This is murthy pandian over here. I m using you your reliance data card (HUAWEI Mobile model no EC325). And my Number is [protected]. i have paid lots of rupees in reliance.the following details are given below.
300 rupees 0n 9 august
300 rupees on 15 august
1007 rupees on 23 august
300 rupees 0n 5 september

Ii m using the plan 149 in which there is a rental of 300 rupees per month. But i am paying more than that every month. when never i ask with the customer care executive they are saying that i have cross the limit. i know my limit is 500 hundred rupees but i have paid more than that.
Please help me regarding this.

From last week I am suffering a problem that without giving any intimation from my side you RELIANCE
activating value added service to my connection & so that there is deduction from my reliance first Two numbers (above mentioned). I think RELIANCE is trying to make money by this foolish way but simultaneously RELIANCE is damaging itself name.

Hi,
Reliance Communication Customer Care Service Center is onre of the Worst Customer Service in the Entire Telecom Industry. I Had called up Custonmer Care for registering a complaint against UnnecessaryCharging of RS 30 towards Caller Tunes for which i have not activated. The CSR is Not willing to take my Request and instead Putting me on Hold for 25 Mins twice. Its absolutely ridiculous that after holding for 25 mins and more no one is responding and the calls get dropped.
Today morning also i tried to call, but in vain, the CSR was unable to see my Billing details. Shear Rubbish.
The Query is still Unanswered, the CSR's dont know the process properly as well and Dont even have the Manners to speak to customers. This sort of thing is Happening because CSR's as well as Team leaders, Managers are doing to deliberately since every CSr knows which Call is Getting Monitored for Quality.
The CSR's are well aware of the Call Monitoring Software and can easily make out which call is getting Monitored and that only call is responded properly. otherwise all calls are fake. The User Name & password for logging into call Monitoring Software are easily hacked from their TL's & Managers.
I therefore request you that my query sholud be answered and billing needs to be Send to my address, otherwise i wont pay the bill if proper Adjusts ments are not made.

DEDUCT Rs-5 from my prepaid account unnessesaryly. on Mar 8, 2009. my reliance number is [protected] and when contacted them they say u cant get the refund back as u have been subscribed for cricket sms and it is activcated since october. It is very cheap and ridiculous..
i am having a prepaid connection and my no is [protected]. i want my last month incoming, outgoing, miss calls detail
Customer care department is horrible, they simply cannot do anything and they just listen to you and keep quiet. i have been billed for some stupid web charged for last 2 years and i keep compliaining and the charges still remain. i gave up after complaining for million times and now i am still paying that extra. customer services won't listen nor woulod they refund my paid bill back, i realised this much later but still no help.
unfortunaly my entire family is on reliance connection so i cannot shift to some other network, but i think time has come for my entire family to shift as it is of no use having such a lousy network and bad service for which we actually only pay and get nothing in return.

People please beware and stay away from Reliance home/ mobile/ datacard connections.

I agree with the comments. I calledup reliance prepaid Customer care bcoz they charged for caller tune which was never activated. The guys on the call was very rude and he was questioning me if i knew how does the reliance system works. Can we realy have some place wherein we can forwrd the complaints directly to their HR so action is taken against them?
Or do we have to keep listening to them bcoz you dont want to loose the number?
i want to disconnect this number and bar all outgoing calls

Reliance communciation — not getting proper network

Dear Sir,
myself is kumar and I am using Relaince prepaid services since last 7 months.
since last 15-20 days i am not getting network in my phone though it saws network in my mobile with full tower but when someone tries to call me it shows out of reach...
I have made compliant about this in reliance shop also and in customer care also but have not got satisfied solution for thatI have heard baout your services from my friends so you are requested to do the needful for that.

I had taken reliance broadband connection for internet.On 19th march i have paid all the bills and given an request at santacruz webworld for terminating the connection.I did not say at any time to put this number under safe custody.But again without my approval thse people kept that number under safe custody and keep harrasing to pay the bills.

