they have the worst customer services ever. I was trying to place ISD calls, and they kept charging me RS 6.4 everytime even when I could not hear the ringtone; the line was complete dead while i was waiting my call to to place through. and yet, when I called the customer service, they blamed my phone instead. they do not even have an English speaking representative; the call get's automatically transferred to hindi speakers who kept saying 'shama chahta" who for stupid reason but not really bothering to understand my question.
secondly, they automatically charged me 19 RS for some crappy text package that i did not give my approval for. when i tried to cancel the package, they said, we are sorry but try next time. how much worse can they get!

ATTN to all the potential prepaid reliant service buyers: DO NOT BUY RELIANT SERVICES. IT'S THE CRAPPIEST THING EVER.

Was sold a Reliance net connect pack by Sanjeev Kumar ([protected], Mohan Cooperative, A-25, First Floor.., Mathura Road, Delhi...

He had taken 3 months advance initially, and then never turned up after that...

Did not work for 3 days...was told every 2 hours that i will be coming later...

evn mentioned that if you have su much trouble, i always have Rs 2500/ in my ppocket, and can return anytime....

cannot come due to monthend pressures...

Sheer irresoinsibility on the part on the part of the executive...

Was told to cancel the connection, but still behaved irresponsibly...

The whole thing has left such a bad taste, that I want to return the connection...

would also advise everyo else to never never ecen consider buying a Relinace Nte connect pack...

If relinace is tracking this, would like to know what action is being taken against the executive, who has bheaved more irresponsibly that one would expect any sales guy to ver do...

Reliance Communications — FRAUD , ILLITERATE EXECUTIVE AND ILL MANNERED

RELIANCE communication is not just doing FRAUD AND CHEATING they hav even started to appoint illiterate people as their customer executive whom they give training to lie and cheat . I Amit Kumar has registered a complaint regarding unnecessary balance deduction for my account balance and doing FRAUD.
Later today afternoon a lady called from [protected] at 15:28 on[protected] but unfortunately that in-spite of helping even a bit, she talked rudely and banged the phone without any discussion over the problem as it was evident that she was completely incapable to give answers to any of my question and she was not even aware about my problem what she was interested in selling me some plan so that they can deduct my balance further .
What kind of FOOLS are being appointed here now i can understand . SO AS THE COMPANY (FRAUD) SO IS THE EMPLOYEE (FRAUD). The only motive both of them have ,is to defraud customers and deduct balance unnecessary AND TALK TO THEM RUDELY SO THAT THEY DONT CALL OR ASK FOR THEIR OWN MONEY which they have earned after doing hard-work and not FRAUD AS RELIANCE DOES. The only way i see is to take legal recourse which can probably be the only choice left to me as I already saw how helpful those people are.

They should really feel ASHAMED as they called me at 15:28 and she talked so rudely that i was so annoyed that I left all my work and write this now as it was more important for me then anything else.WORST SERVICE EVER

On 22/11/11 Reliance mobile has enabled many ringer tone, song downloads without any information and charged 32 INR to me.

I am using Reliance GSM service since 2 month.My mobile no is [protected].My problem is the balance deduction of Rs.30.at 27.11.2011 I didn't activated any service still they deduct it without any information .I have been trying to call to cutomer care since 2 days but my call is rejected each time.They are not responding to me.I get irritated with all these because I had faced this problem in the past also.

So please help me and respond me as soon as possilble.

Reliance Communication Infrasture Ltd — Charging rental bill without providing internet service

Sir,after being posted to jJodhpur ,i applied for internet connection (data card).The hardware that i had was after verification activated after paying the due charges.but with the excuse of signal problem due to my locality of living and office/software of data card/my laptop software problem ,the connection was not deactivated and with the assurance of resolving the issue the rep used to buy time.Due to such approach of the service provider i was forced to go for Tata photon dongol option next month in 2009.Since then the due bills for subscribing internet claiming outstanding,vide phone calls of different persons introducing him as police inspector,lawyer,Area manager etc time to time use to come on my mobile no.So kindly provide the unit details if the service used by me which was claimed on so called no -[protected].Else kindly stop claiming rental outstanding for the service which couldn't made available by the subscriber to the user.and stop harassing the customer.Maj A K Acharya

Reliance Communications — change of tariff plan

I recharged my number on 26Th of November with Rs.599 which facilitates unlimited calls all over India. And just after five days the tariff plan has been changed by the company as for Rs799. now I am not able to get the benefits of my recharge. my std calls are charged by the company. The customer care representatives are not able to help me.

Reliance Communications — phone line is dead from last 11 days

I am having Reliance Land-line no.[protected] and this no. is dead from the last 11 days and whenever i complained regarding this problem I just got only one answer that your problem will be solved as soon as possible but still it is not solved. I complaint regarding this to customer care on 21/11/2011 and this is my complaint no.[protected] but this complaint has not been resolved. Then I complained to Nodal Office of Reliance on 26/11/2011 and this is my complaint no.[protected] but no help was provided by them to us. Then yesterday i.e. on 30/11/2011, I mailed to Nodal Office, Appellate Authority, and Customer Care of Reliance but it fell on deaf ears.
I got the number of some senior officers from customer care employee of Reliance, but whenever I called there was no response or I heard engage tone. Why Company is having such service providing person or officer who cant help or cant provide better service?
Every-time I called, I said them that this is my business no. and I am suffering huge business loss, but they did not bother regarding this matter.
I am writing you this letter to seek relief and help me to get compensation against my business loss from Reliance Communication.

Requesting you to do the needful as soon as possible and take necessary action against Reliance Communication.

Reliance Communications — activating schemes and deducting balance forcibly

I am using reliance CDMA pre-paid connection and my mob no. is [protected]. from past 6 months or so i am facing lot of problem regarding there services i.e unecessarily subscribing packs and deducting balance from my account without being notifying , and when i try to unsubscribe the monthly and weekly packs i am told that request cannot be fulfilled .
Every month i am paying Rs.300-400 without any use.
Even the customer care service is not able to help this out..

I think i should go for some other serivice provider and ask my friends not to use reliance..

Reliance Communications — Talk time not credited as promised on site

Dear Sir,

on 4th December, I recharged my mobile number [protected] with top-up 75/- through Rechargeitnow.com.
Since the reliance website shows till date ,that i must get 66/- talk time, But I received 1 paisa against 66 promised.

When contacted customer care , they all provided different reasons but none of them was convincing.

Request you to provide me details & credit with the amount promised, otherwise i will have to move to consumer court .
as i have enough evidence that 75/- rs planwhich credits 66/- is active till date(as per website ). This is not the case of 75 rs , this is case of cheating.
