SIR/MADAM,
I AM TAPAN KUMAR PAUL. MY RELIANCE GSM MOBILE NO- [protected]. I SUFFER FROM A PROBLEM. THE PROBLEM IS MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE CUTTING UNNECESSARY PACKAGE BILL FROM MY BALANCE ACCOUNT OF MY MOBILE. AS PER EXAMPLE, I DIDN'T WANT ANY ACTIVATION FOR ASTRO-PACK,RING-TONE, SO ON BUT THEY TOLD ME BY FORCE THAT YOU MUST ACTIVATE THOSE OPTIONS. AFTER THAT I COMPLAIN THEM FOR THESE PROBLEMS AND I ALSO SAID THEM TO NOT GIVEN ME ANY FURTHER MASSAGES THAT HAPPEN SAME FAULT.ITS LAST REQUEST NO[protected]. AND UNSUBSCRIBED SUCCESSFULLY ON 03/07/2010. YET THEY HAVE SUBSCRIBED AGAIN AUTHENTICALLY. WHEN I COMPLAINED TO CUSTOM CARE THEY COULD NOT HELP ME .
THEREFORE, I HAVE TO KEEP THIS SIM UNUSED . I DO NOT KNOW HOW DOES A RENOWNED COMPANY BEHAVE WITH HIS CUSTOMER AS PER SAID MATTERS.
I REQUEST YOU TO GET SOME GOOD SOLUTION FOR THIS HAPPEN.

Reliance Communications — Number Deactivation

I have taken New No of Reliance GSM One month before, i submitt require documents but after one month today July,13,2010 today. for activation i complant in call center. they Said U should contact with Dealer or go R World. Even Call Center do not have information about on what basis my sim got out of service.

Same instance happened one month eariler and delear given new sim card with promise that your verification is done then only we had activated your sim card. Now again it got blocked.

Which u Can Help with Activate Your Cell No.. but. then i go for R World.the cant give me satisfy reply.my cell no.[protected] which is not activated yet.

My few queries with Reliance ...
1. Do reliance have any system to track requests. Why callcenter's/Delear/R World are not able to solve query "What doc is missing or what is issue with Application"
2. If Reliance have strict document policies that if you provide passport as proof then also they rejects applications. Then why you activate it for few days. I belive from this personals, who are True they only suffer.. Who want to use it for illegal activity they are safe as they need to have one more sim activated for few days and throw that in Dustbin and use new sim... Is this policy Reliance is following ?

3.No one is Ready to provide me Serivce Request Number or any reference number to track this all.. Do our communication providers have any clearity on this...

Reliance Communications — Deduction of balance at regular interval

I am using reliance CDMA since 5 years and my number is [protected] from last six months I am observing that my bal got deducted without my knowledge at regular interval when I am calling to the customer service those people are saying that I have used this vas service and many more I have activated DND also but it takes 45 days ok it acceptable but within that period some time caller tune activated automatically I am fed with this service please help me out.

Reliance Communications — not providing gprs settings

my mobile no. is [protected] i recharged my mobile with Rs.99/- a week before for mobile net and send the sms for requesting for gprs settings they said that i'll get the settings with in 48hrs.
a week passed out n till yeh i didn't got the gprs settings n customer care is not giving the proper solution of this.
Another complaint i recharged with Rs.39/- for unlimited free sms pack other then this they cut my balance of Rs.19/- for sms pack of 1p per sms,
i asked they said these are automatic updated coupon as i recharged for Rs.19/- last month thats why they cut this amount as the pack autometic update,
i asked months before i recharged with Rs.39/- sms pack why u had not cut that amount last month they said its ur mistake u have to ask why they had not deducted that amount that 1 also autometic update recharge. They had never conveyed earlier that these packs are automatic update recharge...

Reliance Communications — wrong deduction in balance

wrong balance deduction has done on my number 3 times.when at first times i called customer care for enquiry they 2 services is activated by me which was very wrong i dint activated any services for which my balance should be deducted.i asked him to launch complain he refuses to do that.and when next time again the same thing had happend a called again n complain was launched and for that no resolution was given to him,of which 3days is passed.thay are not ready to launch complain and my frequent wrong balance deduction is done.i am fed up with there service and need help.

my complaint with reliance regarding the problem in my bill.Even i registered repeat complaint almost 10 times but my complaint didnt solve.
In Between they blocked my service due to payment of bill. I told them that, because, it is the fault of Reliance team that they didnt solve my complaint on time and delayed it, why would i pay for the period when i dint use the service only due to negligenece of Reliance.
They are not interested to solve the complaint at all and they are regularly calling me for the payment only. Please help me as i am very much mentally harrashed and now i am forced to contac you to help me out.

मेरा नाम ऋषिकान्त तिवारी है मेरा मोबाइल नम्बर ०७६६६७५५५७७ है मुझे बिना बताये मैसेज किये बिना मेरा मोबाइल बंद कर दिया फिर मैंने कॉल किया तो कहा की मेरा मोबाइल बंद कुयु हुवा तो उनोने कहा के तुम्हार क्रेडिट लिमिट १००० है वो ख़त्म हो गया है आर मेरी बात १५०० हुई है तो मैंने कहा के ठीक मै बिल भर देता हु पर आप को तो इन्फोम तो करना चाइये आर २४ होर्स का मोका तो दिन चाहेये मीरा तो बिल्लिंग है पर उनोने कहा की रुल है तो मैंने कहा ठीक है चालू कर दो मै पाशी भर देता हु तो ठीक आप का आधे घंटे में चालू हो जायेगा पर मुझे बिल बताया गया था ६१५ रुपये मैंने २ बजे तक भर दिया फ्हिर भी नाहे चालू हुवा न बिल इनफोमेसन आई तो मैंने कस्टमर से बात की तो उनोने कहा की आपका बिल ८९० रुपये है तो मने कहा आपने अभे मुझे ६१५ रुपये बताये थे तो उनोने कहा की आप को २७५ रुपये भरने पदिये के मेरे पास बिल भी उनोने ६१५ का भेजा है फिर भी आभी तक नहीं चालू किये न मेरे कंप्लेंन नोम्बर है १३१७५८८८३ है. कृपा कर के मेरी सहता करे. मेरे जैसे कई लोग होगे जो इसे चंगुल में फसे होगे
