for the last 20 days the network of reliance smart service at Ranchi (jharkhand) is in shambles. no signal exists most of the times.worst is that when there is signal no calls can be made or received.

I have purchased Reliance GSM SIM card this month. Its activated and already started but suddenly 15 days later it replies "THIS NO. IS TEMPORARILY OUT OF SERVICE". i don't understand whats the problem its having.

there are some problems in connecting with cusmer care

Hi sir, i am using your service last six month, i am a good customer. i am using two plans all india std plan & local plant also.my problem is i am unable to make a call on VODAFONE NO. in UP state.already i submitted complain in customer care complain no is[protected].and mo. no. Reliance GSM — poor connectivity-Reliance GSM

Hi, I am Vivek Kapoor and my mobile no is [protected]-which is a GSM mobile in New Delhi.This GSM has severe connectivity problems.Even R2R connections are not possible. I have opted for one plan which gives benefit of 20 paise per minute to reliance mobiles.Initially this service got activated after 25 days when I wrote a mail to anil.[protected]@relianceada.com.There is no end to these problems.Before this I used to have a reliance data card by no [protected] which was discontinued by reliance office because the documents which I have submitted were destroyed in some floods in Mumbai in their office, which sounds funny to me because at no fault of mine I was suffering. When I re submitted the documents they changed my post paid connection to prepaid connection without my knowledge.In between also twice the connection was disconnected because of no reasons.I had made numerous requests to the call centre but all went in vain.Finally my money for buying the datacard was wasted.I would request the users to be very sure when buying a reliance product, you can actually not rely on them and they call themselves reliance.Please do not get allured by the rates which they provide because there is no use to have a phone of cheap plan on which you cannot make a call. I would request Anil Ambani et al to atleast mend the ways of running business.

    I had applied for 75 nos of Reliance Power IPO vide application no.6 3412067, but not alloted any share or refund the amount till date. Now almost 9 months elapsed, within this time several communications made through email as well as letter with Karvy but all are in vain .Now once again I request you to do needful to get my refund.       Dear Sir/Madam,

      I got money deducted in my HDFC Bank Account, but ticket is not booked.when i said confirm it showed Session Expired.
      And in the booked ticket list, it is not there.

      Like this i booked 2 tickets on 27-Sept-2008.

      They deducted 785, 11, 444, 11 rupees from my Account.

        calls from the company are too irritating and calls they(company) are telling to press that, this if they are attended by children they dont know and presses that keys this things results in -ve balance or money cutting.please take some kind of action on such type of calls

        Also please let me know i have recharged above number for life time, means minimum 10 years and recharging regularly as required. last time i have recharged for 115- rupees and after 1 days only 10- rupees was there. please confirm me whats the problem there.

          Hi,
          I am Varghese, residing in New Delhi;

          I have a Reliance pre-paid mobile No.[protected]. When I got some doubt on the CALL charges, I started watching the call charges regularly dialing *225. To my surprise, I have noted that they are regularly deducting small amounts from the recharged amount from my account. In this August they have deducted Rs.1.70 from the total balance of Rs.1.91 keeping a balance of 21 Paise and within 1 day they have deducted 20 paise from the balance of 21 paise. Now my mobile recharge remains 00.01 Paise only. Several times I contacted Reliance Customer care for the discrepancy but they insist that their equipment are imported & supersonic and they cannot make any error.

          I asked them to provide a copy of call list record for the particular period, they just dilly-dallying and avoiding me. Dear friends, am I not eligible for a call record from my Mobile Provider?

          Dear friends can you say for what type of calls a mobile provider charge 20 paise.

          • I have been facing this Problem from last 3 Months.
          • I am your customer since last 2 Years
          • But I have never faced this type of Problem ever, My Problem is
          “Negative Balance Due to Over Messages”
          • I use to Recharge my Account every Month with Rs. 30 SMS Voucher From Last 2 Years.
          • But From Last 2 Months Your Company Claims me that I have Sent More Massages than Allowed and Deduct such amount & also force me to recharge with Rs. 500 Because your System Shows Negative Balance.
          • I Have Facility in my Mobile hand set (LG-RD5340) of sms Sent Counter, which I reset every month. And using it from last 2 years.
          • In Last Month Your Company Deducted Rs. 45/-, from my Account. And it Shows Negative Balance of Rs. 500/- & also Stopped My Msgs Service for one Week Due to more than 2000 Messages but as per my counter I have just sent 1800 Messages. I also lodged Complain for That in Customer Care SR NO : 54384833 which solved in 6 Days .
          • But Now Again this type of Problem happened . This month Your Company Deducted Rs. 25 and Stopped my messages Service and forced me to Recharge with Rs 500 /- , This Month I have just sent 1247 Messages but Company says you have sent more than 2000 msgs and we cant help you and recharge soon to use SMS facilities.
          • Even Customer Care executives Don’t now what they are saying once they says that my account in Negative due to Data Usage after few minutes they say that due to msgs service over and and after than says that you have sent more msgs
          • Customer Care Executives note my complaint for that but they can’t Help me and still say that please recharge your account soon. They note my complaint from 3 times but still they same my msgs service is stop.

          I, Capt Angshumaan Mukerjee, am a Reliance Broadnet user in Pune. During a visit to Calcutta, I had gone to the Reliance House, 34 Jawahar Lal Nehru Road, Kokatta-34 for a simple query. I was directed to one Mr Jayanta Banerjee who sits on the fifth floor of the same building since he was dealing with broadnet. When I put forward my query, Mr Banerjee replied in a very unprofessional and impolite manner and asked me to speak to Pune Reliance. On asking him politely whether he could help me find out regarding some details, he again replied very rudely that he was very busy and was not sitting there to help people. On hearing this , I realise there was no point speaking to him any further so i left.

