Reliance Communications — dead phone - no service - fake promises

I am vijay kejriwal from ahmedabad.

My fixed line no is[protected]

This phone is dead since 30-4-09. I have made a complain. Complain nos is IVR[protected].

It was said that phone would be repaired in 48 hours but still nothing has been done despite my repeated calls.

This is very shameful on part of a company like reliance that they can’t even repair a phone in ten days. Even BSNL and MTNL are more efficient then Reliance

Please repair my phone as soon as possible.

I register complain and compny answer under 48 hours. But 7days go no response.

if you no solve this complain. I go to Consumer Court. OK

Reliance — FAKE DETECTION

I am worried about "Fake detection" on my Prepaid connection.
This detection have been taking place from the last 2 years.I was lot a complain many times in Web world,and also customer care but no improvement.Every time they use to say "SIR AAP NISCHINT RAHEYE AB NAHI HOGA" Almost every month or somtime in 15 days company detect about Rs.15... And when i ask them why this much amount have detected they replied only one sentence "NAZARA COMIC PACK" is activated on ur number. I told them many times please deactivate it for forever but still no improvement.I am scare of this.. Due to this reason i am not able to recharge my account above Rs.10..please do HELP

we have reliance land phone , number is[protected]. our scheme is Gramina land phone. this connection occurs out of service most of time from starting itself when we had activated. we registered many complaints to reliance customer care and their service centre also. but there is no response from their side. we checked this phone. this phone is perfectly working. starting itself we are suffering with this service.how we can back this difficulty

i am facing this problem from last 8 months. i had given many complaints.but no action. last complaint was registered on[protected] with cmplaint no .[protected]. is there any hope to solve my problem.

MY PHONE HAS NOT BEEN WORKING PROPERLY,LIKE WORK FOR HALF DAY WITH POOR NOICE QUALITY FOR 15 DAYS. AND DEAD SINCE LAST 5 DAYS. I SUBMITTED MY COMPLAINT 5 TIMES DURING LAST 15 DAYS.
