[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Harrassment

I was using one CDMA connection bearing no [protected] since 2004 and a good pay master and never make any late payment and having a credit limit of more than Rs.3000/-.

On 2nd May 2010, services of my said numbers were barred whereas the due date of the said bill was 6th May 2010 and there was no previous outstanding. When I contacted their customer care from my other CDMA no. as the outgoing of the above number was barred, the call lasted for more than 40 minutes and shuttled between different executives and departments but nobody was there who can provide me the reason of the termination of services but when my call transferred to their retention department from there I was told that as you placed a request for the termination of this number, that's why services of your number are barred when I told her that though I placed the request but after assurance from your retention department about the improvement of network I agreed to retain the connection but that lady gave me one more shock that there are no records of such conversation, hence you have to visit our Reliance Webworld and submit your all the documents once again alongwith the form to debarr your services.

I wrote a mail to their nodal officer, delhi but off no use, instead of accepting their mistake their nodal office and there recovery agents are asking me to make the payment as my connection is terminated on account of non-payment of dues and the connection is terminated on 30th june 2010 and not on 2nd May 2010, whereas in their final bill they have charged upto 2nd May 2010 only.

So stay away from Reliance.

I am Vijay Kumar Barua, I took Reliance Broadband services from Reliance communications.
Since long I was trying to cancel the services from reliance but none takes down the request, after continuous efforts I was given full and final settlement void receipt No.[protected]along with that I paid Rs. 2800 on[protected]. But all in vain, billing system of Reliance Continued and is continued till date.
Then I received a threat call from a Lawyer from Patiala house Courts followed by a Cops call who said is coming to arrest me.
The Cop asked me to settle another amount of Rs. 3265(around about) and speak to the lawyer.
My parents are worried about this and they told me to finish it off whatever ways possible as they dont want me to get into any trouble with this sort. Reliance communication is literally Harassing their customer for paying the amount which i am not liable to.
I am working night shifts and these people (CSR) made my life hell.
I paid that amount and the Lawyer told me that he will look into this and will get me refund after investigation if I am proved right and my account will be cancelled. But he just said that for teh sake of saying and did nothing as what he told.
But Reliance comunication kept the Billing active, I think these people provide services in AIR.
I called Relaince Customer care and filed a cancellation request when I was told it was wrongly barred and they will need to activate to cancel the service.
I said okay whatever just do the required. Reliance took away everything including the Antenna, cables and Modem on 31st Oct 2008.
Now the best part of Reliance Communication is that I received another Notice from D & A Associates to setle the amount of Rs. 5605 asking to come and discuss this on 14/11/2009 between 12:30pm to 06:00pm ..... I am thinking for what, when I settled all the amount and activated the services and then asked to cancel the same day then what is the charge for and from where does this charge get levied on me???
I am calling those associates to discuss this matter but they aren't picking my call, please tale some action against this Reliance Communication for harrassing their customers for nothing they ever offered.
Hi i am Jagannath Chaudhury, i m a regular customer of reliance communication. But i m not satisfied with some customer executives. Actually what happen i got a sms that music station is activated in my mobile. But i never try to activate. So at the same time i call to reliance tell my problem. He accept my compliaint and tell me it will be unsucribed with in 48 hours. I agree with him. Again after one hour i got a sms of same. So again i call to customare care. I contact with FAIEEM. He tell me why u call to so many time. I told that why u sms me so many time. Really i not satisfied with that executive. My AMS ID is[protected]
I took one ad on GSM connection on my existing CDMA connection and submitted all the documents as well. It took more than 3 hrs in activation and lasted for 24 hrs only and after that services of the number suspended on account of non-submission of documents. I approached their outlet and asked them to check and tell where the documents are and why the services are barred. The executive placed an online request for activation and assured me that it will be activated within 24 hrs. but I destroyed the sim and placed a request with same outlet and same executive for the termination of connection. He took my request and said I have forwarded your request for the termination.

But the connection was not terminated by the company and they are still generating the bill and harrassing me by making calls ([protected]-Arun Verma, Advocate, High Court) on my wife's cell and threatning her by saying send him to the court to attend the hearing as he has not cleared the dues of his Reliance Mobile and on my cell as well and asks me to either clear the bill or be ready for the legal proceedings.
I am also getting calls from the same number [protected], but the caller name is ALOK MATHUR; He claims himself as ADVOCATE TIJHAZARI COURT and using absert language over phone.
What I can request all the mobile users to switch to other companies and to the new users not to take any connections from Reliance. This is how you can lead better life. This company led by Anil Dheerubhai Ambani has cheated all of their stakeholders including customers and SHAREHOLDERS.
I am availing a mobile facility from the company and the number is [protected]. Due to personal reasons I have decided to port the number to other service provider. I have lodged as many as three requests on number 1900 and every time the request was given an ID

Every time the company has made one or other excuse and did not abide by the time limit
More over the company outlets have not been providing the SIM to enable me change my hand set to GSM mode from Current CDMA hand set which is out of order due to extensive use
