In 2009 I bought a "Reliance Netconnect connection" (Number: [protected]) from Address: Reliance World, Park Street, Kolkata; for which first 2 months subscription were free. They told me that if I need to continue the service after first 2 months period, then I had to convert it to either prepaid/postpaid service. Their service was very poor during first 2 months period; hence I decided not to continue their service. So, after "first 2 months free period" I didn't use that service also I didn't convert that into prepaid/postpaid service.
After few days they repeatedly called me to pay a certain amount. At that time I told them to send the bill to me, so that I can verify my usage and accordingly I'll pay. But they never sent me any bill to my address. Also they stopped calling me after few days.

Now, I am again receiving calls from them and they are harassing me to pay an fake amount of Rs. 1542 without providing any bill. I have asked them that if I receive the bill now I'm ready to pay the billed amount after my verification. But they are saying that the number is disconnected and they will not provide any bill for that but they are forcing me to pay that amount. They are threatening me that they will file some case etc etc.

I'm really getting harassed by them. Requesting consumer complain forum to look into this and help me out.

      I have received an sms through reliance stating that I have received an mms from an airtel number and visit http://ricmail.com:9999/webtop2/ to view your mms message.
      When i tried to visit the link it does not open, while going through the internet i have found that the hundreds of people who are facing the same problem, therefore i had contacted the customer service department and found out that the customer service representative had no idea about this link and was not able to give me a solution to reteive my mms also. The refrence no for my call with the customer service rep is [protected].

      Reliance Communication Limited — Data card service

      Dear Sir,

      I would like to register this complain in very strongly manner that I am fed up with the sevices of High speed data card from reliance communications, I had purchased this card in the month of september but after using 4-5 days with the problem of very frequent disconnection,then I went to reliance web world with the hardware then they told me to go to the service center. I went to serveice center and shown the card to them, after testing they told me that it will go for the replacement to chennai and the new one would be given to me after 10 days. so I act as they told me to do so.

      After 10 days when I got the new one it worked 1-2 days after that again it started giving me the problem of frequent disconnection. i have registered lot of complain in the customer care but no solution given to me.
      I paid the monthly bills also but when I saw they are sending me the bills and not solving my problem I stopped the payment as well as the services also.

      Now they have sent me the notice that Rs 1526.14/- is due, but now I am very much sure that if i don't get the solution, I am going to pay a single penny.

      Please suggest me the solution.

      Reliance Communication Limited — Landline and Broadband Internet Connection from Reliance Communication Limited

      This is wired Broadband connection that has to be routed through landline. I had applied for this connection on 27th October, and the same was confirmed through an “Acceptance Mail” sent to me by Reliance.

      The sales representative who collected money and the application form, from me had promised me an installation on 1st November itself, and a Rs. 100/- off on rental as Dipavali dhamaka, which the customer representative didn’t confirm during the verification call. I was time and again told that I shall get the connection within the seven days time, this is yet to materailised. The trader promises the delivery/installation of the service to be done in a week’s time and never does it. I have come across many such complaints against the trader while surfing the net. It seems that trader has been involved in making such promises to many other customers also.

      On 30th October, I had received the Acceptance mail (attached herewith) confirming the order, stating that the connection shall be installed within 7 days, I have been calling the customer care since the 6th day onward - almost each day. The response I got very cold responses from the customer representatives. Initially they used to tell me that you will get a call from the sales/installation people within 24 hours, which I never got. After a few days they started saying, “you will definitely get a call Sir” without giving any time duration. When I told them, “I am not interested in the call but in the connection, I want the connection to be installed at the earliest”, the response was “You will SURELY and DEFINITELY get the connection, Sir”. Finally I got the call from the Reliance side, asking me, “How is your reliance connection working?” This is horrible, I felt like they are going to send me a bill for the connection they didn’t install and the services they never offered me even after more than one month of continuous follow up. I did follow up on daily basis with the service provider and even spoke to the Nodal officer at the opposite party contact numbers mentioned above, for the earliest installation but in vain, I never received any call from them, except for the above one.
      To add to my pains I have recently received a email from Reliance for the services in subject, stating that, my bill for the service (which I never received) for Rs. 0 (zero) has been generated and I need to pay the amount at the earliest so as to avoid late fees. Now I am afraid that I may get another bill with the enhanced amount and the late fees (the mails is attached herewith, including the interactions.)

