Dear Sir | Madam,

Regarding my case please find the below details:--

My Reliance 3G Mobile Broadband No: [protected]
Plan : 950 Rental with 10 GB data.
Activated on 22nd July'2012.
Bill Cycle Day: 07 (monthly bill generated on 07th of every month)

Period 1: 22nd July to 6th August : --
I got this connection on 22nd of July and the first month billing period becomes 22nd July to 6th of August.
Accordingly, on the basis of pro-rata, for this period bill amount Rs. 550.93 was generated and I paid.

Period 2: 7th August to 6th September : --
In this period, it was shows me that all the 10GB data consumed within 7 days.
It was very surprise to me, because the data consume record in my dongle was like 3.67 GB. Though the data consume record at the dongle is only a approximate not exact to that of actual server, but in my case i got a huge difference.
So, I decided to terminate the reliance connection and raised a request accordingly.
And the connection was disconnected on 29th August, and the bill Rs. 792.00 was generated on the basis of pro-rata for the period 7th to 29th August.

After, the connection got disconnected, in the first Week of September month, one reliance executive call me from no. [protected]. He informed me about a new plan "Pay As You Go" and told me that this plan had been activated on my number after the deactivation on 29th August for post paid plan of 10GB.
This information to me was given by the customer care executive is totally without my consent and any request. I declare that I had never requested to migrate to any new plan after the deactivation of my number on 29th August.

However, After the reliance executive had informed me and discussed with me, I claimed OK with "Pay As You Go".

Now, From Period: 7th September to 6th October--

As the "Pay As You Go" was activated, I start using the number once again. But I was experiencing very slow speed for this whole period and I guess 2G service was provided to me.
Now, when the bill generated for this period, I was socked because it was again with rental amount Rs. 950.(Total Bill: 1067.42).
Thus, they activated "Pay As You Go" to my number and generating the bill as per previous Plan (950 Rental with 10 GB data).

So finally i decided not use this number anymore.

Period 3: 7th October to 6th November--
I have not use the SIM, but still getting the bill for Rs. 792.00 for this month. I was confirmed that this amount was generated with plan "Pay As You Go". But this plan should charged only when I use the service.


So I raised a complain on reliance customer service, Complaint Number:30335555.
I didn't get any call, any email regarding this complaint.

Then I raised complaint to the higher authority "RCOMAppellateAuthority.[protected]@relianceada.com" [SR Number:[protected]], but didn't get any resolution.

Please help to resolve this Billing issue as early as possible.

    I am a Reliance Landline/ Broadnet customer. My user id is[protected]. My landline no. is[protected].

    A problem is returning again and again.

    I use internet through my landline. As per my requirement i recharge my account with vouchers of various denomination.

    Some times i recharge it with Rs. 200/- voucher.

    But several times I have heard from my local reliance landline office that company has withdrawn Rs. 200/- voucher. So they can't provide me the same.

    Whereas your customer care at the same time tells me that there is no withdrawal of Rs. 200/- voucher.

    Even someone calls me pretending to be a person from Reliance House, Kolkata and Rs. 200/- is not available. But when I ask them for written confirmations they simply vanishes from the picture. After a little fighting and exchange of emails I get the Rs. 200/- voucer.


    I took this connection in 2008.

    Since then it has been repeated 3 times.

    Now it is 4th time.

    Local Reliance office has told me that they have no Rs.200/- Voucher.

    Last week some one called me pretending to be a person from Reliance House, Kolkata. He told me that he cannot provide me rs.200/- recharge voucher as i am a internet/ combo user.

    He can provide me Rs. 200/- monthly recharge voucher if i become only landline user surrendering internet connection.

    I told him to give this statement in written.

    But so far none replied back.

    Now I am asking you whether I am eligible to get the Rs. 200/- voucher or not?

    if possible please inform me about the availability of Rs. 200/- voucher.

    And if it is available then ensure that same problem does not bother me in future.

