Reliance Communications — REACTIVATION OF GSM CONNECTION

DEAR SIR,

I am using of a reliance gsm connection (mob. no. [protected]) from last 18 months last month on 15th jan 2012. I have recharged monthly net plan but I had used that only two days when I complaint for that they disconnect my connection without any prior notice (24.01.2012) & when I ask on customer care they replied that your connection disconnected due to auditing process plz. submit your new id & your connection will be reactivate within 7 days sir I had deposit my new id on 29.01.2012 at RWORLD, ABULANE, MEERUT. I had discussion so much time but they did not give me satisfied answer & I have not use my net plan also & I have facing lots of problem without my connection.

Reliance Communications — Fictitious billing-Fraudulent practice

Since May 2011, the service is not being provided in spite of repeated complains due their major fault in the cable, but bills are being sent even though our repeated intimation over phone that services have already been discontinued and they have disconnected the line by removing the cables from our house. Now today morning one advocate from Delhi called over mobile that a case has been lodged for non-payment of pending bills amounting Rs. 5283.66 and if it is not deposited within 11.30 AM warrant will be issued against my so who is in outstation now.
I, a senior citizen, had to run to the the nearest Reliance payment outlet around 10 kms away to make payment of the fictitious bill and inform the advocate in Delhi over phone for closing the case to avoid undue harassment. The advocate promised me to return the money within a week time in case it is a fictitious bill. I feel returning money only is not the solution. Suitable punitive action must betaken against the the errant official of the so called esteemed company. They might have cheated many more customers by now.

i am an user of reliance sim and i am facing the problem of wrong balance deduction every month and wrong entertainment packs are being activated into my account unneccesarily without my permission. whenever i call reliance representatives , the representatives tell waste reasons . Reliance Communications — Reliance Postpaid Connection

I have applied for Reliance Postpaid Connection (CDMA) from my present Reliance CDMA prepaid connection on 20th January 2012. On that day, I have also deposited Rs. 250/- as a security deposit.

The PUK (pin unlock key) code is usually printed on the Back of the Tata Docomo SIM pack check it out and if it isn't there then u need to call your carrier and they will give to to you after verification. Make sure not to enter the PUK code your self after 3 incorrect attempts the Sim will be permanently blocked so dnt enter puk number without calling customer care

A service named big fat free store service has been activated on my reliance no. [protected] from past 02.12.2011 to till date and there has been constant deduction of rs. 5 daily from my account balance. On lodging complain to reliance customer care they provide wrong information always n couldn't help me to deactivate my service from my cell.please deactivate this service from my no. as soon as possible.hope ill get positive response from you as soon as possible.

Reliance Communications — Illegitimate deduction of amount from GSM mobile number

I have been using Reliance GSM number 88*****135 for 4-5 months. Since I took connection, I was started charging by the Reliance company without any reason.I even activated D&D to get rid of the problem.But company used alternate funda to deduct the amount illegally from my GSM account.I tried to call numerous times to customer care to log complaint for the same but as expected they even refused to log arguing that amt charged for bla bla service.Don't know wat to do to be free from this problem.

My exprience is Reliance GSM service is worst in the country. The company should be ashamed o[censored]sing tagline that its number 1. but I would say its number 1 from bottom & not top.
