Reliance Communications — to de-activate INDIALEDU PACK

I am de-activate INDIALEDU PACK. I am not getting the right solution about how to de-activate the INDIALEDU PACK.

DE ACTIVATE THE INDIALEDU PACK IN MY MOBILE

On 18/10/08 there was a sms on my cell stating that " Your subscription to INDIALEDU is due for renewal. You will be charged Rs30 on 20/12/08, to deactivate call[protected]toll free) " but when i tried to call this number Iam not able to reach them.

Pls de-activate INDIALEDU PACK which is activated without our
permission of phone number [protected] last four to five months started.
so i request you to de-activate INDIALEDU PACK.

On 05/11/08 there was a sms on my cell stating that " Your subscription to INDIALEDU is due for renewal. You will be charged Rs30 on 07/11/08, to deactivate call[protected]toll free) " but when i tried to call this number Iam not able to reach them.

The service was activated without any intimation to me. Neither i used the service ever nor do i want to. Pls deactivate the same on priority.

the INDIALEDU pack has been activated on my reliance mobile without my permission and it gets renewed every 10 days.the customer care peaple are also not giving any kind of help for this.so i request you to Urgently de-activate INDIALEDU PACK.

Dear All Reliance Persons

I am offended that again Rs 30 charge cut by INDIALEDU after several time request to customer care on 29th Nov 2008. After long discussion they told me that you have to deactivate by calling in 53030863. I had called there one message come to me that you are not member of indianledu. This is happen two times. If any further charge by Indian Ledu then I will take drastick action against it.

i am also having same problem of INDIALEDU pack. i tried several time to call 53030863 toll free no. to deactivate this service but this no. never worked. if some reliance officials reads these post plz tell how to solve this problem. if any one got succeed in solving problem plz share it.

I am also facing this problem from last 2 months
I think reliance is suffering from re-cesstion.
that's why this people are collecting money in this manner.

This is happening with me too...whenever I try to call 53030863 nothing happens and my balance is reduced by Rs. 30 after every 10 days.plz if anybody has a solution to this problem ..mail me...and plz reliance officials do something about it..

What is this INDIALEDU pack, I have no idea yet but since last 3-months my account is continuously debited on the behalf of INDIALEDU pack, To deactivate i call 53030863 repeatedly but the line disconnect instantly.So anyone there to help me how to deactivate.