          I purchased one reliance India card from one of the web world in the area of VT station. but when i scratched it at my home one of the digit was not clearly visible, as i live in chembure i tried to replace the card in nearby web world but they refused to take it back saying that they would not replce the product purchased from another web world. at this i called cusomer care and made the representative talk to web world person but this fellow wont give up and said he "wont replace the card " . i registered my complaint and the customer care fellow assured me to take necessary actio to replace the card. one day i recieved one call regarding my comlaint saying i can replace my card at that very web world. But when i went there that same fellow started yelling at me and insultively refused me to replce the card. this happend around six months back and after so many of comlaint i tore that card and threw in to the dustbin.

          i request all o[censored] not to buy relaince mobil phone as there motto is not " kar lo duniya muthi main" its "kar li duniya muthhi main" and once u r trapped its very difficult to get outside

THE COMPANY HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY TO HEAR THE PROBLEM AND SORT IT.           Now i seek a proper action aginst that shop and that dealer who humilated a customer infront of every one and created a bad name to reliance communications.{WHY did that shop sell a card which is not activated }

          My previous reliance no. got deactivated some 5 months back. The no. was of Noida. Now I require a new no. for Lucknow. There won't be much complexity as both the regions fall in UP state. I contacted customer care regarding this but they couldn't provide satisfactory details in context to the whole procedure. Kindly guide me in detail for my requirement.           I am staying in HSR Layout, Bangalore, and I have applid for Reliance net connection 12 days back. I choose the plan of 2 Mbps with 4 GB downloan. I got approx 10 confirmation call and in the end they said that ..I have changed my plan in between of process for my request has been canceled.
          Finally i have withdrawl my application and going for some other connection.

          For our office"IRCON International Limited/Lucknow", we applied for Reliance Broadnet connection under Rate plan code WICM01K & scheme code WICWI5H on 04.02.08 vide application form no. [protected] and deposited cheque of Rs.500/-against installation charges. Phone & modem was installed by Reliance personnel within a week but till date they have not been able to close the connection. Actually, the refered scheme provides a bandwidth of 4000kbps whereas they are not able to provide band width more than 500kbps. Neither any body attending nor responding to the calls for connection.

          Reliance Communications — breach of terms and editing terms without consent and notice

          around 2 years back i purchased a voucher of surfing on internet of value Rs.5000.00. the payment made by me was Rs.2500.00. in surat when i made the payment i was told it has lifetime validity and no need of renewal.
          smelling foul i asked for pamplet upon which the brach incharge Mr. Dave gave me in writing that its a lifetime facility. thereafter around 6 months back my facility was disconnected and after much running door to door the same was restored but was made to make some recharge. (for that period i used some other cafe paying huge charge). now again they have disconnected asking me to pay Rs.2500.00 for a year of renewal. on my complaint, i recieved a call from surat stating that yes at that time it was lifetime but subsequently it has been changed. he will restore the same but on condition i have to make regular renewals as per schedule.
          this is clear cheating that after i subscribe to a scheme as per terms specified you change the same.
          i asked the person that in case you want to change the same the value of surfing left be returned to me and if i want i will take the scheme as per your terms which he disagrees.
          infact i am entiled for damages for mental agony, cost of correspondence and refund of my payment as they have commited breach of contract and used there monopoly to harass me.

          I recharge this regularly but after 24 hours new recharged balance gets disappeared.
          Yes, I know if I will make a call out balance will be deducted from my cell but if I dont make any calls?
          Yesterday night I got it recharged with 50 rs and in the morning its showing me a balance of 6 bucks.
          He has not made any calls out of it.
          So how come the balance got deducted from my cell?

          I applied for reliance postpaid connection on 2nd may 2008 and till date the connection has not been activated. i have already submitted all the documents. i have visited reliance webworld many times and they informed that the delay is due to late processing of the documents. But whenever i contact reliance customer care they told me that they haven't received my document yet.

          My reliance broadnet connection was recently down for more than 2 weeks. All my complaints were automatically closed after 1 week.I tried the nodal office.. Appelete office.. nothing happened. They won't even confirm recipt of your mail and their ph numbers are always busy. When service engineer finally turned up after 2 weeks, he told me reliance has outsourced 1st and 2nd level of complaint escalation to local vendors.. which are pathetic. Add to this misery is their call center, who can do nothing more noting complaints.. The only technical support they can provide you is look at ur modem lights. Best of luck but I don't see help coming soon.

          PS: (for those who does not know) Web World is the Reliance shop where they are suppose solve all your queries and problems. one day i went there as they had disconn my phone before the bill due date.

          I asked the representative there about the prob he said call up Service provider number and speak to operator as the server is down and he cant do anything. I tried callin service prov. number.. but it was in vain as my services were terminated. i asked if i can use his shop phone to call the serive provider.. he said they dont have the facility. Now a Reliance web world not havin a connection to customer service dept.. that is so cool.. on top of that the poor representative had to call the customer care from his personal mobile..

          Reliance Communications — Wrongly recharged my mobile with some nonsense scheme, and stopped my earlier scheme. Customer care DOES NOT LISTEN

          I have a prepaid from Reliance India Mobile. I had got a recharge of Rs. 496/= done, so that i get a 24 hours free STD - A scheme started by RIM.

          One month, when i took the scheme, suddenly the money started getting deducted from my balance, just 3-4 days after getting the scheme. Next day the scheme started again.

          Next month, again one day while i was on a call, suddenly my free calls stopped. On enquiring with customer care, they say that i have got a recharge done of Rs. 90, by which my local call rate = 50 ps, and std =1 Re.

          Will i ever get this recharde for 1 Re STD upon my FREE STD???

          Some customer care executives said, i never had a recharge of 496!!! Whereas, I was just talking till the previous day for free! How was that possible then, if i did not ave this scheme? when i told this, he put me on-hold, and never returned.

          I have talked to many customer care people, saying even if somebosy has done the new recharge, i want to revert it back to the previous one, but they are not willing to listen. After all, even if i have taken 2 schemes, and i dont want one, i have teh right to de-activate that. Its my money, why can't they revert back the new recharge?

          I don't know how to tackle with the reliance people. The customer care is just as bad as if i am talking to some deaf and dumb people...
          My freind is receiving abusive calls from +91-[protected], Reliance Customer Care is unable to do anything, as they responded to my call.

          My usage was High. Amount 5200.
          Tried paying thru the web via credit card - it can only transact upto Rs. 5000. So i had to make 2 transactions on the 3rd and 4th of the month.

