i had recharge my reliance mobile with gprs recharge but didn't get service. and i have coplain about this on reliance custumer care service but they didn't give me approprite responce to the problem every executive gave there different answers. but didn't give the solution on asking what time it takes, they replied wait for some time, i didn't get the solution this 39 Rs recharge cost me upto 54 Rs because they always tell me to msg cost 5 Rs each for settings of the service but i didn't get the service upto 24 hours from the time when should the service be starts.

Reliance GSM service is too poor in Ranchi . It has no capability to run his service prperly whenever you complain then your service is going too be much poor.

I am the user of reliance gsm service I got unathorised calls from the no. [protected].
he calls me and telling some bad regards pls bang this no.
or stop the incoming call pf this no. on my number.
pls sir do this procedure quickley...

maine 6 month pehle reliance gsm ka sim liya tha
first time maine jab 20rs ka recharge kiya tha tab mere automatic 15rs kat hue the
fir 12jun ko maine 50rs ka rechrge kiya tha usi din mere fir 30rs cut ho gaye
aisa 1 bar nahi balki 4-5 bar hua hai
maine custemor care ko fone kia tha to unhone bataya ki tumte "adult msg pack' activate kia hai
lekin meine abhitak kuch bhi nai kiya hai

mein manta hu ki 1 bar balance chala gaya lekin abhitak 4-5 time mera balance kat hua hai
ye problem mera hi nahi balki mera dost abhay ka bhi hai

plz mera balence muze lota dijiye plz plz
