Reliance — Unwanted services activated without asking

I have reliance prepaid and postpaid connection..whenever i do recharge on my number, reliance services are activated and they cut the balance...everytime i have to do complaint in customer care number 198...please stop this unwanted calling and unwanted services and disturbance by sms....please requested you to do something

Reliance Mobile — Unauthorised Charge deduction

In my Mobile no- [protected]
reliance deducted my balance 5 rupee without my permission on dated 29-dec-2011 about 8pm.
when i tried to call to complaint on 198 service call get disconnected without forwarding to complaint authority.this happened many times on my this number [protected].

With great disappointment and anger , I have to state that-

-I was one of the oldest and then proud owner of reliance mobile no [protected] ( 8-9 years)
-I was the broad band connection holder of reliance .as well

Things were so rosy with reliance till recently ( 1year and half) when, for better known reasons to you people , reliance has lost its credibility with old customers not only in service lines but also grafting inability for us to reach to the right persons in phone. –

-When all of a sudden my phone [protected] had started coming under no signal or low signal area, I had made numerous calls to your service centre but of no remedy and I . with regrets, had to port the number to AIRTEL . ( and had to break my 8+ years phone relation with reliance due to apathetic outlook of your people)
-Once again the broadband connection had also caused the same problem and my repeated cry to your office could not yield any result and hence I had to request for disconnection of broad band lines too. .

(To my surprise where as my neighbours service providers MTNL and TATA were quick to approach to customers for such cases , even arranging personal visits of their engineers to evaluate the situation causing problems to customer , , your people did not even shown any interest to solve the customer problem or to know the root of reported distorted mobile-broadband service) !

I am still retaining the subject phone no. [protected] , just for my love for reliance , although the connection hardly works in my area- (that you can check with my usage details of the number) and was paying 200-300 Rs every month for almost without use of number.

I by nature, normally make bill payment well in advance and so I did make a payment of Rs 300 on 11/11/2011 ( vide My service RT no. AMIP[protected] .
Although the payment was meant for Phone no. [protected] but by mistake I had punched the old reliance deported no [protected] ( which now lies with Airtel) instead.
I immediately put the matter into your office notice vide Register Service no. [protected] 11/11/20011 and again under no.[protected] 12/11/20011.
I did contact your office overphone as well and they advised me to approach Reliance world .
I wrote many e-mails to your office in this regards but of no result.
I finally reached your web world office on 23/11/20011 Ref no.[protected] where I was advised that the needful transfer of money ( Rs 300) from no. [protected] to no. [protected] had been done and would reflect in my account within 72 hrs . ALL LIES NOTHING HAPPENED TILL DATE- what a joke??

Your office is regularly asking me by mail, by SMS etc for my current phone bill ( [protected]) but there is no consideration of what all run I had done for my old payment adjustment to this number.

I really feel ashamed to see the present work culture of reliance ??? and what it used to be once - one of the global exemplary ideal. Was it that reliance is not what it was once or you have all rubbish packed in your service cell ????

Will there be any one who can listen to me and solve my above problem

I would also like to close my present number with reliance,
Please collect your present bill amount ( that was in fact already paid on 11/11/20011) and sent me the balance cheque by post .
I hope Reliance is not that poor as yet who eats customers payment.

I am unable to make a call to customer care number *333 & 198. For both number I have get an IVR for bal info during cce call transfer.
I have face this problem from 2 month. I cant recieve any solution after contact web world and Nodal officer.

Reliance Communications — validity of promotional balance

Few months ago i bought a new SIM of reliance ([protected]) and retailer asked me to choose a plan then i selected 1.2 rupees/3 minutes and in that told me that if you will recharge your mobile with 50 rupees then you will get same amount of main balance and local balance(43 rupees in main balance and 43 in local balance) and local balance will be valid for 30 days but i am getting 15 days validity of local balance i talked to customer care but they are telling me that sir we don't know anything about this you have to spend that money in 15 days.


please resolve my problem as fast as possible

Hello Concerned,

I am reliance broadband + customer for last almost 2 years. My data card number is: [protected], I am using a monthly plan of 1500 Rs. For the last 2 years i have been constantly paying my bills and never failed to do so. Now, last month i got a bill from them for 7700 Rs.
Now the interesting part begins, Reliance increased my credit limit to 7700/month without even informing me. I never got any call asking me for a permission to do so even they never told me that they increased my credit limit.
Credit limit of 7700 means 5X my regular bill/month. A limit of 7700 for a home internet user?? Are you kidding me?
This is a case of FRAUD.
I contacted the customer care and asked them why it is done? they told me that this is their policy, is it your policy to cheat the customer?
The guy in the Customer care Tareeq, registered a complaint for me and said i will get an update on this, complaint number:[protected]. I called customer care again and spoke to Srikanth for an update he again said that it is the policy, When i wanted to escalate the issue, Srikanth told me that i should contact nodal office and gave me the number: [protected].
I called the number and spoke to Farooq, he after hearing my complaint agreed that increasing the limit to 7700 was wrong and escalated the issue to billing team. He mentioned that i will get a call within 3 days from the billing team otherwise he will call me after 3 days.
Billing team never called me as they had no valid reasons.
Farooq also did not get back to me. I again called the nodal office and asked for Farooq, i was told that Farooq is on leave and will return in 2 days.
I asked for an update on my complaint. The guy Yuvraj said that the issue has been escalated and he will check the details and get back to me again in 24 hours. He never called, after 48 hours i called again at nodal office and asked for Farooq and Yuvraj, Farooq was again on leave.
I spoke to Soumya then, she put me on hold and came back with a shocker that it is their policy and i will have to pay the complete amount, there will be no waiver.

I will term this as a case of FRAUD and expect some responsible person to get back to me and help me with waiver as i am not willing to pay for their billing department's mistake.

Looking forward to hear from someone in Reliance communication.

Reliance Communications — Company Not Deactivating Lovetip Value added Service

On my mobile no. [protected] company activated LOVETIP value added service automatically. I called to customer care on 198 to deactive Lovetip Value added service 3 times. But uptill now on my mobile it is not deactivated.please take necessary action to deactive Lovetip Value added service.

Yes, even I am facing the same problem, after calling to customer care is vain. I wrote a letter to Anil Ambani to his home address, hope he will listen, else his guards & other staff will enjoy my letter.
I have recharged my prepaid number [protected] with an amount of RS.200 through online recharge option available in www.rcom.co.in, unfortunately it had not recharged and while I contacted with company for the same they are not giving any rock strong answer for the complaint. No one is taking action of it. Needs your help or suggestion.

Dear Sri/Madam

This is to certify that undersigned is using Reliance GSM-[protected] mobile number.

Frequently my operator deduct my caller tune charge of 30 rupees without any activation. I dont ask them to activate any services but they unilaterllay activate and deduct my balance

Once i recharged relaince unlimited plan of Rs 599 as per information on reliance website but they discontinued my service and told now we are giving 1800 on 599 recharge while there was no information on website

Plz take necessary action at earliest
