I have been in touch for 4 months with Nishu Mam at the local reliance broadband Office in Industrial Area Chandigarh.

I had a prepaid connection runing for several months. I got it changed to Post Paid and in the first bill i received that is on[protected] i saw Rs 500 extra as One Time Installation charges for a connection that was already up and running.

a week after i took my reliance sim card,
i found that there is no incoming and outgoing...

Excess Billing

I suggest everyone to go through the detail bill of this company before making payment. I was charged Rs.49 every month under the head Data Usage Charges on my Wireless as well as Mobile Phone connection. i surrendered my postpaid connection NO- [protected] in month of june 2008 after duly paying all my the dues and got the payemnt reciept also, but still iam recieving monthly bills along with penalty charges even after 4 months of surrender/cancellation of my post paid connection.

Bill Plan Change

Hi,

I have been using Reliance Broadband for over 4 months, and I have requested them for Bill Plan Change on 7 Sept 2008. The turn around time promised is 7 days, ie by 14 Sept 2008. However, the plan isnt changed and everytime i call them in this regard, I'm receiving the reply that as the time has already crossed, they cant promise the time limit any more, and the bill plan change will be done ASAP. On failed of online recharge prepaid mobile money not refunded

On 9/09/2008 i recharged my prepaid mobile through citi online banking using my credit card.
And my recharged get failed on that day but my money is deducted and not yet transferred back to my account.

Unlimited billing!

I bought Reliance USB data card at a price of Rs.3000+with an unlimited package of 30 days for exorbitant Rs. 1501 in April 2008 from Shimoga web world . It did not work 16-18 days even after multiple complaints. All that their support people could say is that "it should work, nothing is wrong". Then I switched to hourly usage as and when needed, but when the rates went down to Rs.999 for 30d pack, I recharged again in mid Aug....
