[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Caller tune code i want

I bought a reliance number in Bangalore, around 15 days back (M: [protected]) and SIM No.[protected]. In this 15 days period my service has been deactivated 2 times and that too without any sort of intimation. When I call your customer care they ask me to go all the way to Reliance web world and I have indeed gone there 2 times and submitted whatever documents they have asked for and yet my service has been deactivated again for 2nd time. It just like that nobody is listening. Havents seen such poor service ever. I regret shifting from Vodafone to cut my STD bills
but this is frustrating to say the least.

I mr nakhate R T. I hv activated 1rs for 3 minute plan ,actually what happen yesterday i had made a cal whose cal duration 2min 50 sec, but billing is done for 4 min . Then after i wil make cal to customer care but due network i nt make conversation. So what can i do. And such incident happen r so many time.but they r told that system time is different.

Reliance Communications Gsm Service (Prepaid) — Non activation of mobile no.9835061051

I am using Reliance GSM service for last six years([protected]). Unfortunately I have lost my mobile set about twenty days back. I have requested service provider to block my number for time being in safer side so that it can not be used for any wrong purpose. After few days I have applied for duplicate SIM with same number in your Patna Office situated at East Boring Canal Rd. Patna. with all papers viz; residential proof, identity proof, copy of FIR with police station and Rs.140.00(Rupees One Hundred Forty only) being charge for issuing duplicate SIM. They have instantly issued SIM card but unfortunately despite lapse of more than twelve days it is still not activated despite several reminders on phone no. [protected](your patna office no. given at that time.I have also visited the office for enquiry regardin same.They had assured me to activate it within few hours. Now they are even avoiding to attend my phone from which I used to call him. It is my request to concerned authorities to look into the matter and respond me immediately about the development on my phone no.[protected] otherwise I will have to opt for legal remedy.My Email address: [protected]@gmail.com

Reliance Communications — Without my knowledge caller tune started

Without my knowledge the caller tune has been started and money has been deducted. this is a real fraud company and I want my money back and deactivation of caller tune. my phone number of reliance is [protected] and I belong to Lakhimpur-Kheri, Uttar Pradesh.

my reliance no is:[protected]..my balance is being constantly reduced by 30rs per month for march,april due to automatic activation of caller tune..after that i have unsubscribed that service in may..at that time also i contacted customer care for refunding my balance,but no action took place...and today also on 23 june 2010 at 3:00am, callertune service again has been automatically activated..and my balance has again reduced...so i want all my balance to be refunded due to that automatic activation of callertune service and unsubscribe me now from this callertune service..
waiting for an earliest action,failing which i have to move to the consumer court..

Reliance Communications — Activation of caller tune without Request

Dear Sir,
I own a Reliance Prepaid mobile (No.-[protected]). Yesterday Reliance activated the caller tune on my mobile though I had not requested for.This is a price implications ~ 50 Rs/- for me even when I'm not at fault.Request you to see in the matter to do justice in this case of Cheating/Forgery by Relaince Communication.The solution I'm looking for is : " DEACTIVATION OF THIS CALLER TUNE ON MY CELL WITHOUT ANY MONEY DEDUCTION FROM MY PREPAID ACCOUNT".

Further,I've complaint the same to Reliance customer care , but no action till now at their end.

Reliance India Mobile — unwanted additional service activation

its not only me there are many people which are suffering from unwanted activation of additional services ,.
Recently i am using reliance mobile and its happen several time to me that these services were started by service provider and they said on complain that you had activated this on this date, this time but they are not true.some time they charge roaming even we are not in roaming .... and TRAI is not making any strict rule over it .. i need justice,

I have a Reliance Broadband Connection.This was upgraded from 1x to broadband 1 year back after giving 3000 Rs.It was working fine,but recently since last 9-10 days it was not working regarding which I had made a complaint in reliance & requested that I am losing my business please arrange to make an early reply afterwhich I was told that u will get a call back from our side within 3 days.No body called up after which I called them up 5th day again.The person there told me that u will receive a call back within 3 days.After this 3rd day I received a call from Reliance from Mumbai that our team has checked that there is some problem in the area & we cannot say how much time will it take.I asked him at least give me a rough idea that it will take .. no. of hrs/days/week.That person said no we cannot mention the time.I said then I will surrender the card & he said ok wait I m taking your request to close the connection.I then asked him what about the refund he said our company has no scheme for refund.I[censored] want to keep then keep else I m taking your request to close the connection.He didnt take even 10 seconds to give me the ref no. for closing the connection.That person didnt lose even a single penny but that company has surely lost one customer & I know how much effort does it takes to make 1 customer.

Reliance Communications — Provided a Data Card having manufacturing defect and willing to replace it

My Name is Amit Singh.I have a complain against the Relaince Communication.
I Purchased a Broadband DataCard on 14/05/2010.Since Day one I am facing problems regading speed Issue.I have registered number of complains regarding this and evry time a technical person use to give certain settings which did't worked out.Finally I was tols that my data card is faulty and i need to take to the service center.
I just asked them to please replace that because it has manufacturing defect as suggested by their representatives,however they are telling me to visit the service center and get it repaired.
My Complain is that why should i visit the service center if Relaince is selling divices iwth manufactiring defects.I their fault and they shold get id replaced.

They are simply making fool out of customer by selling faulty devices and charging a heavy amount for the same.

I request to please look into matter and provide me a solution for that.

Reliance Communications — Misbehavior

Around 4PM I recieved a call from Reliance communication for activating the ringtones to the Wireless Pre-paid phone No:[protected] on 30/06/2010. I replied "not interested" after two times of request for this answer the girl from your reliance end started talking why you have not told in the begining of call itself, the call was not clear and hearing properly whether this is my mistake or did I asked anything for activation. After this I spoke in louder manner for this she has replied/called me as and dis-connected the phone. If it repeats once again to me I will fight this in consumer forum

The staff those who are working for reliance, counsel and advice them how to behave with customer Hereafter do not call or send any SMS to my phone from your end if anything I want I will call.

Reliance Communication. GSM Connection — services activated by reliance again and again without customer permission and deduct balances

i m having my reliance gsm connection number [protected]. reliance company always deducts balances and activate services without customer permission and when we call to executive they always tells that services activated by urself and they always deducts balance... i think airtel communication best in india than other communication. reliance cant make its brand image for long time it always make negative attitute of customers towards reliance..... i have sent the message for the do not disturb service in december 2009 but till now my service not activated.
