daly cut my 5 rs. before 2 month, i send the requst fro relince costumer cear but hes dont replay my requst, my requst no is[protected], for dated is 5/12/11, today is 12/12/11, company not wil be de active my services ...

My r world pack is activated without informing me and it is deducting 500-600 rs every month. I try to call customer care but no one is there to help me and also i have complained for this fake bills and amounts they are charging. But nothing is happened i dint get any calls from them yet. Last to last month also i asked them to deactivate all my services and they deliberately activated my r world pack as my phone is mostly switched off still i am getting bill of 1000rs because of this r world pack.
Please help me in this regard.
