Hello Board,
I was a 4 year old customer with a reliance land-line. I took up reliance data card for my lap-top in february 2008. First month it was fine, from 11th april 2008, the connection stopped working with a message saying it is "dormant". I waited, first complaint i made was 18th april 2008, they told they will get back. Nothing happened. 23rd april 2008 i called 5 times in the day, everyone I spoke to kept saying it will be fixed in a couple of hrs. Nothing happened all month. By may obviously the bill date came up, the connection was disconnected. I started getting calls from Collections for paymnet, when I told them the problem, they would say they will investigate, but never got back to me. I now have a court notice from reliance for payment. I am told that I did not make the march and april 2008 payment. Which I don't understand, because if payment for march is not recvd how can the services continue according to them for another month? My number is:[protected]
My land line was:[protected], I disconnected it in april 2008, my balance of the deposit is not yet been given to me. How can reliance ask for due amt without giving client his refund for nearly 5 months. A court case would validate that???I have been taken for a ride from one office to the other and also by the customer service department. I just don't want anything to do with reliance. This torture has gone too long. Pls advise or help. will be much appreciated.

myself Ravikant from Amravati Maharashtra i had purchesed a relience prepaid connection with lg handset and properly submitted the documents but reliance stops my service of incomming&outgoing without giving any information.service stops for documents and cap form not received but i am submitted already 3 times and reliance had activate my number two times and suddenly deactivate my number 3rd time unnecessorily and asking about documents.activation of sim card without documents is the crime i know and reliance too and they asking me about documents when my phone is Activated already.
Reliance customer Care is very dirty and unable to help and talk properly.reliance prepaid service is very dengerous for the security of maharashtra. reliance are not going proper way of rules &regulations. Reliance prepaid in Amravati maharashtra indirectly helping to the terrorism by giving connections without doccuments and activations.very easy process of taking froad connections from reliance cdma prepaid. please take action after investigation.please contac me when investigate about it, i will be healp you and proove it.my reliance no is [protected]

    Dear Sir,
    I am working as a Women Scientist in the Department of Microbiology SGPGIMS Lucknow. I had purchased a reliance data card (Net connect) From Mr. Bhaskar Tiwari (Ph No-[protected]) at the Dept of Microbiology SGPGIMS. He told me that for the initial two months it will be free after which he will come and activate my monthly plan according to me but he never turned up despite my repeated calls to him he is not receiving the phone calls . I am not able to use my net connect for which he has charged me a sum of Rs. 3000.He has probably done some fraud to which he is not answerable. Being a woman he has tried cheating me. I would be grateful if you could kindly look into the matter urgently.

    yes i very much agree to this sort of behaviour from the reliance sales persons even in my city the people in webworld itself try to cheat by asking for more money (extra than the company price) and then not providing with the bill when demanded for. even i[censored] speak to the higher officials they will support their sales persons.

      My meter is running even when the main fuse is shut and its running fast due to which I incur huge bills.2 compalint letters have been sent but in vain just want to drag them to consumer court now
      I agree to this that Reliance power bills people as and when they like. This is how real money is made. Firstly, I need to understand what was the need for the ruling governement to allow Reliance to supply power to our homes ? Did anyone raise this question anytime ? What could be the possible reason ?

        Dear Officer,

        I am forwarding this complaint against Reliance broadband ltd. I have been mentally harassed since the day I have taken the connection from reliance broadband. Given below are the complaints that I have made in the last months to reliance customer care but no body has ever responded or acknowledged my emails, forget about taking an action on them!
        I believe you would live up to my expectations and prove your slogan 'jaago grahak jaago' right. Counting and trusting you I am forwarding all the emails sent to the company in a reverse chronological order:

        Email 1: Dated 22nd September 2008
        I, Dr Shaveta Mulla, subscriber ID[protected], would once again like to take this unwanted opportunity to put another complaint forward to the deaf ears and blind staff of the most reputed company of India ‘Reliance broadband Ltd’. I am absolutely sure that like previous instances this time also my complaint will remain unheard and unseen but, I am again making an effort.
        After getting fed up, of making numerous calls at the customer care department and writing, complaint numbers. I finally, decided to quit and discontinue my connection. In which regard I called up the customer care and spoke to Mr Jeetu (on 04/09/08 request no.[protected] and requested for the termination of my connection. He assured me that it shall be done in the coming 15 days. Today on the 21/09/08, I called up again to confirm if the above said was done. I spoke to Mr Murtaza lakadawala who to my surprise said that the connection is still active and that I shall have to wait for another 15 days.
        I do not understand what other possibility is left in my hand to put my grievance across…and where and of course to whom? I have sent this mail and previous all mail to the following email addresses but have not received any acknowledgement of complaints nor a single reply from Reliance broadband. At the threshold of termination of connection too, I have to go through this humiliation once again. Does reliance want us to use their connection forcefully!!
        I am in total despair and demand an explanation to all my previous and recent queries. Someone please help!!! This reliance broadband really sucks to the bottom…and is eating my head out!

