Reliance Communications — Given Wrong Information and also providing very less speed and sometimes they use to make my network failure till 20 days.
Hello Sir,I am the user of Reliance Net connect 1X connection. I faced a number of problems using this connection. First very low speed as it guarantee that it can gives 10 times faster speed than a gprs. I[censored] see in Patna. There is Airtel Gprs which provide a download speed of minimum 15KBps to max 30 KBps. and same as reliance net coonnect. So, what the reliance says is false. Now, I am using the modem of model Huwaie EC - 121 . My problems are as follows:
i) i purchased this to get more reliability and stability because i think that reliance has gone so far that no company can catch it but i was wrong from this time i will never use a reliance.
ii) When i purchased the retailer said that you can change your connection from postpaid to prepaid anytime but when i gone to reliance web world (at boring road alpana market) R.R communication to change the connection from postpaid to prepaid they given Wrong INFORMATION: that you must have to pay 3 bills which is wrong when i talked to customer care executive from my data card. I told them that i will pay the bill upto till date but they asked me that i didn't know anything about the connection. For this kind of cheating i can make a FIR on police station but i didn't do this because i know nothing will happen because the reliance is a big company and i m only the user.
iii) when i told these problems to customer care executive then they given me a complain number and also given a faith that they will get punishment but nothing happened.
iv) not only this reliance always use to give a network congestion by which i get too much problems in using this. I pay a billing amount of 1000 or more than this per month but they block my network almost 10 to 17 days in a month. for which i complained several times but at the time of complain they say this is the problem in your area but my friend is also using it and have no problem of network.
I think that by publishing my problem on web some special person most probably read it and solve it.
One more thing i want to give a suggestion to the reliance company that don't cheat us otherwise once a day will come that no one will use reliance except their family and their workers.
If some one can help then i would be grateful to him.

he deny to accept my complaint. And told me that Rs.16/- for a satrangi pack of cnbc news update for share market service activated.But in fact i did not activated both of service.
actully i recd a call (10/05/2010)from [protected] your side from mr.deepak told me about satrangi pack and in this he told me about FM pack with 7 days trial pack in this we will charge after 7 days.and also gave me a suggestion that i[censored] don't want it so plz unsub. in next day i recd a a msg from ur side "FMFREE PACK IS ACTIVATED FOR 7 DAYS AFTER WHICH YOU WILL BE CHARGED RS30 FOR 30 DAYS .CALL[protected]TOLLFREE) TO ENJOY THE SERVICE. TO UNSUBDIAL 53030863 TF."
this show my account actvated for this service so why they deduct for cnbc service.

Reliance Communications — Money charged illegally for some unknown feature by Reliance Mobile
Sir,I have been using Reliance ( smart ) SIM for more than two years. My number is [protected] . Reliance automatically activated some unknown feature and cut rupees 30 in last month and cut Rs 30 this month on 15th May. I never activated any feature but the costumer care compels me to admit that I have activated. Why should I activate any feature that I don't know ?
Please look into the matter, Reliance mobile automatically activates features and deducts money from balance without the knowledge of customer.
Please help me get my money back.

Reliance Communications — sim card reject
My mobile no.is [protected] having prepaid connection. Sim of my mobile has been reject and one month is elapsed.Charges tole by the Dealer of Reliance (M/s Aggarwal Communication,palwal) for issue duplicate SIM is Rs.200 Where as per Customer Support Charges are just Rs.25.
Kindly help me.Your immediate revert back will be solicited.

I took Prepaid SIM (GSM) from Reliance communication Web World at Kondapur on 24th April.I have two complaints:
1. My prepaid number [protected] balance of Rs 200/ was never made.
2. My outgoing calls were debarred from next day itself
Since 3 weeks I am struggling to get these issues addressed. After making daily 2-3 calls to Reliance Managers (Sudhir : [protected] & Rajshekhar : [protected]) they activated my outgoing calls on 10th May after some Backend updates in their systems.
But till date first issue remains unaddressed. I still haven't got Rs200/ top up in my mobile number.
I visited Web World thrid on 27th April, 29th April and 12th May but still I face same issue.
I charge Reliance Communications on two fronts:
1. Cheating customer by not topping up correct amount in Prepaid number
2. Wasting lot of customer time & money (I kept calling Sudhir and Rajshekhar repeatedly for 3 weeks). Company should now settle this with claim of Rs 1000/ for wasting my money and time.

