I was using reliance broadband connection last to last year, I was suffering from Internet connection issue along with speed issue, I have raised complaints frequently , No actions has been taken on those complaints, then i asked them to disconnect my connection then they said you have to pay 2 month bill, i dint pay any bill , but now after almost 2 year they called me and said your bill is still pending and you have to pay the bill other wise they will register Compliant in court, they said you have to pay the bill around 2101 Rs , i asked them clearly if i paid they the connection got disconnect then they said with in 48 hours you will get the call for conformation of disconnection, I paid the full amount and waiting for conformation. still i dint get any call from them but suddenly today i have got a cal from reliance that your bill is still pending which has been generated on the date of 14th of march 2012 (when i applied for disconnection) and amount is 1920 Rs for 15 days.
From 14th march 2012 to 28march2012.
they said on 14th we have not disconnect your connection, today only we cleared your connection to disconnect, so you have to pay 15 days amount Now i am not staying in old place from past 2 years and my connection was not active from past 2 years , suddenly they activate and they charge me.

Please help me in this regards.

    Reliance GSM Services — Deduction of amount

    Sir,

    I have been using the SIM ([protected]) of Reliance GSM Services for more than 4 years. A lot of problems were observed from its services. Recently i.e. on 07/04/2010, I have paid an amount of Rs. 100/- towards topup and same was credited and shown in my mobile. For utmost surprise, talking to other mobile for 5 to 6 minutes only from my mobile, within 36 hours, the balance amount has automatically reduced and presently it is with Nil balance.

    I tried to complaint this problem to Reliance Customer Care Services.But no proper / satisfactory reply is received from their end. They totally ignored my complaint giving false excuses.

    Being a poor person, I request you to kindly look into the matter and provide me a positive justice to reimburse the amount deducted by Reliance gsm services and for re-occurrence of such incidents.

    Reliance GSM — WRONG AMOUNT DEDUCTION

    Hi,

    I am havind connection of Reliacnce GSM [protected]. Yesterday (i,e on 19th Jan 2011)I got notice that some amount had been deducted from my balance. When I enquired from the executives of reliance they told me that on value added service has been activated by default to my number (i,e dream girl service) and was activated since 27 the Nov'10 where there was no any such request forwarded from my side and they also confirmed that the service was activated by default.

    Due to whic my amount was continously deducting from my balance since Nov'10. When I asked them to refund the same thy refused for the same and I was told no any such provision is avaliable.

    Now I reuqest you to please make them to refund my amount which was deducted and such cases should be stoped as many of costumeres are suffring with the same problem as some times this minor things does not come in focus by coustmers and the compnies continiously

    charging and taking the money away from costumers.

      paytm order show this status activated but my mobile not active . in mp reliance gsm gprs pack 101 is available so why my mobile not activated.

        Reliance is a big time chor company. I took a connection of broadband wifi connection paying the installation amount in advance, They commited to get the connection done in 15 days, They asked for more and more time, after 2 months when i got angry they if you dont want the connection your money will be refunded in 1 week. Its 10 months now, neither money is refunded , nor connection, neither the sales guy recieves my phone. I even talked to collegues, his boss - but whole team is doing chori and dhandabaji as a team work.

        It is a matter of just 2500/- rupess only , but just look at these people - such a big fraud.

        The sales guy was directly from Reliance head office- just look at the chori dhanda at HO . It seems training is provided to do these chori.

          I Vitthal Dukhande, receive a call from Relience telecommunications -Mr. Tiwari on 13/03/2012 regarding offer a new postpaid plan of Rs.299.He suggest me how was that plan better than current prepaid. and I agree with that plan, then he sent a delivery boy Mr. Mohd. Akhil Mobile no.[protected] to collect a documents (Pan card and Electricity bill) and deposit Amt.Rs.250 from me on 14/03/2012.and he promise me Plane will be activate with in 24 hours.also he give me a receipt of Rs.250 with sign.Mr. Mohd.Akhil.but there has no any Form or receipt No. on receipt.

          After two days I call to Mr.Akhil and asked him about plan has not activated.He say me I looked in matter and with a day the plan will be activate.Then daily I call him and asked about the plan but he every time some excuses to me. After some days he does not accept my call. Then I go to in Andheri(W), near Station Relience gallery.A gallery person help me and he called to Mr. Akhil from gallery. That time he give me a his Sr. Names Mr. Sanjay -mobile no. [protected] and Irfan Mobile No.[protected].but they also not received a call.