          Now again my bill is generated this month on 22nd. the usage is high - 7200..
          I try paying on the web site.. is says " Sorry you have exceeded your 2 monthly transactions.
          If I go to the web world they say " the server is down"

          Now they are askin for money - I wanna pay money.. But How???

          Reliance Communications — Sending the Bills even when I have disconnected the phone 3 months back. At the end there is a court notice to deposit the money.

          I took a reliance broadband Connection. The sales person told me that if you will disconnect the broadband connection within 5 days you will not have to pay any money. I had taken the connection on Saturday and disconnected that on Monday. I called up Reliance Customer Care several times about this and at the end they disconnected it and had taken the instrument with them. Then every month the reliance bill is coming to my house. Everyday there are three to four calls from them. Now they have send the court notice for the bill. I have got receiving from them that they have taken the instrument back.

Previously i was using a connection (whose name i would not want to disclose) and whenever i needed any help from its customer care it was alwyas at my disposal...barring a few unusual times when i could not get the line in the first attemept (but used to connect in next 2-3 attempts)...This is where reliance fails...i dial the code *369 many times times(even 30336969 from other sources)...the IVRS asks me to dial 4 to talk to customer care desk...then it says "please hold the line.your call is important to us"...highly ironical coz after tat the call disconnects...i ve tried callin customer care many times but no response...R they so busy to even talk to their customers who ve made their company no.1...or they do not ve enough lines to cater o the need of all its customers...it is not just the problem faced by me but by all its customers around me...please look into the matter and assure your customers that the problem has been solved.

          Reliance communications/ Broadband connection — Closed the internet connection form without checking and then dragging the case from one month.

          Hi,

          I had applied for a broadband connection on 21st June, 2008. Since one month, reliance management and engineers in Gurgaon center are dragging the case. First they asked us to register for Rs. 500 then once we paid the amount they started saying that they do not have DLC port...since one month I have been waiting for the connection.
          Last week Mr. Mukesh, a Team Lead in Okhla centre (He was in instant touch with me from last one month) informed that the engineering team has closed the case without working on it, so he will have to make a fresh request after one frustrating month.
          Then one of the engineer called me to inform me that it would take another 3 days and they will fix it on Wednesday. It has still not been installed.
          Due to the callous attitude of Reliance engineers (The worst engineering department ever seen), I and my work is suffering from last one month. The Customer Care is a live example of what kind of Management Reliance has and how awful people have been employed there. Reliance customer care is where no body is willing to listen to the customer and talks rudely to them as much as the customer should hung up the phone in frustration..

          Is this the kind of customer satisfaction does reliance think, is giving to the customers or the management does not know what is happening beyond them. I would certainly like to ask the management people that how do they think they are going to have a GOODWILL when there people doesn’t even know how to talk to the customers.

          The Guy who whom I spoke from the engineering team did not had the courtesy to apologize for there delay. Instead told me that I will have to wait for few more days. One of the engineer told me that our HOD Mr. Vineet Kumar handles such kind of issues but is not available. When I asked for his contact information he told me that I can get from wherever I can but he would not pass that information to me.

          The Customer Care is worst ever. One of the associate whom I called simply told me that neither he can give me that information nor he can pass me to his Supervisor because that question is nothing to do with them and he would not pass the call.

          The only thing I would like to say is “HATS OFF TO RELIANCE COMMUNICATION WORST MANAGEMENT”.

          Reliance Communications — Wireless Internet Connection Freedom Plan

          I had applied for freedom plan for wireless connectivity using Reliance CDMA mobile phone... I was informed that the plan has been activated and I can start using it.

          Subsequently, a bill of 3000/- came and I approached the customer care service. They said that the subscription for the reliance phone wireless internet connectivity was done but not with the 600/- plan but the normal plan.. They said it has been done by mistake and they shall refund the amount in access of that Plan.

          I struggled for almost 6 months and stopped using interenet connection using the reliance India CDMA mobile phone..

          After lots and lots of calls and discussions and their false promises of reversing the wrong bill.. Finally, I was told after 7 momths that nothing can be done in this regards and nothing shall be reversed...

          I had been forced to discontinue the DAPO offer and shift to 199 minimum plan as I cant use the CDMA mobile with any other service provider...

          I dont want any resolution for the reversal of the falsified information given by the call centre of Reliance. I want to sue both reliance and the customer service provider .. How should I proceed ahead..

            I am holding reliance mobile phone since 2.5 years. Currently, I am having plan of 440 Reliance unlimited in which I can call any reliance mobile throughout India free. From past 1 week or so, when I am trying to call reliance mobile, either it is coming as engaged or it is shouting "Out of Service" or it is shouting "Unreachable". But at the same time, the opposite person is able to call me without any problem. Moreover, at the same time, I am able to call non-reliance number immediately.

            This problem became more critical when today, I wanted to call reliance mobile in personal emergency. I couldn't reach that person, that was more painful for me. I want this problem to be escalated at higher management level. I would suggest relaince to either don't provide this reliance-to-reliance free calls or give better service (which is actually not available in crisis).

            I am using reliance communications postpaid plan 440 (mob. No.[protected]) since Jun 2008. All calls to reliance mobile including smart GSM in Bihar was free in this plan. But, from 18 Aug they stopped free calls to smart mobiles without any intimations. My complaints are as follows:
            1. No intimations by any mean to change the plan tariffs.
            2. On 22 Aug I made call to customer care (Mr. Dattatrey) after found unexpected unbilled amount but he assured me that there was no change in my tariff and everything will be cleared only after generation of bill (bill date on 8 Sept.). Company should take action against such executives.
            3. On 24 Aug I came to know that they have stopped free calls to reliance smart mobile which was continue since starting of this connection and it was promised to continue on this mobile also.
            4. No prior intimation caused Rs. 1680. Extra unbilled amount. This is unnecessary burden on me.
            5. Due to security reason only I kept credit limit to Rs. 1000 (from Rs. 6000) only. But, unbilled amount is more than credit limit. No reliance executive has given satisfactory answer on this.
            6. My outgoing barred on 25 Aug while I had complaint about this already on 24 Aug. I continue calling from 24 Aug to customer care but always I was told that matter is forwarded. Even after 1 week my problem is unsolved.
            7. On asking about change in tariffs they are telling this is TRAI rule. But company should fulfill there promise that made to customer.
            8. Company should waive the amount that was charged without intimation.
            Sir, my case may be considered properly so that I and other customers like me can get justice and company's cheating could stopped.