My name is Praveen Kumar my mobile number is [protected]. I am your customer since 2003. I am fully satisfied with your network and offers, but from past one year my balance is getting deducted un-necessarily. When I am calling to your c_care I am not getting correct response. My balance got deducted of 30/- for MUSIC STATION SERVICE in the month of Jan, I given a complaint for deactivation and balance refund. Balance refunded of 30/- and again 30/- deducted for renewal of MUSIC STATION SERVICE. Now your c_care people are insisting that service got activated from my end and i have not given for deactivation request of the pack. I need the clarification that if I want to continue the pack why I asked for balance refund and without deactivation of the pack how you people refunded the amount. You people have to proactively inform us to deactivate the pack not to deduct the amount again. Today 26/02/2011 called to c_care 2 times they placed me on hold more than 10min; just tell me how much time it will take to transfer a call to superior. This means you don’t want the customer to continue with your network. Kindly check your communication history from past one year am facing the same problem repeatedly. Kindly look into this matter.

I am not getting my bills from last one & half years & for this I have many times given complains to your customer care but the are unable to solve this .every time they takes request & nothing happens against it. More Over from last three months I am charging un-necessarily for any beauty tips . I did'nt subscribe for it & I did'nt get any SINGLE Beauty tip from your side than why should I pay for this? I did'nt get my bill of Jan 20011 & when I got my bill of Feb 20011 on 27 March from your Relationship manager I gave request on 29th March that I am wrongly charging for this they did'nt took any action.

I am an early customer of reliance communication of orissa circle.when i came to delhi i usual prefer reliance . purchase of a reliance sim no [protected]. i have deposit my documents as voter id and pan card.but after 4 days my registration failed because of negligence of the shop keeper of deposit of documents.i face many problems. then i submit documents second time and my sim works after 2 days. and now it is also same problem and after talking with customer care i submit my documents at sector 14, sho-23, gurgaon. the employee behave me rudely and till 3 days my issue would not solved. I (Peeyush Sahay working in Deference service of India as class-I officer ) am not satisfied with service of reliance communication .I am customer of reliance communication from last 7 years as a prepaid customer.I have changed my mobile service from prepaid to postpaid before 3 month on the request of reliance customer care but i faced so many bad customer service after becoming postpaid customer.when i was present in my home town(Raipur, chhattisgarh), incoming calls, outgoing call as well as sms services of my postpaid reliance mobile number-[protected] has stopped without prior intimation to me from last 10 days.

when i registered complained against this then they promise me to provide 1 day on demand recharge option after 3 hours of my compliant call so that i can recharge my mobile through internet banking (on basis of net-banking sms ) .i waited two days for this service but i didn't get this facility after registering three customer care complaint through my land-line also.customer care representative are not ready to provide me acknowledgement reference number after registering compliant also.

so finally i frustrated about reliance postpaid customer service and i went to reliance customer care center in my hometown Raipur chhattisgarh which is almost 6-8 k.m from my home and paid full payment of my mobile of 1250 rupees on 26 nov 2012 (BIll acknowledgment receipt number IB[protected]) at 1 pm.I requested again to reliance customer care representative madam Jyoti Rajpoot (employee number[protected] at Raipur reliance customer care center for activation of my mobile services but she also misbehaved to me and my father.I requested her to respond customer in a proper way but she gave her employee number and told me to register a compliant without any fear to reliance superior authority.

finally again i register compliant to reliance postpaid customer care call center at night 6 pm on same day due to non activation of my mobile phone after full payment of my mobile bill, this time also they have not provided me acknowledgement reference number.Still my postpaid reliance mobile number [protected] is not activated after 8 hours of my full mobile bill payment.

This type of poor service of reliance postpaid customer care force me to go to consumer court and registered complaint against reliance communication regarding this poor service and misbehavior and complete irresponsible behavior towards customer.

    I am post paid customer of relaince mobile No. [protected] from Delhi. I am getting inflated bills since last 3-4 months. I had earlier lodge my complaints at web world Kamla Nagar in the month of may and june, whic was acknowledged and rectified in my subsequent bills.

    In the month of July 08, on 15th my unbill info was Rs. 25/- and on checking it on 16th July 2008 it was found to be Rs. 1725/-, whic is very exhorbitant. I am availing traiff plan of Rs. 250/- per month, unlimited mobile R-world usage L-4 plan and CUG application to one relaince number. I have not made ant STD and Local calls warranting such a huge bill.

