Dear Sir,
With reference to above subject I “Sanjay Dayaram Wanjari” beg to inform you that,
I have purchased the reliance prepaid mobile no.[protected] and paid the extra
Rs.1700/- for getting RIM to RIM free during 24 hours a day for One year periode
and was valid upto 25 September 2008.
On date 16.05.2008 I got the SMS from Reliance that, Your phone number is-
[protected] and before that my existing no.was closed without any pre-information.
1) I never had applied for the change of number or plan migration.

3) Reliance has changed my number and not providing RIM to RIM free service
for which I have already paid the money.
4) I went Reliance Web World at Vashi station Premises to complain the same case
but they refuse to launch any service request .
5) After requesting more they provided me ID No. MCGT[protected]
was suggested to visit Reliance Web-World Ulhasnagar because according to
their records the ID number is from Ulhasnagar.
5) After that till date I have called Reliance Customer care atleast 20 times to request
about creating the case to get my old Number or atleast my same plan.
6) According to Customer care executives I have to visit Ulhasnagar Web-World at my own cost.
7) On date-19.05.08 I recharged this new number on internet from my credit card using internet banking, after that deducted amount was appearing on my statement but the mobile was not recharged for any amount.
8) On date 24.05.05 the same number was tried to recharged from internet with Rs.201/- but same case happened and amount was deducted from my credit card account.
9) I am facing to much problems to contact my customers and the relatives having my
old number.
10) I faced the Economical loss because of the same.
So,
Suggest me how to gain against the same loss and provide me the old mobile number with the same existing plan within the very short periode (48hours).

I have purchased Reliance GSM SIM card this month. Its activated and already started but suddenly 15 days later it replies "THIS NO. IS TEMPORARILY OUT OF SERVICE". i don't understand whats the problem its having.

Reliance GSM — poor connectivity with customer care
there are some problems in connecting with cusmer carei recharged my sms pack on 26 june.now i m facing problems for not getting delivery repote.i have already registered my problem on customer care my complaint no is[protected].but till now there is no response.i tried so many times to talk to customer care no but no body receiving .

Reliance GSM — poor connectivity-Reliance GSM
Hi, I am Vivek Kapoor and my mobile no is [protected]-which is a GSM mobile in New Delhi.This GSM has severe connectivity problems.Even R2R connections are not possible. I have opted for one plan which gives benefit of 20 paise per minute to reliance mobiles.Initially this service got activated after 25 days when I wrote a mail to anil.[protected]@relianceada.com.There is no end to these problems.Before this I used to have a reliance data card by no [protected] which was discontinued by reliance office because the documents which I have submitted were destroyed in some floods in Mumbai in their office, which sounds funny to me because at no fault of mine I was suffering. When I re submitted the documents they changed my post paid connection to prepaid connection without my knowledge.In between also twice the connection was disconnected because of no reasons.I had made numerous requests to the call centre but all went in vain.Finally my money for buying the datacard was wasted.I would request the users to be very sure when buying a reliance product, you can actually not rely on them and they call themselves reliance.Please do not get allured by the rates which they provide because there is no use to have a phone of cheap plan on which you cannot make a call. I would request Anil Ambani et al to atleast mend the ways of running business.