      Reliance — Payment related

      This is Chaitanya Lakshmi. I’ve raised a request regarding payment missing in database.
      I’ve paid 549/- 4times in the month of April. On 18th April(1-time with transaction ID -[protected]) and on 19th April(3-times).
      The amount paid on 18th April is not updated in the payment history. For that I’ve raised SR No.[protected] and received a message saying that the amount has been updated and will reflect in next bill. But actually the amount is not yet updated in my payment history(checked it online in myservices website).
      They are saying that payment is not received but i've transaction ID.
      I've communicated with the customer care guys,webworld guys and even with AP Nodal Officer.But no use.The issue is not yet resolved.

        On 29th September 2012, i called them at 3.30 p.m to give the complain, and i got reply within 24 hour my problem will be solved but my problem was not solved. Again after 3 days i called on 1st October 2012, the same reply i got. Lastly my connection started working from 10th October 2012. When i asked for waiver i got reply your connection started within given time period. The same problem with my landline, i am paying will from last 2 yrs approx but i am not able to utilise because of line disturbance. I have reliance broadband connection with land line telephone, for line disturbance i have given complains many times but there is no resolution. for internet every month 2-3 times connection not working.

            This particular problem is from last 6 month, that I am facing from reliance, I had cancelled (surrendered) my Broadband connection by calling to Reliance customer care executive due to coverage problem, however the customer retention team called me convinced me to use it for next three month without any rental plan and 2GB limit, I tried it but the coverage problem was not solved (this was repeated 3 times (from Dec 12 to Aug 12) however on last call from retention team which was on last week of July-12 (when my services were fully stopped - done by calling reliance executive) again I got a call from retention team or some agent and convinced me to check for another three month and he said he can not activate the connetion on phone so I need to write a mail (mail ID sharp.[protected]@rediffmail.com sent by SMS on my mobile number) I had sent the mail (below) on given ID.

            Hi Team,

            I had surrendered/cancelled my Broadband + [protected] due to coverage issue, someone has called me on Saturday - 25 Aug 12 and had convinced me that there will be no any coverage problem now the problem is resolved.

            As per his given plan I am ready to use it for another 3 months, as suggested by him

            There wont be any rental charge in this
            Charges will be as per usage
            2GB/Per month limit for 3 months
            and other benefits as per plan.

            Kindly start my reliance broadband number so that I can use it for next 3 months and can decide if I will have to continue or not.

            Please let me know if any thing required from my side.

            They have started the service on 6 or 8 th of Sept and I started getting Rental charges from my next billing - have raised several complain also where in they have given me some waiver also, but I dont know what kind of problem they are having the rental charges are keep on adding . Where in I have confirmed the same from reliance executive that they have activated the services but did not update the plan as per communication it should be without rental for three month 2 GB usage ( where in for first two instances (Before Aug 12) there was no any usage in august cycle I tried using it some time so that I can continue, but I am not getting a feasible solution for the charges they are adding month by month.

            My only concern is if Reliance (the person who called from retention team+who suggested me to send mail to start services) has committed to give me services as per telecom or mail send by me, it should be like that only, if they can not they why they have started my services. Also when I am calling every month two to three times to clarify the same - they keep on raising complain internally (coz my points are logical and with proof) and also closing the tickets on their own without any reason. Now I have called the Reliance customer care stopped the services on Oct-2012, I wont be paying a single paisa for the mistake that I have not done.

            I request the consumer complain forum to keep it forward and stop reliance team to call me to pay any amount, if any proofs required I can send the mail trail (however I dont have the phone call record) but all mails that I had sent I can show.

                My name is rahul.I have recharged my reliance sim ([protected])for rs101 for 2g internet/2 gb for 30 days on 13th dec 2012 at 6.06 P.M.The net got cancelled after 10 days and my 160 rs from my main balance went to 0 balance.The service provider is neither taking my complaint nor refunding me.so again i had to recharge for 101 rs for internet.total i had lost 362 rs due to the service provider.Please take necessary action against this complaint,so that reliance doest cheat any another customer..