            I am very frustrated about the service from Relinace On Mobile Unlimited 440 Postpaid plan. I am using this from 3 years. Problem is that from reliance they have just activated any value added services without customer information and when customer complaints regarding that they promised it will be resolved as soon as possible.
            The same plan VP Voice is activated 2 times in a month without my request although caller tune song activation charged every month as 10 Rs with monthly charge of 30. Finally frusterated customer call to customer care and somebody harassing customer. Today Mr. Raju has received my call and he has just hold me for an hour because I have request to know about my compaints status. So, all the persons are not taking the responsibilty of customer service.

                I have been in touch for 4 months with Nishu Mam at the local reliance broadband Office in Industrial Area Chandigarh.

                I had a prepaid connection runing for several months. I got it changed to Post Paid and in the first bill i received that is on[protected] i saw Rs 500 extra as One Time Installation charges for a connection that was already up and running.

                I brought it to the notice of the concerned industrial area chandigarh office but to no effect. They accepted that the charges were wrong and they commited me that the charges Rs 500 will be waived off in he next bill. Since then till date every month they cut down my services and force me to pay the extra Rs 500 with a commitment that it will be waived off in the next bill.

                Even now my services are not active due to the same issue.

                I would like to convey that if the company is not able to provide the fair services and want to mint money from the customers like this then they dont have a long future in the market

                I have also faced a very similar case as you are going through.

                My advice to you is not to do anything agianst them because they wana earn money with unfair means only. Just pack the modem and throw it in a dustbin. Thats the only alternate.

                I too have similar experience with Reliance Broadband "Disservice". Here is the entire scenario:

                1. At being persistently approached by a representative of one of Reliance franchisees in Chandigarh, I got a Broadband Connection and Fixed Line Phone installed at my residence on the 30th April, 2008; under 75 Kbps/400 Rs. Broadband Unlimited Plan.
                2. Since there was problem of outage and slow Internet speed, I filed a complaint online through the Feedback Form, but the problem persisted.
                3. I opted to go in for a switch over of Plan, for which I got my request registered (No.67909965 dated[protected]. The Plan was changed to 4 GB-PLAN 750 with effect from[protected].
                4. However, there was no connectivity for long hours and also the Internet speed was not upto the mark. I got my complaint noted vide No.68272727 on[protected].
                5. But since the problem persisted, I got my request for Termination of the Connection registered on the 9th May, 2008 (vide No.[protected].
                6. However, nobody bothered to collect the equipment. It was only after having spoken to a couple of representatives (on Phone No.3031732: Mr. Mohinder on[protected] and Ms. Anita on[protected] that a person Mr. Pardeep Kumar came to my residence for collecting the Modem and Telephone Set on[protected].
                7. Meanwhile, I had received a Bill (No.[protected] dated[protected] for the payment of Rs.313.71 (after deduction of the installation charges of Rs.500).
                8. However, when a representative of the firm (one Mr. Gupta) rang me up on[protected] regarding the payment of the outstanding amount of the bill, I explained to him regarding poor connectivity and extremely slow Internet speed during the 7 days I was able to use the Broadband, and moreover the connection had since been got terminated, he told me that it would be alright if I paid Rs.213 on pro-rata basis. Since I found it to be a reasonable settlement, I paid the amount to the collection boy sent to my place for the purpose.
                9. I thought that the issue was resolved for good. But I was taken aback on receiving another Bill (No.[protected] dated[protected] for Rs.228.44 on pro-rata basis. Since the Termination was effective from 09-05.2008, I find that charging of any amount beyond that date is not appropriate. I have been receiving calls about the payment of the said sum, but due to the unreasonableness of the case, I have not paid this amount.
                10. I wonder if some senior Nodal Officer will care to intervene in the matter to resolve the issue once for all so that I am saved from undue harassment and mental agony.

I MADE ENORMOUS CALLS TO THEIR EXECUTIVES, BUT NO BODY CARES TO PICK THE PHONE...!!! AS AFTER 2 MONTHS, I AM STILL IN A DILEMMA WHETHER IT WILL WORK OR NOT. I MUST ADMIT THAT AIRTEL IS FAR BETTER THAN THIS AS I WAS HAVING AIRTEL BROADBAND SERVICE BEFORE.                   a week after i took my reliance sim card,
                  i found that there is no incoming and outgoing...
                  in a way it's in COmA!
                  i tried calling to my home but to no avail.And you know what??
                  the whole of my state Arunachal Pradesh is missing from the map of
                  reliance company!!! this is sick!

                  Well, that's the condition of an average Indian.

                  i know, Mr.anil Ambani (mind you i wrote Ambani with capital 'A') doesn't know about all these

                  reliance communications limited & reliance communications infrastructure limited — getting bills for a No which was never ever activated

                  the matter is almost prolonged for more than a year.I applied to reliance for a phone connection somewhere a year ago.company gave me a phone no which was never activated, i never used that number...I received bills for that..when I complaint they stopped those bills...but I am continously receving collection phone calls and I hav received a legal notice stating to make payment and i am continously telling them that I dont hav that number but nobody is listening inspite they are harrassing me mentally to make payment.
                  I applied in Reliance communication in Branch Sec-9, chd for summer training but the branch have not grt approval from head office. Plz employees in head office should take it seriously as it is a ladder of my carrier

                  Here i jumped from bsnl to reliance gsm to pick up the full signal everywhere, but i am now disappointed no tower for gsm service after chennai - chengalpet, only cdma comes out, but the cell point shows the display tower "Reliance" no incoming /outgoing may it shows the cdma tower point.

                  I asked the cc of Reliance they replied that for the gsm service still the tower plantation is work in progress when it will be completed, hopeless, before the setup of gsm tower, reliance started to sell the gsm sim.

