Reliance Communications — not providing tariff facility on my e-recharge

Hello Sir,

I am rahul kumar singh and have a complain against relience .i have e-recharged my mobile phone with Rs. 77 pack and with this this recharge
all my local and STD calls from relience to relience should be 20 paise per minute.But actually my all calls are charged as 50 paisa per minute
(in local) and 1 rupees per minute /1.50 rupees per minute (in roaming area for relience to relience for cdma and GSM both) which is wrong.

When i contacted to relience customer care then initially they were telling that yes your money deducted is wrong and the wrongly deducted money will get back to you in in 2 days.But they are refunding my money and still they are charging 50 paisa per minute for my local and std relience to relience calls.i have send relience so many mails but they are not responding to my mails in a right manner .

the mail that comes to me by relience saying that no money is wrongly deducted and Rs 77 pack is activated on your mobile but sir if Rs 77 pack is activated on my mobile then the charges will have to be 20 paisa per minute instead of 50 paisa per minute for relience to relience local and STD calls.

So finally relience people are cheating me and this is not legal.they are playing with my money and time .
So i wanted that a strict legal action should be taken against relience.i am also attaching the contents of emails that that happens between relience and me.

This is how they operate. I also faced the same issue during that time around Bavdhan. No satisfactory response and understanding of probable issue and the action thereby from them.

Reliance Communications — My no is barred from 10 days

I had ported my no from airtel to reliance almost a month and half ago. There were some dues pending of last operator around 70 RS and the due date was 11th of December 2011. I cleared my dues on 10th of December 2011, a one day before. But still my current operator Reliance Barred my outgoing on 10th of December 2011. I visited customer gallery at 4 bungalows Andheri and showed them receipt of payment. They told me my no will start within 3 hours. But it not started and i continuously follow through with customer executive named NEERAJ and my out going started on 15th of December 2011 and that day only my incoming calls and both incoming and outgoing messages were barred. I again followed up they told me it will take 48 hrs, so i waited for 48 hours and again called on 17th of December 2011 and that time they told me it will get resolved in 4 days and now today i after 4 days i called their higher authorities to complaint again why no has not started, they told me it will take more 4 days to get resolved. Now its almost 11 days i am not able to use my no. i had a loss in my business because my no. was not working.

I recharge 599 plan in my reliance prepaid cdma mobile no. [protected] on 24.11.2011(30 day validity)
according to this plan per day company give 30 minutes for STD/LOCAL calls but on 11.12.2011 i observsed that when i call STD when my main balance was deducted but i have 30 minutes in my account.

i complain to reliance custmer care 8 times but the problem was not solved so last 11 day i m not utilizising my plan and after 2 day my plan validity also end and customer care executive say ur problem is solve within 3 day .

Last 11 day i m very upset and mentally very depressed , so plz help me as soon as possible

Reliance Communications — Unauthorized charges

Respected Sir,

I used relience GSM SIM since last two years.I rechardged through easy recharge of Rs 598 at 9:43 am on[protected].But I have recieved only Rs. 0.01 in my mobile and promo balance.

After discussed with Relience customer care (Three times) , I have not recieved any satisfactory answers. They are saying that there is no plan of Rs 598 is recharge.They recharged any 3G sim plan worth Rs 598 while i m using 2G sim.

Waiting for a satisfactory answer as soon as possible.

Reliance Communications — disconnection without proper reason

Dear Sir/madam
I have paid the bill dt 23.11.11 by cheque. The cheque has been dropped at reliance web world at punjagutta on 9/12/11.Our connection which is 3 years old has been disconnected on the ground of non-payment of the bill.
Later after the connection is cut on 22.12.11,I learnt that the cheque has not been honored by the bank.
The nodal officer and other executive whom we have contacted do not know how they can return our cheque.they want the payment now to restore the connection. Is this the way to treat costumers who kept your connection for three years? If you have informed about the cheque earlier we would have cleared the payment well before the due date.
what I can say about the nodal officer who tells us to go to Madhapur from Somajiduda to collect our cheque?
Dont we have any credit limit?