      Personal negotiations:
      Written communication with trader/opposite party: Attached are the email communications which I tried to have with the trader, with the receipt confirmation mail for which I never got any response.

      Reliance Communication Limited — Services not activated on the ported number

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      With reference to the mobile number [protected] (Delhi/NCR Circle), I requested to port my number from Vodafone postpaid number (UPC: VD173155) to Reliance GSM prepaid on 22nd Feb 2011 and submitted the duly filled form along with the supported documents in the Reliance Store (Saket, New Delhi).

      In response to my request, I received a sms that my portability request has been accepted and my services will be restricted for 2 hours (10 PM to 12 AM) on 26th Feb' 2011. The services will be activated on Reliance GSM.

      But now, even after 4 days my services have not been activated on Reliance GSM. Also, I followed-up many time with the customer care/ Nodal Office, but still i am facing the same issue.

      Please do something fruitful.

        I brought one reliance data card For Rs.1500 and three mobile Pre-Paid Sims Card For Rs.150 each totally Rs450+1499=Rs.1950/-Paid By Cash on[protected] at Perambur, one of the reliance executives.

        The Three mobile Pre-paid Sims mobile No's are followings:-

        1st Mobile no- [protected].
        2ND Mobile no- [protected].
        3rd Mobile no- [protected].

        I Recharge of Rs 110.00 each totally Rs330.00, I paid through my The Dhanalakshmi bank debit card my above mentioned Three Pre-paid mobile No's. on[protected], nearest Reliance Communications in kodungaiyur Show room.

        On[protected] i was went to the reliance communication show room in kodungaiyur, Chennai-118. Mr David said you a have an gusts means you can go and complaints with any other team, I Don’t Care he said. He talk badly and his behaviour is SO bad. i am very frustrated his talk and i am also unhappy with the reliance people services and behaviour, I hate a lot, this is to high level of insulated me. Please save me and all pan India consumer. I have an sufficient proof with us. I treated very badly. I am so upset of this services and activities of the reliance communications. Please claim the amount and my Mobile no should be in my name. This is so bad and I disagree with the service & activities of the reliance communications.

        Please Give me an proper solution and give back the mobile no’s to my names.

        I Don't Understand, Which way they were given a service to the Indian people. They are money robbery by the consumer money in such a ways.

        Reliance Communications — Though payment made, not recharged.

        Dear Sir,
        I purchased a new cell phone from Reliance communication and activated on 15.03.2008, alotted a no. [protected]. I paid for the life time plan. Agin I paid Rs.200/- for recharge and 50/- for jadu pack. These two were not recharged. I didn't get the propre answer from show room when enquired about the same. My complaint no. is 65696000. Atleast they could not give the phone no. of responsible person whom I have to contact.
        Why should I waste my time towards their mistake ?

        Reliance Telecommunications — PAYMENT MADE BUT ACCOUNT NOT RECHARGED

        Dear Sir / Mam

        On January 2 , 2011 my account on reliance number was debited despite of GPRS plan on number. I called up customer care and they told me the plan is not available on my number . However , the same plan was activated since 15 days. I again called and spoke to Senior Executive and he guided me to recharge internet pack of 51 again for GPRS. When I recharged the number, again amount was deducted for using GPRS . When I contacted customer care, I was put on hold for long time and told that RC 51 does not exists. The amount will not be credited back into account and there will be no balance for the same.

        I lost Around Rs 200 in this issue. Please guide us what should we do ? Because these issues happen often and Telecom operators don't listen to us. We waste alot of time and money contacting Reliance Customer Care.

        i had the same problem.i lost around rs 450 on activating gprs.customer care is the worst i've ever seen.i got fed up with reliance.so i shifted to bsnl.i have peace of mind now.so far i have not lost even a single rupee in bsnl...i have used reliance for 1 week!!!

        Yes, customer service desk contacted me and said, we apologize for the mistake ... but we cannot refund the amount .. Then they said ... they will inform this to senior ... However, my service request was closed without providing solution and informing me ... !!!

        When i called complaint desk, the executive was arguing with me that issue has been resolved??? but it was not ... Can you do something.. or should I give up and choose sme other operator.

