Reliance Communications — POOR DATA RATE IN 2G MOBILE

I have to suffer from lots of inconvinence from THIS side.
Even customer care number not connect and poor data rate for access the online data .
Plz. Help me regarding . Every time when i activate my net plan,same problem occure .poor data rate and speed.

I am not a regular user of internet .i am using only weekly plan to acces my data .
And tell if I complaining continuing for 3 or 4 day ,so how much day I will use my data plan .which is valid only for 7 days .
This is regular problem not a that time . every time am using 2G PLAN . same slow data rate or speed problem occure and