          Kindly looked into the matter and activate the same plan or give back me my documents and deposit Amt.250.

            for starting my small business I applied for two fixed land line connections from reliance on 30 dec 2011 through a sales executive who came to my house to collect the application form.
            I have applied for two landline connections with monthly rental of 130rs and gave him two cheques of rs300/-Each for the two connections.

            I received a mail from reliance stating that they have received my application and the installation will be done in 5 days.The mail contained all the detail which I gave in the application form such as my contact number address etc, but the plan detail they have mentioned was wfl299cs.Assuming that they have given a 299rs plan instead of the 130rs plan that I had applied for, I mailed back to the same team to rectify the mistake.They replied me saying that they will correct it.

            I received a mail from the billing department stating that I need to pay 272rs for each connection. Same day I have send them a mail saying that my monthly plan is 130rs/Month.

            the billing team replied to my complaint saying that they have charged me on a pro rata basis from[protected] to[protected] based on my monthly plan wfl299cs.And they also stated in the mail that there was no request for plan migration.Same day I have send them all correspondences I had with them for their reference to find out whether I have brought the issues to their notice on time.No replies from reliance since then.

            since there was no response from reliance customer service or billing team, I have forwarded all the mails cascaded as a single mail to them again and I had sent a copy to the nodal officer also.Its now 40 days since then, there is not even a single acknowledgement mail or call that I have received from them.

            Current status:

            both the phones are suspended and the consolidated bill for two land lines with not even one outgoing call made for three months is 1856.64rs

            my loss:

            since it was all for my business start up,I have printed my letter heads, and brochures,leaflets etc with these land line numbers on them. I have travelled to ap,tamil nadu,kerala and all of karnataka with these brochures for marketing my new business.I have not given any other contact numbers in the brochures other than the landline number.By the time I came back after the business promotions,I could find that the landlines are dead.My family members DID not notice that because I took those phones only for incoming calls from clients and nobody tried to use it for making any outgoing calls.All my printing expenses,travel expenses and most importantly the time that went by has all gone in vain just because of reliance's poor service.

            Needless to say that the mental discomfort any common man will undergo in this kind of a situation cannot be measured.

            I really expect justice in this regard,nobody should ever have to face a situation like this.All the hard work that I have put in has gone in vain, now ILL have to start it allover again.Its a dream that went for a toss.

So i was decided to convert this number from POSTPAID TO PREPAID and then change the operator but the Reliance Doesn't give me the conversion on my number i have visited the Reliance Outlet also
              please take an urgent step to convert this number

[protected] since last 9 months, but last 2-3 days relience people is deducting my balance like anything, i recharge with 56 rs for sms pack but they are deducting 1rs for every msg, i recharged with 29 rs for internet pack but m being charge every sec for surfing internet, RELIANCE PEOPLE ARE VERY CORRUPT PEOPLE, VERY VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE,WHEN WE CALL CUSTOMER CARE THEY PEOPLE DOES NOT LISTEN AT ALL AND EVERY TIME SAY OUR SYSTEM IS WORKING SLOW BLAH BLAH , PEOPLE NEVER TAKE ANY SERVICE FROM RELIANCE AT ALL NEVER DEPEND ON THEM OTHER WISE YOUR LIFE LL BE HELL AND YOU OWN WILL BE RESPONSIBLE.. TAKE AIRTEL THEY HAVE VERY AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.. ONE DAY AIRTEL PEOPLE DEDUCTED MY MONEY DUE TO MISTAKE BUT WHEN I COMPLAINED ON 198 THEY RETURNED THE WHOLE MONET WITH RS 20 EXTRA BONUS .

                WOE TO RELIANCE PEOPLE GOD WILL PUNISH YOU. RELIANCE IS A FRAUDSTER. THEIR WORKER ARE THIEF AND BUNCH OF CROOKS
                reliance has very very bad customer service.never rely on reliance at all

                  Hi,
                  I took the Reliance broadband connect + number - [protected] on September 30, 2011 and used it for few months but got apalling speed since October when i started using it sparingly. The company kept saying they would rectify the speed but never did it. Finally when i sent the speed results below

                  Even then, the company never bothered to rectify the problem and instead asked me to contact the service centre where they said they only look at some other hardware and not the Huawei brand which i had got.