        First check all the SR's, then call me ... I am tired of calls from customer care.. which say, amount will not be refunded


        I am being told that action have been taken against executive... Boss !!! ... what should i do ???... I dont want anyone to be punished, because this is an human error . But atleast resolve my issue now .Why dont you refund the amount .. I am tired of calling reliance customer care, , .. everyone say ... ""MONEY REFUND NAHI HOGA ... " I lost Rs 200 and 3-4 hours calling reliance customer care. This is not the first time, it happens with reliance.


        Let me give you an example ...

        I am a shopkeeper, You come to me for Rs 300 rechargeand that recharge actually does not exists ... However, the recharge fails and you loose balance due to my mistake ...
        What will you do ???

        a) Ask for money back
        b) You will say .. thank you for help .. bye bye ..

        The Recharge amount rs 401 is paid on[protected]. But Still the amount is not benefit to my no. I made an compliant to the Reliance Call Centre. 1st Complaint no:[protected]on 20th 2012 received sms from reliance offer recharge benefit has been updated in your account but amount is not benefit to my no.
        2nd Complain no :[protected]second time complain no has given to me, it will updated 24hrs.I'm not satisfied.

          I am having the Reliance GSM card. as i wanted to have the night calling free for Reliance - Reliance across India, i searched on the Reliance site &
          found 69 Rs. recharge for under the PrePaid Recharges --> Night Packs.

          So, I recharged with that amount which had night calling free from 11 PM - 6 AM on all reliance number in India.
          but still the balance was getting deducted when i call after 11 PM.

          so, i called the customer care number for Reliance & executive told me the 69 Rs. Night calling scheme has already been updated & there is no scheme currently available on 69 recharge.

          I told i have recharged from the Reliance site itself & not from any of the third party vendor, so how it was reflecting on their site and how the consumer will know that the scheme got over as it was still available on their official website.

          The executive told that is not related to us, then i asked for the refund & he said you will not get any refund for this & keep repeating the same thing as the scheme got updated so you can't avail the benefits for 69 recharge night pack scheme which was very frustrating.

          I would like to know why the recharge was available on the reliance site because this is very misleading.

            CRBT Service invoked without my consent


            Hi,

            I would like to raise the issue with this forum. Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.

            When I tried to send message to Unsuscribe to this CRBT service. I am unable to send the message.

            Reliance should not do such type of mean activities of making money.

            I want refund of my balance, this is cheating with customer hard earn money.

            Do take some strong action against this.

            Reliance GSM Prepaid — promotional messages

            on receiving several promotional messages i asked them to unsubscribe through several sms They dont unsubscribe me. why. to deduct charges regularly ? My sim no. is [protected] .. Unsubscribe immediately and never send again such messages or deduct charges

            Reliance GSM — Started a new service without my permission

            I recieved a tele-marketing call, in which the guy was telling me about some "good morning" service. He was forcing it on me... yet i said "i don't want it" several times. Inspite of this , he activated the plan and money is getting deducted from my mobile account. This is not fair, i want to register a complaint.
            I called 198, talk to CCE (Costomer Care Exec), he has listen the problem, and deactivated the CRBT service and refund the amt. -thanks

            Reliance GSM — Started a service without my consent

            I have recently purchased a sim card from Reliance GSM. About 2 -3 days before i got an SMS that they have deducted some amount from my prepaid account for subscribing to morning SMS service but which i didn't subscribed. They started deducting this amount without my consent.

            When i tried their customer care number , it took me hours to speak to one of their customer care representative and once connected, i explaiend to him my problem and he assured me that the service is deactivated and the amount will be credited back to my prepaid account. But it has been around 2-3 days since i submitted my complaint but till now , i am still recieving morning SMSs and the amount hasn't been credited back to my account. I again tried speaking to their customer care representative but he told me that due to some technical problem, he won't be able to help me at that point of time and he asked me to call after some time. I again called after some time but again the same response.

            This is highly ridiculous on the service provider's part that they start any sort of service without taking the customer consent and they deduct amount for that illegally. They shall be highly penalized for this type of illegitimate behaviour .

