I got the reliance netconnect+ datacard and i cant able to use this service due to bad signal. I need to wait for google.com for 5 minutes and for searching again 5 minutes, youtube is not loading at all. Its funny as Reliance is doing this.

So please any one help me how to rectify the tower problem

1) Whether the low speed is due to power problem?
2) How to close this Reliance account, such a bad bad service?

I am From Hyderabad MY Name Is MD AZAM KHAN And My ([B]NetConnect+[/B] [B]No: [protected][/B]) Service Activation Date 25-SEP-11, and my plan is "5 GB Unlimited Silver Plan" Billed amount (Rs.750). is going very well, from 8 mar 2012. because i don't know whats going on my back side with my data card. after 9 mar 2012 i can see 9 Feb 2012 to 9 mar 2012 bill is Rs,1047.87. i am shocked. am asking for Reliance NetConet+ Customer Care. thy tell me "you are in "my best plan" and the bill is generated". but i am not give any request to change my plan the tell yes this is a technical error problem you don't worry about this problem its solved soon.

I have tried to de-activate my Mobile SMS PACK Service by tendering SMS ->deact pack39 to 53739. After sending this mail an auto mail is generated, that is 'No Such Service is available..' and no action is been taken at all and after 30 days the same service is re-activated again by auto deduction of Rs.39. Therefore, I am requesting you to STOP AUTO ACTIVATION OF MY SMS PACK immediately. My mobile no is [protected].

I am recently staying in dhanbad. I had taken a new connection there at a place called Dugda. I was using the sim for the last 4 months. Recently the company has closed my sim. When i called them they told me that the number has been closed for the long period of time due to documentation problem and it has been issued to the new person on the next day of the closure of the sim by them. My question is how the number can be issued to some one else on the next day of closure of the acccount.

I purchase one new reliance cdma no. i.e. [protected] from reliance world, patel nagar, new delhi after submitting document (driving licence and PAN card).

After working of sim for a short period, first outgoing then incoming closed. Then i again visit the same reliance world and again submit voter id.

After this 3-4 times i visited there but my number not become functional.

Lastly i visit the reliance world on 7th march, then one person "ANKUR" told me that by mistake of any store person, instead of permanent address, correspondence address is entered while document submitted for permanent address.

Then again i submitted Indian Passport as document but till now my number not become functional.

Already i had complained in this same issue on 1.2.12.I got a call from your network department(Mumbai).After that the problem had been resolved but again from 24.2.12,it is happening.I have taken this number for business purpose . but due to network issue,in my business,i faced lot of problem in terms of loss.So kindly do needful as soon as possible.

I am a customer of Reliance Netconnect+.
Already I am using the Reliance Netconnect+ HSD connection (No: [protected]) in the plan of POSTPAID Unlimited download & 3.1 Mbps speed up to 5GB after that its 144 Kbps and monthly rental is Rs.750 + tax.

One of your staff, Syed from Andhra Pradesh and his mobile number: +91 [protected] came to my apartment and told that "He is a marketing manager from Appco Group Company" and showed his Appco Group Company ID card.
He told that "this Appco Group has a tie-up with Reliance and they have introduced a scheme named Silver Plus that you will get Unlimited download with 3.1Mbps speed always for a monthly rental of Rs.950 only, but for the promotion of this scheme they are going to revert back 200 rupees every month for the first one year. So the customer has to pay only 750 rupees per month (including tax)".

We asked him "Will I get that speed (3.1Mbps) always?" He replied "You have my words, I am promising you".

Additionally he mentioned that "This connection has national roaming free and Reliance has launched 126 towers for this connection alone in Chennai"; He showed a map for strengthening his points.

We have shown our existing HSD card, then Syed said that "it is old one and new one will be in Black Color along with 2GB memory card inside it and you will get free 1 year subscription from McAfee anti virus".

He also mentioned that "This scheme is not at yet published in Reliance website and also its unknown to Reliance Customer Care professionals and the customer will get this scheme only through Appco Group Company and its one day offer".

We have asked how did you get to know that we are a customer of reliance then he told that "we got it from Reliance Customer Care Persons and this offer is only applicable through Appco Group Company".

He then added that "we offering the HSD (He mentioned it as Hybrid System Device) card only for the existing customers of Reliance (Mobile/BIGTV/Internet)".

He additionally told that "You have to pay only Rs.1400 for availing this offer and payment should be made only through cheque in favor of "Rajesh Communications", this office is residing at Nungambakkam, Chennai".

He said, "The cheque will be cleared with in 24 hours and after that you will get a confirmation call from Appco Group, they will ask you the mode of payment; for that if you say it is cash then my company will fire me and I need pay them Rs.50,000 otherwise they will put me in jail".

After all of this drama we gave him the cheque and the needed proofs.

I have referred few of my office colleagues also. They have also given the cheque to this fellow immediately; later on that after noon we have searched about this scheme in internet but we did not find it; then we have called the Reliance Customer Care and inquired about this scheme, they have said that this offer is not at all available. Immediately my colleagues canceled their cheques.

Immediately I have tried to Reach Syed but he never picked my call.

Few days later (3days) I have received a call from Rajesh Communications that are going to delivery the HSD device through courier only. I said that "we will not be available this time" then they have asked me to come to our office at Kodambakkam to receive it. Then only I have got to know that Rajesh Communications is in Kodambakkam only, not in Nungambakkam. So I gave them my neighbor's address to deliver the device. The very next day I have received the same HSD card which ever I am using on. Also noted from the courier cover that Rajesh Communications is residing at Kodambakkam only.

We have tried more than 15 times to reach this fellow, but he is not at all picking my call, immediately cutting it.

Few of my neighbors also bought this HSD card and keep on complaining that not received the right device and very slow net connectivity.