                  So even though i never used it after that and converted to prepaid, the company sent me bill. I had demanded refund for the earlier months as my usage was very limited and the speed was very low but the company has not got back to me till now.

                  This is fraud committed by the company and request them to rectify this at the earliest by changing the hardware and giving me a correct one working at right speed.

                  Reliance Broadband — Poor Speed

                  Hi,

                  I have taken a USB Wireless Broadband from Reliance in April First Week, They have assured me that i will have minimum 3.2 MBPS speed as it is a Broadband. I paid 2500/ INR for that USB Broadband Modem. First 2-3 days it was running properly but since 10 days i am getting only 4-5 KBPS speed, I have complained to Reliance Call Center and They said it will be resolve by evening as it's a server problem but till date nothing has done by them, I also tried calling the agent, the one from i have taken reliance USB but he has stopped taking my call

                  There are 3 connections types

                  1: Hybrid
                  2: 1X
                  3: Broadband

                  I can use only 1 and 2 but this USB modem is not working if i select Broadband Connectivity, When i complained to Reliance they were also not sure about not getting connection through Broadband option, I have told by Reliance that a Technical person will come but no engineer has turned up yet.

                  Please suggest me.
                  Apart from being , these guys are also THIEVES.

                  I paid my monthly bill by credit card over IVR. Apparently this was a new mode of payment they started.

                  Although money was debited from my credit card, Reliance Claims they did not receive the money, and wanted proof.

                  I gave them the Transaction Id, that was generated by Reliance’s own IVR system – but they refused to accept, saying they want my credit card statement sent to them. WT[censored]

                  When i explained that credit card statements come only end of month, they said they cannot do anything.

                  The issue is still hanging.

                  I CAN’T BELIEVE THEY DO NOT TRUST THEIR OWN TRANSACTION ID!!!

                  reliance broadband+ usb modem — Taken money but not responding

                  I Manish Pal, was using Postpaid Reliance Broadband+ USB Modem since almost year.
                  My reliance broadband number is [protected].

                  But one month the bill came double the amount o[censored]sage.
                  I have taken a 1 gb plan, in which extra usage is billed at .50 paisa, but they have billed at Rs. 2.00, because of which the billed has gone to Rs. 2590.

                  Many times I have given complaints since December 09.
                  Till day of April 10, there is no resolution.

                  One person (Mahesh Patil) came telling that he is a Reliance representative, and if I pay him the amount of Rs. 1300 (which is equal to the amount as per .50 paisa), then all my outstanding will be cleared and my postpaid connection will be converted to prepaid automatically as per my wish.

                  He asked me for the money to pay, for RSN number and my documents to convert from postpaid to prepaid.
                  He said that the old number is terminated and i will be given new number for the connected within 3 days.

                  I thought finally Reliance is hearing the complaints, hence I gave him the money, rsn number and documents on 12th April 2010.
                  Reliance representative gave me the Reliance letter and receipt (as a proof of payment and as a proof of clearing outstanding amount).

                  But unfortunately 18 days have gone today, no one is responding to my calls.
                  Mahesh Patil the representative is also not picking my phone.
                  Also when i call at their offices, they are keeping the phone aside or cutting my calls and also saying that we do not provide this service.

                  They have taken the amount, but no one is responding.
                  Reliance representative has taken the money by telling lies.

                  Reliance Netconnect Broadband + — Poor Speed

                  Hi

                  Dear Sir/Madam

                  This is about Reliance netconnect Broadband + wire less connection which i bought on Saturday i.e.on 13.11.10 from Malad East near Saraf matru Mandir,Reliance outlet, a sales person told me that in the schme which i bought i will get 3.1mpbs spped but instead of that when i start my connection at home i was shocked to see that i got only 230kbps speed which is very low compare to 3.1mbps . when i go back to that shop i told to that person about this he replied me that in setting there is option like..HSD(High Speed) select that option but i had tried many time there is nothing like HSD in setting. i feel very bad that the person only told me that i will get 3.1mbps but not told me clearly that it is upto 3.1mbps but for that also i have to say that i had got plan ofof Rs. 850pm(1gb Day and 10gb Night)for which i am requesting you that please advice me that what can i do in this matter to receive High speed or to get back my Starting payment which i paid them while the sales person is telling scheme

