Omg these reliance communication people just making me mad.
Once again in the morning of today I called in the reliance customer care to deactivate the service and refund my money. They deactivated the service and refund my money for which I get the msg.
But now they are wrong charging on my another no. From which I maded the complaint for [protected]. They wrongly deducted my rs 20 from [protected]saying you sub vas. After telling, I still have. They told ok. We will make complaint aginst this and you will get resolution in next 48hrs. I said ok.

But now in the MID-night of 6 dec 2012 they again charged rs.50 for this bull- service of their 'myth sms' which I deactivated from their customer care executive in the morning and get my money backed.

I don't understand what to do with these cheap and fraud company.
Why they don't understand please don't harass a customer to much.


B'coz these people of reliance company are just waste.....

i got a message of an offer by reliance and i confirmed through customer care and recharged my no. by 40 rs. but still i did not get the bonus talk time. when i talked to customer then they said there is no such offer on reliance but still reliance is indulge in publicity of those offer on no. 151515 and [protected] but customer care are ignorant of it. my no. is [protected]
i came to know about an offer by reliance and i confirmed through customer care and recharged my no. by 40 rs. but still i did not get the bonus talk time of rs 20. when i talked to customer then they said that they will give the bonus talk time but now they are saying that there is no such offer on reliance but still reliance is indulge in publicity of those offer on no. 151515 and [protected] but customer care are ignorant of it. my no. is [protected]. now i am fade up with these kind of cheating and if it will continue then i will change the service provider.
i got the bonus talk time but because of your false publicity people believe on you and lose their money.
i think that you people should keep that bonus 20 Rs. i don't want. ADAG group is indulge in 2G scam and i think that it is the proof of that you make people fool and cheat them. so i will change my service provider and i will urge my friends to do the same... thank you very much. have a nice time.. and however read this message please leave reliance company because it is indulge in biggest scam of our country.. if you are an Indian then save our country..

    My Reliance GSM number is [protected] and i always use this number for 3G Internet use only, Reliance is continuously charging 1Rs/- per day from 27/11/2012 as following; "Amount Charged for VAS Evolve Subscription Rs:1.00" and before 27/11/2012 i had 11.12 Rs as balance and today on 6/12/2012 i have only 1.13 Rs as account balance.

    I don't know how this service is activated automatically when i am 100% sure that i didn't activated this service but they are charging for this service.

    I request you please help me to get my precious money back and take relevant action against them for cheating with me.

    I'm looking forward to your valuable consideration and quick resolve of my problem.

    reliance keep debiting my account with ruppess 1 after every few hours..
    and they also activate caller tune service and debited Rs 15 4 times means Rs 60.
    what the fraud this is.. the customer care person give reply due to technical problem I can't help u try again.. If reliance communication wants us to change the service then refund my amount and we will.. i m using 3 reliance connection for phone... data card etc from last 3 years.. this is not the way to earn money... hope will get some solution.. thnks

    I am continuously getting Rs. 5 deducted whenever I am having a good amount of balance and there is an SMS coming stating that Rs. 5 has been deducted for VAS evolve.           Reliance GSM — balance problem

          sir,
          i have to inform you that i m the customer of reliance prepaid no-[protected]
          every month the balance cut automatically;and we ask reliance care they don't give any
          type of answer and said to me i don't know anything.what can i do for this type of
          behavior?
          This is shekhar i am using reliance GSM number

          The main thing is that without any information this operator deduct more than Rs. 100 of my account and activate alote of services . when i talk to customer care than i have got alote of problem by top costumer executive and cut this phone.

              Dear Sir
              This complain is in regard to Mobile Internet Plan of Reliance which was offered for 6 month on New Samsung Mobile's. I Purchased a Samsung mobile model no. GT S 5302 with Reliance offer 3G net 1GB data per month for 6 month Dtd 20.Oct.2012 (mob. no. [protected]), My net deactivated after one month. After all I book a complain customer care (complain no.[protected] Dtd 01.Dec.2012 ) he say your problem will be resolved in next 2 days. But after 2 days i get a message "your offer has been resolved benefit is posted into your account" but still i am not able to use these internet services.

              Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible otherwise i need to take some other action.

