till date no solution provided. their customer care exe. said, due non submission of id proo[censored] r not able to use this service... but why they allowing all other services incl. internet, r-r unlimited free...vry vry disappointing...:(
reliance coomunication — WRONG CALL CHARGES
HI. i buy a reliance GSM connection. [protected]. & recharged with 299. According. to this plan, Reliance to Reliance local calls are unlimited free, 600 min other local network. but still i charged rs. 0.50/ min for every call. i.e. Reliance to Reliance Call is free now. but 600 min. on other local network that was promised to be given by company, according to plan 299, was not given to me......i tried many times to complaint to customer care. whenever i call to customer care, they said, our system are now updating, or have technical fault.. I already filed a complaint for same.when rcom care contact me they make excuse that i have not submit my id proof documents.so u can't avail this service.but i m still availing internet & reliance to relaince free calling service. eiher give my money back or provide me proper service.........hope u twill take my problem sincerely.............REGARS

i also think same...all compliants are taken taken into account only once... after that both website & accused company forget all about it. company only make excuses...
