sir,

I submitted an application for portability from reliance to vodafone (porting number RKD37SKB) against moble no.[protected] on 22.1.11 & the porting valid upto 6.2.11.

on 3rd feb.11 the retailer of vodafone store inform me that the porting was rejected due to miss match but the same no. sended by the retailer on 23.1.11. also told me reliance refuse to release the porting no. that is the fact. my question is that why this [censored] order ?? public invested money & the companies are doing what!

    i want trying 25 days to portout my number Reliance to portin Vodafofe. But Reliance is not giving clearification to vodafone. I pay all balance payment to Reliance. my mobile number is [protected]
    I wanted to change my mobile service provider from Reliance GSM to Idea Cellular. I applied for the same on 31/01/2011 with all requisite documents. After 3 days my connection of Reliance not working properly and I am unable to receive and send sms. Call drop problems with my cell increasing with alarming rate. So far i didn't receive any request message from Idea also to change my SIM card. Number portability rules say that within 7 days consumer get new service provider and the account balance of the former service provider also get laps. Whenever I am calling to customer care they are giving me silly answers which are not acceptable from so called best service provider. Can i lodge any case against them for their delay. Please suggest me.

    Please help me out and consider my application.
    I have a prepaid number which i want to change to Airtel, Reliance says i have signed a contract which i have not. Reliance is not letting me leave it. It is open harassment i want to change my service provider. Please treat this as very urgent and let me change my number fast.
    me 2 saal se Relience GSM card use kar raha hu. Ab dusri compni mere plan se sasta plan de rahi he. Isliye me nomber portibility ke madyam se jana chhahta hu. Lekin mere kitne massage karne ke bad bhi aur cost.care me call karne ke bad bhi ye company code nahi de rahi. Aur mere ye 2 se 2.5 saal me kitni baar alag-alag tarah ke chharge kat chhuke he, cost.care me phone karne par vaha se payment vapas karne ki baat hoti ya kuchh lalchhi skim batake tal diya jata he.       I am a Reliance smart GSM user since last 10 years around and my mobile no is [protected]. I don't know for which services the company deduct my amount. I want to deactivate the sms pack Rs. 39 but there is not any response from company side. I tried to talk the customer care executive to block this service but i got no response from that side. I Sms many times to deactivate the sms service but company return a sms to me which says "Dear business partner, your request could not be processed. please try again. we regret the inconvenience. thank u reliance." But what about my balance it is deducted continuously from my account.

        Due to services problem for post paid billing we convert to prepaid services around 6 month back.

        Today we are again facing new problem,[protected] which I am using from last 4 year is not on my Name (Narender Saini) also discounet my servises o[censored]ses.

        I am facing lote of truble due to stop my incomeing & out going servises.
        My business is hampred.

        I already visited to reliance web world koti & reliance direct office koti,and reg.email complante on [protected]@relianceada.com,rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com, rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com on 26-05-11, till now there is no feed back reg for the same.

        Kindly help me to what action I have to take more.

          Hello,
          I have purchased reliance broadband + connection, at time of selling this device these people have promised me internet speed upto 3.1 mbps in actual I am getting max to max 35 kbps which is not even sufficient to open my email account.

          From last 3-4 month I am complaining about slow speed to their custmore and nodal officer pune but I am getting the formatted ans I.E. "We will look into this issue" but no action has been taken.

          Reliance has also accepted that they does not provide service in pimple saudagar area. Then how come they have sold this device in this area.

          Still I have paied 3 months bill (rs 827 each) without having satisfactory service.

          If customer is getting max 35 kbps then how come reliance is calling it as "broadband"

          I request you to help me for refund of my 3 months bill and device cost I.E. 2481+1600 = rs 4081.

            i am using a reliance cdma no since last 2 years in m.p.,my rim cdma no is [protected].at 26th may 2011 15rs charge was deducet for missed call alert service without subscribing it.when i complained it to customer care he deny to refund my balance.sir i want refund my deducet balance because it is company fault not mine.
            I have been charged for activation of movies facility which I have never asked Rs.40 x2 has been deducted automatically w/o my knowledge. pl revert back and credit my account.