I have requested many time to to Ril customer care to deactivate the scheme though they are not deactivating the scheme and they are deducting 5o rupees per month. Even i have requested many times though they are not listing and they are always making me fool all the time and making fake statements like you scheme is deactivated and suddenly second or third day again money get deducted without any intimation. Whenever i make a call they are speaking your scheme is activated.... Now i am totally afraid... i need support from your side. Please please help me out because i cannot effort 5o per month as wastage because i am paying institute fees from my scholarship. I am a student.

                    I having Rel Mobile [protected] holder have requested on 19 march 08 to R com webword Andheri (Mumbai) to change my billing address, also reminded on 30 april 08 in writing for same but no response. I have made complaint to Rcom Nodal officer along with sacn copy of my request letter duly acknowleded by R com webword Andhri.
                    Now i am not getting my bills and can not pay without bill as i have to claim from employer.

                    My phone services has been discontuned now for non payments where co is not sending bill on correct address.
                    i ha ve prepaid account with u. my tel no [protected]. when i put 100 rs in account after some time they deduct 30 rs for caller tune which i had not applied for. when firsr time it happened i called customer servce and told him the same. he told me now it will not happed again. but stii when naxt time i fiied 100 rs. same thing happened. now relince own me 60 rs. i had complained to relince by e mailing but no response . now i am in 3 mind.
                    1 stop relience completly.
                    2 fight to get money back
                    3 dont fill only money and keep on recive call

                    this happened to lot of people having relience
                    can u solve my problem

                      Dear all,
                      Pls dont purchase Reliance netconnect device online. I did this mistake by purchasing it online. I had purchased this device 1 monh back & had paid thru my crdit card. Its almost been a month but i have not yet received the device. When i call up at their customer care, the executive assures eveytime that the device will be delivered tomorrow. i dont remember how many tomorrows have passed away. When i go to local city outlet, they say we dont have any information about online transactions. This is so rediculous. Reliance communication(Anil Ambani's) should shut down this service & should learn from Reliance Industries(Mukesh Ambani's) about how to provide services to their customers..

                        I suggest everyone to go through the detail bill of this company before making payment. I was charged Rs.49 every month under the head Data Usage Charges on my Wireless as well as Mobile Phone connection. This month i was charged Rs.98 for a "Find a Friend" plan which I have not subscribed. At first the staff at web world refused to reverse these entries. Later when I told them that legal action would be initiated against them and company they agreed to reverse the entries. There is another head "Discounts and other charges". The name itself is confusing. How can you club discounts and others charges together?? An amount of Rs.50 was printed under this head. At first I thought that this is some discount. Only when I saw the total bill amount did I realise that it has been added to my bill amount. The staff also agreed to reverse this entry too. With Anil ambani going into litigation with his brother should need a lot of money. So please be careful with your bills. More and more such heads could appear in your bills.
                        I have been having a FWP No at Mumbai -I have given the complaints on Excess charged in the bill for Plan change charges . The bill mentioning the plan No and the Brochure mentioning the plan No will not match - I have already mentioned to them on this . They have not corrected or done anything on this . I had spoken with Ms Kavita on 28th Aug 2007 asking for the different plans they are having after taking the confirmation from her i told her I will get back to them . On seeing the bill I was shoked that the bill mentions the advance rental for Plan change charges of Rs. 757 On giving the complaint on this with relaince have credited in there mails which mention Rs .101 and subsequent mail mentions Rs. 237 /- Once agin on communicating with reliance they have told sorry and you should take credit of Rs. 101 only . Again I had contacted the relaince and there WEB world asking how this Rs 101 have being given the credit they were not being able to explain . I had asked them when there is my money for the activation charges and the plan charge why they should collect agian the money for plan change charge . - they are not able to explain they say its according to there Standard Operation . * This is not mentioned by the Customer care or by the call centeres they Only take there SOP and function .

                        Ihave been keeping touch with them regularly and ask for the details . Ms. Relaince will not call the customer and find out the problem and find out is there problem solved . Its the Customer who have to drive regularly and find out the status.
                        Today I had called up and spoke with the Nodal officer . he says at present the number have been terminated . How can a company on there will without intimating to the customer terminate the Number . Since there is an issue on the bill the payment have not been made. Once they resolve the issue payment will me made it was told to them in the initail complaint itself .

                        I will like to get it resolved immediately .

                        I have usage (MB) based plan. But since 3 months, the bill is charged for
                        the usage which actually I have not used. I have paid earlier 2 months
                        bills without really checking the detail bill whether the charges
                        mantioned are correct or not. And last month I come to know that the
                        charges mentioned in last 3 bills are incorrect, those MBs are not used by
                        me evenif they have charged. I logged many complaints for the same (few of
                        the complaint numbers are mentioned above) but nothing happened and till
                        date the problem is continued and on checking web report it still shows
                        the unbilled usage for current bill which I have not at all used.

                        There may be the case of fraud or theft o[censored]sing my connection by someone
                        else but inthat case I would like to have the IP address and physical
                        address of the location from where my internet connection is used by
                        someone else (if the case so).

                        Kindly do the needful.
                        This is the common problem with reliance I purchased the DATA CARD [protected] from Chandigarh 22nd April 2008 with assurance that no bill would be charged till June 22nd 2008. But I was surprised to see my first bill around May 10, 2008. After repeated follow up waiver was given with assurance that same would not repeat again. Again on June 12 2008 I received the bill. Then I made a request to customer Care and Nodal officer Punjab to refund Rs. 2500/- charged from me for Data card as it was not possible for me to write reminders each and every time for the wrong bills. But till date I have not received any response from them regarding refund
                        I have purchased one data card from reliance web world, nacharam, hyderabad with an offer to use the services without charge in the first two months. I received a bill within a week claiming that i changed my bill plan. which in sane in this world can do this without using free offers. i lodged a complaint with reliance customer care and they said the same has been rectified and credit will be passed on along with next bill. I told them very clearly that i am not mad to pay something, which in fact is not due, two months in advance. Reply was that services will be disconnected if not paid within due date. What is the fun in sending a bill which by itself is an error and moreover demanding money which is not due. If they are really in working capital crisis let them ask for some donation from everyone. There is no death for charity in India.

