Dear sir/Madam,

my mobile number is [protected](maharashtra, pune). I am fed up with the almost daily harrassment by reliance communication by deducting some amount for the value added services(vas) with automatic activation. They are just doing a kind of theft which leads to mental harrasment. On 27/11/2012 due to vas saregama rcom had deducted rs. 5.00. I talk to thier customer care(chargeble) for almost 15-20 minutes confirming that it is automatically activated. Then they lodge a complaint with service no:[protected]. That day mr. Rajesh vij, miss jagriti and thier senior executive mr. Rupesh had confirmed me that if that happened automatic then they will return those amount in 24 hours but they didn't even behaved well. I told them what about the balance that is executed during 10-15 minutes while talking to you which is a chargeble service. They told it will be returned too. After 1 day rs 5.00 returned but just after some time 0n same day at 6:12:06 pm they had again automatically activated another value added service called techzone gsm for rs 7.00. Then after 5 minutes they had activated fun services for 7 days. They had deducted almost rs. 40 total with the vas+ customer care charge for the help.

Please return my money from rcom. They had mentally harassed me with thier 3 customer care executives with thier behaviours and they had not taken the appropiate action, for that please take an action. This is not the first time it is happening but every time. It is not happening with me only if you see the grahak seva portal number of cases are register for this cause. In the absence of an appropiate action, they are doing it again and again. After all those things they are asking for a good feedback. Kindly do the solution because number of indians are suffering from rcom's behaviour. This kind of incidents can not be any kind of business, it is a theft and they should be punished for this offence

Reliance — again and again automatic activation of services

My name is Virat Prashar, mob no. [protected]. I have a problem in Reliance telecommunicaton, form "two weeks" they are automatically activating services on my no. without my permission and deducting my balance. I have complained for my problems and they solved too but at next day they again activated some another service and deduct balance. yesterday also they activated some service and deduct Rs5 for each day. I have called and complained but man said you activated that service, we have proof in our system. but i was not activated any servise myself :( Well customer care executive deactivated my that scheme but said i can't refund ur balance,


My complaint is about "activation of services without permission and deduction of balance" its 4th time in 10 days that they automatically activate service and i am complaining here.
Please solve my problem.....or luttna band karo saleyo :|

    Reliance Netconnect plus no: [protected]

    With reference to above number, I had called on 9th July 2012 for closure of the service which was my last day of billing cycle. I called on [protected]. Mr Juved from Reliance informed that their system is down & he will call me back(this appears in their log also). He confirms that he called me afterwards but may be I was busy in some other work so could not answer his call. On 29th July when I got new bill with rental I was shocked. When I called again on 29th July, my connection was still working of which I was not aware. Now unnecessary rental of that month was charged to me which I am not ready to pay at all. However again & again they are calling me for the payment.

    Still politely I told them that I am ready to pay anything if I used it from 9th July to 29th July.

    Today I received call from [protected] for payment of Rs. 1000/- against usage. When I asked them that if i had stopped using net connect from 9th itself how come this usage are there. Reply was shocking in hindi" Do kaudi ki aukat nahi tumhari pahale bill bharo".

    When I called back not to use such language again same feedback & abusive language from a girl specially. No one can expect such communication anywhere.

    How any consumer oriented firm can use such abusive language????
    Today also I am ready to pay used amount but such language is not all all acceptable. I want to lodge official complaint against that Girl/Reliance using no[protected].

    I was official apology letter from Reliance Higher authority by today evening or I will go to Police Station to lodge complains against total Reliance Pune office.

    Please help me in fighting such firms which know to suck blood of their valued customer.

      My DND serveice activate. last 2 yrs i reliance GSM Sim (+91 [protected]) used in Roaming. i am not receive any call in roaming network but reliance deduct my balance every day Rs. 1 automatically.
      Like example From RM-Reliance for VAS (IndiatimesVPak Rs. 1.00)

      Reliance is fraud mobile network provider

      Reliance activate VAS service and deduct my balance without any my request.

      I use reliance network from last 4 yrs.