              My Reliance Netconnect post paid MDN No is: [protected].
              For the last two months I am not getting the service of reliance netconnect. I have send them several e-mails and asked them to deactivate my reliance net connect due to non-availability of reliance network. I have also called them several times to deactivate the service and stop sending bills. But for the last two months they are neither giving me the service nor stopping sending the bills. In this context my reliance netconnect Customers Care interaction no: [protected] dated April 19, 2011.

              I have purchased the Reliance Netconnect from Howrah, West Bengal. For the last three months I am on roaming. In roaming reliance netconnect service is very poor. I am not getting any reliance tower or connection. When I am complaining over phone, they are denying the receipt of email send by me.

              They keep on sending the bills, in spite of my repeated request both by email and by phone to deactivate my account, due non availability of services. I am not getting any tower or connection. I am absolutely unable to connect to internet through Reliance Netconnect. Hence, I am compelled to buy other internet services to do my work. Now, Reliance Netconnect is totally useless for me. The total investment for buying reliance netconnect broadband has proved useless.

              Please advice how to stop these wrong bills.

                Dear Sir,

                I have purchased Reliance Netconnect+ on 22nd May 2011 through your sales team with Rs. 750/- per month postpaid connection. My data card number is [protected]. I stay in Sector-82, Noida and I was told that 3.1 mbps braodband+ connectivity is available in the same area. I asked for demo which was declined by your sales person giving a reason that we do not give demo in broadband+ connected area. Your sales person assured me that I will get minimum 500 kbps speed. I gone ahead with purchase decision beleiving the sales person and by Reliance name. However, I regreat for this decision now. I am not getting speed more than 50 kbps from last 3 days. Even my mobile internet is faster than this.

                When I called your customer care, they told me that there is a serious network problem in that area (Sector-82, Noida) and will corrected by 31 august 2011 (almost 3.5 month). Till then, network will be like this only and ther is no ptehr option. If that was the case, why the hell this device & service was sold to me? Why your sales person did not told me this upfront?

                This is absolute cheating and fooling the customer. Company like Reliance shall follow fair business policies than such fraudulent practices.

                Now, I made a loss of 1300/- for device and will pay Rs. 750/- per month for nothing.

                Either you give me the service or return my money. I will pursue this with telecom authority or consumer forum and will go to any extent if my problem is not solved.

                All telecom companies have this habit of taking their subscribers for a ride. The telecom ministry is directly responsible for the citizens who are suffering and robbed off their hard earned money after they have subscribed to various telecom companies licensed and authorized by this telecom ministry. Will there be any accountability at all in this government..?? a larger question to be asked.

                  and refund the cut my Rs.60/- refund the my balance.

                    Hi,

                    To start with I took this RELIANCE NETCONNECT connection on 13 May 2011 and I am a big unsatisfied customer very soon. The credit goes to Reliance.

                    hen first (Rajeev Yadav [rajeev.[protected]@vriti-interactive.com]) from Vriti Infocomm called me and sold out product, he says the documents are not required, just purchase the product, you can submit documents later. So on 13 May I purchased product, submitted documents on 14 May. Took 2 days for activation. I asked if I can submit the so called documents (rental agreement, passport) for address proof, he says that’s ok. I am staying in Bangalore from past 6 years and on May 10 2011 I shifted my house to a different location. Then again I was with customer care for 3-4 times as I was not getting good speed. Then the actual problem started that’s the real story of this mail:

                    “Rajeev Yadav [rajeev.[protected]@vriti-interactive.com] said that I can submit rental agreement as an address proof as I am from outstation. When I connected data card on 22 May 2011, I get an error message saying that “REMOTE COMPUTER DID NOT RESPOND” then I spoke to customer care and they informed me that the address verification was done and the result was negative. He couldn’t explain me more and asked me to get in touch with Reliance web world. This morning when I visited Reliance web world, they say that when the address verification was done, the result was negative as you have submitted the Rental agreement and when we tried visiting your location, I was not at my house. So now is this a valid reason? This statemnt was false.. When Rajeev spoke to me he said the connection would be activated very soon. But it took more than 48 hours….!!!