    Kindly LOOK INTO THE MATTER and RECTIFY.

        sir,

        i have took post paid connection for my convenience from relience communication. after taking this connection first month i have got the bill in certain time period. but from next month it was going to delayed from the company. and company were disconnecting the services due to non payment.

        in last month i have made the payment of Rs 1500 bliendly without any recept or any bill, when i haveasked for the bill they told me that you will recieve it within next 7 to 8 working days.
        when i have asked the recept of that amount which i have deposited against the bill which was raised to me, they told me that since network is not working today, you can collect it tomorrow. and that tomorrow is not came till now .

        now in this month again the bill has been raised on 8 th of july but till the date i didn't receve any bill . when i spoke to customer care dept, they told me that it will be reached to your address within next 7 to 8 working day, and due to not payment they have stoped the ot going facility from my cell.

        now plz guide me untill & unless i didn't recieve the bill how can i make the payment? also before crossing the last day of the bill payment how they can disconnect the facility??

        RELIANCE COMMUNICATION LTD. — Delay in allotment of Postpaid nos.

        On 03.08.08 (sunday) I have applied for the new postpaid conection for Releiance Communication for mobile. I have asked for selective no. i was told that it will be get start on 3working days i.e. by evening of the Wednesday. In the mean time you will be alloted temperory no. other than my selected no. which is also activited after follow up with the RCOm office at Kandivali, Also I have selected plan of Rs.299 + Rs.99 towards Releinace to Reliance communication free plan, but on allocation of the no. his Relainace to relaiance plan was not activated., yesterday when I asked on help line *333 of Relance they have freshly applied for the plan of 99/- (Reliance to Relaicne free) new registration no is given is 73575123.

        I would like to request you to take the matter with the authorities of the company, and inform them how the staff is fulling the customers.

        last 3 month i use postpaid connection of rel.service my handseet is classic702 . most of my out going calls r at sirohi in rajasthan. but mejourly d problem is like ''connection error & this no. is not rechable ''this type of connection error r coming .so i asking u what is d problem in specieally rajasthan ??i m easly talking in bombay and gujarat, but wenever i call rajasthan rel.no. d sound is comng, connection error comng, sound is very low etc.etc. why???

        I am a Management Consultant (Journalist, member in the Press Union, Transparency International and Anti Corruption Movement). I lost my expensive mobile (Rs.12, 000/-) at the Station Road, Villivakkam. This mobile has a number of important contacts. It is an act of professional pick pocketing. I have lodged a complaint and got a duplicate SIM card (copy enclosed). In the recent Junior Vikatan there was a report about a network of pick pocketing gang who do such criminal act. In the same line, three days before there was an arrest of 3 ladies gang with children at Anna Nagar. We strongly suspect that this gang would have done that theft of mobile.

        Villivakkam Police Station has already submitted my complaint to your office on[protected] – CSR No. 36/Missing/VIPs/Crime/2009 with IMEI No : [protected].

        I am badly in need of my mobile as it can be traced easily using the IMEI numbers. I am aware of so many cases where our Chennai Police have successfully traced and handed over the mobiles to the owners (out of 8000 cases only 200 have been traced which is a big challenge to the Police forces). Stealing mobile phones are the work of professional gangs and it needs the support of all service providers of telecommunications so that we can book the culprits and bring them to justice. Since this mobile is expensive one, I am confident that the mobile will be available in the Second Hand mobile market.

          i ajit kumar resident of b.g. road gottigere, bangalore-56 had applied for relience broadband connection and for that i have given rs.500 for installation charge to mr. amarkant, salesperson of the the company. he promised me tat i will connection within four working days. but i am sorry to say that still today that is after 1 month i had not got the connection. i tlked to te team leader mr. nagesh fr the same first he said that he will resolved the issue but later he was not picking up my calls. i am writing this compalin ust to nform te higer authorities that what type of services you are giving to customer. plz try to do something and take necessary action against the team leader as well as the saleperson. and refund my rs.500 a soon as possible. if nothing happens within two days i have no option but to go to consumer court and also to the meadia about this.

            My monthly ill for the netconnect is not served and hence each time i have to visit the webworld, stand in the queue to get my bill and also pay with the late fee. inspite of very many compliants with r com the inconvenience continues. Want a permanent solution to this and have me pay my bill delivered by pot rather than collect at webworld.
            I have been facing the same problems for many months now but the officials at web world take up a dumb attitude each time and refuse to do anything. At best theygive false assuances which are never followed up with any action. Customer service is equally bad. I have given up on them. I am only waiting for a few more months before I can make a new investment in a better service provider.
            We have data card number is [protected] from last 3 years. Sir problem is that the data card is not functioning in most of the time, due to monthly bill payment. I am working at Jindal Steel & power Ltd., Mandir hasaud, Raipur. Our plant are situated 13 KM far from the city. May be for that the reason bill could not reached timely. Please just I wanted to know that when the data card is in the name of Jindal, and it is an repute company. Sir is that any possibility to run the data card without any disturbances unless we have to withdraw the same. We have contact many time to the concern your executive Mr. Shailesh[protected], but most of the time either he could not pick up the phone or getting unsatisfied response. Please do the needful.