              As per my last complain the matter has not yet been fully resolved. As per last comment of rcom care they said that the handset benefits (1GB*5) 3G data for five month has been posted into our account.
              After further conversations with rcom care benefits were only credited for 1 month, after the expiry of 1 month the problem is still on same path.Now I need my 3G plan benefits for remaining 4 months.

              Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible

                Fraud..with out information this company deducts and activates some Value added Services. If we ask them, They won't respond properly. Reliance will deduct some amount at midnight also. from the past 4 months i am suffering with the problem. I don't want to leave this issue here.                   I purchased the Samsung Glaxy y duo lite (S5302) handset. The scheme of Reliance Gsm of Internet in 2G circle unlimted & 3g circle 1GB data every month. So i take the reliance GSM Connection, my Mob n. is [protected]. i used one month internet but next month my rupees approx 80 rupees deduct from my account. i complaint in reliance world then i recd the complaint no.[protected]. four day already passed but my problem not solve by Reliance. so pls help me

                  I use gsm rel. 2 month ago companc activate a scheme audio talkies . Then till inspite of many request of inactivation they don't do it. And they renew these service twice and cut charges
                  reliance gsm has acctivated CRBT services in my mobile no. [protected] without my consent and has been charged for it...the customer care service is not good...whenever i tried a call to customer service, it is always buzy...

                    Hi this is Vishal Bhardwaj and my reliance broadband is[protected]. This is to inform that reliance technical team are cheating me from past 1 month. On 6 November 2012, I changed my internet plan from WICMA99CB to Internet Plan Thunder 2 Mbps Quarterly which is unlimited. What they did is they converted my plan to thunder 2Mbps pan in documentation only and didn't changed in back-end service side. As my previous internet plan was WICMA99CB has a download speed of 1Mbps upto 1800MB thereafter 300kbps . I get to know when my internet data usage exceed 1800 MB and thereafter I am getting 300kbps. Also I got sms on the day from reliance when i exceeded data usage 1800 MB.
                    From the day of activation of Thunder plan 2 Mbps , I am facing problem of slow internet issue. I registered complain so many times but still they didn't able to solved it. I am not expectation from reliance technical team of such mistake which I caught when my internet data usage exceed 1800 MB. My registered complain are[protected] ,[protected] ,[protected] ,[protected] ,[protected] ,[protected] and[protected].

But I was shocked on 20th of november when my sim card registeration failed and the retailer said that it is due to reliance distributor (MR.                         Received phone call from reliance communication (Phone Number: +[protected] for the reliance insurance product!
                        As I was not interested and asked caller do not call further as I have registered for the DND.
                        Against this action the caller uses abusing language and calls for the 2nd time but have not disclosed the name who provide my mobile number to them !!

                              I was really satisfied with the service provided till now,but i am being forced to rethink on my stand towards their service.

                              For the bill period[protected] to[protected], i have been charged Rs148 for the 111 sms sent.
                              I was surprised coz i haven't sent a single sms from the mobile infact for the whole of the reliance mobile uasge i havent used the sma service at all.

                              So i contacted the customer care and raised a complaint (complaint no :[protected] for which they have sent me the
                              call details request (cdr) copy to cross check whether the sms are sent by me.

                              To my shock all the SMS are seems to be sent from Coimbatore whereas i am based in Chennai and haven't gone out of the city for the whole
                              of my reliance mobile usage time frame.Then comes the big surprise of all as all the 3 sms is sent at the same time all from coimbatore to chennai/ahmedabad/bangalore.
                              All this 3 sms is sent at 7:06 am and 19:06 pm regularly for most of the days in that bill period.

                              Here you can see the miscrepancies the voice call in between the SMS are made by me in chennai and the SMSes are sent from coimbatore.
                              They cant even answer this simple logic 19:07 i am sending an sms from coimbatore and 19:35 i am making a call from chennai and again next day morning exactly at 7:07 i am sending sms es from coimbatore.How come this be possible at the first place and also exactly every 12 hours an sms being sent to exact 3 numbers.This is highly ridiculous.

                              This is tricky cheating by reliance.

                              I went to local reliance shop in tambaram to clarify the issue but they were not helpful and i have been forced to call the reliance appellate authority call number but they were really worse than others and was put on hold for a hell a lot of time and still couldn't come up with an answer.
                              The reference number for that call is [protected].