I BOUGHT ANOTHER SIM CARD AND AGAIN IN THE FIRST BILL ITSELF THEY CHARGED ME FOR NET CONNECT WHICH I NEVER USED. REPEATED COMPLAINTS BY EMAIL AND ON 198 DID NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM. I HAVE DECIDED TO SWITCH OVER TO TATAS. RELANCE IS A CHOR COMPANY. ACCORDING THE POPOULAR JOKE AMONGST THE CONSUMERS OF RELIANCE , CDMA - STANDS FOR CHORS DHIRU MUKESH ANIL. BECAUSE OF EXCESS BILLING ISSUE I HAD SWITCHED OVER TO TATA ELECTIC SUPPLY FROM RELAINCE ENEREGY. SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN SAVING MORE THAN 25 % IN MY MONTHLY BILLING.

                          Relaince broadband is giving such a headache.
                          I had reliance connection in 2010. My connection wasnt working, i kept registering complaint through mail as well as on cc (call) but no use nobody came to correct the problem.
                          Then i apllied for termination of connection . These reliance guys terminated connection after 4 months and the bill for those 5 months is now on my head.
                          These guys are disturbing me every now and then. Even threatening of police complains & legal notice.
                          They have made my life hell.They cannot their jobs on time and make customers'; life hell.

                            Dear Sir,

                            i surrendered my postpaid connection NO- [protected] in month of june 2008 after duly paying all my the dues and got the payemnt reciept also, but still iam recieving monthly bills along with penalty charges even after 4 months of surrender/cancellation of my post paid connection.

                            above all of this they even auto debited rupees 350 from my bank account towards illegal and unwarrented bill of july month. after taking cognizence i stopped AUTO ECS facility but Relaince
                            authorites still billing me .

                            I even took this matter to nearest reliance customer care centre but to no avail.

                            Sir i request to resolve my issue and kindly tell them to initiate the refund of my rupees asap.

                              Hi,

                              I have been using Reliance Broadband for over 4 months, and I have requested them for Bill Plan Change on 7 Sept 2008. The turn around time promised is 7 days, ie by 14 Sept 2008. However, the plan isnt changed and everytime i call them in this regard, I'm receiving the reply that as the time has already crossed, they cant promise the time limit any more, and the bill plan change will be done ASAP. But still the issue is not resolved, and even the supervisor escalation is of no use.

                              The service request number is 75397023.

                              Let me know the direction to be taken in this regard.

                              Last time i request to change plan and Reliance promise me to execute this request in 2 working days. and you wont beleive they took 20+ days.
                              Again four days back i requested to change plan and this is happening again. still my plan is not updated dont know. what i think they change plan on bill cycle dates.
                              But they do compansates the amout on request. little bit relief if you bill of higher amount.

                                Dear Sir,
                                With reference to above subject I “Sanjay Dayaram Wanjari” beg to inform you that,
                                I have purchased the reliance prepaid mobile no.[protected] and paid the extra
                                Rs.1700/- for getting RIM to RIM free during 24 hours a day for One year periode
                                and was valid upto 25 September 2008.

                                On date 16.05.2008 I got the SMS from Reliance that, Your phone number is-
                                [protected] and before that my existing no.was closed without any pre-information.

                                1) I never had applied for the change of number or plan migration.
                                2)
                                3) Reliance has changed my number and not providing RIM to RIM free service
                                for which I have already paid the money.

                                4) I went Reliance Web World at Vashi station Premises to complain the same case
                                but they refuse to launch any service request .

                                5) After requesting more they provided me ID No. MCGT[protected]
                                was suggested to visit Reliance Web-World Ulhasnagar because according to
                                their records the ID number is from Ulhasnagar.

                                5) After that till date I have called Reliance Customer care atleast 20 times to request
                                about creating the case to get my old Number or atleast my same plan.

                                6) According to Customer care executives I have to visit Ulhasnagar Web-World at my own cost.

                                7) On date-19.05.08 I recharged this new number on internet from my credit card using internet banking, after that deducted amount was appearing on my statement but the mobile was not recharged for any amount.

                                8) On date 24.05.05 the same number was tried to recharged from internet with Rs.201/- but same case happened and amount was deducted from my credit card account.

                                9) I am facing to much problems to contact my customers and the relatives having my
                                old number.
                                10) I faced the Economical loss because of the same.
                                So,
                                Suggest me how to gain against the same loss and provide me the old mobile number with the same existing plan within the very short periode (48hours).

                                On August 25th I called in reliance customer service to get more info about "Gigt a hello" offer.
                                Customer service rep did not answer many of my simple offer related questions. He continue to refering website to visit and get info. even it not most updated.

                                Fianlly I visted web site and saw many people Who has phone all ready and facing hell of hard time to get service I decide not to even bother having this service and I highly recommend those individule who would like to get this offer think twice before you get into this trouble.

                                Yes, Reliance Communication Customer Care Executive is not giving any proper reply
                                for Customer, any doubt we are asking they are giving the service to Customer as a
                                Government Employee. Today I have enquired my Reliance Bill etc. they are telling
                                you do not ask any more question otherwise we cut your phone. This is not first time
                                I am facing, sir, Reliance very esteed organisation in all purpose, but your customer care
                                executive not to uptodate to satisfy the customer question. They are not talking the
                                customer potenly, at least give some advise.

                                With due respect, I am stating very painfully that my account balance on 15.08.2011 was near Rs.110/- .On 16.08.2011 at 5.40 am. I got one message from unknown sender that "You have successfully recharged your prepaid acc. your prepaid acc. balance is Main 61.45, and when I checked my balance immediately it showed me 80 Rs after deduction of near 30 rupees.. Same message come to next day morning at 6.25 am. that u have recharged Rs 51.45 and my balance deducted near 30 Rs again without any reason and this time it showed near 50 rupee in my acc.During this time i have also received one msg of 19 rs sms pack which i have availed earlier.But except to 19 rs sms pack renewed my other balance deducted without any reason due to ur technical mistake. On 17.08.2011 I complained to 198 customer care and they admitted the mistake and told me that they will return my deducted balance in my acc. within 24 hours with intimating me the msg. and today is 20.08.2011 evening till now I have not received my unfair deducted balance or any msg. now ur customer care at 198 are not pick uping my cell.what is this wrong? I dont expected that ur service will be so late. In this condition i think that i should disconnect ur reliance connection for future.its amazing. if i will not get my balance immediately after receiving this mail, i will diconnect ur services.i hope that u will gime me satisfactory reply with return of my balance.