              I WAS USING RELIANCE POSTPAID MOBILE FROM LAST MANY MONTHS, AND ON 9th JUNE 2011,

              FROM THAT DAY I DIDNT USE THE NUMBER AS THEY DIDNT START ME SERVICE AND AS I WAS LESS INTRESTED IN THERE SERVICE I ALSO DIDNT CALL THEM.

              AFTER 2-3MONTHS A CALL CAME FROM RELIANCE COMMUNICATION SAYING THAT THERE IS A DUE ON

              AT THAT TIME AND THERE AFTER SO MANY TIME I REPLIED EACHED CALL OF RELIANCE GIVING THE DETAIL AND REQUEST ID.

              AND ON 19 OR 20 I RECIEVED I LETTER OF "FINAL CHANCE"
              FOR PAYING THE BILL ON THE LETTER THE CONTACT MOBILE NUMBER WAS GIVEN, ON THAT NUMBER I CALLED AND TALKED TO Mr. SHREENATH SHINDE AND GAVE HIM THE DETAILS.
              AFTER THAT I CALLED HIM AGAIN TO CONFIRM EITHER HE HAS CANCELLED ALL MY DUES OR NOT.
              AT THAT TIME ALSO I WAS TOLD AS THERE WAS NO CALL MADE FROMM YOUR SIDE I HAD CLEARED ALL THE DUES.

                I was a customer of Reliance Communications. I purchased a 'reliance Netconnect' device for a wireless Broadband service. I used it for a year and there was no problem.

                Last month when I went to a reliance outlet in Padmanabanagar(Bangalore) and asked them to recharge my Netconnect account for a 1000 rupees,they said the account has been recharged and asked me to pay Rs.1000.Thats fine.

                But when I went home and checked the balance it showed as zero. They have not recharged the account successfully. I visited the outlet 15 to 20 times trying to get the problem resolved. Every time the manager gives me some stupid answers and does not refund the amount.

                I contacted the Customer service team, no luck. They said that the recharge was not done and asked me to contact the outlet for a resolution.


                I am shocked!! How can such a big Company cheat its customers this way?

                  I am a customer of reliance net connect +, having no: [protected], residing in Kolkata.
                  I have been faced severe problem during surfing since last 15 days. The connection is getting disconnected several times during surfing which caused severe problem during mail communication and importatnt doccument download as well as other official issues.

                  I have asked to the customer service executive (toll free no) to resolve the problem ASAP, but Mr. Rohit Sindhe was there in Mumbai and denied to get the complain as he informed that there is some problem in relinace net connect today; however I am facing the same problem for last 15 day's.

                  I want to quit this connection and let me pay back the price of the modem or get the connection ok ASAP as we are paying for it.

                        HI,

                        I have been facing a lot of problems with reliance netconnect plus device for the last 4 months. MOst of the times my device will have a speed of 1x, It means upto 230 kbps,But I must get a speed upto 3.1 mbps. From past four days I have been getting 1x speed not netconnect plus speed, Now i hardly get maximum 110 kbps. Regarding this i have given 2 complaints but there is no solution they are just promising of escalating it to higher authority and they have downgraded my speed from 3.1 mbps to 230 kbps. My complaint numbers are [protected],[protected], my data card number is [protected]. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                          Reliance — Incapable Customer Care of Reliance.

                          Hi,
                          I registered a compaint on 30th july to RIM call center.
                          My bill payment of Rs.895 (paid thru R-World) was not reflected in Reliance system.Becuase of this,the outgoing call was barred for more than 2 weeks (30th july - 16th Aug)
                          I followed up many times to call center, on customer care mail id ( sent my bank statement), and also web world (showed my mini stetement).Again the outgoing was activated on 16th Aug.
                          But now the outgoing is barred 27th aug due to the same bill problem (Rs.895/-).And reliance is charging me rental even within these barred days.

                          Please help me to solve this problem asap, and activate the outgoing calls.

                          Reliance is really torchering the customer by not solving the issue for more than a month, and it is really horrifying experience.I only get same formatted emails from customer care without any action on my complaint.Reliance customer care call centers, webworld and customer care mail ids do not work in sync.

                          I have recharged my prepaid mobile([protected]) with 50/- yesterday morning and today i saw it is having only 3/- balance. When i called customer care , i received answer that they have deducted money of 20/- as they activated JOBS SMS service, which i never did infact.

