Hi This is Rajesh Reddy I have chosen plan 599(which has a number [protected]) for my new connection, which allows you to make free calls for 1800 minutes (std)and 30 min daily to other std networks, but In my case it is getting deducted for each and every call 0f mine, I am pay one rupee per minute for every local and std call. number the amount is getting deducted when I am making calls locally or to other state reliances.

I have tried so many times to reliance customer care and it has been a waste of time, I have mails to them but they have been my bad luck they did not respond to any.

I want to proceed legally for the hell behaviour of Reliance

dear respected sir,
i have already canceled my reliance land line on 3/2/12 and they also gave me a number[protected] but on 23/2/12 they send the bill of rs 315.46 and on 29/2/12 they send that bill again,and sir they have taken the instrument back. sir i m not going to pay that bill and sir they have already taken the deposit in advance.sir my only request is that they deduct money from the deposit and return the rest to me .as i m a senior citizen and i m 82yrs old ,i m also a heart patient and having diabetes . i hope that u will understand my problem and will help me to get my deposit back as soon as possible

Reliance Communications — Wrong amount deduction

This is 2nd time happens, I recharged my Reliance GSM SIM with 99 rs for GPRS usages in the 1st week of Feb.... last date of this service was 2nd of March 2012, but when I checked GPRS balance on 2nd March, I shocked they close my service and charged for internet surfing...
I talked with executive and also with supervisor, they sms me complaint no. and result was as usual.... nothing happen..

I am using reliance GSM mobile service from last one year.But I am very much disappointed on service provide by Reliance.From last 4 months my balance has been deducted automatically.The total deducted amount almost more than 500/-(five hundred) rupees.I have talked with customer care so many times but didn't get any solution from their side.Always they are saying like 'pack activated'. But i could not understand how the pack is being activated automatically again and again without activate from my side.

Yesterday evening, I have recharged with amount 47/-(forty seven). But after 1-2 hours 30/-(thirty) rupees has been deducted from my balance. Really I am very much sad on this type of service.

I need all those deducted amount as soon as possible otherwise I will escalate this to higher authority.

Reliance Communications — mindless deductions of balance

Reliance Co. are a bunch of thieves and extortionists.Its amazing how they never fail to deduct one's balance even if its to a minimum level of 5rs.They'll always extort your balance and leave you with a minimal 2-4rs.whats worse is that they still have the audacity to sweetly message you saying your balance has reached minimum level,kindly recharge to enjoy uninterrupted service.But the real joke is that they'll never inform you why your balance has been deducted.Calling their customer care is a nightmare altogether.it's a mocking surprise if you get through their line at the first call(usually its always busy).Once you're through with all the "press this and press that" and finally reach the other end of the line,You'll be lucky to have your help speaking English and if the person understands you he will waive the amount once in a while or else pat comes the line,
"we are facing technical difficulties,kindly call back after sometime"
and finally when you think that the mockery is over,The network starts to give problems.Never go into a Four walled room in Delhi and expect any signal!

Reliance Mobile — WITHDRAWAL OF BALANCE

I Recharges my mobile no. [protected] by Rs. 505 on dt.7Mar at 21.16.43 Hr. But instead of 505, dealer recharge by Rs. 500 & then he reverse online from his system to correct the recharge amount. But instead of reducing 500 Rs., company reduce balance twice ie 1000. Earlier My Balance was around Rs. 35, now my balance is (-) 424. I complaint the same to dealer as well as Customer Care of Reliance immediate & repeated it several time in last 5 days, but my problem was not solved & I am unable to make any outgoing calls.

My name is Santosh. When i applied for the reliance broadband connection on 24th Jan 2012, i had made a payment of 1300 to the sales executive named Eswar as the initial amount which the Reliance people said it is mandatory to do so. But in the bill which i received in the march, i was said that i made only a payment of 600 during the connection. When i called the customer care, they did not help properly and i contacted that sales person Eswar also, he is not responding properly. So i request to please help me with this problem.

my mobile no is [protected].caller tune has been activated in my no by default i've not send any request for this service.inspite of making several complaints to the customer care no action has been taken.this type of behaviour raise a question to the credibility of the company.atleast ten times unnecessary call comes,it should stop.this is tarnising the image of service provider.

Reliance Communications — Reliance not giving the plan even after right recharge

My reliance number is [protected]. I have taken this number last month may be on 30th Feb or may be on 1st of march. Recharged with FRC to get 3 gb internet free. Its 15th today. Called up the customer care 10-15 times. May be having always tea and coffee in the office and just telling the term TECHNICAL UPDATIONS ARE GOING ON...... And the other thing if asked to transfer the call to senior... There systems are working perfectly fine and even giving the complaint number. As I got on of those.. My complaint number is[protected]. And there customer care are a real hell. They hang up the phone after listening and even without saying anything.... I talked to Shakuntala(CC), Mandeep(CC), and some more but I do not remember the names. Waiting to get my free data .. But God knows what will happen..

Reliance Communications — Preventing me from porting to another service provider

I have been requesting Reliance Communication to let me change my service provider as I am very unhappy with their service.
I have already applied three times to do porting and I have paid all my bills.
There are no outstanding payments to be made. Inspite of that they keep ringing me and asking why I want to change my service provider and when I give my reasons they quickly tell me my needs will be fulfilled and before I can reply they have cut off the connection.
Is the company so desperate that they are not letting me port out and I am trapped in this lousy company.
Please help me where I can go to consumer court and get my issues addressed.

Reliance Communications — SMS activation charges

I have prepaid connection of reliance gsm having number [protected] and I have once charged SMS pack of Rs. 39, now without my request or application, it is renewed and Rs. 39/- deducted twice from my balance. No response is received despite lodging complaint to Reliance Communication site.

Reliance Communications — Postpaid activation time

I am a Reliance customer from last 8 years of which 4 years in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.

I had applied to convert my prepaid to postpaid connection 3-4 weeks back with a security deposit of Rs.250. I was told by Reliance World that i would get the connection activated in 3 days based on which i applied for the connection as i needed it immediately.

It has been 3-4 weeks now and still the connection has not been activated. I am tired calling the Reliance world every day and getting a assurance that it will be done today and so on. I would have gone for a different service provider if it would have taken so much time and also, in the time when any service provider can activate a connection instantly your service level of 3-4 weeks (still connection not provided) is really worse.

If I would not have been tied up with the CDMA handset and my old number, I would have thrown the SIM card by now. My request is to look into the matter and see that the service levels for customers are improving and not degrading such as my case.