              i had called customer care in reliance because i had a previous complaint with them which had not been resolved since over 45-50 days. The customer care executive talked very rudely, didn't tell me his name, and talked rudely to me and disconnected the call. After some time i find that caller tunes service has been activated on my cell number. Later when i called reliance, they refused to take my compliant regarding this, and said that i wont get the money. i think this is a matter of fraud and a matter of integrity.

                I have made a request to disconnect my landline[protected] on 03rd-Dec-2007 (Request #[protected].

                As I know I haven’t asked to continue the phone after the above complaint, but the Reliance service center person called me and told that as per my request the phone is still not disconnected.. This is SHAME of to provide a customer service.

                I have again request for to cancel the line, but that’s also not happened in time.. again SHAME THING.. not same <oo>

                After one month of cancellation of Land Line I have received a bill of around Rs 394/-, I had asked the reliance service center to provide me the details of the charge. Always they promise me to solve this issue, but unfortunately, that has not happened.

                Month on month the invoice amount is increased by the plan and I have received an bill of about 1000 rupees.. (great)

                After too many calls from my side they have sent me an invoice of Rs. 534/-.

                What did they think, that I don’t know but they have harassed me like a anything..

                Joke.. the same companies representative is coming to me for asking to provide a LL and Broadband connection.. Day before yesterday I told them my story and asked them to provide me the details of the invoice of Rs. 534/-, they were agree to come to solution.. but no one is return.. What a positive attitude they have?

                Now Reliance has send me the notice from the lawyer for Non-payment of outstanding bill amount. I am ready to pay the amount but I need the clear details from your side.

                I have paid the amount of Rs 534/- in June 2008, and the bills coming to me stopped. Today (01-oct-08) I have received a bill for around 800 rupees.. What a Joke.

                Can some one tell me how to tackle with this issue.
                Is peharedar on Awaz Channel can help me to come out from this?

                  I am a businessman in Dubai. Your internet wireless connection was very important to me but your staff disappointed me.

                  I bought Reliance wireless Internet connection at Trivandrum (Kerala State) India during the month of April, 2008.

                  The gentleman who contacted me was Mr. Manoj R. of Reliance HR Services Pvt. Ltd., Ground Floor, Skyline Melody, Opp. Al India Radio, Vazhuthacad, Trivandrum 695 014. (Kerala) Tel:[protected]/3031944.

                  My complaint is that, I receive mail through my United Arab Emirates server and not directly though Reliance Server. The Worst problem I faced was I am unable to sent mail out of Reliance connection as they were reluctant to give me outgoing POP settings (SMTP setting). I call them and they will not answer the call. So I went to Reliance office at the above address and contacted the Team Leader the so called Mr. Justin Paul. He contacted Mr. Manoj and requested him to solve the problem. But Manoj did not do the needful and whenever I contact the team leader he also does not answer the call as they know my telephone number. I had to leave Trivandrum on 10th May, 2008 for Dubai and these executives were relieved from my pressure to get the outgoing mail server settings.

                  I would like to know the reason for not giving the POP settings. Should I keep the Reliance connection or cancel it? I do not have Customer ID other than the MDN number on the card. I am very much disappointed with your service and would request some one to help me or give me proper advice.