                              Its been really a tiring experience in getting an honest reply/solution from any of the so called customer care.
                              With the last hope to get this issue resolved i am writing this mail.
                              Rs 150 extra is not a big deal here but how come they take us for granted and do this fraud and even though i found this they were not agreeing that they have made a mistake and pointing the fingers at me itself.

                              Please guide me in getting a proper response from them.

                                My name is vadhir and i had activated the 'whatsapp' scheme (16 rs/month) in reliance a week ago. Despite all the correct settings, my money was being deducted and i called the reliance guys numerous times but to no avail. The money is still being deducted unnecessarily and last night an amount of 16 rs was deducted and when called and asked them they said no money has been deducted or they don't know how the money has been deducted. Please help me get refund of my balance and stop this unnecessary deduction of balance.

                                I have done a complain over my mobile phone at about 08.40 p.m. on 27.08.08 regarding Unexpected Reliance Tune (English) activate (suspected activated date 23.08.08) in my Mobile Phone. So, according to your rules every day 50 paise was deducted from my account balance, as a result my account balance is now Rs. – 3.41.
                                Now I use my mobile phone only for received call where I get the connection as a life time connection.
                                Several time I asked to your customer executive, namely 1. Mr. Sudip 2. Mr. Sahnawaz 3. Mr. Amarnath 4. Ms. Sudipta 5. Mr. Tridip 6. Ms. Sanyukta from dated 27.08.08, 29.08.08, 31.08.08, 01.09.08, 03.09.08, 05.09.08 & 07.09.08 respectively to inactivate the Tune & refund my balance. Among them one executive say “work in process” one say “within 24hrs we will done this” one say “ we will call you later” another say “ Wait for a long time” etc. etc.

                                My Reliance tune is now inactivate recently (may be on 03.09.08 where complaint was done on 27.08.08) but mines balance is not return till now. So, I can not make any call from my mobile.
                                So, you are requested to step necessary action very soon.

                                We are facing this problem since 2-3 months after every week there is deduction occuring due some service activation. Every time i used to talk with customer care executive & first time of complaint they accept all the mistakes & gives the assurance the deducted money will be refunded in my a/c but i never gets the same.                                 in december they auto subscribed me to "Movies News" i dont even know and they deducted Rs. 30
                                i called and called customer care i explained and they stopped the services but did not refund the money and said it wont happen again

                                then comes new year january the service again auto renewed and deduced Rs. 30 again
                                i again called and called reliance gsm customer support on 198 and they said this time they have finally disabled the services and wont renew again.. the balance of rs. 30 will not get refunded.. i was so much angry

                                then in february - a new service was automatically subscribed "cricket news"
                                i stopped recharging my reliance phone. but yesterday i had to recharge as i needed the balance for emergency calling. i recharged with Rs. 50 and suddenly Rs. 30 deducted. when i realised i cant make calls because i lost the balance i was so much angry and called customer care
                                they said i subscribed for cricket news
                                but to tell you the phone was in my pocket and how can i subscribe for something they are clearly cheating and blaming it on customer.
                                they did not refund the balance and i am so much pissed that i finally have decided to write this complaint

                                I would like to register a complaint against Reliance Communications, this is to inform you that they have deducted the balance from my account yesterday while I contacted with their Customer Care representative they informed me that I have subscribed for their services against which they have deducted the amount, I informed them that I didn't subscribe for any service but they were continuously forcing me with their words that it has been done by me and not the through them.                                 I would like to inform six days back also Reliance has deducted Rs.30 from my account against caller tune service while I didn't subscribed for any such service, after registering the complaint with their Customer Care amount have been credited my account and they have to accepted that caller tune services wrongly activated through their server and not through me, but this time they are not ready to listen and not ready to credit my deducted amount while I didn't subscribed for any such services again this has been activated by their server not through me. We are getting telemarketing calls on regular basis after activating the DND service, If I have already subscribed for DND than why getting marketing calls and sms, is there no rule against mobile operators through which we can take action against them.

                                These type of problem are increasing day by day by mobile operators, they are activating such kind of services for their pre-paid users because they know that there is no way to trace the details after 72 hrs in pre-paid and users are helpless in this regards, If we are going to complaint against we have no valid proof to justify our verdict.

