Reliance Communications — Extra Charges for the Bills | |||
Respected sir, I have Reliance Mobile No.[protected] and [protected] from the last 5 years and 3 months. It is respectfully submitted that both the numbers are postpaid and every bill for the every month I have paid. But last 3 months i.e. November to January I have seen the bills there is extra charges for internet lying in the bill in the above said month (Rs. 159/- and Rs. 413/-) and new bill generated 9 Feb. 2013 it has been noticed that Rs. 230/- extra charges and charges for late fee extra for Rs. 100/- per month. Sir, I humbly requested that I have not using the internet service sincerely and I talked the Customer Care every month that they said I cannot deduct the amount and I have not paid the bills. Due to non payment of bills the Company lying late fee charges in the bill which is not my liability because they have not deduct the amount and I have not paid the bills. Reliance — extra charges
I am using relience gsm prepaid sim & my number is [protected]. today my blance was dedacted 30 rupess without my premission. I have not request any plan. please see my problemReliance India Mobile — excess charges
I am submitting this complaint on behalf of my mother , She is using a Reliance india prepaid mobile since one yearIt has been observed that
1.Without any notification value added service get activated
2.Prepaid money has been deducted without any notification
3.Call center/customer care people are arrogant they talk with people very bad manner saying that "You are fool why you have activated those services that is reason money has been deducted"
I am really afraid, how this company is dealing with poor customers in india who are using RIM services paying extra charges ,they do not even know how to deal with this and all
I request government that please investigate why this is happening and all

Reliance — extra charging
R SirMadam,i am using Reliance connection ([protected]).
On oct 3 2010, Rs 30 deducted from my balance, when i asked to Reliance coustmer care they told me that a service has been provided by company to you. on my negociation he told me that, "ok sir i am regitering your complain and within next 48 hours you will be receive your balance (Rs 30)".
But next day on oct 4, 2010 again Rs 30 deducted from my balance, when i asked to Reliance coustmer care they told me that both this and earlier services were requsted by me and they can`t help me.
Now my point is that, the matter is not for 60 Rs its ok, but there should be coustmer satisfaction. but i am not satisfied with there talk. They are telling me that,"you have asked for the service".
but i did not, and i can do nothing. now what i can do is only that change the number, thats it. Thats not fair.
