Reliance Communications — Non Refund of Deposit Amount

Dear Sir,

I've disconnected my cell no. [protected] (Reliance GSM) in the March, 2010 end.
For this connection I'd paid Rs. 1,750 as security deposit with Reliance Comm, the deposit slips are available with me.

I'm constantly following up with the RCom gallery in Sahkarnagar area (Galaxy Communication) about the refund of my security deposit, but very disappointed with no fruitful response.
I've written several e-mails as well as reminders to "[protected]@relianceada.com" but no response came from RCom.

I'll appreciate if you could help me in getting my deposit back.

Reliance Communications — No response towards my complaint

My name is Deven Mehta. I am working in Life Insurance Corporation Of India. In one of our contest my office has given me a reliance broadband connection. But till date they have not activated my service.After several complaints, they have given no response. Now it has been two and a half months, and still not activated. I request you to look into this matter as early as possible.

I Purchase a New GSM Sim on 3rd June, 2010 from ur Branch Dharampura Bazar, Patiala and my no. is[protected]. I give them all proofs and Photograph. They tell me that ur connection will be start in half hour. But till now my connection is not activated. Afterthat I visit many times the branch. But there is no response from them. Today they give me a No.[protected] Kuldeep) and tell that u call the person who will activated ur no. When i call him then he told i can't activate ur no. because it is not my consideration.
Finally, i request u that please activated my GSM No.[protected]. If my no. will not activated till evening then i will take legal action.
So, i again requested u that please activated my number.

I your handset is a non-sim handset then you have to take it over to the reliance office so that the customer care executive ther at the offfice will check your handset RSN and if it not suitable to add a new number he has to send the details of the handset like RSN, Handset model and previous number and the status report he has got by checking your handset RSN with ODR & GETSTAT to his backend office. so that your handset will be got freed to activate a new number in maximum 2 days

Reliance Communications — balance deduct &customer care block talking ruffly

[protected] of Reliance Comm deducts money without any reason.
I happened to get a night calling recharge done but still all my calls between 11pm to 6am where charged.and my balance is deductaa
when i complained that my balance is wrongly deducted then custumer care says that charges are wrongly deducted and will be refunded whit in 2 days but that's not happening.i have two complaint no is[protected] that is 1st of june2010 and second complaint no is[protected]nd june whenever i called in custumer care then those custumer care members not talking properly& my no is close & not connect to the custumer care for 3 to 4 days

Reliance Communications — cdma high speed data card 1x

I am using reliance cdma data card from 1 month ago.It is giving an unsatisfactory download speed less than 15 kbps (some time in bytes).but it should give a average download speed of 100 kbps. I am really in a big trouble with this data card.

but now out of service i asked the dealer
about the reason he said that documents

Please block my sim or number ([protected]) as reliance staff in my city is not co-operative to block my lost mobile number. It can be used by terrosits which can be threat to country. Please block immediately.

Reliance Communications — Payment updation

I Made a payment of Rs. 250 on[protected] for my Reliance mobile number: +91-[protected] and till now no updates are there from reliance people. They always give me 5-10 days time and say that they will update the payment. They have not updated the payment in their records.
