Regarding Online Recharge

I had made an online recharge of Rs. 496 on 19th Sept'08 on a scheme of all india Relaince to Relaince free. But that scheme was stopped by relaince so they did not recharge it. On contecting the customer care of relaince on the same day, they had assured that when such thing happens, the amount which is debited from your account gets credited back to your account within 48 working hours. Today is 22nd Sept'08 and still the amount...

No connectivity from 15 days

Im from Mumbai, - 400 092. I have an reliance broadband connection. Trust me they have a very amazing speed. Not responding to DND

I have a Reliance Smart connection. Inspite of my repeated requests of DO NOT DISTURB (DND) I am receiving calls and sms from the customer care. Two months back many times I sent SMS to 51234 DND. Sudden excessive billing

I purchased a Data Card (Huwai) from Reliance on 3rd Dec 07. As per the scheme at that time it was to be free for one year at 1 GB per month with an initial payment of Rs. 10K. Hi,

Though this is a good feature, that a customer can choose what the person calling you hears, rather then old tring tring. But sometime, privileges are misused, it could purposely or could be due to one's ignorance.

No service connection + inflated bill

Hi,
I have taken the WiMax Internet connection from Reliance on 14th July 2008. It was a 300kbps unlimited connection (Plan WICF999) in bangalore.
The connection was ok the first day (I didn't use it much), but soon I started to see that the speed was not the same and dropped to 50-80kbps on average. And then it finally gave away and then no service!

I then started lodging complaints and they kept keeping...