Reliance Communications — The sales executives claimed to establish the connection within 7 but it crossed around 13 days

Dear Sir/Madam,

It's not a good feeling to write you about such a bad service from Reliance communication side and I can not expect it from such a big tag. I had no other way to draw your attention to this inconvenience.

I had applied for the Reliance Broad Band Rs.999 plan on Dec 11 (filled up the application form and gave the cheque to sales executive), but till today I have not got the connection. Even, I was enquired by their FI executive and she told me the maximum days are 7 that they may take for installation. By her saying I should have got my connection till Dec 18, but I am feeling very bad to reach beyond the 7 days limit and today it is more than 13 days.

My account has also been debited by their installation charges of Rs. 600. I am still wondering why it is happening to me. I have also contacted so many times to their sales executive who made me fulfill the formalities and I gave the cheque (of HDFC Bank) of Rs. 600 to him, but I got betrayed responses from them. They just used to put the cap on one anothers head but nobody could solve the issue. Now the situation is that nobody is picking my call .If they pick they will say with in 1hour we will be thre in our place .After that no response from their end.

I have started loosing faith in such a big tag like Reliance and it will also resist me to refer others to take their services. It was my hope that somebody at Reliance, will remember how the word "Service"? But after this happening my thinking is going to change.

Please take my request on priority and take the necessary and immediate action as soon as possible. Also please guide me or provide email id/contact number of the person who can take immediate action on this and i dont want to call to customer care again and again because I fell shy for calling you again and again that how you guys feel that i dont know .

Reliance Communications — Bad services, probable forfeiture of advance rent paid by me with no fault on my part

We had purchased a reliance 3g tablet in August along with a 2 GB per month internet pack in name of Munish Gupta and had paid a rental of Rs. 6067 in advance for a year. (Reliance No. [protected]). After few days of purchase, the number was deactivated due to some address verification issues. That issue was recently resolved after a month long wait.
As per the plan, we had already paid all the rental and were not supposed to pay any monthly amount. The earlier bill received by us was of a nil amount. However, now we have received a bill of Rs. 577 for the month of November. We contacted the customer care, and explained that we have already prepaid the rental and no voice facility was opted by us at the time of purchasing the tablet, thus there is no requirement of any more payment.
However, the customer care was not at all cooperative and said that they did not have any record of the payment made by us initially. We also lodged a complained about the bill however with no resolution. We have made n number of complaints and have visited reliance outlet atleast 10 times and have shown the receipt for the advance rental paid by us but all in vain. They said we might not even get our advance money of Rs. 6067 back.
Now, the 3g connection to the tablet has been disconnected. Also, they have sent a new bill of Rs. 733 making the total due Rs. 1258. Request you to look into the same at the earliest. We have already faced a lot of issues with the tablet earlier and now this new one has come up.

Reliance Communications — Charging Extra money for SMS pack

Sir
Reliance Communication is charging for 15000SMS for SMS pack/month but as per trai rule we are able to send MAX 6000 SMS /month so we are getting charged extra fro SMS pack which are not suppose to be...I requesting that at least charge less for SMS pack or give 15000 SMS for long duration like for 2month so that we can utilize it....

My is MADHUBABU .I am using relaince gsm prepaid sim [protected] since 2 years.From last two months my balance is deducting for
unwanted activations .These activations are not done by me.If i am calling to custormercare they are telling that it is a technical problem and they refunding the money but the next day the same problem arising.If it continues for one month again i cant use that sim card .So,help me out of this.

Reliance Communications — Illegal activation of various services

Reliance keeps on activating various sms packs, caller tunes etc. on its own and charges me. In order to get back the money, you have to call them, register a complaint. Is it a joke for them to loot the people of India. They do that on every number and those who complaint get back the amount, others don't. Is there anyway we can file a legal complaint against these frauds?