                  My Reliance land line phone always out-off order.
                  I have had Reliance connection from April this year. Before I move to a new location I informed about that and they said the connection can be done in one day. I called the Reliance customer service and they gave a new email address to send my new address info which I did immediately. After 2 days I called again and almost begged them I am working online and if no connection I am jobless. They said will attend this immediately. I waited for another 3 days and nothing happened. I called again and they said to mail to the same address the new address. The nearest internet cafe' was 5km and I went to mail them again. I thought that will solve this in another 2 days. I waited and nothing happened. I called to the customer care again. That is[protected] and after pressing all the key nos finally I got the customer service. The lady talked harshly and said I had to submit my ID and other papers to an office with is 11km away. I thought thats unnecessary called again after 2 days. This time a lady took the phone and I explained the situation and she was kind and tried to help solve the problem. She also asked for the subscription ID which I gave as in previous occasions. She asked to hold on and she called someone who talked me and clarified the new address. He said he will attend this as soon as possible. 10 days passed and again I called and asked for the lady who answered me previous day, cos she was a bit helpful at least. The guy who answered refused to pass the phone to her. I told him that I am not calling to make romance with her and that I am going to clarify what happened to my connection. He was harsh and rude and refused to help in anyway and the phone was cut. After 3 days I called to the office again and they told they are resolving the problem. They will come today itself.
                  3 days passed again and when I called after the same routine questions they said they will do as much as they can to get it connected immediately. 3 days passed again and I asked to talk with a supervisor who was even harsher. He wanted to show off how superior he was and asked if I had provided the documents my IDs and passports visa police report etc. I went to this Trivandrum Reliance office with all the documents where they said those are not necessary and filed a complaint and said that the same day it will be resolved. I called after 2 days and the customer care person was even harsher this time. He pointed out that I had filed a complaint. He said he is not supposed to help. I asked to talk with a senior. I told him that the customer office personal refused to help. He talked as if he was a minister or something. He told me to hold on the phone. I waited for 30 mins and gave up.
                  To this day it is 15 day and so far I couldnt find any solution. I wont be surprise even if I had to pay this months bill also cos my plan is an unlimited monthly fixed amount.
                  The connection has been good and trouble free if connected. Thats why I am not opting fo another service provider.
                  I hope and wish you get a better service from the customer care.

                  I have requested for the wire line reliance internet connection. So the sales person came and collected the check of amount 500 & address proof, promised to give internet connection with in 10 days of working day. After 15 days no response from them I called the local customer care[protected], they told internet connection request is canceled then i asked for the refund they said with in 10 days it will come to my contact address by courier. From that time I am calling customer care daily to know the status some time they will pick the call say they give one week back date & said after 4 weeks you will get the check. Daily this is only happening, they are not willing to give the amount so. Moreover I wasted my 03 months from reliance. It is really bad. I am frustrated from calling CC. I dont know when they will refund.
                  There should be proper feedback when they are going to give, its really hell. Also I called Atik Ahmad who is the head here in Bangalore whose number is [protected], Jayanagar office he also said by Jan-10-2010 i will be getting check but after that he is not picking the call itself. Has reliance become so bad to give the refund also

                  i urgently needed an wireless broadband connectn. So i contacted a nearby reliance store 3 days back. They told me i had to Pay Rs.3500 to purchase the modem...But the actual revised price is 2299, available on the website as well as told by customercare. These stores are trying cheat customers by charging extra (around Rs.1200) with a lame excuse that they havnt recieved the new stock. But the customer care tells me i can purchase it with the same stock at 2299.
                  Now the stores have come with a different story. that it is 2299 only for Postpaid modems...???(as if we all are fools.) They took my foto and id proof telling they will provide it to me by evening.(Gave it coz i urgently needed the connectn), asked for advance..luckily i dint give them.
                  Wen i calld them in the evening.
                  They dont know about anything...they dont have stock...they dnt know about the id proof and foto...and just slammed the phone. Pitty on reliance.

Regarding the same i contacted Reliance CC at[protected] on 26th Aug08. But till date after many follow ups they are not even responding properly, even now also they are saying that the issue is in Solving state only, i dont know when it is going to resolve.. there is no information from

                      Yes, i agree with this complaint. I am RIM customer and i faced this problem today. Yesterday i recharged my a/c with Rs 50, and today in the morning when i tried to make a call i found my a/c balance has been deducted without any prior cause. When i called the customer service, they said i have subscribed VAS pack, and i was totally flabbergasted, since i didnt subscribe such thing ever. I dont know if at all RIM will refund my balance. And to add to this I am a student staying in hostel, I cant contact my parents or relatives. Its really a big problem for students, and speciaaly for those staying outside home. Thats all i have to say. And i agree to this complain.