        Dear officer,
        Now, that I am used to submitting complaints at reliance and would soon become a veteran. This time I have 4 complaint numbers and the fifth number wasn't issued, reasons, best known to the customer care officers. My ID is[protected]. The complaint numbers and names of the officers are at the end of this mail.
        Well this time the story is like this, My Internet stopped working around 10-12 days back and I called up the worst customer care call centre i.e Reliance (cause I had no option ...as I am unfortunately still using the reliance broadband services) explaining that my connection is not working on which the officer replied, "I have registered your complaint and someone from the technical team would contact you". The phone call came from the technical team I explained the whole situation on which they told us that this is a local line problem and someone would visit you today and get it rectified. We didn't go out anywhere waiting in anticipation that Mr Officer would show up. But ! But ! What we forgot was that this is Reliance and except for saying HUM KSHAMA CHAHTE HAIN ( sorry for the inconvenience) they cant do anything. So the officer did not turn up. Next day again we called up, another complaint number was issued, we were again reassured that someone would come and again we waited and again no one came. So the 3rd day we called up AGAIN and again a new complaint number and a new reassurance but this time with a promise, MIND IT! a promise but sigh! no one turned up! We actually have stopped doing our work and have started thinking of quitting our jobs in order to call you up in the mornings, wait for the technical support to come in the evening and get pissed off all through the night thinking of what should we do tomorrow.
        So yesterday getting fed up with all this I thought of taking to someone senior at the customer care office. It was again my hard luck that I got a chance to speak to Mr Sagar Surbey ( I don't know the exact surname) who is the floor supervisor. According to him he doesn't know how much time more it shall take for the technical team to call us up (forget the calls we are receiving for the last three days), He cannot say how much time will it take to rectify the problem, all he is trained for and he knows is, that, there is no way to satisfy or to address the customers grievance and he is the ANIL AMBANI of reliance and no other person is senior to him. On requesting him 3-4 times that let me speak to someone more senior to him as I am dissatisfied with your response. He just kept saying there is no one above me and I can’t transfer the call to anyone.
        The best part is that on the 23rd of June 2 people from the billing department called up, thinking that they would help, I told them the whole situation they reassured me with a promise and and started laughing at my complaints! I do not understand what fun do they derive? Or is it a part of their training. Yesterday also, I spoke to Mr Rajesh at reliance customer care (RCC), who put me on hold for full 25 minutes before letting me speak to his senior!! I have a 17 month old little girl who kept crying by my side to get picked up, but I couldn't do so as I was waiting for the senior to come on line. Then I thought I shall have to log on to the Internet from the cyber cafe (as the 24x7 reliance broadband doesn't work at my own house) and like previously (reference letter below) lodge a complaint. But this is not going to be ALL this time. I shall be putting this on line and also in the Hindustan times (fortunately friends work there). If people at reliance are not bothered what the customers go through, then at least the public planning to opt for reliance broadband services, should know what they are opting for and the future of it.!!!And off course Mr Sagar would get the desired attention that he needs on the Internet only by typing "Sagar Surbey reliance floor manager".
        I am also forwarding the last complaint letter along with this for reference. For my last complaint, neither did the company acknowledge the email nor did anyone reply (not a single letter from reliance in my mail box). I don't know if this one gets heard by the company but I'll make sure that it gets heard by people.

        What I do not understand is, a well reputed company like reliance which is overtaking the rest of the world, opening new horizons, expanding each day and playing a vital role in making the nation a superpower...How could it provide such poor services to their customers. The humiliation and despise that we go through each time we call up the customer care centers make us feel like non-existing creatures. People swear by the company's leader Mr Anil Ambani, who is a great human being in his own self, how can the employees ruin the reputation of an esteem empire daily and shred it bit by bit. The response we receive reflects the face of the company which I am sorry to say STINKS!

        I hope this time some action gets taken place and I get an adequate response this time.

        Dear Officer,
        I, Dr. Shaveta Mulla have recently bought a 330kbps unlimited access broadband service. My ID is[protected]. In these 2-3 weeks I have experienced very poor customer service from reliance. I was surfing the net on 24th March 2008 at 8 p.m. when suddenly the network was disconnected. I called up the reliance customer care (RCC), the customer care officer said, within one hour someone from the technical team will call you. After a no- response, long wait of one hour 15 mins, I again called up, on which I was again reassured that someone will contact you shortly. After 10 mins, an officer called up confirming that there has been a technical problem India- wide and it will be resolved after 23:30. I had to send a very important mail so I kept up until midnight waiting for the net to start working, but all in vain!
        I then called up the RCC at 1:00a.m, who to my surprise told me that the technical team does not work after 23:30 so your problem could only be resolved after 10:00 am the next day. I was so annoyed that I demanded to speak to a senior official, on which I was repeatedly told that there is no senior officer at this hour. When I told that Ill make a complaint against you then, this young man said just wait! Ill connect you to a senior???????? Now where did this senior come from all of a sudden!! The name was Mr Sweetam according to him, he kept listening and giggling to what I had to say. Alas I kept the phone down. I was totally amused how the customer care department works and how they make a customer feel like a fool. I wanted to complain on the same night but then I changed my mind. I was exhausted and tired as it was already 2:00 am
        Today 1st April 2008, I called up RCC, to complain about the slow speed, complaint number 6634923 and spoke to Mr Hitesh who assured me that someone call you within one hour. After a no-response long wait of 2 hours I called up RCC again. this time it was Ms Vandana, who said someone will call you shortly. I asked her why do you give a time of one hour when no-one calls up within that time? She had no answer! I demanded to speak to a senior official on which she put me on hold for about 35 mins, after which I got fed and kept the phone down. In which time I received a call from the technical department Mr Anup. I was so furious; I questioned him why did he call up late? On which he said that the technical department begins at 3pm???Well if this the case, then why are customers assured that someone will call you after one hour. This guy laughed at me, I banged the phone down. I was so surprised at this kind of a behaviour and disappointed to have opened an account with Reliance. Finally, I called up again to inquire who should be contacted to make a complaint against this kind of blunder and nonsense; I got to speak to Mr Tushar Floor manager who assured that he would take action and also advised me to put a complaint through this email.
        While surfing the net I came across so many unsatisfied customers with similar complaints. I was horrified to learn that a reputed ever progressing empire gives such bad experiences and painful incidents to their customers, as a part of the package (hidden information). I am so disappointed that I even, before paying my first bill and I am facing so many problems. What is the fun o[censored]sing unlimited access of your desired speed when most of the time there are frequent technical problems India wide, slower speed, recurrent disconnections and on top of that, a customer care department which sucks!
        I hope the matter is taken up seriously and results are seen. If no action is undertaken, I shall claim for mental harassment, my mobile phone call bill through the consumer forum.