                    When address verification was done and when the results were negative, why no one form your company called me and informed?
                    At least a simple SMS would do for this reason?
                    Why would you guys call me because you got your money and your happy with it?
                    Now Please for GOD’s sake explain me why am I being tortured for this invalid reasons?
                    So why did Rajeev say that the documents are enough?
                    Does Ur company just sells the products and not at all interested with customer service?
                    Ur Company just needs the money and publicity or fame?
                    Are you just looking for money for today and not for TOMORROW?
                    What exactly are your goals?
                    Hope your companies only GOAL is to just make money and fool the customers?

                    ENOUGH is ENOUGH, this was a very good story for me. Now onwards I would start recommending everyone not to purchase your product. Just go with AIRTEL as hey r at their BEST these days. I TRUSTED your company but you guys kicked me so far out of this world that I am trying to look at my surroundings and check where did I fall.. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PLAY WITH CUSTOMERS.. Customers are your means of income.. If they don’t trust you then you are no where in this competitive market..

                    I TRUSTED Reliance and took a major decision to purchase there product rather than going to other GOOD Vendors. Till I took the connection from them every day some one or the other used to call me. Now not even a single insect from there company looks at me.. The rule is VERY simple..We were in need of your MONEY, we got it and now you do or die..we DON’T CARE… But this is something new to look at. I am really proud to look at this company serving at its worst.

                    Please do me one favor just return my money back and leave me.. I do not want to suffer further more. I don’t want to trust you guys going forward. Becoz its simple “ YOU CHEATED ME” Faith or Trust can be looked in to once not any more..

                    Please help me.
                    I completely agree that Reliance datacard provider is very problamatic.

                    Problem: Purchased new Relianace data card in the month of Feb 2011 with the plan of 500 per month/3 GB and never used it for any other purpose apart from browsing through the net. Never did any uploads/dowloads and by the end of March 2011, Reliance people sent the bill for an amount of 2500.

                    While going through the bill, I found that all the connection timings were recorded during weekdays and that too when I was in office. There is no chance of me using the data card in office as I cannot even connect from there due to security reasons.

                    When I told the same thing to the customer care people, they were reluctant to solve this and finally they asked me to pay 2000 so that I can retain my connection. And they say that I will be blacklisted if I dont pay.

                    A complete false billing from Reliance people just to grab money from customers.

                      i received a message from your company @ 15:20Hrs. on 14.05.2011 stating that my subscription to CRBT service has been renewed at Rs.30 for a period of 30days.

                      please find that, without my permission/request to activate such VAS, why your company sending this type of messages and recovering the amount from the customers account? is this a genuine way?

                      and moreover, i received a caller tune named "thalachi thalachi" song without a permission/request @ 19:28Hrs. on 12.5.2011 and recovered an amount of Rs.10.

                      i tried to call Reliance Nodal Officer[protected] several times and i have no response from them.

                      please examine this complaint and do favour.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I am the prepaid customer of Reliance smart GSM with mobile no. ([protected]).
                        my account balance is deducted unnecessary. I have not activated any services.
                        ( i have already DND activated on my no. so i dont respond to any call or msg from the company )
                        When I tried to get information from customer care i didn't get appropriate response.I have lost lots of balance in every month...

                        Again i have tried a lot to contact customer care on [protected] and 198 but these numbers are 24 hr busy
                        this is cheating by a reputed company.

                        The service provider co. should refund the amount deducted from my balance amount.Besides this appropriate action should be taken against defaulters.
                        I am using reliance GSM ([protected]) since last 14 months, last 3 month my balance is deducting in every 2 days..i used to request often customer care regarding this problem. please disactive my any plan..even i did't activate any plan..Customer care representative assured me...But My balance continue deducting in every days...