                                I would reqeust you to kindly take necessary action against such mobile operators who are cheating their customers and harassing us in such ways.

                                Its not a big amount which is deducted from my account but the matter is it if I will keep mum this time.

                                I did a recharge of rs 16 whatsapp reliance pack on 7th April and started using whatsapp application. But since then there is no stop in deduction from my balance. Despite repeatedly complaining about it to the customer care, no resolution yet. SR no:[protected] was raised and resolved without my issue actually getting resolved. I have not activated any VAS on my number by checking “MYVAS” to 55333 even-though they are deducting the money periodically, sevaral times an amount of Rs.3/- deduced from my account for the VAS service..Then i messaged to 121 and i got the reply like “you are not subscribed to any VAS packs” If I haven’t subscribed any VAS services then why they are deducting money from my account?

                                  I purchased reliance netconnect from aundh shop of pune. i asked for prepaid internet net connection but he said there is no such thing in reliance. so he suggested for postpaid internet connection with 2 months free and took 2000 rs from me. he told me to submit the document and asked for lots o[censored]nnecessary things. i gave him my driving lic ,pan card, house rent, id card inspite of all these they aske for confirmation . and told me to get a HR letter from your office along wid photo that this.. after submitting the documents also he didnt activate my net connection. again i visited they said server is slow so come after 1 week .. then again i went they said no server is slow so we cant help.. already 15 days went after purchasing. then i asked for refund.. they said its not possible. they irritated me much that i had to lose my 2000rs and submitted the usb to them. i am really very upset by their behaviour and lost my 2000rs.
                                  i discussed this matter wid one of my frn and she told y u had been to RELIANCE INTERNET CONNETION AUNDH SHOP PUNE. That is the worst shop with word service . even she had lost her money there. so if everybody is loosing their money in such shops then who is going to ask them about this. please do something to that shop.

                                    i have been using the reliance prepaid number [protected] since Aug,2011.i have been submitted all my necessary document to reliance communication. but my all services was stopped on[protected] without pre - information.then i tried to call customer care by another number their response was rude and not co- oprative. they just give up the responsibility and try to misguide me.after one and half year later how can they my service even without informing me.due to this i am facing financial,mental harassment, and other type of problem.i am a centered govt. employee and 3000 k.m away to my hometown.how can it be possible for one to survive without cell phone connection now a days.

                                      hi, i m Manish Kumar (+91-[protected]), on 30th Nov 2012, i got my mobile recharged through www.rechargeitnow.com for Rs.97/- (3G Mobile Internet Plan), and my balance was also deducted but i got two below mentioned sms:-

                                      1. Recharge of R.97 successful. Enjoy 300MB 3G data valid for 30 days. Reliance.
                                      2. Dear Customer, your request could not be processed. Please try again later. We regret the inconvenience. Reliance.

                                      your all customer care executives were unable to understand the problem and they were just in hurry to disconnect the call.

                                      kindly try to solve my problem and either refund my amount or recharge with 3G internet pack, as soon as possible.

                                      i recharged with rs. 40 from http://www.freecharge.in but my mobile was recharged with only rs.1 .take the required action and recharge by talktime of rs.37.

                                      13/12/2011 6:55:26 AM,I am doing MOB RECHARGE [protected] EBPP-[protected] -119Rs.
                                      Recharge was done successful .but Amount 0.01 Rs Only credit on my Mobile Number ( [protected] ).I log the Complain for the same.on 198 Complain Number.
                                      The person [Suraj] communicate me problem solve in 48 hour & he providing me complain number[protected]. After 48 hour some other person commit me it will take 72 hour not 48 hour.
                                      Today when i try to talk to customer care executive so the 198 toll free number is not working from particularly from my number ( [protected] ).

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I am using reliance GSM prepaid number ([protected]) for past two years. I activated 1p sms pack for Rs 19 some time back and did the setting for automatically reactivation of pack after every 30 days. Currently I am in Kolkata and massage pack was working fine till yesterday when suddenly I was charged Rs 1.5 for each message in-spite of remaining validity of the message pack.
                                        It is requested to kindly sort out this problem so that I can use 1p sms service again as soon as possible.
