I had put complaint to reliance customer care that reliance charged me extra for two years by not informing about latest plans and I didn't pay bill for my last month which was about 950rs. Now I am out of country and could and they called my wife and threatned her, she told them that we have 2 month old baby and cannot come to lok adalat, nor going to pay the bill and I had put complaint to reliance customre care which they were unable to resolve. I had put several complaints demanding the explanation that why we were not informed about the plan which is 700rs for unlimited downnload. and we were paying 950rs for 3GB plan for last 2 years. we paid extraa for two years. Also had bought device for 2500rs which they didn't take back and neither they refund the money for same. And now they are telling we have to give 4000Rs which we can't pay.

I request you to please look into this matter and take action against these corporate people, who first loot the customers by giving so costly device and charging extraa money every month and later harassing them. They are calling my wife again and again and are not ready to settle this matter. Please take actions against these guys.

This is with reference to a Lan Line Connection No 32952286 which i had got dissconnected on account of issue with the connectivity and bad service.

I am working at a senior position with an MNC Bank and am extremely annoyed with the harrasment done by your company.

In spite of surrendering my Lan Line connection with the hand phone at your Lajpat Nagar Centre as on 01/07/07 by receipt no :S[protected] and Case ID 51702215.i am being harrased by you.

I had made the payment of all the outstanding as on that date at the counter of yours in full and final for which i have a receipt.

Today suddenly i get a letter from some D&A ASSOCIATES dated 10/10/07 who claims to be your lawyer who is demanding a payment of o/s towards our telephone connection.

I fail to understand what in the world is happening in your company wherein u are asking payment of a telephone that has been surrendered im July'07 itself.

Kindly revert to the same at the earliest or i would be compelled to go to consumer court.

Hoping for a positive revert from your end at the earliest.

The above said connection was terminated as per my request on[protected]

NEXT Termination request No. :[protected]on[protected]

and I had paid all due amount till[protected] through cash on[protected] and recieved receipt for the same from Reliance web world at sector - 09, Chandigarh.
I got shocked and feel humiliated when I receive a legal Notice issued on[protected] from a company called “D. K. Singal & Associates” (on behalf of Reliance Communication Ltd.) on last week of December 2008 bearing Ref No. – Nil, dated[protected].
On contacting Sector-9, Chandigarh Relaince web world, I have not responded properly from the last two weeks,
On[protected], on of the official in Sector-9, Chandigarh Relaince web world, told me & that the bill is nullified without giving me the proof of the same.
I have already availed 04 sets of yours with 04 connections, & did cleared all the payments on time.
On what basis the Legal Notice of non payment is being issued, when the request for termination of conection is being given with all the payments cleared.
And, more than this one of your official used odd words at my residence in sector -34 D, Chandigarh, during his query, with my family members.
Why you people wont check your work system properly.
Kindly revert to the same at the earliest or I would be compelled to go to consumer court.

i took a reliance net connect a year ago (june) which was registered in the name of my friend (padmanabham) as i didn't had any address proof. however the reliance people stopped sending the bill at the address provided(permanent address) after two months. I was using the connection and made online payments for the same every month. However in the month of April before the payment date, they disconnected the connection, the reason cited was that address proof was not submitted.

When the connection was bought reliance had done proper investigation, they have sent a personel at the address provided before activating and provided the connection. My question is what were these guys doing for almost a year. Why was no intimation sent to us about the disconnection or whatever proofs they needed, why was the connection active for so long and why were they accepting payments.

Hence we stopped making the payment as I was not able to use the net connect in the month of April even before the bill was generated.

Now these guys are asking for the bill payment, Why should i make the payment when i was not able to use the connection and they stopped it without proper communication.

I am being harrased by RCOM. I dont have any payment pending to RCOM but still I getting mail from RCOM for outstanding payment. I have stopped using reliance data card 4 months ago, but still I am getting mail for outstanding amount. This time they have sent me a legal notice. I am attaching the print screen of that mail for your reference.