                          I am using Blackberry mobile phone with Reliance GSM Connection, i have activated Blackberry Service from Reliance they are charging me Rs. 299/- per month for HTML Email and Instant Messaging unlimited.

                          I have configured and added my 7 email address in, any account is not showing images content in email. i have called reliance every time i am getting different different answers, some times they tells that we will resolved your issue, we have forwarded your complaint to our technical department, we have forwarded your case to blackberry they will look into the matter, send mobile for service (my friend is using blackberry with reliance connection, he is facing same problem, so there is no problem in mobile), and some times they are telling that we are not supporting, in their web site they have mentioned that this pack is supporting HTML emails. Without images all emails are useless for me b'coz i am getting product list by email with pictures so we need to decide product after seeing picture and specification only.

                          Also reliance has online service called My Services, I am trying to login with my login id and password it is not accepting password, i contact reliance 7 to 8 times, every time they says to send email for the same issue when i am calling back they are telling they have not received any email from my side again i have forwarded 8 to 10 times still they are telling they they have not received any mail.

                          Both of this issues are not resolved from last one month. I am regularly doing follow up with reliance,
                          nobody is properly answering.

                          I am fade up with this reliance they are not supporting for any problem. I have overall bad experience in my life with each and every reliance product available in market, government should ban them.

                          I have taken reliance broadband connection few months back in Coimbatore,Tamilnadu. It worked fine for few days and then the problem started. In a week definitely for 4 days, Lan connection shows Limited connectivity, and when i try to give a complaint they will receive it will not take any action.

                          I got frustrated as they are only puctual in collecting the bills, and when i enquired the problem call entre executive told that there are some network problems in the city from the last few months and knowingly they giving new connctions without rectifying the problem.

                          So i request you to take necessary actions and penalise this service provider so that they will not repeat it with any other customer in other areas.

                          1. Reliance was not able to sold my network issue in last three years. I am following the same issue for last one year. Reliance is not able to solve it so far. Since you failed to resolve it you promised to provide me waiver of Rs. 150 for 4 Months. This was promised six months ago. I have received this only in last month. that means you ate my Rs. 450.
                          2. Ticket is closed without verification from me.
                          3. Customer care executive do not put all notes with the ticket when I call him for a problem. As a result when I call again for asking about the status of the my complaint the next assistant says there is no details available like that.
                          4. People call me again and again and ask same details without any resolution. Which is so irritating and disgusting.
                          5. Customer care reply to the email without reading it properly as a result they just reply to save their own and do never reply to the actual query.
                          6. My request to talk to an authority was refused by you. You do not want me to talk to somebody who can actually resolve or at least reply me properly, only call me.
                          7. I am going to close my relationship soon with Reliance Post paid soon because I am fed up of your irritating customer service system.
                          8. Reliance should remove its punch line No.1 network of India because Reliance has maximum issues with the network. Most of the people have same issue. Where other service providers had fixed their issue but Reliance denied to me for the same.
                          This is the problem of yours. The issue has not been resolved ever in last three years. Still you claim it to be resolved. I am not fool that I will keep on complaining for the issue which is resolved. I have yours emails which says you cannot resolve the issue so you appolize. Now you are saying this is resolved how?
                          There are so many issues listed but you just said issue resolved.

                          With great regret I have to say that your company Reliance Communication doesn't live upto the benchmarks mentioned in your 'mission' statement (http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/aboutus/overview/overview_mission.html). Meeting and exceeding customer expections and "INCESSANT" - I hope you understand the meaning of this word - offering of products and "SERVICES". Well, I have to say the product was very easy to obtain after an intial payment of 3,500 rupees but services wasn't. I was using your internet/wireless broadband service from November 2009 to 8th September 2011. UntiI September, I have been loyal and paid your monthly charges on time but the next day onwards the access to my internet was disconnected.

