I have purchased reliance netconnect + service (MDN Number: [protected]) on 16th Feb 2012. Till today my average speed for downloading files is 40 KBPS. This is not the speed expected from a broadband device. While purchasing it says it will give speed up to 3.1 MBPS but I am not even getting 1 MBPS speed till today. The signal goes and comes. Most of time it pendulums between 0-2 signal.
Reliance on complaining say that there is network problem and technitions are looking into improving signal.
Regarding speed they have reduced it since last 2 months. Providing max speed of 144 kbps which also is not achievable. DO YOU CALL 144 kbps BROADBAND ??

I have been using reliance for last four to five years. Earlier I was using internet on my phone without any problem, Recently I changed my phone to a higher end CDMA multimedia phone(simless) and wished to use internet on it. I activated 1Paise SMS offer. My due date was[protected], I recharged with 26 on[protected] for continue the sms pack.
But unfortunately on[protected] automatically cut 13 rupees from my main balance and send one message "your 1p sms pack renewed for 13 days." What a damn is that? Then I deactivated my sms pack and call to the customer care. One guy told me that Your ------ database doesn't have my 26 recharged information....

I have used the reliance broad band connection long back... and i requested them so many times to close it, they didn't close my connection for 2months.. and they used send bills... now after long time i got call from legal department saying that i need to pay my dues otherwise my case will going to court and he said after that i need to pay150 lacks in the court... please help me out from this problem...

I have purchased the data card broadband facility from Reliance Net connect+ on Jan 20th 2012. As the offer says I have paid the bill(Rs.2523) of 3 months in advance to get data card free of cost, which means I need not pay till the bill till April 21st as said by the vendor, Mr. Ashok [protected].

i am a below poverty line citizen of india , i wanted a network whos call rates must be low in compairision of other networks and network coverage must be excellent
i was asked to choose reliance gms with wide coverage and compairtively low rates

I had recharge with Rs. 100/- 12/01/2012.
The amount is approx Rs 87 in main balance and rest in promo balance.
I had complete use of promo balance before 12/02/2012.
I make call on 15/02/2012 but call interrupt because balance reached Rs 0.00 level.
I used Rs.2.50 only in one month.
I concerned with customer care but customer care only speaking...

Sir, i hve use reliance no.the no is [protected] but since 2 years no good coverege in my area in kydganj, only one signel is indicetting in my mobile and not connect the any phone no. so pls check this complain and try to good coverege in my area.othervise i will changed the reliance no.

I am facing the problem of deduction of 5 rs per day from 9 of february 2012 for doing nothing only because of this big fat free store msg. I did complain for 6 times but till date this issue is Ñöt solved. My daduation amount has been reach at 65.

Kindly please look into the matter to deactivate this .

I'm reliance consumer since last 3 years. I'm a student in Rajiv Gandhi South Campus-BHU which is situated at Barkachha,Mirzapur. There're a number of students who are reliance consumer as like me.
But the signal of reliance is too poor that i cant tell u due to which we're facing a lot of problems.
I am complaining against reliance second time,because they took no action in this...

I have registered a problem on 5/2/2012 at 9:40 am regarding a speed issue with my GPRS connection. And the customer care executive given me the Complain id[protected] and said the problem will solve in 4 days.

but not solved after that I call the customer care to inform them that the problem is not solved and I got those answers.

1) You are using a 2g pack on a 3g sim. So you will get poor speed.br...

i have purchased a reliance netconnect broadband+ modem around a year ago (April 2011), they promised me that i will be getting the speed of 256Kbps & a free website for 1 year, but it give the approx speed of 30 Kbps & no website was given by them. i complained to their customer care & nodal officer several times, in reply they always tell- they are working out on the network problem in my area & will be able to fix it up...

while selling the REliance netconnect datacard , I was promised speeds up to 3.2 mbsp. Let alone that, it's broadband speed is hardly over 0 kbps even when the network is showing full. And even when it is working the speeds are pathetically slow, not even 1/100 th of the promised speed. When I call up the technical support they say bangalore is a network congested area. I want to know that when these BLOODY SWINES (RELIANCE BROADBAND)...
