Reliance recharge not done

I did a recharge/top up on my cell no thru ICICI bank the amount got credited to EURONET WORLDWIDE INDIA PVT LTD, WEST QUADRANT, II FLOOR, Mumbai (worth Rs 150/)-. My cell did not get recharged.

Billing without proper service

I have been using reliance net connect Platinum plan ie 1500 per month plus taxes. I was offered datacard along with my new Compaq laptop. Even after that I have to pay Rs 3800 plus amount to register for internet connection. As my plan initially was pay on use plan. As I am frequent user of internet connection, i requested them to change my plan to unlimited ie; Platinum(Rs 1500+ taxes) as the Rs3800 was given in advance for 3 month rental...

Worst Speed

I purchased a Reliance Data Card in the month of july. The hardware cost for the Data Card was Rs. 3000/. The scheme promised, was Rs. 450 monthly rental with first two months rental free. From the first day of activation itself there was connection problem. The same was reported to the vendor who sold me the Data Card. The problem is that the internet is so slaw that it would take minimum of 5 minutes to open a page and majority of times...

Early closure charges by reliance broadband-Cheating

I have taken the connection in March'08, by paying Rs. 500/- as installation charges. Since, the service was poor I got it disconnected in July'08 and also settled the final bill.
Now again the company has sent bill for Rs. 1750/- as early termination charges.
This is the height of cheating, which i never expected from highly reputed brand like RELIANCE'.

As a consumer what I am supposed to do?...

Very poor network or no network problem with RELIANCE smart.

From last 10 days there is very poor network or no network problem with RELIANCE smart.
While in mobile it display full network, but at moment during dialing neither net- work appear nor communication done.

Due to this neither incoming nor out going call is possible. If any ways it gets connect call is disconnect during call due to no network. Sometimes caller say something but listener unable to listen....

But all are returned saying that there is no collection centre in that name..Nirmalagiri post office is a sub office of Thalassery head post office..and all the sub office cheques can be cleared from the head office itself. Thalassery 670101 is in the clearing...

Unnecessary harassment of SIM replacement and Activation

I have applied for a relience smart sim replacement.I have submited all required documents and fees and in return I have got a blank sim from one of the Relience WEB worlds. But inspite of giving all the required docs and money my connection is not being activated and this is the 8th day when i have given the application but the connection is still not activated. Hello I get my number [protected] With all document. On First week of August-2008. But automatically my nuber is disconnected automatically on Aug-13-2008.

Then I submit my document againt in Rworld Rajajinagar, Banglore with Ms. Surekha accept he document in August-13-2008, evening.

Reliance BroadNet - Misleading Customers

I bought a Reliance Broadband connection on the 16th of August and I opted for a 400Kbps Unlimited plan. Their associate came to install the connection on the 19th, but he installed a 75Kbps connection instead of the 400Kbps which I had opted for. I lodged a complaint on the same evening and I was told that it will be changed within 24 hours.
