[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance Very Very bad Service - Bangalore A.Narayanapura | |||
Hi All, I have got my Reliance Internet connection and My Plan speed is 1 Mbps and my user id is[protected]. I got the connection on April 2013 and now it is June till now i facing the very low speed problem.After 8 PM i am getting the speed of 20 kbps . I have called the customer care several time and they are saying that there is an outage issue all over India and they are trying to get excuses for every time i called them. I have relay fed up with their bad services.I have taken the bad decision of choosing Reliance Broadband for low monthly rental when i compared to other Internet services providers. Please guy's don't go for Reliance as they are facing Outage issue all over India and don't waste your valuable Time and money . Was this information helpful? | |||

RCOM — very poor services
I am Gaurav Sharma & I have been using the broadband services from reliance web world sines last 4-5 years. When I was started with R.W.W. they shown me a good attitude in actual I feel a real profanation attitude. But now I feel they showing me "I am a great fullish person in this country". In short I want to say that I am very harassed from their services.Many times I have find the systems was on updations, many of the times systems was hanged, electricity was not there, gen-set is all the time suffering mechanical failure & they excused me " We have mailed to the company & company will send here their executive for the repair systems or gen-set."
I have appeal to all of you please keep out of the join Reliance Web World. otherwise only God knows what will happen with you.

Reliance Communications — Service is Bad
Hi,My name is Vinay Kumar,
I taken SIM Card from the Reliance Communication -[protected].
My Friends and Relative unable to reach me in this number. They are getting the Out-of coverage. and Switched-off. For the same I raised my Compaint at the service provider - service request no[protected].On 23th July [protected]@ 3:48 PM, and Mentioned That " Problem will be resolved within the 76 Hours"
But I am still facing the same problem, I am not getting proper response from them.
I am anushuti saxena, owner of Reliance landline phone no.[protected] since last 5 yearsand was depositing monthly bills in time. But since last 4 months there is lot of mistakes in the bill supplied by the co..I had complained through Deepali communications, Agra, U.P, Complaint no.[protected],[protected] &[protected] but all in vain.Deepali Communications, Agra, U.P assured me that bill will be retified in next month but in current month mistake was not rectified.Since last 5 years Reliance to Reliance free pack was charged in my landline phone but in bill charges are being levied even in Reliance to Reliance Number.At last I want to surrender the landline phone .Please reimburse the excess amount deposited by me and also accept the surrender of landline phone.If excess amount is not refunded within 15 days, I shall go to Consumer Forum against your co.

Reliance Communications — Bad service
They stopped my internet service without intimation due to an incorrect billing cycle of their own system. They would not even take down my complaint as they refused to believe their billing system was faulty as every month I recieved inflated bills which I used to submit for rechecking and then get the correct bill.Finally I cancelled the service. Then they hounded me for a year for payments and refused to refund the 3000 bucks I spent on buying that USB drive. Its unfair trade practice. They have a rule that says once you withdraw your connection that USB drive is defunct.Reliance — Very bad service
Hi,I bought this Reliance GSM connection to make outgoing ISD calls. Prior to buying i told the executive about my residence location, which is Kothrud behind eklavya polytechnic college, and he guranteed that network is awesome there. And i am facing huge network issues at this location. Even if the network is good the voice quality is so bad that everyone on the other side of the phone keep complaining about my voice breaking up. for the last 15 days that i have bought not even 1 call quality was good, even after complaining nothing happened from their side

Dear Sir,
With due respect I, Md. Jahangir Ansari, bearing mobile number[protected], raised a complaint that I am unable to receive incoming as well as outgoing call since activation.
After 10 days my outgoing call started, but incoming call yet to receive. It is already 45 days over. I want to ask one question that if any problem persists in your number and you are unable to receive any call then what would happen.
We believe that actions speak louder than words. That's why you've become one of the largest mobile service providers in the Kolkata with a reputation for helping provider get things done. But right now what happened to you company.
So many times I have lodged a complaint but there is no response from your side.
I believe: Success requires its price and price is hard work.
Moreover, it is a burning question and it should be overlooked. In order to solve the matter you have to take war-footing-measures.
So also, I need justice and compensation for not receiving incoming call for more than 45 days.
Hope is a good thing and good thing never die. But, how long I have to keep hope.
