Reliance GSM — Unsolicited Charges
Dear Sir,I am a pre-paid customer of Reliance GSM operator ( Cell No. [protected]). I am sorry to say that I am deeply frustrated by the unsolicited services charged by your company.
Earlier in Sep this year I had made acomplaint regarding your unsolicited chrages levied on me by forecfully subscribed to "My Feeling" service without my permission on 15th Sep 2011 charging me Rs. 10 for 10 days. I had immediately requested for unsbscription of the service on 16th Sep 2011 by sendingan SMS "Unsub 2229" to 155223. The Company did acknowledge my SMS on the same day. But the company didnot reverse the charges.
After making a complaint on this the company did reverse a partial amount ( Rs. 40 out of Rs. 70 ).
To my utter surprise the Company in this Month of October has forcefully deducted Rs. 30 again toady stating "Your subscription to Reliance Masti ka Hungama has ben renewed for Rs. 30 for 30 days". Though it had been confirmed by the Customercare that all additional subscriptions that had been errorneously added to my account has been removed.
I will expect the Company does not cheat others like me.

sir,i am 5 -7 years old reliance smart gsm reguler custmer. me reliance ki seva ko bhut behter seva manta hu but meri 1 ak problem kbhi solved hi nhi hoti hai. uske liye me sari koshish kr chuka hu . khi bar mera balance jbrjsti un service ke liye kata jata hai jo ki me activate hi nhi krta jo ki mere kisi kaam ki hi nhi hai . fir bhi company jbrjsti use mere number pr hr month chalu kr deti hai. kya company meri problem ydi solve nhi kr skti hai to muje bta dijiye me taki idea me chla jao ...... mera number hai [protected] or nam hai sagar kabra. city- narsinghgarh, distirc-rajgarh, m.p.......... hr month sms aata hai dear custmer, your voice pack is due for reneval on 18-oct-2011.
to avail full validity pls ensure sufficent balance in your account. or balance kat liya jata hai jisko bnd krne ke liye me pure 8 month se complaint kr rha hu mgr bnd kra nhi jata .

Hi sir,I have a Reliance GSM Prepaid account. It has not even been 3 months after buying it, the R.COM. have started showing their status. These cruel have nothing to do with the customers. All they want is only THE MONEY.
1 week before they deducted my 94rs for no cause, without any confirmation.
And now, for the last two days they are continously deducting 20 rs from my account. This is ridiculous. Moreover, the customer care also dont even bother to understand the situation. First, the customer care call doesnt go even after trying hundreds of time. And even if it goes, the rascals dont help a bit.
I am tired of all this.
Its my last warning to R.COM. If this time they dont refund my money back, i will sure file a case against them in consumer court.

Reliance Communications — migration problem
SIR, MADAM,Its requested to u that i have postpaid number of reliance communication. i want to migrate is in prepaid but in this company there is nothing doing process for my matter the number is [protected], last 5yrs i m using it but till no solution have been taken by company site plz give me better solution or write down this complain against company
many time i was complained for it to reliance executive and senior officer of reliance communication but every month they stopped my service and disturbed me . hope u will do the needful process to help us.. pls reply asap

Reliance GSM — forced subscription of video vogue service
Sir literally i am suck of your services, this is third time i am posting my complaint on this portal. I talked to your representative(MALAY) regarding the daily balance deduction of Rs 5.00 on my mobile no. [protected] due to a video vogue service which i have never subscribed. i told your executive if you are giving me waiver than it should me something which is acceptable other i don't need any mercy waiver. you just do one thing, its my heartly request that plz deactivate this service, but as soon as i got the balance. i got the same msg again that VIDEO VOGUE AT RS. 5-21 OCT11, WAP.MAUJ.COM/UTP/L15308U1612V2X8073/SUB/RCOM/VP/INDEX.PHP?PAGE=VP this isthe msg which i got daily when i do have balance in my account. So if you can help me regarding the deactivation of the service which i have mentioned. i will be thankful to you. I don't need the CHILLARS you are providing me in form of waiver.I hope this complaint is being read by any responsible authority or person if not than plz forward it to someone who can help me with the same.