There is lot of time Reliance Communication "Systems are down" resulting in loss of information.

Reliance Mobile India — Sudden reduction in balance,
I, m user of reliance mobile service,mobile no. [protected], they suddenly deduct 5 rs. On 13 april and after long discussion to customer care they return it on 18 april. Again they deduct 20 rs. For caller tune which i not activate. Now my balance is 1.23 minus. They are not returning my money saying that you already taken waiver once on 18 april. I am a student plz help me. Yesturday I have received a sms that ur number has awarded 500, 000GBP in telecoms int'l mobile draw to cl.aim prize, contact Dr. COLE EMAIL:[protected]@live.com. But, I don't know how to claim my prize amount. I want to confirm that it is true or fake message. If it fake why do like this?

Yes its true. Balance deduction and ivr barring is normal problem, which they do anytime.
Reliance Communication / Postpaid Connection — Discontinuity of Service
My Mobile no. is [protected].I took this post paid connection in second weak of April.
Service was blocked on following grounds several times.
1. First time due to address verification (Duration of discontinuity of service 4-5 days)
2. Second time due to welcome call from reliance communication was not received (Duration of discontinuity of service 5-6 days)
3. Third time due to non usage of service (Still discontinue)
So I have enough suffered with out any proper reason. I want my compensation of my losses because of this discontinuity in my connection.

it call SIMPLY UNLIMITED CDMA PACK, In that company advertise that user have to purchase that pack by Rs. 299, in that user will get benefit to call any Reliance mobile cdma or gsm, any reliance landlines phone within local (gujarat) network for free UNLIMITED for 30 days, and other local(gujarat) mobile 30 minutes LIMITED per day for 30 days,
I inquire for surety to customer care @ *333 for 2 times before purchasing the pack,

NOW i was doubt full about that so i inquire again 2 times with customer care department again same information was provided to me, now i check my balance it shows limited uses for reliance to reliance local minutes and its only 2700 minutes for one month.
company is publishing that product wrongly for that I WAS BEEN CHEATED BY COMPANY, company is also providing wrong information to other consumers also, 99% consumers are not aware of that cheating done by RELIANCE COMMUNICATION LTD.
now my request to stop that advertisement on immediate bases, that other consumer can be aware,
and publish that kind of big fraud in media, and force company to refund to all the consumers full amount, and company must be punished for that, i have all the proofs to prove my self. and everybody can see on Television or News paper, Holdings, everywhere company is publishing wrongly and they even not writing that "OTHER CONDITION APPLIED" not even * sign for that in publicity,
Please stop that kind of big fraud in our country, Its my request to take my complain on immediate basis and give a stay on that publicity, even in every city, people are loosing there money by this fraud made by RELIANCE COMMUNICATION LTD.

Reliance Netconnect (Data Card) — Reliance Ditched Me !
I have purchased Reliance Netconnect (Data Card) online on 12th April 2010 by paying Rs. 2229/- only. Reliance service executive shipped the data card to me and took my address proof, identity proof and a photograph for their records. The service centre told me that they will activate the data card within 24 hrs. The data card actually got activated after 3 days for which i am to send so many mail to service centre and so many calls also. After using the Data card for some days they send me a bill of Rs. 251/- for a period of 15 days. I paid the bill immediately.... After some days when i tried to use data card its giving error and i was unable to connect the net. I contact the Service Centre for the reason, to my surpise they told me that my card has been barred (service disconnected) because i have not given any photo proof and photograph for their records. Then i send email to Reliance service centre for asking the reason, again to my surprise they are telling that my data card number is not registered with them..... This is tooooo Muchhhhhhhhhhhhhh....I kindly request you to look into the matter and try to solve this..... Because i will no longer pay a single coin to Reliance. If they send any bill i will simply tear it up.