                    This regarding thee suspension of my DATA CARD connection i have received my bill amount of rs 865/- of April-2012 billing which i have to pay till 10the of march 2012. I have paid 700/- out of which , but reliance has suspended my no. on 25the of March just because i have not paid 165/- rs. more theat can be adjusted in next bill... when i have spOKen withe reliance customer executive and floor supervisor theey said theis co. policy we have to suspend you connection altheough u r in default list.. my Q is theat how theey can suspend my no. just because of less thean 20% left in my bill... and when i have asked theem theat theis is TRAI rule or not theey said theis our co. policy we do not know what is TRAI rule & regulation.. I am using post paid connection not prepaid.. theat in which my balance is over theey will disconnect my no. This has happened earlier also so many times.... pl. let me know thee solution or TRAI guideline on theis.. if theis is under TRAI guideline theen it is OK but if witheout coming in delinquency if mobile service user are doing by making theeir own policy so theis is only theat theey theink theat customer if fool...

                      Please de-activate [RWORLD]- INDIA GAME- (KILLER BAT)Nokia 2760 & disney club nokia 2760 SERVICE)from my number. My reliance no. is [protected] & from my balance `5/- is deducted every day. Pls help urgently.This is to inform that already over ` 60/- is deducted & I dont know how long it will take to deactivate this stupid & idiotic services .I am very frustrated/disturbed with the services of Reliance Gsm & its pathetic customer care.. ..( Customer care representative said that they could not do anything about this problem & said that the balance will continue to be deducted)

                      I am very old costumer of reliance, if my service is not de-activaced within 24 hours then I will surely without any doubt have to switchover from pathetic RELIANCE network to other operator network. Its my last request to you to Pls DEACTIVATE THIS stupid services as soon as possible from my no.

                      Reliance GSM — Deduction of Rs10 every month.

                      I am Sambit Das from Bhubaneswar(Orissa). I have been using Reliance GSM service since 3 Years. My cell no is [protected]. On 10th October 09 I received a message that "Gov Jobs Pack is activated at Rs10/30 days. Renewal on 10-11-09." Even though I have not suscribed it, it automaically got suscribed and deducted Rs10 from my account. I complained customer care regarding this but they refused to keep any complain regarding this issue and said that I had suscribed it. When I asked them to deactivate it, they said they will do it. I called customer care many times but they replied we have logged a complain. But again Rs10 has been deducted from my account today(i.e 10th Nov 09).

                      Hence I request you to kindly forward my complain to the concernred authority, and ask them to refund my deducted amount.

                      Reliance GSM — Deduction of Rs.10

                      Dear sir..,
                      I am using Reliance GSM number [protected]...In this a/c Yesterday dated 14 may 2011 Rs.10 was deducted ..I was shocked n made a call to customer care ..They told that I have been activated a service by dialing *505*303# ...But I did not use my phone yesterday ...It was completely being under switch off whole the day .... The same problem occurred with this service three times...

                      I request you to go through the details and please take action on the company to make sure that the above problem would not be repeated for any other customer again ...........

                        Again I have received call from your kolkata maintains department vide tele no :[protected] Mr Bipul 2 times ( 1st 2pm & 2nd call 3.50pm )after a long time spend & surprise he ask & said what time to open our office i have said 5pm & he told tomorrow is possible to attend? what is this ?we have also a service & maintains organization we have work all over kolkata I d'nt know what type of your service pepole where our technicin rech with in kolkata around 1.30hr to 2hr but your service pepole take 3 hr to 12hrs time.where we suffer a long time.
                        We d'nt know what we do! realy this is pathetic service.

                        Please sir look into the matter & take action for that

                        This is your kind information that we have a Land line connection vide no[protected] since 2010 but we have suffer huge network problem from last eight month & repeatedly we have lodge complain on customer care but till have not solve problem.
                        After five month of suffering two to three technical people visit our place and suggest to install a redder box after that we have agree to install it but after install problem is not solved. Therefore we have send a mail to appellate authority & said that resolve it urgently & till not solve of problem we have not paid any rental amount. After that we have received call two to three times & they told that we have send person for resolve the issue & waive the rental amount, but till not visit any body, and now we see the connection was suspended for nonpayment. We tried to told the customer care that we have already send mail for that so please re continue at list incoming because we are a service center of kitchen appliances in Kolkata we have print & spared this no to customer now thy unable to reach us. Dial the no IVR said this no “out of service”.
                        Now suggest if any service center contact no is not working & after that said “out of service” what repercussions of customer’s.& if reliance networked coverage & service is this type in future we are unable to faith or suggest to friend for continue the relation with reliance .

