Whom so ever it may concern.

I have purchased the Reliance Hello connection from the Reliance Webworld - DAKC Koparkhairane on 24th Sept 08. As I wanted this no to get installed at my home location ie Kalyan, I have enquired 10 times with the sales person about the surety about working the same given GSK at Kalyan and was told it will work probably if I activate this no in Kalyan. So I have activated the no on the 24th Sept 08 and got the message that phone has been successfully activated. After switching off the phone I started the phone after one hour but its not working (nor outgoing neither incoming). I have registered the complaint at Customer Care for the same (Complaint Id :[protected] and was assured with the solution within 24hrs. Inspite that I haven't received any call or solution from customer care as of today.

Next day ie 25th Sept new story begin when I visited Webworld - DAKC saying that the no don't have the validity and because of that phone is not working. So as per their instructions I recharged against the no with Rs 700/- hoping it would be the solution. Where as I brought into their notice that started card is having the usage value of Rs 9.95/- with 7 days validity for what they are not able to answer satisfactory. Leave it after that when I contacted my home and asked for the phone status still it was not working.

I again visited Webworld-DAKC on same day for enquiring about my problem where I was expecting the warm response and quite satisfactory answer as I have already invested Rs 750/- and valuable time. But was very disappointed with the behavior of the Webworld people. First of all they are not knowing what is going wrong and what would be the solution only thing they are doing till date on my every visit (4-5 times in a day) that we are working on it, case has been created and no action has been taken.

Height of everything, your so called customer care, where I keep calling them and asked for the solution the way they are responding to the customer was pathetic, they talk like they are doing some extra free of cost for customer and customer have no right to ask how much time it will take to resolve the problem (Same calls can be listen for the complaint id against this no and you will come to know the best of how you should not behave with customer).

Here I am not able to understand is this problem is so big and complicated that it takes more than 100+ hrs to resolve the issue for the biggest telecommunication company in India.

If such behavior continues with valued customers, i am sure people will forget all the high tech facilities provided by the company and would prefer some other service provider. I am sure with increasing customer base reliance does not need people like me, but its my moral responsibility to bring it notice of concerned person.

I had purchased a data card and post paid number from Reliance Commn to access internet. I got the number terminated on 27/07/2008 after paying the bills. The Webworld gave me a proper acknowledgement letter and receipt for the same. Even after two months of disconnecting the service, the company continues to send bills.
I have lodged complaints with their Customer Service Call Centre and Reliance Webworld, Thane. Both admitted that the number was indeed terminated in their records. However the bills and calls for unpaid bills continue!!. The company even sent a representative to my residence to collect payment!!

I want to know how to contact reliance customer care? *333 says "this route is busy" every time you dial. Its not that its only with my cell phone but all reliance prepaid users in Gorakhpur. I can not even check my balance as *225 says "thank you" every time you dial, what for i don't know but till date i have not been able to check my balance. I'm sick and tired of the pathetic service provided by reliance. Please take required step or get my money back. My number is [protected]

for the last 20 days the network of reliance smart service at Ranchi (jharkhand) is in shambles. no signal exists most of the times.worst is that when there is signal no calls can be made or received.

Now almost 9 months elapsed, within this time several communications made through email as well as letter with Karvy but all are in vain .Now once again I request you to do needful to get my refund. I got money deducted in my HDFC Bank Account, but ticket is not booked.when i said confirm it showed Session Expired.
And in the booked ticket list, it is not there.

Like this i booked 2 tickets on 27-Sept-2008.

They deducted 785, 11, 444, 11 rupees from my Account.

I am holding reliance mobile phone since 2.5 years. Currently, I am having plan of 440 Reliance unlimited in which I can call any reliance mobile throughout India free. From past 1 week or so, when I am trying to call reliance mobile, either it is coming as engaged or it is shouting "Out of Service" or it is shouting "Unreachable". But at the same time, the opposite person is able to call me without any problem. Moreover, at the same time, I am able to call non-reliance number immediately.

This problem became more critical when today, I wanted to call reliance mobile in personal emergency. I couldn't reach that person, that was more painful for me. I want this problem to be escalated at higher management level. I would suggest relaince to either don't provide this reliance-to-reliance free calls or give better service (which is actually not available in crisis).

I have been in touch for 4 months with Nishu Mam at the local reliance broadband Office in Industrial Area Chandigarh.

I had a prepaid connection runing for several months. I got it changed to Post Paid and in the first bill i received that is on[protected] i saw Rs 500 extra as One Time Installation charges for a connection that was already up and running.

I brought it to the notice of the concerned industrial area chandigarh office but to no effect. They accepted that the charges were wrong and they commited me that the charges Rs 500 will be waived off in he next bill. Since then till date every month they cut down my services and force me to pay the extra Rs 500 with a commitment that it will be waived off in the next bill.

Even now my services are not active due to the same issue.

I would like to convey that if the company is not able to provide the fair services and want to mint money from the customers like this then they dont have a long future in the market

a week after i took my reliance sim card,
i found that there is no incoming and outgoing...
in a way it's in COmA!
i tried calling to my home but to no avail.And you know what??
the whole of my state Arunachal Pradesh is missing from the map of
reliance company!!! this is sick!
What?? you don't know about Arunachal?
Well, that's the condition of an average Indian.

anyways,
i know, Mr.anil Ambani (mind you i wrote Ambani with capital 'A') doesn't know about all these
going under his very nose!
He is the marathon man with immense energy
and he is a focussed person!
the problem is in his officers and general managers
who are irresponsible.I guess it's high time he made
a disciplinary committee(DISCO as it is called in my college!) to check the works of his officers who behave like government bureaucrates who refuse to do any work untill and unless their pockets are filled!
Look at the no. of complaints in this website about reliance communication!There are plenty of them.
virtually everybody is finding problems with
reliance communications.I FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE how a big name like reliance be so hopeless AND always under-perform when compared to airtel or vodafone !!
'cos according to the investment capacity, infrastructure and influence capacity, it is far ahead of the other two rivals!!
if i am given a chance to take the place of Chairman of Reliance Communications for one month alone, i promise I will make it the most consumer friendly and the best in it's business!
it's right now a looser! in every second u call, it tries to find a loop in your pocket!

I have a doubt if any reader or company person can clear.Why don't the cdma and the gsm services provided by this company join together?
It will make it the best!
Look, the offers in RIM(reliance india mobile) do not work for RTL(reliance telecommunication limited) and vice versa.
the CDMA (code division multiple access)and the GSM services provided by the company should merge and they should share the offers and if fact should become one and the sam.