      I suggest to my all friends, don't use reliance because reliance is fraud group.

        i bought a new reliance cdma Sim card [protected] on 22nd Nov 2012. the outlet in charge asked me to get it verified by calling reliance Sim verification helpline [protected]. i called them up and got my details verified on 24th. they told me that the Sim will get activated with 24 hours maximum. since then, i have called them up numerous times a day but every time they are giving me the lame excuses that it will get activated with 2 hrs and blah blah blah... it been 5 days now and i am feeling helpless.
        its my very first and worst ever experience with reliance.

        cdma — regarding activation of my expired number

        hi, i have used the service of reliance communication for many years ,but due to some unavoidable region ihad not used the service since last 6 month,now i want to revive my old no.my old no. was [protected]. for this i have activate my cell with reliance india card Rs 875 and get confirmation,but unable to use .after consulting R WORLD manager Mr sachin mishra (sothextension new delhi) ,he not only refused to pay due attaintion to my concern had use some derogatory remark about me and my job.atprsent i m staying in new delhi my cell no is [protected]. kindly do the needful.

        sir, i wish to say that i have taken a relience cdma sim card on monday at 11 a.m..i submitted all details which was necessary for a new connection.i submitted a pancard and mtnl photo copy.but he have rejected without any description.i further go to the relience authorised centre where he confirmed me that the document is legal.the shopkeeper bhupendra, whose shop address is -c-336, avantika, sector-1 rohini.ph no .-[protected], [protected].he is misguiding the customer .and behave rudly .so i request you to take action on that person.

        you can definately contact the nodel officer of the company.
        nodel officer information can be taken from any outlet. and they will revert within short period of time. it is just my experience i am sharing you.

        i went to the shop sevral times but no. action is taken over it shop owner says to go to the reliance customer care and customer cares says go to shop m really in tension what to do is this your service and customer care ...... i m realy fed up....

        Reliance CDMA — Non activation

        On 05 Jan 11 I purchased a sim (Reliance cdma no.-[protected]) from Mahadeva Medicos. He promised me to activate my number within 1 day. On inquiry on the next day he extend days for activating. On inquiry from customer care i came to know that the number was activated on someone else name and terminated due to non-submission of documents. I contacted the person who submitted my documents (ph. no. [protected]). He took 2 days afterthat he gave me his office number ([protected]). Till now my number is not activated. they are not responding my call neither the office men nor that representative. Please look into the matter to redress my griviences.

        I have just take a new reliance cdma sim and gave my documents but after 10 days sim is not started because of documents.The distributor of dahod is also not responding.so,please start my new reliance number which is [protected].Once i take gsm reliance sim and gave my document but when it was activated the sim was registered on other name.so,take action on distributor of dahod of reliance communication.

        I WOULD like to state that i m a retailer of relinace and i purchased a
        > number some time back and its clearly mentioned that the date of expiry
        > of that number is sept 2011 but when i m doing the activation through my

        I bought a Reliance SIM for 3G usage on a tablet on the 7th August, 2013. I called on the customer care number to inquire about the available 3G plans and within an hour they had a sales representative at my house to collect the documents and money and give me the SIM. I was told that it would be activated within 24 hrs. But when it wasn't I called the person who had given me the SIM and was told that there was some fault in the SIM card and that he would replace it. Today, after 2 weeks, I am still trying to get in touch with the sales person and he does not answer my calls. The customer care representative tells me that he can do nothing about it and that I need to visit a Reliance store.

        How is it that when they have to sell they can arrange for someone to come and collect the money but when there is an issue they refuse to be of any help?
        I will not recommend anyone to ever opt for Reliance.

        It is absurd and our stupidity to select reliance services. The useless call centre staff provides all sorts of misleading information and shuttles the customers. The TRAI should take appropriate action against such lapses, if the said authority is really regulating the things.

          Reliance NetConnect+ unlike name is a very Un-Reliable service, be it network connectivity or even disconnection of connection. I had a Netconnect+ postpaid connection which i wanted to disconnect due to the problem of Not Working Properly For more than 10 Days. After raising it with the customer care for 3 times, for which there was no response, i had to ask for disconnection. Since it was postpaid it was billed even though i did not get to use it in the whole month. Finally i had to argue with the customer care to take up my request for disconnection. After it was taken up i was told to wait for the next billing cycle to get to know the pending bill amount to be paid. after the bill got generated and i paid the bill, it was told to me that since the termination request was closed by the time the bill was generated i had to go and visit the reliance store to get the connection disconnected.Pathetic customer care.

