Postpaid Bill Generation After Phone Surrender

Hello,

I had surrendered my phone connection with all the dues to the reliance webworld outlet at rajeev gandhi bhavan nasik in june august 2012 and the bill does just not stop.

I paid again twice when reliance threatened to send a court order. And then thrice when an executive from trimbak road told me to come and pay and told me this will be cleared fully.

Relinace mobile deduct wrong amount for sms subscription from [protected] withount my any subscription

Dear Today
on 26 Nov 2012 i recieved a SMS that Amount Charged for VAS osian SMS Pack Rs 30

and after 2 hour 1 extra sms recieved that my subscription has been successfully unsubscribed


but i don't subscribe for any pack so how you deduct this amount from my Balancebr...

Unfair balance deduction

Hello,

My Relaince mob. no is [protected]. I'm using this number from last 1 month. Today I got a message that Rs. 30 has been deducted from my account. when I called the customer service for this they just put me on hold and disconnect the call. I tried calling them at-least more then 5 times and got the same response. Now when I'm trying to call them again my call is not getting through. I'm really very dissatisfied...

Recharge benefit not given and wrongly charged

Sir,
when I was in Allahabad dated[protected] I recharge my mobile from Rs 29/ from a shop for the internet benefit.
After recharge I received a message that
"Recharge of Rs 29 successful. Enjoy 1 GB 2G data. val: 7 days. Reliance
When I surf the Internet my main account is deducted by about Rs 100.
When I complain to the Reliance They said that internet benefit is not given to you because you recharge...

Reliance Mobile Service

Mera naam MANISH KUSHWAHA hai or main Reliance GSM Number([protected]) November 2008 se use kar raha hu. Mere Number per 2G Net Recharge or Call rate detection recharge nahi ho rahe hai. Customer Care per baat karne per kah rahe hai ki tumhara Number 3G Dongle Number hai Is liye recharge nahi hoga.

balance deduction violating base plan

i have been using reliance for more than three year. my no is [protected]. my base plan is of 50 paise per call/sms(local & national) which was the introductory scheme of RCOM when company started(GSM services). but they are charging 1rs/sms violating the scheme.
whenever i call customer care, executive replies that system is in update. when i could not take it any more i asked to talk with senior executive but he replied the same...

Billing after Disconnecting the phone

I was using Reliance GSM Postpaid Number ([protected]) when I was working with in Reliance, but now I have cleared all my dues Rs.625 and submitted the SIM with cancelation application to Reliance collection executive Mr. Amir Khan([protected])on(16-Jul-12) and he promised me my all dues are clear as on date and my number will be deactivated. But as the number was not deactivated I am still getting zero usage bills....

Reliance Communication is using unethical practices to cheat the customers

I was using Reliance net connect Number – [protected] as a post paid connection, also I got an extra GSM connection through this net connect GSM Number – [protected], In Aug – 12 I recognize that as per my usage my plan is ay high & I have gone to their reliance web world Pune-Aundh branch to convert this connection to Prepaid. Also close my GSM connection after paying the complete outstanding amount.

SMS pack renewed twice and SMSs are not free

On my Reliance GSM Number [protected]k I recharged with Rs.60 on Nov. 24 & got full talktime worth Rs.60.
After that, my SMS pack renewed twice (on Nov. 25 & 26). Now my balance is Rs5.81 only & my outgoing SMSs are also chargable. I paid twice for SMS pack, and SMSs are not free. Reliance GSM is bugging to customers....

Unauthorized Subscription

I have not subscribed for VAS One97 Vp on my reliance. It has been subscribed automatically and has Deducted 30 rupees from my prepaid account.
Calling customer care has not been of much help. Date: 26/11/12


Please Refund the amount (30 INR), and kindly remove the subscription from this service as it is useless to me.

the above stated no has being stolen in a train from jabalpur to mumbai on 18 nov 12.
i have however managed to know that the phone was being taken from someone from Ahmednagar.

i want to stop the services to the number and block the cdma phone....

Regarding deduction of balance with 3G network

I Abhiram anshu ([protected]) on 18 November, i recharge 1GB internet for 1 Month of Rs 255 then after some time i got message from 52811 that"DEAR CUSTOMER ,YOUR REQUEST COULD NOT BE PROCESSED.PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.WE REGRET THE INCONVENIENCE.RELIANCE"

And the shopkeeper has done recharge successfully at that time,he shown me the message at that time.