                      Hi i'm Pratik gajjar my cell no is [protected] ,from mumbai,i have been using the reliance prepaid service from many years and i had gone through very bad experiences with the facilities provided by the said company.One of them is the reflection of negative balance of Rs:[protected]....yes thats true, i was charged (two lakhs sixty three thousand eight hundred and forty rupees) as a negative balance in 2008.....apart from this i have always been a victim of wrong deductions in my account on the name of various activations of vas pack.....recently in my account there is a deduction of Rs:60 till date....and when i called the costumer care and had a talk with the supervisors,they are not ready to give me refund for the same and give reasons that i have activated from my side....which is not the truth......even after giving repeated complaints against this,bearing a complaint no:[protected]....i have not been rescued out of this and still there is a deduction of 10 rs per 10 days for 3 packs....that is a deduction of rs 30 per 10 days......as it is been autorenewed by the company......i would like to add that if this harassment goes on....i would like to definitely like to move to the consumer court and file a case against the company.....thank you

                      i recharged ma account on 6th may 2010 of rs. 100 on GSM connection [protected]..
                      The recharge was successfully done and 90 rs. were credited in ma account. In the night timem my whole account got NIL by its own.. I called the customer care .. they are giving excuse that my recharge was done by mistake and that is why they have taken all my balance. I had previous balance also..they have taken that also..HOW CAN ONE TAKE ALL MY BALANCE FROM MY ACCOUNT??
                      WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS??
                      When I have given 100 Rs. to Retailer and I got the message that my recharge was successful..then please tell me how can it be a fake recharge??
                      Please take necessary action in this regard and please recredit my account..

                            I have purchased a Reliance net connect USB modem on 17th apr 2008 From Abhishek Communication, Civillines, Allahabad for Rs.3200.I have HP laptop model No: tx 1218 au, Operating System: Windows Vista. When I was purchasing USB modem I asked from sales representative that its vista compatible? She reply yes it is vista compatible. I asked her can you see the demo? She replied that reliance is not providing any test demo and she said its speed is 156 kbps. Your R connect modem is giving me speed at 5-10 kbps speed. I had talked to Mr. Kamal (Contact No:[protected]) who is customer care head of Allahabad region on 20th apr 2008.He has refer to Mr. Dhananjay (Contact No:[protected]). I had called so many time to Mr. Dhananjay but he always said I am not in webword please call later, after doing so many call he met me and said you have to install net booster. When I was met with Dhanjay I had not CD/DVD provided by you but I was assure in the CD Net Booster is not there, I was saying to Mr. Dhananjay that Net booster is not in CD but he said you go to home and come with CD.I return to home and went 3-4 times to reliance city office but Dhananjay was not there then Kamal Sir refer to Mr. Vinay Who was in Reliance web word Express, Civillines, Allahabad. I went to Reliance web word Express civillines But Mr. Virendra had ignored. When the internet was being installed at my Compaq Presario C700 Laptop, in the CD, netbooster was included in the CD. I am shocked to listen that the netbooster was not there from the Disc you installed.
                            Another thing is that Windows Vista is compatible with the Reliance NetConnect.

                            For better results, use Wireless Airtel. It has no server problems.

                            Dear sir/madam,
                            I have purchased a Reliance net connect USB modem on 17th apr 2008 From Abhishek Communication, Civillines, Allahabad for Rs.3200.I have HP laptop model No: tx 1218 au, Operating System: Windows Vista. When I was purchasing USB modem I asked from sales representative that its vista compatible? She reply yes it is vista compatible. I asked her can you see the demo? She replied that reliance is not providing any test demo and she said its speed is 156 kbps. Your R connect modem is giving me speed at 5-10 kbps speed. I had talked to Mr. Kamal (Contact No:[protected]) who is customer care head of Allahabad region on 20th apr 2008.He has refer to Mr. Dhananjay (Contact No:[protected]). I had called so many time to Mr. Dhananjay but he always said I am not in webword please call later, after doing so many call he met me and said you have to install net booster. When I was met with Dhanjay I had not CD/DVD provided by you but I was assure in the CD Net Booster is not there, I was saying to Mr. Dhananjay that Net booster is not in CD but he said you go to home and come with CD.I return to home and went 3-4 times to reliance city office but Dhananjay was not there then Kamal Sir refer to Mr. Vinay Who was in Reliance web word Express, Civillines, Allahabad. I went to Reliance web word Express civillines But Mr. Virendra had ignored. Next day I Had called again to Kamal sir he refer to Mr. Himanshu Sir (Contact No:[protected])and Mr.Dhirendra sir(Contact No:[protected])They see my laptop and reply I cant give you speed in vista, Vista is not compatible for Reliance USB modem. They suggest me that change our operating system from vista to Windows XP. I have to Change Operating system from Vista to Windows XP but my Windows has currept because system is not supporting to Windows Xp then after I talked with Dhirendra sir he replied that I cant help you.
                            Please suggest me what should I do? You people are making me fool, From last one month you people are treating me as a employee. You people order me that go to Reliance city centre, Reliance Web word express, Civillines, Reliance web word Express, Balsan Allahabad and talk to this person, that person.
                            You have sell your product with the help of wrong information. You people have misguide me and also you people irritating me. Your R connect USB modem is not working properly, Either take it back otherwise i will go to consumer forum.