        The connection was taken by paying 3530 by cash and not by cheque. This cash was paid to
        Mr Ajay Pathak a reliance sales guy who has converted it to a cheque.he was the one who insisted me to provide him with cash so as to ensure his sales target to be met.

        Rs 6507 again is paid by cash (receipt no. S[protected] . But this time to the reliance web world borivali guys so as to ensure reconnection as soon as possible. but still the line is inactive. Now since i have been conned by reliance so badly that i do not wish to continue service with you guys.

        Thanks a lot for all your support and mis sold product.Please provide me the details of the returned cheque. So as to enable action against the sales guy.

        I am using 1.5 MBPS connection from reliance broadnet. Account No. [protected], connection was takenon the 26th of March 2010, by making a cheque payment of Rs 3530/- . On 25th of April my connection was disabled without any intimation. We do not have any issues paying a bill of any amount. but the bill has to be sent to us,
        or atleast intimated to us by any means Tel email or a message which didn't happen. Since even one bill was not delivered we had no idea about our account number. On calling the customer care. they were very polite in helping us know that they cannot help us under any circumstances come what may without the account number.How are we supposed
        to know what was the reason of disconnection.

        TO know the details we had to contact the sales person from whom the connection was purchased from whom we got an idea that there was a bill pending which was paid with priority. and the details of payment updated to him.

        With already 15 working hours lost in total whom are we supposed to blame or consult for such a polite unprofessional service rendered to us.I can expect an issue but at the same time expect it to be handled with priority from the company side . Disconnecting a connection without an intimation is WRONG.

        I wish someone in reliance reads this mail and comes out to assist us with the same.

          Hi,

          On 9/09/2008 i recharged my prepaid mobile through citi online banking using my credit card.
          And my recharged get failed on that day but my money is deducted and not yet transferred back to my account.
          I made complain 3 times and also get confermation sms that recharged was failed on disputed date but not yet recived the money.And also do have all the evidences to prove the situation sms and complain number.
          Now i am help less what to do.
          Please help me on this.

          I have a similar kind of experiance as of Ojesh with Reliance. However it is related to a recharge which I have "not" made. I had an active tarrif and some around 150 rupees in mobile in morning that day. When I tried to call my spouse in the evening, next day, it was deducted down to Rs -158.00 .Ok, then I called the customer care person and got an astonoshing information that I had activated a Rs 98.00 tarrif on my phone through an IVRS call, that also when I already had tarrif for local calling rate for 49 paise, and that also 3 TIMES..!!! Only a stupid can think of such thing. I talked to their senior manager who was more irrelevent to the problem and blaming for recharging it 3 times. WHAT A PAIN...!!!

          RELIANCE (PREPAID) — TARRIF FAILURE

          i am anamika pandey & using reliance (prepaid) life time plan on [protected], issued on the name of Mr.Santosh Pandey .I have recharged my number with a tarrif plan of Rs.230, valid for 30 days on 30 september, 2008 but the tarrif expired on 16 october, 2008 ;14 days before the due date.I have already registered the complaint with reliance customer care (complain no.[protected].
          I kindly request u to resolve the complain as soon as possible.

          I faced same problem with prepaid GSM connection.i took connection on 25th jan 2008 and its become active on 26th Jan. I was not abl to recharge the sim with any amount. it was successful on 2 feb. so i am not getting any offer from reliance GSM. I go through Term & condition, but there is such condition like this means if you have recharge the connection in 48 hr to avail the offer.

          plz tell me how can i get the offer. i complained to customer care but the guy told me they will not provide this facility.

          Yesterday I got my reliance mobile topped up by 799 INR and got the same confirmation message for that but when I tried to call up any std reliance no. the operator said - "Insufficient Balance". I logged a complaint also regarding the same but the reliance CCE says there's no problem from their side. If there is no problem from their side and there is not even problem from my side. Then where's the problem. . .

          I have purchased new GSM prepaid connection ( [protected] ) yesterday (05/06/2009) morning at 11:00 am But till now connection is not activated.
          When I am calling from GSM it said, " To resume service please contact Reliance customer care." I am unable to understand how new connection says that.

          Hi, this is vivek; based out of chennai.
          I have recently purchased the new reliance GSM prepaid card here and my number is +[protected].
          I have a problem recharging my GSM online, through my regular banking portal or other recharge portal.
          The error message says my GSM number is of new series or it is not related to reliance and hence i could not recharge. This problem is not resolved for the last 2 months as it still persist and i'm facing serious problem in recharging my number just to call somebody.