I have told you that how much me and my friends (neighbors, colleagues) have been cheated by your staff Syed.

We suspect that there may be somebody from Rajesh Communications/Appco Group also involved in this fraudulent offer.

One more fraud information given by Syed: "There is no '3G' in the reliance dictionary" (This statement only made my colleagues to suspect him).

So, please do the needful for victims like us and stop such a type of fraudulent activities.

I want my money back by canceling this connection or transfer the money to my existing Netconnect+ connection ([protected]) as soon as possible.
We would like to make a complaint in Consumer court as well as in Police station if you fail to do either of the above.

sir myself Lakshmi i m using reliance network gsm .they always deduct my balance without any information or message . when we call to customer care then they always told me that our computers are not updated and abused me . i have called to customer care since last five days but they always tell me the same thing.They told me that some wall papers are downloaded ,bt its totally a wrong thing,i didnt download any wall papers..please refund my balance as soon asa possible..

My previous balance is Rs. 31/- in my mobile on[protected]

Today 03.03.2012 recharged Rs. 50/- after deducting some charges it comes to Rs. 40/-

Total balance supposed to come Rs. 71/- ( i.e Rs.31/- + Rs.40/-)

I asked customer care, they sent message regarding balance, it is showing Rs. 46/- only.

I asked customer care, they told me that I called international call no is [protected] on 02.03.2012 at 11.30 P.M night.

I am not called any international call the said time. This number is not in my mobile dialled menu.

They wrongly deducted Rs. 25/- in my balance. They refused to reverse and get back the amount to me.

Please look into the matter and get back the amount to me.

As i am a regular customer of your reliance data card from last three years. but
yesterday by mistake i have recharged my data card no. [protected] with Rs. 1200 instead of
Rs.1300. So, No value or data credited to mine account as there is not any kind recharge of
Rs. 1200 available with you.

But now when i am connecting to customer care they are not talking geneveualy to
me even Mr. Bhupender N Aakash were saying that your transaction has been already done from
our end. n they are having no solution for the same n they cant do anything where ever you
can log your complaint just do.

After that i make a call to customer care n one one of your CC me the transcation
no. [protected] of amounted Rs.1200 regarding the same i registered a complaint with the help
of your executive Mr. Manish with complaint No.[protected] dated 05/03/2012.

Even when i talked to Mr. Mapin Chandigarh(Sr.) approx 20-25 minutes on 06/03/12 at 3:15pm n then he
said recharging system is a lottery system once it done then cant refund as this recharge is
already closed before three months. Now they cant do anything your 1200 has gone only n only
by your mistake. So, you just forgot it they have gone.

So, now you are requested that pls do the needfull regarding the same n refund my
as soon as possible. n make me able to utilise your services as before.

I have recharged my RELIANCE CDMA mobile number-[protected] with Rs 30 at the date[protected],but when I checked my balance at evening,it was only Rs 4.then i called the complaint number-198 and explained the problem.then the customer care person told me that 'Sir you have activated the voice chat'.but at that day i didn't receive any call from company.i told them these things and except this i informed that i have already activated DND (do not disturb) service at my mobile number ,if you want the detail, you can check my call details.

As same thing happened with me in febraury month.i have received one missed call from the number[protected],and when i called this number back,they informed me that 'thank you for activating voice chat' in a lady computerised voice.what is this?before this i have already received so many missed call from that number,and when once i called this number, the voice chat has been activated?is that a legal policy of company?

I have taken a post paid connection 2 months ago from Reliance with 199 rental . I had receive a bill on 25th January of Rs. 131. I had paid Rs. 390 on 2nd February. On 24th March my outgoing calls has been stopped. I had visited Reliance outlet to know about stop outgoing calls on 26th March. Executive had told me that pay the bill of Rs. 1399. I asked for bill but they did not provide bill. The billing amount is too high as per our usage. I sent a mail to customer care and they replied me that bill is o.k. I am suffering now therefore I would request you to take necessary action to continue my service anon.

I am Siddhartha Sharma, I am using the reliance broadband data card since 2010 but my area don’t have any connectivity since the date.
Despite of numerous amount of complaints no resolution has been given to me till the date albeit reliance every time they give me some fraud dates for rectification.
And my other problem is ,this month I am out of my city for some official work while the usage they have charged heavily on me without any intimation for exceeding my usage limits.

I (Arun)have purchased a Reliance 3G dongle with a reliance 3G connection (from Solan, H.P.)on Dec. 2011. Suddenly it stopped working on 24th Feb.2012. It shows authenticating but does not connect. I had called the customer care several times but my problem remained unsolved. Finally on 27th Feb.2012 (after my several request) the customer care gave me a complaint no.[protected] and assured me that the complaint will be resoveled shortly.After 48hrs. I called the appellete officer for solution. Then after 02Hrs. I received a call from reliance technical dapartment - Mumbai (Mr. Swapnil). after an hour of setting changes (in my PC)still my problem was not solved. Then he asked me to check the dongle on some other computer. I had checked the dongle on 04nos. of computers at Solan but faced the same problem. Then I was advised to visit the retailer (Apex Copy Center) or authorised service center (Shoolini Communications, Solan)for replacement or warrenty claim. On 2nd March, 2012 I first visited the retailer (Apex Copy Center, Solan)and to my surprise he just refused to provide any help or solution and asked me to talk to customer care. Then I visited the authorised service center (Shoolini Communication). They connected my dongle and found the same problem(keeps authenticating but does not connect). To my surprise the service center person asked me to visit next day. The service center is not near to my residence and it is not possible for me to make frequent visits. I am really very unhappy with this unprofessional approach of reliance.Till today 03/03/2012 still my problem is not resolved and I don't know what to do. Please help!
