hear the name Reliance. They swindle money and just provide appalling service in almost all of their products. I am victim of their broadband connection which does not work from day one from which it is installed.

                            There was gross misselling by its agent in Bangalore called Lohith-[protected]
                            The technical person of Reliance whose mobile no is [protected](rajendran) is pathetic and does not even know the ABCD of internet

                            Any of you guys in Bangalore who would want to thrash up both the technical and sales people of Reliance, please reply to this post and we can combine to teach them a lesson.

                            I have the same story like you...they have already taken payment from me before one and half month but still not received connection and even no body responding calls even the managers and bosses don't take the calls.May be they are the high profile managers of the great organisation that's why they don't have time to attend their customer calls.I think this is the group of irresponsible people for them there is no customer values and commitment level.

                            I want to have some plan for STD rates cutter, so i asked customer care representative about it. I asked him is there any tariff voucher available for night chat plan. He said "yes", as you are old customer of reliance you can easily use our 79 rs pack and have 3lackhs seconds free for one months for RtoR.
                            so he confirmed me that i can have that recharge on my cell.

                            after his confirmation i logged in to http://www.rechargeitnow.com/ site and recharged my mobile no [protected], and soon after i get the a confirmation of successful recharge with transaction id[protected].
                            even after that i did not get any recharge balance on my cell.
                            so i called up again to customer care, he said no sir we are having technical problem issue so not able to answer, so i said him to transfer my call to your customer care executive senior then he said no sir it is really a technical error problem, after so many trials he finally agreed to transfer my call to customer care senior, but soon after that he said "sir i checked your balance ".i.e. he was lying to me. and he said your recharge of rs 79 is not in your account.
                            after that i again tried customer care, and he said sir your mobile no is not comfortable with the recharge of Rs. 79.
                            now tell me how much more misleading your customer care representative will do?????
                            Now i want my 79 rs back and a action against the misleading customer care representative guys.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I had applied for 225 shares in the IPO of ‘Reliance Power’ vide application No.61545528. On the date of allotment no shares had been credited to my Demat a/c. Upon inquiry on the website of Karvy I found that 16 numbers of shares were allotted to me but due to some incomplete/error data feeding that could not be credited to my a/c. Then I went to the local Karvy office to find out a way. As per their advise I provided them a copy of client profile of my demat a/c and acknowledgement slip of IPO application form.

                              After few days the status of my application on the Karvy’s website was changed and my demat a/c was credited with 16 shares and the status of refund order for Rs.18, 995/- was dispatched on 02-02-08. But that did not reach to me. This status was continuing for 10-15 days. Again the position changed and message was “the refund amount has been credited in a/c No.[protected]. But no such credit is there in my account. On 28.03.2008 they e-mailed me that due to wrong address the letter/post was returned by the Postal Authority and they will re-dispatch the same and advised me to rectify my address with my broker. It shows that the Karvy office had never sent any mail to the address mentioned in my demat a/c. because the address is of Bank of India, Civil Township Branch, and I am an employee of that organization. Moreover the post man also knows each man of my Bank by name.

                              On this matter I had already lodged a complaint with SEBI on the prescribed Performa on dt.24.03.2008 & several time e-mailed to their grievance office but till today neither I got any acknowledgement of that or any response of my e-mail. Since I had taken loan from my employer for this IPO interest is accumulating & I am very concern to liquidate the loan. I am not blaming any department but for others mistake or negligence why should I be penalized and whose door should I knock to redress my grievance?

                              All my attempts and requests to my broker & local Karvy’s Official including SEBI are not bringing any result. So I fervently request you kindly help me to get the refund money along with interest at the earliest.

                                i am using reliance postpaid connection from last two years.i changed my bill plan on 26/08/2007.i got aconfimation in form of Message same day.at the same time i told them to deactivate RIM to RIM pack.but i got a Mesg abt deactivation on 16/10/2007 when i complaint abt it.but after few months i checked my bills, i found i am getting bills as per old plan so i visited reliance vardhaman office near swargate, pune.i discussed my problem with executive so he checked it & found their system problem so he gave me waiver of Amt Rs.750/- out of total dues Amt.Rs.2002/- till 22/02/2008 so i paid Amt.Rs.1252/- as he guided.the next bill generate for period of 23/02/2008 to 10/03/2008.i got a Mesg that your current bill details-Previous dues Rs.2002/-, Paid Rs.1252/-, Current charges Rs.677/-Total dues Rs.1427/-.so i again visited same office and meet same person over there.he told me u have made calls of Rs.752/- other charges extra.so i request him to give me call details but he told me it only possible for him by evening, he took my Email ID for it.ten days passed after that.i am continuously calling the person but he says he haven't got details so it will take time.two days back i visited their outlet on sinhagad Road(mangalmurti complex, Next to BIG BAZZAR).then the lady who was handling my complaint talked to person whom i am interacting.she told me you will receive email by evening.but still today i haven't received any mail from their end.their customer service no *333 never works.most of time their system always down.TRY must take some serious actions against all these mobile operators who fails to give proper service.they only call you pay ur bills( but not listening to customers complaints) daily 5-6 times as like beggers.they have stopped my outgoing facility two days back.