                Reliance Telecom — cheating of reliance

                Reliance offered some 4 or 5 months ago that if we recharge 222+550 RCV then we can call reliance to reliance free upto the year 2015 with the condition that we have to recharge a minimum of 75 Rs in 2 months. But without any logic reliance has closed the scheme and it is now Rs 2.00 per call to any mobile within assam.
                This is to inform you that i had given application for changing my plan to 599/- monthly rental on my no.
                [protected] on saturday 15.12.07 at 12 o clock in after noon. And the person at touch point commited me that it will be activated within 24-36 hous.
                After calling at the coustomer care for various time
                for the same they again gave me unsatisfatory reply that you comlent has been forwarded and will be solving it soon but up till now my complent have been not solved nither plan had been activated on my no.
                Big Name but working as lower as nothing, costumer care service is almost dead and give no right information

                Reliance Telecom — cheating customers

                cheating customers...without asking them they start different services on their number...and take charges for that and when customer complains they simply say...sir yeh toh aapne chalu karwai hai.reliance is very bad do not use it ever in ur life..

                  I am Ashokkumar from Bangalore, 2 year back I used reliance CUG (+91 [protected]) connection for 3 mobile numbers till 1 years after that once day I check the bill they charged my CUG also billed I call customer care for wrong billing the told the amount credited on your next billing, but the only Rs. 250.00 one month credited, so the same month I pay 2500.00 bill amount I inform to the customer care to close the number or transfore to prepaid but they not done any think they making the every monthly billing. Please help me on this issues

                  My mother's reliance CDM Mob. No. is [protected]. i want to bring to your notice about the malpractices adopted by the reliance cdm every time whenever Mobile is recharged, they will activate a service and deducted Rs. 30 which she has not even subscribed for. This is going for past few months. Even I talk to customer care 3 months before when i went home, amt was refunded and said that this was deducted by mistake. But after that this practice of deducting money is continues. What is this? Now yesterday on 22nd December 2012 recharged mobile and today again deducted Rs. 30. So, I want to submit complaint against this & request you to return the deducting amount and to take appropriate action so that dont activate any services without permission only to give mental harassment to senior citizen.

                    i ported my [protected] to reliance 55 days back.. i submitted my address proof and id proof 3 times in reliance outlets last time i submitted my address proof and id proof in reliance web world kukatpally with CAF number:[protected]. and 12times i gave complaint on this issue but reliance having worst customer acre service so they didn't solve this issue till now.. as per trai rules details will be updated within 7days from date of activation. my sim activated 55days back but till now they didn't update my details so please take action on reliance communications and update my details as soon as possible
                    I am also facing similar issue. I ported 40 days ago. I already submitted my proof 2 times. Active SIM got disconnected after 12 days and reliance SIM got activated. But only network signal was showing in the phone. Outgoing and incoming were barred. When i contacted customer care, they said that id proof is not entered in the system and problem will be solved once the id proof is ok. I kept calling them for 25 days and they then said that id proof may be missed and told me to submit a new one. At first i submitted the proof at a retailers outlet and for the second time i submitted the proof at reliance main office. Its been 2 weeks since i submitted it. My network signal was also terminated last week. When i called customer care, they says- proof not entered. When i called reliance main office, they says that they gave the proof to update and remaining things they dont know. Reliance main office and customer care are acting like they cant do anything in it.

                      Through this forum, I want to lodge a complaint against the Reliance as the tower is in the residential area. This is is effecting health of our children & seniors near by & in the colony itself. In addition to this, I would also like to highlight the effect of electromagnetic radiations being emitted from the mobile tower which is a big health hazard for the people living in the vicinity of the tower area...

                      I think you have fallen prey to some well thought out conspiracy by a few people who want to create a scare and then market anti-radiation products. Even studies by WHO and ICNIRP which are the authorities when it comes to global health, have declared that there is no conclusive evidence of cell towers or cell phone radiation having repercussions on health.

                      Thousands of housing societies have installed cell towers in their surroundings, all of whose residents are hale and hearty. A few cases that have been reported can be a mere co-incidence.

                      I suggest you therefore, to look up credible sources of information and not rely on word of mouth stories.

                        I would like to complain against Reliance GSM Kolkata circle that inspite of having a valid 3G service active on my Reliance GSM number my main balance is being deducted and I am having no help from the customer care. No one is registering my complaints for past 28 hours and stating there is a system upgrade. I want to escalate this to the highest level and want a resolution as well and my recharge amounts back of Rs 55 and Rs 50 which have been deducted and also an apology for not attending my calls and not registering any complaint from my phone.

