[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Poor Service regarding Broadband Wireline Internet

I just want to give my feelings about the poor service provded by reliance communications regarding their broadband connections. i will list the problems that i faced below
1. Poor service from the techinical side. I had issues with my internet connection regarding my modem not working, that also the problem was not with my modem but because of a cable breakage that had occured from their end. I had followed the required protocol and called the customer care and lodged a complaint. Customer care assured me it would take 24 hrs to get resolved. It took the reliance wireline broadband technical team a total of 5 days to fix my connection which was totally against their company policy. Again the next week the same problem had arrised and again i had called the customer care as before and lodged a complaint. This time it took them 6 days to fix my connection. I am paying 1100 rupees a month for a 4mbps connection. When the time comes to pay the bill they are always on time to ask me for my money and wont allow any delay. And also i want to know why i should be paying my bill for the month of feb when i couldnt even use the service and when it wasnt any fault from my side.

2. As i said before i am subscribed to a 4mbps plan which i pay 1100 ruppes including tax a month. I dont even get a speed of 600 kbps from it recently. I had lodged a complaint yesterday that was march 4th 2013 and the customer care people assured me that again as usual it would take 24hrs to get the problem resolved. Still the issue hasnt been resolved and i am having internet issues.

I would just like to address the fact that these people are taking the customers for granted and dont practice what they preach. Internet is something invaluabe to a businessman such as me and i am sure many more face this same problem but dont tend to voice out and just keep quiet. I hope you would understand what i am trying to tell you, and hope that such instances would not repeat in the future.

broadband service from Reliance Communication — Poor customer care service

Since 3 Months i m using reliance broadband service from , i m facing frequent problem of losing network. 7 back (20th Feb 2008), my network connection has lost, I have given compliants more than 6 still it is not rectified. I can produce compliant details.

Reliance Communications Broadband connection — Internet not working and gets off anytime

This is most disgusting and irritating service provided by reliance Communication under the flagship of Mr. Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (ADAG) Relaince ada. I have taken this internet connection only a month back its called reliance broadband internet wimax connection. Their inexperience and incapability to provide the consistent internet connection to me and many other similar subsribers. As it is only one month old new connection I have taken. Everyday I have to complain regarding their internet not working. I Have not less than 14 complains with its complain no. where I have complained to customer service department of internet not working, but no action or solution has been sorted out by them. The customer service gives the complain no. and then asks the customer to wait for one hour, someone from their so called Concerned department would give us a call, then thats the end. Noone bothers to call and after getting fed up We have to again call and ask the status of complain and then there is no response or solution for the internet not working and why no one from their department has called. I have received calls after 24 to 48 hours from the time of call made for complains. The most pathetic customer service and internet service is now Reliance who has tall claims only on papers but when it comes to serving the same, they are the worst or last. My internet connection works only half the day and evenings are black out. No one has reasons or explanation of the same. The list of latest complains with complain no are as follows:

Pls do something about the same or let me know that yuou are not able to provide consistent service of internet . I can decide upon disconnection of the same. i also tried calling Mr. Ramand in your office but since many days his mobile is coming off.
I agree.. I have also bad experience of Reliance Broadband connection.

Reliance Broadband — Awful service

i applied for a wireless phone and broadband connection from Reliance. I paid Rs 500 for security deposit and was told the installation would be done in 3 business days. After a week no one appeared. i called them and chased the agent and was given different phone numbers...frustrated i cancelled the service and asked for a refund...that was in june and i was told it will take a month...it is now end of september and i still have to see the refund. meanwhile i am getting monthly bills for a service i dont have and i get phone calls from reliance collection centre...i hae visited the agent in juhu 3 times and screamed over the phone more than 100 times...i cant believe a company this reputed would treat their customers like this. i hate everything that has name reliance on it...and they have handful of jerks working for them

Reliance Communications — poor speed of net connection

i am using reliance net connect from last few years several times i have made a complaint to the service provider but no action was taken to resolve the issue still i am facing the same problem the net is too slow its not even working properly .as i am only payinmg to reliance with out using the services which is not fair at all .

so i wrote to you all so request you to,pls intervene into the matter to get it resolved .

Reliance Communication — regarding internet connection

i have submited fess on date 13/07/2010 for broadband connection to reliance comunication bhopal but they did not provide me any connection or even they are not giving me proper information regarding broadband connection and also not refunding my amount which i had paid towards broadband connection.

Reliance Communication — bad or no connectivity for broadband internet

I had purchased a USB data modem from reliance to gain access to their internet services on the 23rd February, 2011. Since the day I got the services activated I haven't had a piece of mind, either there is no connectivity or if there is connection established it ends abruptly and I have to start over again due to which I am bearing heavy loss of income. Although people at reliance communication are not worried at all since they got their money, I have complained about this issue to customer service, spoke to end number of people there and also visited web world all in vain. Lastly I contacted the Nodal Officer named Tilak Chatterjee on 11th March,2011 who assured me that I will get my money back for the USB device and the connection to be discontinued thereafter in one day, since then I have never heard from him neither he is bothered to answer my calls. Hence I tried contacting the Appellate authority for reliance but his phone just keeps on ringing. I will never want to loose money this way where a company earns its money and does not care about the customer. I request help and would also like reliance communication to compensate for the inconsistent service and inconvenience caused.

and the type of inconveniance i am facing is very self explanatory in my complaint above. But currecntly i am facing issues with internet speed. I am subscribed to the bolt 4096 plan but sadly i am getting only 600 kbps and lesser . Even my 3G in my phone is faster than this.


I want to know what you are going to do about it.. Many complaints have been given to the customer care and yet they have proven to be unfruitful