          This brings a bad image on Reliance's reputation according to me.

          This is sangita here. i have purchased reliance GSM number a week before and now my number is barred. when i called reliance customer care, first of all these people didn't pick the call for long and after this they replied "we didn't get your ID profs".
          This is not first time, before this also same problem arose with different number. You must be thinking which ID profs i gave, i gave voter card and ration card as profs.
          Can some one tell where is my fault. I Purchased a number, spent money then updated it to all my friends again spent money. After a week my number barred, hundred of times i called reliance people and that distributor. But Still that number is barred.
          I thought its just an accident. I again did a mistake of purchasing new reliance number. you must be surprised That number is also barred.

          I had recharged my GSM mobile[protected] of rs 100/- and reliance cdma prepaid mobile no[protected] of Rs 100/- through icici net banking on 28 Dec 09.
          the successful transaction numbers are [protected] and [protected]. through my icici abnk account no[protected].
          But the above mentioned mobile has not yet been recharged.

          A recharge vide easy recharge of Rs.111/- was made on[protected] at about 08:15pm. But my account was credited with an amount of Re 0.01 (1 Paise) Only and the same has been confirmed by a message on the same date. I contacted Customer Care on 30-12-09 at about 10.30am and the Customer Care Executive Mr. Rajesh Dey informed that the above voucher has been discontinued and also he is not in a position to confirm why the remaining amount of Rs.110.99/- been not credited to my account.
          You are requested to enquire why the said incident has taken place and ensure that any repetition may not happen in future. At the same time, I would also request you to credit my account with Rs. 111/- at the earliest ( which I feel is obviously a legitimate claim on my part).

          On 30/03/2010 i recharged my prepaid mobile through SBI online banking using my debit card.
          And my recharged get failed on that day but my money is deducted and not yet transferred back to my account.
          I made complain 3 times and also get confirmation sms that recharged was failed on disputed date but not yet recived the money.And also do have all the evidences to prove the situation sms and complain number.
          Now i am help less what to do.

          I asked for a Reliance WiMAX connection from Yash Communications. They took a check for me for RS 2647. Their technician came and tried to install the connection and it did not happen.           Two failed transaction of RS. 90 & 90 = 180 on my NO. [protected], So recharge my no. by recharge of RS.30 six times to fulfill amount of RS.90+90=180. This recharge are done by Ebay complimentary Recharge process. Fix this problem immediately.

            I wanted to take a Netconnection, for this I called to[protected] Just a Dial on[protected].They sent me a message comprising a list of contact addresses for net connection. Your Executive Mr.Venkatesh called me and explained me about your net connect and convinced me to take connection. I asked me to give time for deciding and said that I don’t know the office location to come and get the connection, He said that No problem we will send our Executive to your house. After some time I called Mr. Venkatesh and asked him to give me the connection on[protected].For some reasons I couldn’t get the connection on that day.

            On[protected] Mr.Naresh from Reliance came and given the connection and asked me which documents that you are going to give, then I said I will give the following Xerox documents with self attestation.
            1. My Driving License (Kurnool Address)
            2. My House Electricity Bill (Hyderabad Address)
            3. Hindustan Petroleum corporation Ltd., Gas Document-Subscription Voucher (Hyderabad Address)
            4. HPCL Domestic Gas consumer Card (Hyderabad Address)

            After receiving the above documents he satisfied and taken an amount of Rs 2720-00 from me for CDMA DATA MODEM MG880—RELIANCE
            NETCONNECT and given me the Receipt cum Acknowledgement Number bearing *[protected]*
            Outlet Stamp with Name, Code is NPR MARKETING, AMBERPET-WWE, CODE: [protected].

            I had taken Tariff Plan: Swift 40+ because your executives told me 160 hours free usage i.e. 80 hrs day and 80 hrs night for 3 months.
            After 3 months for Swift 40+ Tariff Plan Monthly Rental is Rs 400-00, Free usage is 80 hours per month i.e. 40 hrs day and 40 hrs night.
            Usage charges beyond Free usage are Rs 0-50 Paise per minute.
            Peak Hours - 6 AM to 10 PM
            Off Peak hours - 10 PM to 6 AM

            I got the connection on[protected] around 4-30 TO 5-00PM.If Naresh is very sincere about the documents he should tell me that without employment net will not be given .Then I might have not taken the connection.
            Here comes the problem from your side.
            On[protected] from your verification department a person came and asked me whether you are working or not, I said that I am not an employee and me and my wife are Post graduates searching for jobs, that’s why we had taken net connection. But your executive from verification department
            said we will give connection to employees or business persons and said that he will disconnect the net.

            All these formalities you should maintain before giving the connection and you should ensure that whether the customer is genuine or not, because now a days many problems have been created and creating by this net. I said all these to your Venkatesh and Naresh; they said that you told us that I am doing Business or job in Hyderabad, so we gave the connection.

            They have not asked me about my job details or business, out of my interest at the time of connection I said to Naresh that I am not an employee and me and my wife are Post graduates searching for jobs, that’s why we are taking net connection.

            They suggested we will arrange a second verification and in that say that we are doing some business in Hyderabad, and then there will be no problem.

            But what I say is I don’t want to tell lies, and cheat the company, there is no need to do like that. If I really want to do then I will have said at the verification that I am doing business in Hyderabad. I don’t want to get problems by saying all these lies.