          Hi,

          This is reference to my reliance netconnect data card No [protected](unlimited 750 plan), previous month 13/10/12, I personally visited the reliance off padmanabhanagar branch(opposite to sree sai gold palace) and gave a termination request letter after paying the due amount. The termination S.R.No[protected] the lady who processed the request was Padma. She said that your request will be processed and terminated, She also said not to use the data card till then else i might be charged. After this i receved many calls from reliance CC asking why is this getting cacelled..?do u want to retain the connection..?do you want to keep the data card active, so that you can use it in feature if you want it..? My answer was i have been provided the data card from my company and i dont want to keep it. But still i use to get the call from reliance CC for retaining the connection. But i always said no. Finally i get billed for the next month with Rs.183 saying this is for some prodata rental bill for 7 days, from the date of cancellation. Now i want to ask to whole reliance group as to why the customer is being chraged for the service he has not been given/used. This is straight forward saying that "if you cancell the connection you have to pay the 7 days rental amount".
          When i went to the padamanabanagar branch and enquired "First the guy said it was chared for some usage, When i told him that my connection was cancelled and i nevered used the datacard, he suddenly changes his statement and says this is not for the usage it is 7 days rental charges, And it is 7 day because it takes 7 days to cancell the request, AND THE LADY PADMA WHO PROCESSED THIS REQUEST AS BEEN LEFT THE JOB"
          When the total data base is metained on a server, I belive it should be just a click away to process the request even if it takes manual paper work i dont think it should take a day or two. so please stop cheating people by making any such statements. And chanrege the customer for the service what he has been provided.

          I FINALLY WANT TO REQUEST THE RELIANCE TO PLEASE TAKE SOME CORRECTIVE ACTION, AND CONSIDER MY COMPLAINT TO WAIVE OFF THE AMOUNT FOR WHICH I HAVE BEEN CHARGED "FOR CANCELLING THE CONNECTION".

          And please do not reply saying you people were not able to reach me on my phone.

          I want to cancel my Reliance Netconnect Plus postpaid connection - [protected]. I am totally unhappy with the speed and connectivity Issue and with the support (Customer service and Technical support) which company Is providing.

          I called customer Service on 23/04/2013 and they said It cant be cancelled Immediately, which will take 15 days. But my question Is I am requesting to cancel the service before my billing cycle starts, so I shouldn't be charged.

          Second thing:- I bought the connection as per my wish, now I am cancelling as per my wish, so company should not make delay and charge money for It.

          Also customer Service people speak very rude, also the lady who called me from retention team called Sangeetha was very rude with conversation. Feel bad such a big and reputad company but the service Is not up to the mark.

          I had two Mobile post paid connections such as 828/829.I decided to cancel the connection during Aug2014 and informed customer care of Reliance .Next Month Sep 2014, I paid the bill.Next month Bill received Oct 2014, and paid.I send a request to Reliance Communication Appelate authority and those people agreed and within 5days they said they will confirm the cancellation.Mean time I received bill or the moth nf Dec 14 .Useless authority also not confirm the cancellation.I paid the Dec14 bill at reliance office and gave application.My request to the public buy always prepaid sim and throw the sim whenever u want.