                                sir, your officers are not responding me properly and they have hold on my phone when i want to talk them.
                                still now they have not refunded my deducted payment in my account while in their computer screen they have showed that they have refunded it .how it can be possible? my call details can be checked ant tell me that on date 16.8.11 and 18.8.11 my acc. balance was near 40-50 rs.
                                kindly check all these and sort out my problem with refunding my deducted 50-60 rs with confirmation through mail, sms and phone.

                                  i got a proof verification call from reliance customer care, i asked that person to speak in english because i dont know hindi, he told he will call later but he did not call me. with in few days my outgoing calls barred.now incoming also barred. then again i submitted all my documents (address proof, and photo proof) but i did not get any verification calls from customer care. i did a top up for 496 ( reliance to reliance free offer) . For past 10 days i cant able to make calls. i really got frustuated.solve this issue as soon as possible.. i cant make calls eventhough i did the top up for rs.496 and also i submitted all my verification proofs for past 10 days.

                                    My residence land line phone service is by Reliance Communications. It is lying out of order since last seven days despite repeated complaints with the Reliance Webworld. On 19th ( monday) some one called up to say they will collect the phone set from my home. Nothing happened since then. I wanted to swap the set with a new one, but that has been declined saying that no new phone sets are available in the whole of city of Kolkata and they do not have any idea when it will arrive. I am a post paid customer with the highest tariff plan. I am not only inconvenienced by the absence of phone ( my patients suffer more than me) but also i am deprived of the facilities o[censored]sing my phone against the monthly rental amount. This is a very sordid state of affair. This kind of inefficiency is highly regrettable.

                                      This is with reference to a Reliance FWT connection No. [protected], CAF No. [protected] which was at my residence till November second week 2007.

                                      The above said connection was terminated as per my request on 25-11-07 and I had paid all due amount till[protected]Amount Rs. 617/- as advised by web world executive on[protected] through cash on 25-11-07 and handed over the FWT set along with adapter and taken receipt for the same from your Reliance web world at sector - 18, Noida.

                                      It was surprising for me when a monthly bill for the month of January 2008 came to me through courier. I visited your web world along with this bill to make a complaint but they refused to help and behaved rudely with me. Even when I enquired with them when I will receive the security deposit of amount Rs. 1500/- which was paid to Reliance at the time of taking this FWT connection, they did not give any satisfactory reply for the same.

                                      I got shocked and feel humiliated when I receive a legal Notice from a company called “D & A Associates” (on behalf of Reliance ADA group) on 17-05-08 bearing Ref No. CRO-152/354936, dated 08-05-08. This notice is taking about some pending bill for the month of January – February 2008, whereas my phone was terminated on 25-11-07 paying all relevant due till date and your executive promised me to get the security deposit of amount Rs. 1500/- cleared within 90 days from termination date.

                                      Last weekend I made a call on [protected] (a representative from D & A Associates) to understand about the notice received and to make him understand that the notice sent to me is not having any relevance as I have surrendered the connection on 25-11-08, and I requested him to guide me further where I can send all relevant documents so you can make correction at your end, but again there was a threaten from the person who picked up the call. He told me that he will file an FIR on me from Patiala court and arrange to send summoned on me within 10 days and he would like to see me at court to have further discussion on this.

                                      My main queries here are as under:

When I visited your web-world (your customer care at *333 always advice the customer to visit web-world for the clarification) why not they had settled the issue on the same day taking corrective step at backend? If they had done this I could be saved from all this trauma (for which I am not responsible at al)
                                      3. Why I have not received the refund of security deposit amount Rs. 1500/- in last 6 months?
                                      4. Who is going to pay for my mental harassment and time cost I am spending on all these communications?

                                      Reliance Money — Non-receipt of account papers despite having made payment

                                      Dear Sir

                                      I have paid rs. 1250 for my reliance Money demat account in July 2007. then I received a kit which had the demat account in the wrong name. I did not take possession of the kit from Reliance Money personnel and asked them to rectify my name. Since then till today (12th Jan 08) I have visited their office (near Flora Fountain) 7 -8 times (since they do not pick up the phone). the sales manager there, Chirag, assures me everytime that the application is under process. It has been more than 6 months but they are still making me run to them again and again.

                                      Any suggestions as to how to resolve this problem?

                                      i have requested Reliance customer care to disconnect my telephone and internet in 27th of july 2007.
                                      the customer service took the request and replied me back with the following complaint request no.
                                      a. 53038151 for disconnecting my telephone connection
                                      b. 53059591 for disconnecting my internet connection.
                                      i had an advance deposit amount for internet connection and telephone which they were to adjust in the bill.

                                      after that i left india and all of a sudden a legal notice was served in my name slappin me fine and court expenses.

                                      Exactly same issue has happened with me in the similar time frame. I believe it the same same recovery / legal company which has misbehaved and treatened me as well. These guys should really be taken to task.

                                      i had registered on 12/04/2008 for broadband connection by paying the amount of rs.1000 by wide receipt no .: [protected] dt.12/04/2008.there man come to install the connection but could not install it again. this is booked by the repesentative name ajliah contact no.:[protected]. i told for cancellation of the order and to refund my money but even after 8 months i am not able to get my refund.
                                      so it is my request that either install my connection or refund the amount immediately .otherwise i hv to go in consumer court .