            On[protected] I got a call from Reliance[protected] at 8-58 AM telling that it is the final confirmation and spoke me for 9minutes 36 seconds. I got a doubt and asked that if any second verification will continue then he said that all the verification procedure is over.
            But on[protected] at 10.37.15 AM the net has been disconnected, why this happened.
            I said to your executives, but they suggested we will arrange a second verification and in that say that we are doing some business in Hyderabad, and then there will be no problem.

            AGAIN AND AGAIN I SAY I don’t want to tell lies, and cheat the company; there is no need to do like that. If I really want to do then I will have said at the verification that I am doing business in Hyderabad. I don’t want to get problems by saying all these lies. I want be Genuine and don’t want to get into unnecessary problems.

            “I want to advice you not get it happened like this to other customers”.

            I want to know the details of my connection, number every thing regarding to this net from starting to till now in hard copies.
            “I want to get my net connection completely closed because I suffered a lot of mental tension regarding what happened untill now”.

            I want to know are u going to reimburse the amount Rs 2720-00 which I paid. If yes I will be happy.
            If you are not going to do, then tell me the reason.
            REMEMBER THAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH YOUR EXECUTIVES not getting the proper information and documents before giving the net connection.
            Please give me the reply as soon as possible.
            If it is negative from your side then i might look for the other options.

            and they say do what ever you want.
            i am also facing issues (my data card is suspended) with them as they are asking extra money for post paid though i pay 3 months bill earlier.

              I bought Reliance USB data card at a price of Rs.3000+with an unlimited package of 30 days for exorbitant Rs. 1501 in April 2008 from Shimoga web world . It did not work 16-18 days even after multiple complaints. All that their support people could say is that "it should work, nothing is wrong". Then I switched to hourly usage as and when needed, but when the rates went down to Rs.999 for 30d pack, I recharged again in mid Aug. It worked for initial 12d and stopped. They asked me to recharge voice & sms pack (for a data card!) I kept on doing so, but data worked only for the amount charged. After their confirming that all problems have been resolved and that I've been given compensatory usage till early Sept, I continued usage, but it stopped working before Aug end and Reliance cleaned up the close to Rs.400 balance from main balance of the account. Customer care told me that it was due to data usage and billed me unlimited on an hourly basis for 10days! (lying that it was compensatory usage). They assured me that unlimited data pack problems on my card had been resolved. I recharged 999 again for 30d usage again in Sep 1st week, but it has stopped working after 12d and again Reliance stole my main balance of Rs.200.

              So overall, I lost over Rs.800 in April and over Rs.600 in Aug-Sept! The customer care nos, email ids and Nodal officers in Karnataka are unable to help me. They tell me that they have no records beyond 3d of money being deducted and therefore cannot do anything, although I have always complained on the day of money deduction from my account. Now, if I want to use the modem, I have to keep on recharging and they deduct almost the entire amount on recharge, over-and-above Rs.999 pm I recharge for data!!!

              Everyone at Reliance Netconnect is a crook, kindly beware. I've lost a lot of money and time. Now the junk data card is useless too and the money I paid for that is a waste as well.

                I had made an online recharge of Rs. 496 on 19th Sept'08 on a scheme of all india Relaince to Relaince free. But that scheme was stopped by relaince so they did not recharge it. On contecting the customer care of relaince on the same day, they had assured that when such thing happens, the amount which is debited from your account gets credited back to your account within 48 working hours. Today is 22nd Sept'08 and still the amount is not credited in my account. On contacting the customer care of relaince today, they bluntly said that the money is gone and u wont get it back.
                This is not fair. Can i get my money back???????

                    I'm using the reliance one card since last one and half year, initially i was given a temp car but that was not listed online at reliance fresh even after crossing 1 year, but i was keep using that card for my purchase.
                    As told by reliance one dealing manager at reliance fresh, i again applied for the fresh card, ...and then i was alloted with a temp card # [protected]. After checking this card within 1 month, it shows that this card is also not on list, .
                    Please check the concerned details related to my card.

                      we are having 2 connection of your company :

                      After sending and communating so many complaints of not receving my mobile bill, there is no response from company side I am user of this mobile since last 3 months but till the date I could receive my mobile bill.
                      Kindly suggest the way so that I can receive my phone bill.
                      The another problem is my WLL connection is charging but not giving battery backup after unplugging. I went to Your Autorised service center of L G mathura where it was said to me that my phone's PCB is not working and they changed the PCB with the cost of Rs 400. But after changing PCB the problem is remain same. Now the staff is saying to change the battery. What kind the staff is sitting in the lg service center I could not understand.
                      Kindly make a solution of this problem also.

                      I hav recently buy a reliance cell phone on 16/09/2008 whose model is LG RD3600. And the problem is that the backup of cell battery is very low, and there is no connection at all in my cell, i hav to buy a postpaid connection for my phone, but my cell is not working properly. The other thing is that, the cell was bought by me when i was in INDORE on 16/08/2008, But now i m in CHANDRAPUR, because of my job. And the office members of reliance communication at CHANDRAPUR does not Co-operate with me. That's why SIR, please give me a suitable solution for my problem.                         Hello All,

                        Im from Mumbai, - 400 092. I have an reliance broadband connection. Trust me they have a very amazing speed. But as of now Im tierd complaining to the call center that my internet is not working at all. My connection is not working since 12 days And what problems Im facing no one knows. In the begining the connection was SUPERB but slowly slowly it become the worst . WORST then MTNL connection atleast they will never keep their customers waiting for 15 days if a problem occurs. Currently Im facing a problem that is limited or no connectivity this problem started 1 .1/2 month ago. and ended in a mess with no connectivity at all. Airtel does not have a connection here. And I dont want to get back to MTNL(no doubt it is good but im not intrested anymore). I just hope this message opens up the eyes o[censored]sers who are using reliance broadband and wireless routers and understand what im trying to say if any such problem occurs prepare yourself prior.

