[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Online recharge failed | |||
Respected Sir, On 7/08/2013 at 19:21:16 I recharged my reliance number [protected] with online recharge payment of Rs.18 from reliance official website. After I made the transaction from my SBI VISA debit card I got a conformation message on the website with the following details: Receipt no: AMIR40194715 Customer name: IMAN MONDAL Transaction number: 44665601 Authorization code: MSPD[protected] But when i check my mobile then a SMS came about failure of my request. AND on 8/08/2013 i got a mail about the transaction too but my number is not yet recharge.. Plz review it soon and i am attaching the mail copy to. Was this information helpful? | |||

Reliance — recharge unsuccessful
I want to inform you that I recharged my mobile through rechargeitnow.com & amount debited my a/c no & amount not transfer my mobile. Hiiiii
I have six reliance connections (mobile numbers) means all the members of my family have reliance connection...Actually earlier I liked their services...but recently today in the afternoon Imade a call to customer care at *333 and there was a female worker...I wanted information regarding online recharge but firstly when I was on the line she asked me three times to keep hold the line and then after some time she disconnected the call without giving me full information...I didn't like their this service...firstly when we try to talk to customer care then firstly it always says line is busy ...after long time we become able to talk them then they do such behaviour means they don't give us full information...
but on the other side after sometime i made call again and then there was a male worker who gave me full information politly..:)

Sir,I have recharged a free offer of Reliance GSM with monthly Rs. 149.00 . Company stopped the offer of the scheme. When I recharged Rs. 149.00 on mobile no. [protected] on 11.02.2011 the mobile was recharged but the free offer was not worked effectively.
Please return our amount of Rs. 149.00 to the correspondence mobile number.

Reliance — recharge failure
i heaved recharged my reliance net connection + by pay tem with sbi debit card on online from 10.3.12my money deduction is complete but recharge is not complete yet now .
i want to refund my dedection in my account.