                            I have some problems while trying to install R-modem.Finishing the first step proceedure (CD driver installation), I can't proceed to next step(2)..it shows an error message.R-modem installation encounteres some problem please contact with your service providers.What can I do for rectifying these problem..My OS is Windows Vista.                             I too faced the same problem. I have vista 64 bit OS in my laptop. I have given all the information about my laptop and OS to the representative at reliance webworld and he assured me about the netconnect modem.

                            But when i installed the modem i got only 5-10 kbps and it is fostrating using it. I have gone several times to them. Exactly they are just making me fool rather giving me a solution.

                            I will go for consumer cort. I have loosed pease with these guies at webworld and the product they sold me.

                                I have purchased the Reliance Hello connection from the Reliance Webworld - DAKC Koparkhairane on 24th Sept 08. As I wanted this no to get installed at my home location ie Kalyan, I have enquired 10 times with the sales person about the surety about working the same given GSK at Kalyan and was told it will work probably if I activate this no in Kalyan. So I have activated the no on the 24th Sept 08 and got the message that phone has been successfully activated. After switching off the phone I started the phone after one hour but its not working (nor outgoing neither incoming). I have registered the complaint at Customer Care for the same (Complaint Id :[protected] and was assured with the solution within 24hrs. Inspite that I haven't received any call or solution from customer care as of today.

                                Next day ie 25th Sept new story begin when I visited Webworld - DAKC saying that the no don't have the validity and because of that phone is not working. So as per their instructions I recharged against the no with Rs 700/- hoping it would be the solution. Where as I brought into their notice that started card is having the usage value of Rs 9.95/- with 7 days validity for what they are not able to answer satisfactory. Leave it after that when I contacted my home and asked for the phone status still it was not working.

                                I again visited Webworld-DAKC on same day for enquiring about my problem where I was expecting the warm response and quite satisfactory answer as I have already invested Rs 750/- and valuable time. But was very disappointed with the behavior of the Webworld people. First of all they are not knowing what is going wrong and what would be the solution only thing they are doing till date on my every visit (4-5 times in a day) that we are working on it, case has been created and no action has been taken.

                                Height of everything, your so called customer care, where I keep calling them and asked for the solution the way they are responding to the customer was pathetic, they talk like they are doing some extra free of cost for customer and customer have no right to ask how much time it will take to resolve the problem (Same calls can be listen for the complaint id against this no and you will come to know the best of how you should not behave with customer).

                                Here I am not able to understand is this problem is so big and complicated that it takes more than 100+ hrs to resolve the issue for the biggest telecommunication company in India.

                                If such behavior continues with valued customers, i am sure people will forget all the high tech facilities provided by the company and would prefer some other service provider. I am sure with increasing customer base reliance does not need people like me, but its my moral responsibility to bring it notice of concerned person.

                                Reliance Mobile India — Very rude, humiliating and irresponsible behavior of customer service!

                                hi, this is ashish kumar, my number is 0-[protected]. i have been using this number for past 1year, as a prepaid number. due to heavy std calls, i used to get my number recharged every weak of rupees 1100.on 15th of october, i opted to go for post paid from prepaid with the same number. the conversion was done on the same evening, but wasnt told that my std will be activated in next 48 hours. but still my std servise is not activated as it is more than 48hours.
                                and as i have already told you that i am a heavy std user i am facing great difficulty for the same. i therfore request you for the same as early as possible. more or less the customer servise number is always busy that is *333 and *366. so i am totally helpless what to do and where to complain, as i cant go to the reliance express shop for each and every day to day small problems.

                                I am using Reliance connection Past 3 years. Reliance is very very Bad. Their Customer Service is very very Bad.Because I was made complaint nearly 6 months back. Still now they resolved the problem. My all problems related their bill fault only. They are not respond still. But Bill payment time they realy harassing me all the time. They will give remainding and disterbing calls from their all over India Branches. Daily I am getting around 6 to 7 customer care calls. Realiance arenot care about customers. Only about their cheating bills only.
                                I send lot of complaint regarding receiving unwanted calls and sms, through do no call and by phone. I have been informed that it will take 45 days. Today after 2 months I am still being harrashed with lot of sales and other calls/sms.
                                It it any solutation for that with Reliance Mobile.