                        I understand you very well as I am experiencing the exact same problem at Mumbai -50 (one out of 2 connections is having the problem). It is problem with their server end (hostname assigned to the connection point of the hub box) which they don't want to fix. The way they want to solve my direct cable connection problem is simply by removing the plug and placing it into another slot in the bub box to get a new hostname. However, there is problem accessing the terrace due to dispute with a carte muslim (first one I've ever known in my life). Anyway, even if they put my wire in another slot, the problem with first slot (ie hostname) is will be there and what will happen when all the slots get the same problem?? Powersurfer.net (now purchased be Reliance to get coverage in Bandra) would fix the server hostname within a few hours (as they only had customer in Bandra). WHAT IS MORE SHOCKING? I have a call every 3 days because they wclose the complaint after 72 hrs as case solved which means I have to make a new complaint.

                          We are using the LandLine of your Prestigious Company, But i am very sorry to say that your service is very poor, from last three we are facing so many problems
                          1. My LG set is dead we called so many times at your office but there is no Response at last my Father go to your office & then they replaced the Set at this condition, that in your recent bill the set amount Rs 700/- is included. but you come to us with that bill we should cut that.
                          2. Now that amount is included in that & we were gone to the office & they cut that amount & we deposited that amount ( BILL ) other than the set price That was Rs 300/-
                          3.Now our number is not working Our outgoing is Barred .

                          SO CAN I ASK WHY...??
                          We cant Expect this type of Service From The India's largest co.

I was able to connect to internet through recharge vouchers of 20 hours, 50 hours etc butvrecently on 28.08.08 i recharged with RCV data voucher Rs 999 unlimiyed offer pack for 1 month but couldnt connect to internet any more . they said that i dont have money ibn my prepaiod account so first I should recharge that so I recharged the prepaid account and now I can connect to internet but they are charging me 60Paise/ min from the recharge account itself instead of the Rs 999 / month pack.

                            So a s you can understand that my Rs 999 has been all lost. the Reliance communication gobbled my hard earned money.

                            I made several complaints but of no use. now whenevr I have to do internet I have to use recharge vouchers inspite that I have already given them Rs 999 and they also confirm thr same.

                            Please please help me out.

                                I have a Reliance Smart connection. Inspite of my repeated requests of DO NOT DISTURB (DND) I am receiving calls and sms from the customer care. Two months back many times I sent SMS to 51234 DND. Further I personally rang to[protected] and told the customer execucutive to implement DND to my cell number. Till date, no action has been taken by Reliane smart GSM.I think Reliance GSMis least bothered about customer and their problems. I hope Reliance GSM will take up the matter and will stop sending sms and calls from their call centres.

                                    I purchased a Data Card (Huwai) from Reliance on 3rd Dec 07. As per the scheme at that time it was to be free for one year at 1 GB per month with an initial payment of Rs. 10K. Everything was fine till 26th Aug 08. On this day I received a couple of SMS that has left me shell shocked. One of the SMS says pay up Rs. 7089/- . The other is weird as it reads "Your Current Bill Details - Previous Dues:Rs-1674.93; Paid:Rs0; Current Charges:Rs8764.08; Total Due:Rs7090; Due Date:10-SEP-08. Reliance"

                                    I have registered a complaint and I was told that this will be addressed in 48 hrs. Now even when this period is lapsed there is no solution in sight.

                                    Now I feel like a fool when I recollect what all my good friends were never tired of advising me on Reliance.

                                    Hi,

                                    I am using reliance data card from past 6 months. I cleared all my bills eight days before. They even activated my connection within 3 hours. Through Reliance Netconnect Card its connecting to the reliance service but when I opening the web page its showing as page cannot be displayed. I have taken my laptop to Reliance WebWorld even they could not solve it.

                                    Today I called to customer service in Hyderabad. I dont know from where those people came from, not even trying to understand the problem. Just saying that right now service is down in your area please try later. But I am trying to explain them that its not working from last 8 days and the problem should be different. But still they are trying to convince me by saying that service is down instead o[censored]nderstanding the problem. And they were very rude in answering it. And the final answer I got them is the problem is might be with the datacard, check with the service center.

                                    Stupid Call Center... Brainless ...

                                    I had taken a reliance data card for network usage while mobile as i travel a lot. The address of my office was given to them . Now since my travelling job is completed and have to do all my job from my office at Andheri East.