                                      You should file a FIR against the company for forging the documents for non existant connection, for intimidation and make the top man of the company a party to the harassment. It is time we tackle these internal terrorists first.
                                      i was having the same issue with Reliance in year 2005. what i have found in my case is when i handed over the phone at the reliance web world for disconnection, they actually not terminated the connection. instead changed my address and issued the phone to someone else. I come to know about this from internet when i used my userid/password to review what happened to my connection and why i have not received my caution money.
                                      After that i have written mails to Reliance GM, core.nic.in describing the whole situation. they apologised to me and given back the money in 15 days time.

                                      hope you can check on the internet using userid/passwd if you have any whether your connection is actually terminated or just transfered to any other place.

                                      Reliance Communications — Refund not received for cancellation of the internet connection

                                      Hi

                                      2 months ago I had applied for an Innternet connection, and your executive by name Solomon has come to my home to collect the documents and a check of Rupees Three thousan three hundred and sixty seven on 29/11/2008. Installation team visited my home on 02/12/2008 and found out that there is No Network available in that area, hence they adviced me to cancel the connection and provided me with the cancellation slip after cancelling it. I was said that the amount will be refunded to my given account in with in 10 days. Later I came to know from Anto that it usually takes 20 to 45 days. After enquiring I am told that it has been dispatched from your end. But I have neither recieved it by courier nor refunded to my account. Could you please look into this issue and do the needful for getting the money refunded as early as possible.

I have applied for a Reliance broadband connection and paid a refundable deposit of Rs 500 / - on 6th April 2009 to one of the sales executive of reliance names Mr.Krishnakumar( Mobile n0: [protected] ) and obtained the receipt for the same . For my surprise there was no connection given to me and also no communication on the same . I have been to there office at kadavanthara office and logged a complaint on the same and requested to cancel the application on refund my deposit money.

                                      On November 2008 I Searched for the reliance datacard in reliance website and I had call from Noida, the person guided me in phone how to pay through credit card, later i dint recieve the datacard and the amount is also not refund. I am having the screenshot of mail from noida reg reliance data card registration. I replied many times along with the copy of credit card statement. Still am not recieved my amount.
                                      Yes, the same issue is with me i was given broadband connection Customer Account Number [protected] at my premises but it worked in the day of installation only, it was dead for after the demo date i made a number of complaint in which i requested either to make it start or discontinue the services but there was no response i don't have all the complaint number but one which i have is 65485283 which was made on 16th March - 2008 and now, i have received a letter from D & A associate for the legal action before this was given some threaten call also.

                                      This is Surendra Jain .senior citizen (over 70+ in age) from Jaipur rajasthan . I had applied for a Reliance broadband connection and paid a refundable deposit of Rs 500 / - on 15 Feb.2010 through ICICI bank cheque to one of the sales executive of reliance named Mr.Richpal choudhary( Mobile n0: [protected]) and obtained the receipt for the same . For my surprise no broadband connection has been given to me till today ie 26 Feb 2010 and also no communication on the same . I have been phoning to their officers but with no response . At the time of applying for the connection I was assured that connection will be made within 2-days. I do lot share trading within India as well as overseas. Delay in installing connection is causing me financial losses.

                                      This is with regard to my subject Reliance broadband connection.

                                      Reliance Communications — Payment Not Registered

                                      I wasn't receiving any bills, hence my bill was overdue, their net portal for net-banking was down, I have a mail confirming that.
                                      I made a payment on 2nd July 2011 at the Reliance Web world Outlet, my outgoing was barred and they said within 3 hrs it will get activated,
                                      3 days later ive been calling customer care and my outgoing was still barred and they say that they haven't received any payment.

                                      So this is what they tell me. The receipt that I got I have to go and give it back to Reliance Web World.
                                      Ok fine, I managed to do that.

                                      Today is the 17th of July 2011 and my outgoing and incoming is barred, and any customer care I call has No clue what is happening.

                                      What a service!
                                      Some serious action should be taken against them!
                                      If this was vodafone it would be solved within a day.

                                      Threatening call, very poor communication by reliance.

                                      Reliance wi max connection which was very poor I terminated in 2009 Jan with Email request.

                                      I got a threat call from the number - [protected] phone number. That person was so rough in talking. He told they put 420 case against me. I really do not have idea why?? I gave the Reliance wi max connection termination request at the end of Jan 2009 through email, that record I have, and I already paid the bill in advance so there is no point paying the bill for Jan 2009. Reliance is cheater.

                                      I got call today morning regarding Reliance Broadband of Rs. 1042. I discontinued the services of Reliance Broadband in 2008. Lady said that this is Legal Department of Reliance Broadband and we will take Legal Action.

                                      My concern is how i have to pay the bill. They never called in last 6 years. Even one of their executive came to my home in December 2008 who told me that you are previous customer of our company and if you reactivate you Broadband connection then you will get 3 months free internet. But i refused to do so because i was annoyed with their services. My internet connection was not working properly and that is why i discontinued services. I already paid their billing which i got. They never send me the bill regarding the payment as well. Now after 6 years they are coming back and telling me to pay the bill. What the hell is this?

                                      Same situation with me .. I was charged for rental plan of a number which I ported out of reliance to Airtel(thank god!).
                                      Now they have sent me a legal notice for payment of the rental amount of a non existent connection!

                                      My question is that does that notice hold any water?

However, on 18/09/2008 I recieved a call from your office phone number 3031783 regarding if any bill recieved by me and wish to inform that no bill has been recieved by me till that date. Thereafter my connection was terminated by your organisation on18/09/2008. On 19/09/2008 a representative of your companyapproached me for a new connection and I briefed him about the above position and he brought a duplicate bill of my phone number which was deposited on spot by me via reciept number S[protected], OTC code:13703 and he assured me that the connection will be resorted within 3 hours . however till current time same has not been done and when Iinquired from your office they said that verification is pending so the connectio

                                        I was told a wrong scheme by reliance communication DST Mr. Vishal Dua about a data card. I was billed a wrong payment of Rs.3700/- near about. I complaint against it. but nothing result. After few days I was called by Chandigarh centre of Reliance communication. They seteled for a payment of Rs. 2500/. against it and to termnate the number. But after 2 months a legal notice was send to me by company lawyer of the rest payment. I complaint by no responce. please do somthing against it otherwise I will be left with no alternate by filing a case against ur organigation.