                        Reliance customer care service is very poor..............

                          Hi Respected Authorities,

                          Companies like Reliance Communications need to be penalized heavily for pestering their customers every now then.
                          These people have gotten on my nerves.
                          Again the service provider has activated some stupid joke service on my number without my permission. When I called the customer care , each and every person seem to be oblivious of processes and told me that "THIS has been activated from my side", What the hell is this !!!!!!!1

                          Why would a sane person like me who is a MBA grad and working as a manager in an MNC , activate some joke service on my number and lets say had i activated why would i call them regarding the same.
                          Also these people tend to close the requests without giving the solution.
                          I highly recommend these kind o[censored]n-professionalism be strictly penalized.
                          When I said i would register a complaint in consumer forum , they say Go ahead Sir As you Wosh as if they are some bloody parallel government.

                          Please direct my complaint to the concerned persons.
                          I am seriously dissappinted with Reliance and would highly recommend everyone never ever to think of this unprofessional company.

                          Reliance Communications — Money Debited without reason

                          I am vijay kumar from Vadodara .I am using reliance GSM prepaid, yesterday[protected] my account was debited with rs. 30 . i complaint to customer care but they did not gave me a fair reply and i am not using any service as such . Kindly look into the matter and provide solution. this has happened many times earlier. my mobile no.is [protected].

                          We had called you up several times on your contact number but there was no response from your end. When we finally got in touch with you we spoke to you.As per our discussion on the phone, your MDN and VAS pack is deactivated.We hope this will help resolve your issue.

                          I have sent lot of mails to Reliance and asked the customer care executives to stop debiting my account for stupid game packs and internet services.
                          This has been happening since last 3 -4 months and they have always activated some internet services and game services on my number without my request.
                          I am also attaching the mails I have received from their customer care but nothing has been done on it,
                          I would demand some compensatin from these unprofessional and want my money which has been debited.
                          Sir Please do something, I am really pissed off with these guys and unfortunately i cant change my services because of obvious reasons.
                          Hope to see some some resolution to this.

                          Thank you for de-activating the services on my phone which you guys have activated without my prior permission.
                          But the following line in red is completely wrong.

                          "You have not resolved my issue"

                          You guys have deducted my balance for mobile net and some shayari pack.
                          I would want my money back at any cost.
                          I dont understand why cant you refund my money back when you yourself have deducted my balance without my permission

                          First of all you guys did not respond to my following mail. What could be the reason. Are you so damn busy to listen to your frustrated customers.

                          And ON TOP OF THAT i again got a message from Reliance and you again deducted 51 rs from the account today morning at 5 am..
                          I was asleep when i got a message for renewal. Why the hell do you keep pestering me all the time
                          The renewal has been done for mobile net 51 rs package. I never asked you to do it
                          What kind of stupidity is this.

                          What the hell do you want......
                          I am in Bangalore and on roaming and u have again deducted my balance when i did not ask for any bloody renewal.
                          This is why people have started hating reliance.
                          I have god damn it complained so many times but you all are deaf it seems.

                          And you talk about customers being unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!

                          You are some insane and unprofessional bunch of people who are sitting there for only torturing the customers with your so called worst customer service and worst ever packages.
                          I am forwarding this mail to my office mates and also my college friends and also to maximum people i know in corporate world to expose the kind o[censored]nprofessionalism you guys have in store. And also each n every person i know to discontinue services with you guys. I hope you guys are not dumb enough to understand word of mouth marketing. So i will make sure you guys loose atleast a bunch of customers

                            our problem is still not solve still your bill are coming at my address your technical executive had already taken our telephone handset in advance and i had launched new complaints every month because your bill are still coming without using any of your services i had new complaint nos. from nodal officer & customer care till today i had got waiver only for some months and my deposit money is also not refunded so please check your system and reply us as soon as possible or else we should take strict action against company.