As against this, I have also filed a complaint in State Commission of which hearing is pending.                                 I am not getting connected longer then 15-20 minutes continuously in single login.                                 Kindly send your valuable executive to install the same in my another computer so that at least First visit from your side has take place after so long time of complaints. Also send Bill Collection Executive along with the Engineer.

                                Over all you can guess that I have not received your committed facilities. Do needful as earliest.

Suddenly they suspended the connection informing that they have lost my documents on the rain of 26.7.2007. What way i am responsible. However i have handedover all the documents to them CAF no.                                 Still they are investigating. I am told within two days 48 hrs the line will be activated. Even 21 days passed they are investigating.

                                I have told them to investigate for another one year so. I will arrange for a another mobile.

                                  I had purchased a data card and post paid number from Reliance Commn to access internet. I got the number terminated on 27/07/2008 after paying the bills. The Webworld gave me a proper acknowledgement letter and receipt for the same. Even after two months of disconnecting the service, the company continues to send bills.
                                  I have lodged complaints with their Customer Service Call Centre and Reliance Webworld, Thane. Both admitted that the number was indeed terminated in their records. However the bills and calls for unpaid bills continue!!. The company even sent a representative to my residence to collect payment!!

                                  I have a similar complaint even after termination i am getting Bills and late payment charges Bill, please can anybody let me know whom to contact to Stop this.
                                  I am a reliance customer from April 2008. I am continiously requesting their Customer Service Cell to terminate my connection from 26.1.09 and sent atleast 6 emails to them and their Nodal Officer but till date there is no confirmation from their side. I am afraid a similar situation may arise in my case. I donot know what to do now.
                                  whenever representative comes, try to beat hell out of him...same problem here too, did the same they dont come now... :)

                                  I think I had a worst problem. I requested for disconnection but they continued sending bills, I paid for two months even then. Further I decided to stop paying these cheats and they sent me a court order. I had to go to their main office and clarify the matter with them. Finally they agreed as they had seen my request for termination. HAD THEY NOT FOUND MY REQUEST, I WOULD BE IN JAIL!!! BE CAREFUL WITH RELIANCE MY FRIEND!

I have talked many times (more than 10 times) in the customer care centre to disconnect my net connection. They replied that "they will do". Laterly they confirmed about disconnection and said It is now disconnected. Now two & half months has been passed. Still they are sending me the bill for the same.

                                        I always try to connect to the customer care no and the route seems to be busy...
                                        Agreed that reliance is a big company than the also should have that much facilities and services for the customer...

                                        I bought one new internet coneection no. with cdma instrument on 15 Feburary. I am staying in pune and parmanently i belongs to U.P. I have submitted all my documents with a Bonafide letter issued by company(as a address proof) but the reliance web world(near lokmanya hospital) employee did not accept my application. Now they are saying that for activating that no i can submit my landlord's phone bill (landline). And while activating this no they are asking me for extra activation charge and i'll not be entertained with the binifits of the scheme(as per that time i'd get two months free internet facility for activating connection through BUNDLE SCHEME).

                                        So the matter is that why i'll not be entertained with the free facility benifit and whats the need to pay extra payment(250/-). It was not my mistake i had given all required documents with bonafide letter . And the were not accepting bonafide letter issued by company.

                                        Kindly look into the matter and solve it out asap.

                                        Dear Sir/ Madamm,

                                        I have a connection with reliance GSM [protected](Tamilnadu).I am happy with this connection and service .But unfortunately having some problem deduction amount while I was recharging, and fully SMS message is coming.Please stop this message(I did want any message company phone call advertisement, because I am a touring person related with official duty(Roaming)North India & south India.My complaint is that last weak I am charged with RS 100/- dated on 28/04/2011 time 08.08PM after that I an gone to Cochin 30/04/2011 make 2 calls deduct rs 0.50 each and showing the balance Rs 102.053, after some time make an another call the balance amount shows only Rs 52.03.Please advice

                                        Note:The last month(March 2011)I was phone to the customer care and please stop the messages and advertisement calls, the customer care officer is agree this request.But nothing is happened????????.I did want any advertisement calls and sms Please do the needful.Expecting a positive replay from you as earliest