                          An intial complaint was lodged with Reliance customer care but there was no positive outcome other than disappointments, false promises and commitments. Few days went by and later I was advised by the one of the customer care officers in your office that there is an issue with the modem and I have to take it to a Reliance authorised service center (Nice Telecom). According to Nice Telecom the issue was solved and I paid them 450 rupees. After all the palaver, I tried to use the internet again and there comes the same old message 'error with connection'. I went back to Nice Telecom to advise them the issue hasn't been resolved and they courteously returned 350 rupees out of the 450.Then, I visited the Nodal Office in Malad (W), Mumbai and explained the whole situation to which they promised me within 72 hours the issue will be resolved and my internet connection will be reinstated. Weeks went by but the 72 hours that was promised to fix the issue never came.

                          After weeks of disappointment, waste of time, money and energy I decided to change my internet service provider. Its a shame that a company like Reliance cannot resolve customer issues even after a month. I hope your company is compliant with The Consumer Protection Act, 1986 Sec 2R part 2 and believes in fair trading practices. Since I'm not using your services anymore I request for a refund of the Rs.3500 in return of the modem which I still possess. I need an explanation on the following though:
                          1) The fundamental morale for charging me for the month of September 2011 for the service that you have not provided.
                          2) Why wasn't there anyone in your company to take ownership and responsibility of the the situation?

                          2>On[protected] I got 2 sms back to back, one for MBBP51(GPRS Plan) and other for smspack activation. And my 90 Rs (51+39) deduct from my main account.But I did not activate those services. Those services activate from their end. I have already activated 178 GPRS plan, then why should I activate 51 GPRS plan. This type of mistake happen several time in my brother's number and they deduct rupees. Whenever mobile balance reach above 30+ they activate diffrent types of service, and deduct money from mobile balance. It also happen to several illiterate person in our country.

                          So Sir I request you to kindly resolved my above problems and stop this type of activity of this operators.

                          1> Disable Call to 198 number.

                          2> GPRS speed Slow.

                          3> Deduct My 90 Rs for 2 service activation .

                          I am a customer of reliance for the last 5 years and. Since the last one year it is making me suffer due the pathetic customer care service and unbelievably bad internet facility.
                          I have been complaining each and every week about my internet problem. The net gets disconnected on its own every single week. I have never ever experienced such bad service in my life and neither have i heard about such complains from any other service user.
                          The customer care executives are totally incapable of solving any sort of issues. The most annoying part is that they listen to the entire complain and end it up saying that there is some Technical problem because of which they will not be able too help us out. This happens every 4 5 times for a single complain procedure. There are noises too prominent always coming from behind the executives as if it were a fish market.
                          This network is incapable of providing me with simple internet connection for which i have been struggling for the last 5 6 months. I am a working girl and i cannot dig out time out of my schedule to deal with such idiotic and silly complains every day.
                          To top it off your network deductes my money every now and then, unnecessarily. This network says that it is cheap but it definitely compensates it all by taking the money of its own clients through illegal means. Every money my money goes away just like a total waste because of the bad service.
                          I am so sick of this network that i would feel so good as soon as i change your network to some other one.
                          I have been facing numerous problems because of the incompetence of the executives and the incomparably pathetic service of your network that never in my life again i would suggest any one to buy it nor will i ever dare to do such a thing myself. This is probably the worst network available for the masses and the sad part is that no ojne gives a to even try to make it a better one.

                            This is to bring into your notice that my reliance Internet Broadband connection was terminated on18th march 2011 last year due to frequent disconnection of services.
                            I have filed a complaint to terminate the service on 21thMarch 2011 against the service request no #[protected].On 28th March 2011 against the request no #[protected] I asked for waiver as I did not use the internet the whole month. Since 18th Of March 2011 my service was completely disconnected. But again I have received a bill of RS 277.17 in the month of April.
                            I Called customer care on 4th April and asked for waiver because the internet service was terminated confirmed by the executive. But again every month they started sending me bill with some added amount and late fees included, Every month I have called Customer care and asked them to check and close the case but no action taken. I visited different web world across the city. Sec18 Noida and sec-4 Noida but no help.
                            Finally I end up calling customer care again and asked for help on 12th June 2011 against the complain no#[protected] and every time I also raised the request to collect the instrument against request no#[protected] and they satisfy me by saying that don’t worry we would take care of it and when I asked them why I am still receiving these bills if the connection is terminated long time back they said it’s a system error just ignore it.
                            I again called and had a word with customer care supervisor Suresh on 27th June 2011 and he also said just ignore the bills you need not to pay anything.
                            The last bill I have received is on August 2011 of amount RS. 3908.14 and after that there was no communication received from reliance. I have ignored the bill as suggested by customer care executives no of times.
                            Now on 9th march 2012 I received a call from a mobile no person’s name Shankar Rajput he said he is an advocate from Mumbai and we need to pay 4000 Rs against the Reliance Broadband Bill else we will be punished for 6months jail or 50000 Rs cash. Since that date have been receiving multiple calls from this person and different others who are constantly using abusing language and harassing me and my family about the payment.