                                    Dear all,

                                    I am facing problem with reliance communications. They people are more interested in money rather than giving services. And they are doing their job pretty well. I bought reliance data card On feb, 2008. After using for 2 months it suddenly stops working. I rang to customer care and they beg 4 working days time to rectify or they will send somebody to me for rectification of the problem. After waiting 4 days when I didn't hear from them, I again called rel. customer care. Then their solution was that you go to reliance web world and confirmed your problem related to card not with my laptop. I requested them that it is already confirmed by my office IT department but they refuse to hear any thing. At last I asked for web world address near to my house. They very politely give me 3 addresses. When I went there I found two of them were closed for long time and only one at preet vihar delhi was available. I went there firstly they refused to do so, but after my no. of time request they checked and found my data card is faulty. They suggest me to go to ZTE service centre to make rectify/change of data card. I went there they tested and diagnose my data card was faulty. They are willing to change my data card but they also told me it will take one month times. I got faint. I request them this card is just 2 months old and I am mostly on tour so it is difficult for me to be without data card. But they refuse with very ugly smile. I really feel bad with those smiling face. I feel cheated. Very next day I purchase TATA USB. I filed a complaint to reliance communication. From that date I am getting 3-4 calls weekly for the bill amount. Those peoples are more interested in getting their money rather than services. Even no apologies call come to me till date. Now I am going to file a case in consumer court. I strongly believe reliance is not good company. I have wasted my Rs3140.00 hard earned money and also I lost my sleep because of threatening calls from reliance people.

As I don't have time in the day time and I didn't carry mobile in college time so I told them they said okay verification team will come before 8.30 am or after 7.00 pm so I said okay this happen on date 8/7/8 then I fill form and submit document they ask me to come tomarrow and verification chap call repeatedly on 9/7/8 at 4.00pm on that time I didn't carry mobile because I was in college and visit the reliance outlet boy (shortage) said form is showing negative I said I told u before filling form there is time constraint then he said okay tomarro I ask verification guy to do verification before 8.30 am I say okay next day I again visit outlet and he say form is negative and I call u then I say no miss call was there my owner said no person come from verification they literally lies with me so I said return my document then they said sorry I get angry and said I make police complaint in respect of giving wrong information and miss using my document for wrong purpose on which my signature is there after that 9/7/8 verification guy come to my residential place at 9.00 pm give positive to form so today I again went to outlet now they are saying USB not available


                                    1) On 8/7/8 I visit outlet with intention of buying now 11/7/8 loose interest on money for three days

When approaching Acharya Infocomm Sec 7 Rohini yesterday 23 Nov 08, the staff checked the account & said their is no dues but cannot able to activate the service today as this is web world express and i have to go to web world office. When i went to Pitampura ring road office, the ccare executive was of a worst kind of behaviour, have no manners/sense of taking. How you keep such people in customer care. When i told him, he not even listening to my problem straight way said today it cannot be done as it is Sunday. If it is sunday then why you people open the office. When i asked for the complain book he started giving different excuses. When i asked for branch manager he said manager doesn't come as today is sunday & also not provide me his ctc numbers. His ruthless and idiotic behaviour doesn't finishes here. When finally i said to provide me a solution, to that he said he cannot do anything as their office DLC is down. I have to come tomorrow. All these things were talked but my problem was not even listened.                                     I had requested for termination of reliance account for data card in the Jan 09 and i was given with the reference no of the cancellation.

                                    To my surprise next month they have sent me a bill for dues and again subsequent month i was informed that i need to pay the bill.

                                    Every time i received the same type of calls from the customer care and i am tired of telling them that i already terminated that connection. I had given the reference no as well and also told them to get in touch with the reliance web world for further discussion still i am receiving emails saying that if i dont pay the amount then they will deactivate my number and also the device.

                                    I purchased my data card from Sai Infocomm, Mumbai on 30/09/2009. My data card number is[protected]. The card worked well for two days and after that it conced off. Following is the list of calls / follow ups i have done, for your record:

                                    Called up the frenchise agent (Sai Infocomm) immediately and he assured me that the card will get functional in the next 48 hours, but no one turned up.
                                    Called up the call centre - they told me to go to a reliance infocomm gallery and for address verification.
                                    I went to the Chembur Reliance Infocomm Gallery and i was told that i should go to the franchisee from whom i have bought the card.
                                    Again i went to the franchisee, he registered the complaint.
                                    Then i called up the call centre and he advised me to go the any Reliance Webworld. I went to the Shivaji Park webworld at Dadar, Mumbai with all address verificaiton details, they registered the complaint and confirmed that someone will visit me or at least call me for verification and the card will get functional.
                                    Again as usual with the Reliance's standard of service, no one called up.
                                    I again went to the Franchisee (Sai Infocomm) and he assured me that the card will get functional in two days after a visit for address verification. Again as usual, no one turned up.
                                    Now it is over 20 days that i am trying to get my things sorted out, and i want to return the card back and get the money refunded. No one has ever come to my residence for any kind of verificaton.

Actually I wanted to terminate the data card because I should go for training and there laptops are not allowed. After training which lasts for about 9 months I want to take another data card connection for the same modem. But the people at Reliance outlet in Srikakulam are saying that I should give them the modem also and they will not return me any money.

I was promised by the executive that the same will be activated within 48hrs after the address proof verification. The verfication was done on 17th of July at my residence, but the instrument is still not activated inspite of contacting & writing to the company several times. Infact when contacted I was told that my documents (2 Photographs, Photo ID proof and Adress proof) are not been submitted with Reliance by the agency and hence need to resubmit the same. I'm afraid my documents are misused by the agency.

                                    After one month a reliance person came to my home asking me the bill amount. So, I explained the problem and asked him without using the data card how I will pay the bill.

                                    After that two to three persons came to my home for the bill again and again with out solving my problem. Finally mr. kiran from kakinada reliance office came to my home and told me that there is a problem in the data card we have to send the data card to visakhapatnam.