                          After receiving the reply from your office, i dialled customer care blackberry and was informed that mapping is still not done and i will have to go to the Reliance gallery again.

                          My wife went to the santacruz west gallery where the attendant Mr. Ashok attended her. He had sent the mail on 15th December when i went to the gallery.
                          He informed me that the black berry will be activated in 3 hours time. He also gave me the Reliance gallery number [protected] where he would give me the feedback. This number is always switched off, which is meant for customers. My wife on asking Mr.Ashok about the gallery fone, he was adamant and rude with her.He told her it is none of your business whether the fone is used or not.

                          However, on persuading the matter with him, he once again sent a mail for activation of black berry services yesterday but till today my black berry is not activated. I called your blackberry servies customer care on *389,[protected] where the operator did not give me satisfactory reply. i talked to his superior Mr. MOHAMMED HUSSAIN who too was rude with me and told me that he cannot help me and i will again have to go to the gallery.

                          I am asking you one question, do i have to give up my office timings and visit the gallery again and again? Either Mr.Ashok is not competent to activate the black berry or he is telling lies that he has sent a mail.

                          What do i do now? You may put yourself Mr. Sandeep in my place and reply me the question.

                          Reliance Communications — RELIANCE BLACKBERRY SERVICES PROBLEM

                          My Mobile No. [protected] Reliance GSM prepaid & using Relaince Blackberry services for the past 6 months.
                          Every month I do the activation with Rs. 398 & avail services of Blackberry.

                          Every month I face some or other issue with the internet/ BB services for atleast 2-3 days a month.
                          This month it is the height - the issue is more than 5 days & still the issues is un resolved.
                          As i am heavily dependent on emails through my BB services, I am loosing lots of business for not
                          getting back to my clients timely.

                          Everytime when i call their executive, they say it will take 24 hours to resolve.
                          It is now 24 X 5 hrs.

                          I will never ever recommend Reliance to any body & will slowly divert.

                            Reliance Netconnect — waiver of bill

                            my datacard no is [protected]. i started using from 1 st dec 2009. the problem started in the same month. there was some problem in the datacard. after long struggle visitng reliance outlet in kammanahalli bangalore and repeated calls i found the service center. there they checked and said some problem with the datacard only and finally it has to be replaced. again replacement processing happened for a long time. when i got the replacement it is around 18th of january. so around 1.1.10 to 18.1.10 it was used because there was some fault in the datacard. mr.jitendra roy from netconnect promised that it will be waived in the next month and sent me a mail regarding that. but afterwards from customercare they are not understanding and finally saying that waiver will not possible since they have calculated correctly. finally valarmathi from customercare said that it will be done immediately. but nobody has communicated other than reminder of paying bill. i have sent so many mails and calls to reliance but answer will be it will solved within 48 hrs or 24 hrs and i will get a new case id. finally i told them i will go to the consumer forum but still i didnt get any reply. please help me in this regard.

                                      Sub: Complaint regarding the wrong information provided by the customer care person and the store person.



                                      Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                      I gurpreet singh virdi mobile no : [protected] wanted an internet pack to be activated on my no, I went to a reliance store in Sadar, Nagpur. And recharged with 98 /- internet pack on which I was about to get 3 gb data, before recharging I called in your call center and asked them about the value pack , and also the store lady, they both said that it will work, but that was not done. When I called back the call center to check the availaibility, they said that the acc is not yet recharged. The store lady said that the amount cannot be refunded. It caused a lot of mental harrashment and stress.
                                      Your company is not at all supportive and it has got no professionalism, the staff is 3rd grade in terms quality and they are not at all trained well to deal with customers.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I received a phone call from reliance and they asked me for the receipt no of the recharge and then and only they will refund the amount. Prepaid customers never get receipt for the recharge for data pack recharge. And there fore they are asking a question which is baseless. Please help...

                                        in whole amritsar there is a speed issue......whe we connect we get a good speed bt after 10 mins of connectivity speed goes down and even browsing becomes impossible. Than after reconecting again 10 min speed is good..than same speed down problem.....speed goes down.....plz solve this problem...This problm is around whole amritsar......bt i am not understanding why nobody is complaining....In day time I get 1MB download speed thn decreasd to 200KB bt at night it comes down to 2-5 KB per second.....