          I want to cancel the my post paid connection that's number is [protected]. I have also taken a new relaince post paid number only. My post paid modem was broken while falling down of the stairs. I am also calling to Customer Care no that is[protected] and [protected]. They are saying that please put the sim in your mobile and then call after. I requests you that please disconnect it with in 2 days.
          I have a reliance postpaid datacard no. [protected]. I went to the Reliance store at Kammanahalli to cancel the connection. They told me that they cannot take a request after 6 pm. I then called the Reliance helpline and I must say what a horrid experience I have had with their customer service. My first call was on the 20th April 2016 and I spoke to a lady who verified my details and told me that she would transfer the call to the datacard termination team. I waited endlessly for someone to answer my call, but alas no one answered. I called a second time and this time I spoke to a girl named Kavi who again put me through the whole process of verification and convincing me to keep the card, and after my insistence, she too tried to transfer the call to the cancellation dept. Again, she came back saying that they were busy. Each time, I was made to wait for more than 40 mins. and was losing my patience. This girl Kavi promised that she would arrange a call back before 7 pm on the same day (i.e., 20th April) but no call came.
          Day 2 : 21st April - I called the Customer Service post lunch, hoping to get help. I spoke to a girl named Aishya to whom I narrated my experience of yesterday and again after the required formalities, she too tried to forward my call to the cancellation team. Alas, no luck again, she came back telling me that all your cancellation team members are busy. I can understand that. You do have a huge no. of dissatisfied customer base waiting like me to cancel their connections !!! Aisha felt sorry for my condition and promised a call back in one hour. I waited... for more than hour and again they failed to keep up their promise. I called back again, this time i spoke to Yuvraj... he too forwarded the call and put me on hold. I held on for 20 long minutes with no soul from the other end. I disconnected and called back again. this time, I couldn't even get to speak to the Customer Service team member !!!
          I asked for a Senior person - a supervisor or a manager so that I could talk to them. They said nobody was available. I was left in the lurch, with nobody to help. I just don't understand that there was no way I could escalate the matter to a Senior.
          With absolutely pathetic service and also bad connectivity, I am using this forum to please, please have my post-paid data connection cancelled with immediate effect. Please send me an acknowledgement of having received this email and a reference no. for this request of cancellation. I hope atleast this will work !!!
          I requested for cancellation for my reliance data card (Data card Number [protected]) two months ago but they haven't cancelled my data card and charged me two thousand rupees and threatened me saying that if i didn't payback they will fill a case against me, so I paid that amount even though I didn't use it, then i requested again to cancel my data card, till now there is no word from them and their customer care number is not getting through if i give my dongle number, I need immediate answer whether are not my dongle got cancelled I can't waste anymore money for the service I am not using This is worst customer service i have ever received in my life

          Now No idea ... what to do next... Plan to Stop pay the bill ...

          Our company had 15 data cards due to Reliance bad customer care and bad services we terminated and fully settled the payment but till today we are receiving bills after terminating all the data cards.

          Reliance is harassing for payment for Non use data cards and they are not providing No Due Certificate to consumers.

          And they are sending Legal notices after paying all the dues aslo.

              Reliance NetConnect+ unlike name is a very Un-Reliable service, be it network connectivity or even disconnection of connection. I had a Netconnect+ postpaid connection which i wanted to disconnect due to the same problem of Not Working Properly For more than 10 Days. Since it was postpaid it was billed even though i did not get to use it in the whole month. Finally i had to argue with the customer care to take up my request for disconnection. After it was taken up i was told to wait for the next billing cycle to get to know the pending bill amount to be paid. after the bill got generated and i paid the bill, it was told to me that since the termination request was closed by the time the bill was generated i had to go and visit the reliance store to get the connection disconnected.Pathetic customer care.

                  I am a regular user of Reliance GSM service using from last 3 years in Kolkata. On 28th November 2012, from my no [protected], Rs. 20 approx was deducted without any reason and automatically Reliance has activated some services on my number for which I didn't request.For filling complain I called 3 times to the customer care representative, but all the time they gave me only response that their computer system was not working so they are unable to take the complain or access any information and told me to call after 2 hours. Out of which 2 times they transferred my call to their senior executive but after waiting on call about 10 minutes the call was disconnected. Please forward my complain to the concerned authority to take serious action to avoid such miss-management and unnecessary deduction of account balances.

                      I disconnected my broadband connection with all dues paid on 26 Jul 2011. I informed relaince broadband service via phone and also email customer care and manager stating that I paid all dues via cheque number so and so and will not be responsible for any further charges.

                      Still I am receiving invoices from them. today 28 Nov 12 they informed that my connection was still active. Hence charges generated. I had already terminated my connection in Jul 2011. As per relaince I have to pay 3800 rupess.

                            Further on contacting 2 times to customer care representative, they were unable to take my complain due to their own system/technical problem. I request to take speedy action to avoid such deductions of amount.

I had placed a complaint that my phone line is not working and it is dead and the internet service is also getting interrupted very often, the reply I got from them is that "they don't have a new telephone instrument to replace the old one." I have already placed the same complaint more than 6 times in the last one year and I am getting the same reply till date and they close my complaint every time without resolving.