                              I am a very old Post-Paid subscriber of Reliance CDMA Mumbai and my number is 93xxx25955. Recently, I decided to change operator from Reliance CDMA to Vodafone and on 12/04/2011 I requested for Port-In Code from reliance by sending an SMS. I got a prompt response and Porting Request Code RM216354 was allotted to me. With this I submitted my application to Vodafone to join them.

                              However, on 28th April 2011 I was informed their request for port in has been rejected by Reliance. I have not been informed about any reasons for the same. Again, I submitted all my documents once again and on 3/5/2011 I was informed by Vodafone that their request has once again been rejected by Reliance.

                              I have paid all my dues so far and there are no outstanding bills. All my bills are under auto debit facility on my credit card. In fact last bill received dated[protected] for Rs 1426/- was paid twice by me hence my account must have show some credit. So I dont know why my MNP requests are being rejected repeatedly. If at all there is a valid reason for such rejection, than I as a consumer should be informed of the same at least by SMS. If not, why it is not being accepted?

                              Again on 9/5/2011, I send a new SMS for new Porting Request Code as the earlier one had expired. I was again given porting code RM243164. Again I submitted all the documents with Vodafone and again, Reliance rejected the port in request.

                              All this while, neither Reliance nor Vodafone communicated any reasons to me for rejection. As I can see from this portal, there are numerous consumer facing difficulty in changing operators. If no operator wants to lose consumer then the Government would do well to scrap this. Government is patting its back in introducing the scheme but not willing to look at the ground realities.

                              The nodal officer and the appellate authority of the Reliance as well as TRAI designated officials have not responded to my mails on the subject. My mail ID is [protected]@yahoo.com

                                I have a mobile set (Samsung Corby TV cdma - SCH F339).In my mobile handset,there is Mobile TV application.When I first clicked it,there a pop appeared about its subscription (Rs.40-Weekly subscription & Rs.150 - Monthly subscription).I selected Weekly,but just after one week it got renewed itself and Rs.40 got deducted from my account balance.Then I called Customer care to unsubscribe it,but they could not do it from there side.They are saying that there is an option o[censored]nsubscribing mobile tv from the same mobile tv application.I searched for that option in that application but what I found was only a list a different channels,there is no other kind of option through which I can unsubscribe my mobile tv.
                                Till date Rs.200 got deducted from my acc. balance and no customer care people is helping me & instead they are talking just rubbishly.These customer care really don't care their customers.
                                Please help me somehow,otherwise Rs.40 will get deducted every week from my account bal. until I don't change my sim (which I can't do at this stage).

                                i don't know what will you do just i want stop mobile tv on my cell.
                                To RCOM Care, the mobile tv subsription charges are still getting deducted from my account balance, every week I m complaining to CC but for the last few weeks only they are crediting back the subscription charge to my acc. but only after complainig.But still the mobile tv is getting suscribed every week itself without any attempt to use it from my side and I have to make complaing evrery week to unsubscribe it and credit back the money.
                                Same issue here. Please advise.

                                  Hello sir,

                                  I am a user of reliance cdm service and using reliance cdm no. [protected]. On my number without informing me, i have many charge making services (Sanka ka samadan etc) are activated which cost me around 30-40 rs per month. I had complained many time to deactivated these services but still they are not deactivating my charge making unwanted services.Next month was same problame.

                                  Once i had complained this then anyone (Customer care) give me some number (198) to dial to deactivate any service, but without deactivated the current service, it activated 1-more extra charge making service and day pass has been received and activate shortly.

                                  Now, i am complaining to you. Sir please take proper action against reliance communication so that we can get proper solution.

                                    I am anil kumar from delhi, my reliance broadband is not working last 12 days, everytime they sent me complaint no. when i complaint. but don't take any action.
                                    some complaint no. are[protected],[protected],[protected], [protected],[protected] .
                                    This connection has not been working since 27/08/2012.

                                    A number of complaints have been registered,but the problem has not been solved .