                            I am a working women and staying alone in Delhi. It’s difficult to deal with such things and it’s not at all expectable as an consumer to get these kind of responses beside all my efforts to solve this issue before.

                            Reliance is harassing me to pay Internet bill which I was not used. I had a connection last year and disconnected in the month of July. I have called reliance C'care and told that the connection is not working properly so disconnect it. With in a week I went to my home town due to health issues. I came back to Benglore after 20 days. I check the connection, it was not working I thought that it has been disconnected.
                            I never received any bills to my email. I completely forgot about this connection.

                            Recently I got a call and email by saying I need to pay approx Rs:6000/- . I am ready to pay july month bill if I miss it. but he did not agree that.

                            I am just wondering how it became to 6000 as my plan was 600/- p/m.

                            Lets say If any customer does not pay the bill for a week after the due date they will be disconnect the connection so customer cannot use that connection at all. So how it became 6000/-

                            How to proceed further on it?

                                i'v received messege that

                                Rechrge successful for MRP Rs. 148. account credited with 1000 loc R-R mins + 500 other local mins valid for 30 days.

                                But, when i check my balance i can see 350 loc R-R and 350 local mins only.
                                i talk to retailer and CC as well but they didn't give me satisfactory answer.
                                i want my full scheme or my recharge amount back.

                                  Is there any means for refunding money on recharging invalid e-recharge...on 9/03/012 i got a message from RM-651234,message centre:[protected] for unlimited call on STD GSM R-R @Rs.497 valid for 30 days...So i recharge it today but a customer care told me its an invalid message..so i lost my money without my consultancy...so please refund my money a soon as possible....its a humble request...

                                  Reliance Money — Request for Refund of Money

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I had applied for opening demat and trading account in Reliance Money. My application no. is "[protected]". The application was submit in Nov 2007 and the account opening fees being Rs 750/- had also been deducted from my account, despite that my application is in rejection status. Inspite of providing my address proof twice, my application could not fulfill required criterias. Hence, it is still in pending status.
                                  I have requested the customer care to kindly refund the account opening charges deducted from my account, as the account has still not been opened. My application is being processed in the Delhi-BIKAJI CAMA PLACE Branch. I have already requested the same branch twice to refund the said amount. However, after 3-4 weeks being passed after making the request, the same has not been done. I have talked to Mr. Harsh Kapoor (Ph: [protected]) and Mr. Amit Pradhan (Ph: [protected]) in the same branch. But no action has been taken yet.
                                  I request you to kindly look into the matter, and make the refund as soon as possible.

                                  This was wht i entered in reliance money website query form.. No reply yet. Bad service. ADAG bad service really.

                                  This also refers my complaint here posted on[protected] by me[protected][protected][protected][protected]-----Urgent. Application No.[protected]. I am an employee of Reliance Industries, BKC. Mr Mahesh (Mobile No. [protected])from Reliance Money had insisted me to open Demat Account & promised that the account will be opened in maximum 20 days time. I filled the application form & gave him Indian Overseas Bank cheque no. 894196 dated 19/12/07 amounting to Rs 500/-. I have still not received any feedback either through courier or from him. I tried contacting Mahesh several times but he says its in process. Now that I call him atleast once a day for opening account on urgent basis, he doesn’t pick my calls anymore or someone else picks up on his behalf & tells me that he is in a meeting n will call back later & that later never came. There is a limit to everything. The executives of Reliance Money cannot work like this. I wish to take serious action against him. I have also spoken to Mr. Nimesh (Mobile No. [protected]) & he mentioned he will get back to me this morning. I guess Reliance Money executives have an habit of frustrating clients by not calling. When I checked my application number to view the current status, it shows "No data available". Application No.[protected].

