I am a reliance broadband customer user id[protected] name Kanchana i took Thunder 549 plan and I paid quarterly rental 1379 with installation charges which came around 1700 which is for 3 month starting from October 2012 and now the connection is terminated because they want me to pay additional 420 they say it is some kind of tax.and I did not receive any bill.They also say that yesterday a bill was generated...

I disconnected my broadband connection with all dues paid on 26 Jul 2011. I informed relaince broadband service via phone and also email customer care and manager stating that I paid all dues via cheque number so and so and will not be responsible for any further charges.

Still I am receiving invoices from them. today 28 Nov 12 they informed that my connection was still active. Hence charges generated. I had already terminated...

Bill is More than Plan

I am using Reliance Gsm Postpaid Connection. Every month i get the Bill is more then i expect. I have complained many times but they always say that our server is down or call us after some time. I am having a big trouble cause of this. Should i complaint lawsuit against Reliance? Help Me....

A/c balance deduction

I am a regular Reliance GSM user since 2009. On 28th November my 20 Rs. Approx from main balance was been deducted without activating any service. However Reliance automatically activated some of their services to my number which I actually do requested any time.
Further on contacting 2 times to customer care representative, they were unable to take my complain due to their own system/technical problem. I request to take speedy action...

Whatsapp RS16Plan activated still being charged for using Whatsapp

I have activated Whataspp & Facebook plan of Rs.16 on 27-Nov by dialing *777*16#.
I received confirmation message stating

"Recharge of Auto renewal pack of Rs16 successful Enjoy free surfing of Whataspp and Facebook.
Renewal after 30days. Reliance"

and my balance got deducted too.

Why i m still charged for using Whatsapp even after my pack is being activated.

Getting Bill after termination request

MOBILE NO PORTABILITY PROBLEM

Balance Deduction for unwanted services