                                I have been using the Reliance Mobile Phone connection since 2003. Nearly 5 years it is.

                                The company uses many fraudulent ways to extract money from its clients and is frequently violating most of the Telecom and Business Laws of India.

                                In spite of DND registration the Reliance itself keeps calling on the mobile and disturbs us which is most extravagent example of its disrespect to the law of the land and the way it mocks the orders of the Supreme Court of India.

                                I already have 14 of my colleagues and friends frustrated with the fraudulent ways of the company's billing and illegal business practices.

                                We are placing our case in front of the Consumer Court in Delhi with strong evidences with claim for compensation.

                                  Dear sir, 4-5months relience company give the late the bill dispetct to me . after that he have cut the connection my post paid cell phone. This company give the bill my charges then we will the payments to reliance. pls start the out going call.

                                  my mobile is [protected], i have made a compliet on 2/6/08 for no tower (network) in our place, the heart of coimbatore city, gandhipuram, in lakshmi complex and the compliant no is 71276072 today the date is[protected] when i gave the compliant they said that it will sloved in 120 hrs but after that when ever i call to know the status of the compliant they are saying that the compliant has been forwaded to the concern department andthe investigation is going on they will call me soon but till now no action has been taken againt this compliant and the conern department is prlonging time . i do not know what crime has happend for this much of investigation is going on for such asmall problem that no network is accesible hence i would request the top most official to take this issue very seriously and ask the people working in the conern department to do the nessary action immediately

I have been informed that the security amount will be refunded to me within three months. The response of staff of the abovesaid outlets is so worse and their act in this regard is highly irresponsible. Kindly do the needful to get the same refunded on today itself with resonable compensation.

                                  On 18th August '09 at around 12:00 noon I had approached your franchisee 'Jay Ambe Communication', New C.G. Road, Ahmedabad - 382424. Phone no.[protected]. I was shown a chart to select the TALK TIME amount, I selected 111.00 x 4. The same evening when i checked the balance was not credited to my account, at the same moment this matter was taken up with your franchisee and your customer care department followed by several phone calls and personal visit to your franchisee and speaking to your customer care department including supervisor. Now i am told that the amount has been credited to your account under which you are able to use data connection. I have repeatedly informed that I do not need a data connection credit since I do not use the internet. I was assured by your customer care department that within 48 hrs the TALK TIME amount will be credited to your account but so far it has not been done. Your franchisee owner Mr. Nitin ta blindly says this is not possible and it is not our fault. I fail to understand when I have paid for TALK TIME, why are they compelling me to use internet. I therefore request you to do the needful in the matter at earliest possible.

                                    I have already sent various reminders to Karvy Computershare Private Limited, Hyderbad both through e-mails and registered post. I have also submitted an attested copy of certificate issued by the bank regarding debiting of payment from my account with the complaint papers. I have also enclosed the attested copy of my pass book showing relevant details of payment of Rs. 25875=00 towards Reliance Power IPO with the complaint papers. I have also made phone calls number of times at phone nos. [protected] & [protected] and talked with various officials of Karvy named Mr. Ravi, Madam Shelaja and Madam Gita. However, their response is very poor & their behaviour is totally irresponsible. All e-mails were sent at following mail addresses:

                                    IPO Issue — non receipt of refund of application Money

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I Have applied for 1000 shares of the above said M/s SVPCL Ltd
                                    on 25-10-08,vide application no:1496089, Paid Rs.45000/ by chq no :068340.
                                    I Have requested the company to refund my application Money along with interest on 8-12-07, which is confirmed by the company

                                    But till date I Have not received the refund order even after 3 and a half month over
                                    when ever I have contacted the comapny or its registerar I have been replied it iz in process
                                    please some one help me in getting my money from the company along with interest
                                    I Have wrote letters to sebi, Minister of coporate affires
                                    But till date I have not received even any response from the authorities
                                    I also request again The authorities to please look in to it and help me in getting back my money and Further request the authorities to take action against the company and its registrar for trubling the investors like me
                                    I am writing this with great hopes and earliest refund of my money through this complaint

                                    I had appllied for 225 shares in the reliance power ipo vide application no.85150723 through ch. no.982122 of Rs.96750 drawn on Andhra Bank Jabalpur Br.. Neither any shares have been allotted to me nor have i received my money back. I have also checked on the website if Karvy but they have not responded back. I am in immediate need of money so kindly do whatever can be done or atleast tell me how can i get my money back.