                                  Today i.e. on 20th July 2008, when I am dialing Mr Mahesh /Nimesh of Reliance Money, their numbers are disconnected.
                                  My cheque for Rs 500/- is also cleared in the bank.
                                  I understand how ADAG is growing by taking people’s money this way.

                                    THIS IS REGARDING MY DATA CARD...

                                    FIRST Reliance offers me a great offer where in If I pay for 3 months of Internet services in advance I get the Data card for free.. I did pay the full bill amount. But the Employees were negligent enough to put in the wrong plan... !!

                                    Its almost been three months and still the problem has not been set right ... I get a notice from them stating that I owe them a payment where as I have paid for the same well in advance!!
                                    Before I start to speak my heart out, I would say, Pls do not ever thought about reliance communication company product at all. There is no customer service, No Sales Service, No Technical Support. Simply Worst.
                                    I had done the online registration (Paid) on dated 10/10/2008 for reliance data card. Then the executive committed me that I will get within 2days, After so many follow up, I got after 15days.Then the real problem started, the sales executive installed the software and said its done, however the net was not working since they had some server issue, and then he left. Then after I didn't reach at him, even I called so many times, they didn't pick my phone, then I called to their supervisor, then he starts avoiding me, I requested them that I only purchase your product only because, I need during my travel. During my travel I did not get any response from the sales team or call center. To reach at the sales team I called from the other number (since they did not pick from my number), then they picked and told me that it will be done within 10 mins, Ohh that’s a mess. He switched off the phone.
                                    I tried to reach their call center, they did not even support me on the same, they did not resolve the issue and start experimenting various probable solution, and ultimately they did not help me to access net. Since then I have not been able to access the net once from reliance data card.

                                    I’ve all those transaction in mail trail. They stopped replying my mail.
                                    I just want to cancel the service, which they even not able to do so far.

                                    They are just horrible. I would request all not to go for this company ever in life.

                                    Looks like that the Reliance Data Card is the only problem in my Life. I came across an ad which stated that get a vacation and 50% on first 2 month reliance bill . I just wished that I did not see that particular Ad Ever . I contacted the Reliance Comm and Paid 2500 Rs Cash on delivery on the 13 th of January . That day to the courier person I had given a copy of the Pan Card and Drivers License . I was promissed by Ghanshyam Joshi that my connection shall start by the 16th of January . Today is the 27th and my connection has not started yet .

                                    Your employee Ghanshyam Joshi just in order to reach his target make tall promises . I donot know weather the company is aware of term called customer Satisfaction . I think the only problem in my Life is the reliance Data Card . In the age of such stiff competition and customer is King Reliance employees (fools) think of them self not less than God . have come to know about the Procedure about filing a
                                    complaint at consumer court . I donot want only my Reliance Data Card money but compensation for mental Harassment . your customer care is useless they are not able to help until a number is issued . Does time have any VALUE for anyone .

                                    Till date i have only recieved a phone call just to confirm the details .

                                      Hello Team,

                                      This is really frustrating to understand why the services for Reliance 3g Net connect No. [protected] barred which belongs to Ms Shewta Chauhan. Despite being provided all the document twice :

                                      1) At the time of purchasing the connect i.e. on 12th Feb 2012 at Reliance Web world Borivali West.
                                      2) 2nd time on 18th Feb 2012 at Reliance Web world Borivali West

                                      Umpteen times I called up customer care and went Reliance Web World too but all in vain. Every time I was told with complete assurance that the 3G net connect will be start by Next Day.

                                      I am going to take this matter to the consumer court to help me to get through this as this is really harassing me mentally and physically.

                                      Note : As I am working with Accenture Services and Reliance may tend to loose their upcoming customer for any of their services @ Accenture as people may refrain to purchase any of the services.

                                      RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS LTD — No barred

                                      after that my services got barred due to incomplete paper reason.

                                        Applied for a HSD card in Dec'11. Got a call from reliance that my card is ready on 1st Jan'12. Got another message saying that my card is activated, but the card was not delivered to me. After repeated complaints, got the card on Feb 26, 2012. But the card is not working. But they keep calling me and sending me sms saying that I have to pay 126/- for January.(The card was not even delivered to me by that time). Now I gave complaint on their website and also thru their toll free number, but so far, no solution.
