Reliance Communication — Unknown Services

I am Arun, My Mobile number is - [protected].

Two days before[30/10/2010] i have been charged Rs. 30 for a service named JOHN
without my knowledge and when i called customer care they told me that
the service was activated by IVR. But i didn't activate any kind of
services.

Again today I received another SMS that i have been charged for
another Rs. 30 for a service named RMadhavan.

Customer Care people told me that the service was activated by IVR.

i didn't attend any call from customer care.

Then how it is possible for subscribe a service by Interactive Voice Response ???

Call center did their job perfectly by told me that "Sorry sir, our
system shows that you activate the service by ivr"

Reliance Communications Mobile — Frequently Unknown Balance Deduction

Good Morning Sir,
My Name Is Prosenjeet Dey, I am using a mobile connection of the leading Mobile service provider Reliance Communication from last 5 years in the named of (Kashi Biswas) My uncle and My using no is [protected], I have complain regarding in my frequently Unknown Balance deductions twice in a week around 70 rupee, I haven't received a single sms in regards and my leading service provider dose not bother to send sms for this deductions. Whenever I try make call to my Customer Care always its shown busy as well as if my call land into the customer care its has disconnected.I really feel that why should I use this connection I need your help,