                                    I waited for 20 days but there is no response for your people, so I again call to the Kakinada reliance office and then they told me that data card was not working, I have to go for new data card. Hearing his word I am shocked and he did not take any consent to inform me that the data card is not working. This type of service provides by the people of Kakinada reliance and they did not hand over my data card to me till now.



                                    Now last month again I took hi speed data card no [protected] trusting your serviced has improved and hope that you will not commit the mistake again. But now you stopped the new connection and telling me that I have to pay the old data card bill with out any pre intimation this cause loss of work for me.



                                    I hope you will understand my situation and you will solve my problem.

The main aim of this mail is to present the status of poor and careless service in Kakinada show room. I want to clear you that I am not in a position to receive a discount from you. But, reckless manager mr.teja ([protected]) has made me a wrong assurance in bill adjustment and every time he uses to postpone the promise. This shows his irresponsibility of job and unreliability in reliance service.

                                    Once again I clear that I don’t want discount from you. But the manager has to apologetic for his wrong assurance and see that this type of action not to repeat again.

                                    Reliance Data Card — Not getting minimum speed also

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I have purchased one post paid reliance data card([protected]) in the month of Feb 11, when i purchased from dealer, they told me that i will get the speed 3MBPS, but from starting onwards i'm getting 5 to 10KBPS,
                                    If i want to open gmail or rediff or yahoo mail it will take 15 minutes for opening,
                                    What is the use of this speed, I'm paying 750 per month for 5GB unlimited download free.
                                    When i approached the reliance world, they are saying you have exceeded the download limit, then only you will get this speed, but my case I can't open the mail also, how can i download the 5GB data in a month.

                                    Now a days I'm roaming between bangalore to hosur daily, I'm unable to open my email while roaming,
                                    Simply i'm paying rent for every month, I'm not getting any improvement from reliance customer care and reliance world.

                                    Reliance Data Card — Reliance not disconnecting my account

                                    Reliance is the worst company to be associated with. I have purchased a data card connection of reliance and the speed was so slow that I can't access google properly. So I stopped using it and asked customer care to deactivate my account. They said after clearing your bill we will close the account. So I visited this reliance world to submit the payment and closing my account. The lady there said that they can't do it. I asked why she said to come on my bill generation date. When I visited on that date she said the sever is down. I went next day then she replied that they cannot process the request as they don't have the authority. I was so much angry when I heard this because she could have told this in the first time so I register a complaint against her with the customer care and they assured me to solve the issue within two days but it was nothing. There was no reply. Then I got a call for the payment and I said I will pay only when you will disconnect my connection. They agreed and said that they are sending an executive who will collect the payment. As per my conversation I gave them a letter requesting for conversion of my account to prepaid ( because of so much request made by one executive).

                                    Now also I am getting calls from customer care and people approaching my house for the payment of bills.

                                    I am so much frustrated with Reliance that I will never buy a product from Reliance.

                                    Reliance Data Card — No network and service

                                    I have taken a new Data card from Relaince website last year. Since the day 1 i have faced lots of problem from Reliance relates to services provided by them. I have registered the complaints several times but no positive feedback from them. Even there are several cutomer representative hwo do not understand english.

                                    Well, its been almost a week has been happened but they are not able to provide me the details for no network and service. I am getting only 1 answers that their network team are working on it it would be resolved asap, but when i have asked them when then they do not have nay answers.

                                    My complaint #[protected] and[protected]. i have requested them to either provide me the refund, give me some benefits or change the data card... but no response from their side.

                                    Reliance Data Card — asked to pay without data card usage as it is inactive

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I have taken reliance data card for internet usage few months back.
                                    Dear Sirs,
                                    This is to bring to you kind attention that about the inactive data card: [protected] for which I am asked to pay the payment on generated bill.
                                    Since from the day one the data card is not getting activate for broadband connection and thus the same has been communicated to Reliance CC for which they give very irresponsible response.
                                    They also told that they will look into this issue and will get back to me, but they did not turn up to resolve the issue. But they make sure to call me every month after the bill generation and ask for the payment.
                                    i.e Instead of rectifying the issue with the data card, reliance communication team is calling me every month after the bill generation and asks for the reason for non-payment.
                                    Please note that it has been a real pain for me talking to Reliance Customer and explaining them the same thing again and again. It has been more than 5-6 month that I am facing this problem and have called Reliance Customer Care several times but in vain. I have never experienced such illiterate and unhelpful customer care staff ever in my life and it forced to me not to recommend any Reliance product to my friends.
                                    Also I have told them, I would continue with reliance service only if they resolve the data card issue and make it active for broadband. I have also told that it is not possible to pay the generated bill amount for the unused service.
                                    It would be an appropriate move if they resolve the data card issue and provide the service and then ask for the payment as per the usage. It is unfair to ask the customer to pay the bill as it got generated by the system every month as every cares for their hard earned money.
                                    I would be really thankful if you could look into this matter urgently and have this solved ASAP.

                                    I took Reliance Datacard about 5 months ago, They have the slowest connection, that i have ever come across. They claim it has 3.1 MBPS but the it works in 100 KBPS speed. So pls do not buy Reliance Datacard and educate ur frends also about that

                                    This is to inform that I bought a reliance 3G data card on 8/11/2011. But till date I have not received the free 2.5 GB free service.