Reliance Communications — Steals customers money
I had bought a reliance net connect from Pune(Maharashtra) a year back. I was using it regularly in Pune but then shifted to Bangalore(Karnataka) in Februaury. Since then I was not using the net connect.3 weeks back on 17th Sept 011, I went to a local shopkeeper to recharge my net connect. Then I didn't know that there was different recharge vouchers for different states. I asked the shopkeeper to recharge it with the unlimited plan of Rs 1000 which is a recharge voucher in Karnataka. When I checked with my net connect I found that recharge did not happen because it was a wrong recharge. I went to the recharge shop next day and found it closed since it was a Sunday. On Monday the shopkeeper told me that he can't help me after 24 hrs of recharge and asked me to call customer care. I called them up and asked about the recharge made and how it can be refunded back to me. They told me to visit the nearest reliance web world. Since I am working I went there in the evening next day and asked them to refund the money. They checked in their account and told me that the recharge has not been made to my data card. I called the customer care again and told them the problem and asked them for a solution. They said they can't do anything from there side. I asked them to raise a complain with my details, since I didn't have the transaction ID which was with the shopkeeper. They told me to wait till 3 days for anything to happen.
After 3 days when i called them up I was told that my request has been closed since I didn't provide any transaction ID. Meanwhile I had retrieved the transaction ID from the shopkeeper, so I told the customer care guy to raise a complain again with the transaction ID. Again I was told to wait for 3 days for their reply. After 3 more days when I called them up they told me that my complain was again closed because their systems didn't show any recharge details to my data card. I again raised a complain and was asked to wait for 3 more days for their reply. Three days later they told me that only if the shopkeeper called the number *399 and told them about the problem we are facing they we will revert the money back to the shopkeeper's account. I told the shopkeeper the same. He called but then more than 7 days had passed and the person on the phone told me that after 7 days have passed they can't check my data and asked me to call *333. The shopkeeper had a dummy phone through which he could not place a call to that number.
Then the customer care person gave me the email Id of their nodal officer. I sent a complaint mail to the nodal officer but received no response from him either and I have waited for more than a week after calling the nodal office in bangalore. And after waiting for so many days the nodal executive gave me some respite saying that the amount will be refunded back to me in 24hrs. But even after 24hrs, no action was taken. So then I called the nodal office again and now I am being told that they cannot do anything.
Now I am in stuck in a deadlock, with my money being with Reliance Communications. The shopkeeper says he cannot help me, even the customer care guys say that they can't do anything from their side. It has been testing weeks for me with all the mental harassment I am facing since that day. I have provided each and every detail to the every customer care person i spoken to. Since I am working I can't give any time for this during the day and after the whole tiring day of work I go through all this ordeal for 1-2 hrs everyday trying to resolve the problem. I don't have any patience left in me now to talk to any other customer care guys explaining them each and every detail again and again daily.

Reliance Communications — balance deduction unauthorisedly
dear sir.My no. is [protected] I tried hard to logged a compliant but failed as every time there system is not working. form 09.010.2011 in the span of two or three days my balance is deducted about Rs 37 with any reseaon.so i request the concern authorities,kindly investigate my complaint and refund my balance under intimation to me.

but in actutal charging 60 paisa per call, & my previous blling rate 30 paisa per local (one month offer) & std per second billing.Pls. take suitable action at the earlist.& provide details to avoid the same case in future.

This is last time i am placing my complaint on this portal now i will take a legal actiion against your company with the help of consumer court. I am fed up with calling you people nu:mber of times against my complain. And today your executive is calling me and saying that we have not activated this service,we r just providing u a gudwill gesture of waivers of 26 and like 49, mercy waivers. But i want to tell i am not begging in front o[censored] for anything,i m askng for u for the money which u deducted from my account from the activation of the service. Reliance Communications — Unable to get call details
My name is Aditya Bhardwaj. I have one reliance connection and its no is [protected]. On 5th October, i went to R World (Jagatpuri) to get the outgoing call details of my no. from the period of 1st September 2011 to 4th October 2011. They told me to submit one ID Proof of mine(Photocopy of Driving License) and said that i will receive the details within 2-3 working days by post on my home address. After 10 Days, at 15th October, i again visited R World (Jagatpuri) as i didn't received any call details till that day. I again asked about this from them, one of the executive from their told me that i had not submit any ID Proof thatswhy they had not processed my request. I told them that i had already submitted my driving license as a ID Proof to them. Then they had written my name and contact no in his register and again told me that i would receive the details within 2-3 working days. Again i waited for it for an week and again i visited to R World (Jagatpuri)to know the status of my request. Now they told me to talk on no i.e *359 to talk to their customer executive. I told them my requirement, they told me that they got my request at 15th October and processing will take around 15 days to complete. Now its 30th October and still i am waiting for the details. I am just very much fedup from all this situation. Please send the message to the concern authority to take action against it.Regards

and it deduct Rs 5 /day daily from 16 oct.
I tried many time but i am unable to deactivate it ,

Reliance Communications — Inter connection is not working properly
Dear Sir/MamI purchase a data card from reliance company on 17/9/2011.
They told me the sir your net connection is activated within 2 hour but the my net is activated on 19/9/2011 when i call to the reliance customer care.
when they sold data card to me they say to me sir our engineers call you within 1 hour on phone the guide you how to configure the your data card settings but no one call me.
When they sell data card to me they also say up to 5gb uses your speed is 3.1mb/s(3100kb/s) but the speed is between 0 to 16 KB/s
I send them mail so may times but my problem is not resolved yet
but they send a bill to me today
the are mentally harassing me so much sir please help me i am feeling help less
