[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — changing my cdma sim to gsm

I have been using a reliance cdma card from the time reliance launched their mobile network. Now I want to change my cdma service to gsm. I had sent a request through my phone on March 24th, 2013, and got a reply that my porting number was RT553244, and that the code was valid till April 8th, 2013. Now we are on 11th April, 2013, and my gsm facility has still not been activated. When I called customer care, some useless man who cannot even talk, or understand English, so that I finally had to talk to him in Tamil, told me to contact the agent who had issued me the gsm sim card. I cannot understand why your company has a customer care number when they cannot be of any help. The man I spoke to admitted that my identity papers had been received, so why is the connection not yet given?

Also, why do you keep people who cannot speak basic English. Not everyone knows local languages. You'll need to improve your services a lot. By the way I called your customer care at 9.40 pm on 11 04 2013. You can check who the bright spark was who answered my call, and was most unhelpful. Please rectify this problem at the earliest, and get some decent people who can speak and understand English.

Reliance gsm and cdma communications — Irregularity in services

This complaint is regarding the irregularity in service provide by reliance gsm and cdma communication to its users.Every other day there are technical and network problems while sending sms.This result in mental and financial stress as the customer care executives are also not helpful in solving the problems or queries.
I hope this letter will bring to your attention our problem and immediate action will be taken in this direction.

Reliance GSM — i cant able to talk to customer care

for last one week i cant able to talk to customer care
i complained to them by using my friends mobile about my problem
they told it will be cleared in 48 hours
but it didnt got cleared
after 96 hours i called to them to ask about problem they told it got cleared
but still i cant contact them from my mobile
i complained again to them but still they didnt took necessary action about this problem
and sms also always finding some problem and its not getting delivered
for that they telling as temp network problem
but it lasts for days

i have book my ortability number at 20/01/2011 and i have fill my complete form fill at 22/01/2011 my mobile number is [protected] i have want to change my servece reliance cdma to reliance gsm. but today i have not take this facility according to this problem i have complain many times at reliance customr care but they can not give me satisfied answer
