Reliance Communications — Sim card services deactivate

I was taken a Relience sim card([protected]) a week before(03-April-10). I have submited all the required document. But from 13-April-10 my mobile services has been deactivated. Coustomer care says document not submited. The person who's name is Srikanth (mobile no. [protected]) Relience service agent telling me a lot of reason from past 5 days.(i.e server is slow...). Relience is providing worst service to their customer.

Reliance India Mobile — deactivation of plan automaticly

Hi,
This is Hitesh Raina, using Reliance since one year. My mobile number is +91-[protected]. I recharged it with Rs 77/- two weeks ago so that I can enjoy 20paise per minute in Reliance network. But, unfortunately from the last Saturday (17-April-2010) I am unable to enjoy the plan.
I have called customer care no. (*333) on today[protected] to find out the fault. My service request no. is[protected] at 10:02 AM. Name of the customer care person was ASHRAF. He put me on hold check the details and after holding for 9 mints call was disconnected automatically.
They are not fulfilling what they are been announced or launched for customers? But without any mistake or fault they are collecting the amount in the form of Recharge cards but. But the customers are not getting those services even after paying for that. They need to compensate for it. Even one of my friend is also surfing with the same problem. His no. is +91-[protected]

Reliance Communications — Complaint for non receipt of request no. for postpaid to prepaid

I have handed over request letter with necessary documents for postpaid to prepaid at your Maninagar web world on 23th April 2010 7pm to mr. kunal.
He committed me the request will be forwarded and request no will be sent to my alternate no. [protected].
Due to poor service, i have not received any request no. on 24th april, my request was not reached you, when i comfirmed at customer care on 24th April.
Today 26th, when i call at maninagar web world, they are not responding.
I have complain on customer care over phone.
I need your immediate action on this regard.
If i will not received any response from you. Im not liable to pay your outstanding from 24th April onward.

Reliance Communications — Wrong Deduction of balance and no attention given on complaining.

I have a reliance GSM sim card. I have activated the reliance scheme for free night calling among reliance mobile phones for Rs. 59 per month. On 29th of April, I had the scheme activated and then too my balance of Rs. 9 was deducted. I made a complaint to the Customer care number. The complaint number[protected] was given to me and was told that the fault is on their side and the balance will be restored within 48 hours. Today on 1st may i have got a message that all the deductions are correct.

my one GSM sim (no.[protected]) is damage last 2 months.i was goes to every Reliance Outlet for new GSM Blank Card for replacement but not avail in city last 2 month then on dt26 april i have got GSM Blak Card @rs.100/- and visit to rcil Webworld for card swaping but he told your No. is terminate. i have recharge on this no.in februray 2010.Rs.500.i have many times call & mail to Rcil Representative but not any person resolve of this matter.

Reliance Communications — interruption in services

I took a prepaid connection of reliance CDMA from a local retailor in mandeedeep. i submitted all the required documents asked by the retailor and paid him and with in an hour my mobile started working. after 1 week my alll incoming and out going calls stopped by reliance. when i contected reliance customer care the informed that they have not recived mu ducuments so they have been stopped all facilities of my phone.

i want to know that who is responcible for the intruption in services and he must be punished.

Reliance Communications — Call drop on long calls

Hi,

I am a customer of Reliance GSM service in New Delhi. First of all, the network is so pathetic that I face call drop issue on most of my calls. Sometimes, price deducts from my balance inspite of message not been sent to the receipent. I would like to take a compensation from the Telecom company for all my calls being dropped till date.
