Reliance Communications — Services Barred for no reason
I have ported my mobile number from Vodafone to Reliance GSM in the first week of March and all of a sudden on March 29, 2012, the services have been barred. When asked about the reason, the customer care representatives told to visit the store, since there has been some discrepancy in the documents.
After visiting the store on March 31, 2012, I came to know that the proofs are correct and there has been a clerical error from Reliance Web World team because of which the form has been lying with them for almost a month and has not been submitted to the head office, hence my services have been barred. After numerous follow up with the Reliance World Manager - Pramod, my services have not yet been activated (April 03, 2012 at 11:00 am).
This has led to a major loss since all my business transactions are suffering and the opportunity cost is very high.
Request you to take the necessary action against Reliance Communications.