                                    Only false promises are made that the complaint has been put on fast track.

                                    Bill payments have been made by us, before due date for a connection which is non functional since 27/08/2012.
                                    My complaint was lodged on 27 Oct 2012 the my internet broad band is showing media disconnect . Then i called back on the 30th oct and was informed that the problem was rectified . I told them that they are lying because my problem has not been solved . They re registered the complaint and told me that there is is some major problem and it shall take atleast 1 week to sought it . Since then i Have called up teen number of times and get the same reply. My question is why are senior persons not comming on the line? If there is a major problem why is there no public notice issued by relaince on his? I have to transact business from cyber cafe who is going to bear the cost of it ? I told them that I will not pay for the number of days my net is not working . To which they said that the bill amount shall be reduced .I want them to solve my net problem soon .

                                      Hi,

                                      I have a reliance net connect data card. It was a postpaid connection and migrated it to prepaid on 19th of April 2011, In spite of this i am still getting Postpaid bills. I have been calling customer care but have been listening the explanation that we are trying and trying and trying. Also while doing the migration i have paid alll the dues and that’s when they allowed me to migrate but not they have a pending due for that month as well. I am tired of calling up the customer care and speaking to them. Its really irritating and harassing. First of all never got a good service from them. The customer care executive frustrate you even more with the repetitive lines (I think this is how they are trained) and you get to hear same old Explanation.

                                      Prepaid Torture: There is no provision to check your data usage. If you need to get your data usage details you need to pay them additional for getting the statement.
                                      They have two balances Main balances for your Data card to work:
                                      1.) Main balance: So that your Data card is active
                                      2.) Your top up : So that you can avail your services.

                                      I was in a unlimited plan for 800 Rs unlimited (5GB BB and the 1X Speed) even if i consume 5 GB my main balance should never reduce. These guys have made my main balance negative and have no explanation for that. Also 5 GB got exhausted within no time and i am not even allowed to check the statistics.

                                      In today date where there should be transparency everywhere. This is how they deal with providing the information.

                                      All in all. I am frustrated with Reliance Services. And advice everyone not to get reliance and get trapped like me. Every Time i get a bill reminder mail/message from there end i Just remember DOCOMO add ( Even your grandmother is dead bill is still active). HUH all in all terrible service from Reliance.

                                      I have been calling your customer care 1000 times but no resolution. Now that i am going in consumer forum you guys are asking to contact??? Anyways. My netconnect number is [protected].
                                      Now i get the way you guys are woring on it.

                                      My account is been Supended.. And no one from Reliance knows the reason. Neither people from Reliance web world nor the customer Care.

                                      Can you tell me who can address my isssue its just getting worst.

                                      Also i need to know what is the procedure to put a case against you in the consumer court. I had enough of loss because of your services.
                                      i would not be available on my cell number. Either you give a number to call you with timings or drop me a mail on my registered mail ID.

                                        REliance net connect SUCKS - WORST COMPANY in a ocean ofF%[protected]@ed up companies

                                        Reliance net connect in Ahmedabad sucks . They will give you an unlimited plan and then restrict your browsing . They will tell you that you have gone over the MB limit and the speed has reduced.

                                        The USB modem is constantly blinking and the speed is sometimes worse than dial up .

                                        Even while paying a bill online their god dame server is down and you have to go physically to their office to make a payment.

                                        I once call their customer care number to do an automatic payment they keep giving me the wrong number and redirecting me to dead ends.

                                        when I confronted the customer care representative on the phone of this problem he asked me to call form my mobile to try to make a payment and I ended up with 2 customer reps on my landline and mobile phone. WHAT A BUNCH OF !

                                        I immediately canceled my service and will never buy another RELIANCE product again . Their customer service is the worse and if anyone is trying to leave them please make sure they cancel all your bills after u leave them.

                                        I heard of one man getting a bill for his landline 1 month after he passed away . Reliance , will you send someone to heaven to collect ????