                          I have paid my reliance mobile post paid bill(of amount Rs.250) on due date(23.01.2012) . In spite of that i am receiving repeated messages and calls of not paying the bill on time and therefore I should pay the fine of Rs.100 imposed on me. This fine was imposed on my next month bill i.e in February 2012. the bill amount was Rs.333.61 inclusive of Rs 100 fine. I paid a bill of Rs.230 (without late payment). on due date (i.e on 22.2 2012). In my next bill in the next month i.e in March I received a bill of Rs.401. indicating earlier dues of Rs.334(including Rs.100 fine) plus Rs. 100. which means they levied a fine of Rs100 two times(total Rs.200). In spite of my repeated requests that i have paid my bill on time they did not pay any attention. Now i repeatedly harassed for this. Kindly see to my problems.

                          i HAVE ALREADY REQUESTED FOR DO NOT DISTURB SERVICES BUT COMPANY HAS NOT STOPPED SENDING ME PROMOTIONAL SMS AND MANY A TIMES DEDUCTED THE AMOUNT FROM MY BALANCE AS A CHARGE FOR THOSE SERVICES. I AM VERY MUCH DEPRESSED AS I AM NOT ECONOMICALLY STRONG AND I HAVE TO THINK A LOT BEFORE RECHARGING AND THEY ARE DEDUCTING MY BALANCE FOR NO REASONS.

                              Dear Sirs,

                              I had taken a Reliance Broadband Data Card Connection, with which came a free GSM connection which was charged 199 per month free usage. From the day I got April 16th 2011, I have never used it due to various problems. The vendor then took my sim back without reimbursing the money debited. I refused to pay my data card usage bill as I don't have hold on the GSM connection. They cut my data card connection but without me using the Data Card I was charged. Then after a gap of 3mnths I paid the full amount including the penalty and resumed the same. A new GSM connection was given which worked hardly for 2 weeks and the same problem continued. Inspite of constant tiff with Reliance office my nearest vendor at Kuniamuthur, Coimbatore. I went personally to their office and requested them to disconnect my GSM, as I work online wanted to retain my Data Card Connection, they failed to do so. I was pestered by Reliance Customer Service Staff wanting to know the reason for disconnection. I really got tired, irritated and disturbed with their attitude and poor customer service. But my connection was not terminated and was charged. Then I am now refusing to pay them my Data Card usage bill as they are not ready to reimburse the amount taken from me on the GSM connection. For the past 3 mnths I have been harassed by the local collection staff. Over telephone and barging into my house without informing me. So now I am very upset on this conduct of the staff working for Reliance. I have been very decent with them from my part though they look like thugs who walked into my home.This is not done. Has RELIANCE gone to the extent of "gundaaism"!!!

                              I am not a criminal. I want justice. Now they have threatened to file a case against me for non payment of Bill. Again threatened by SMS and telephone calls. Kindly look into this case as I am not the only customer facing such problem. The Customers succumb to this pressure and pay the bill. I will fight for this cause. I have not claimed I will not pay. I am only arguing to reimburse my money, on that event I will immediately settle my bill. Justice is all I seek...

                                I would like to raise a complaint that Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I received a message saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.

                                Without a customer's permission how can Reliance activate a service and deduct money like this..

                                Reliance should not do such type of mean activities of making money.

                                  I am having Reliance Net Connect+ number: [protected]

                                  I paid 2500 initially so that I get 3 months free internet services. But after using it for a month, the connection was dead slow and doesnt even connect properly for 1 hour continuouly. When I gave compliant, they told me that is the reason because of very less towers in Hadapsar area.
                                  So, in second month - I kept a request to cancel (request#[protected]. They have not closed the connection and at least they did not tell me to visit reliance web world to cancel it. After 4 to 5 months, they satrted calling on my number and asking me to pay outsating amount on netconnect+.
                                  So, fianlly which I experienced was WORST connection, and WORST services aswell.
                                  I got a call from Reliance(around 3.30PM) and they told me to forget about the outstanding bill. But again I got a call from reliance legal department (by 5.30PM) from number ([protected]), asking me to pay the outstanding. Everyday I am getting the same call which is disturbing me. I asked her to check with ANWAR([protected]). Then she replied -->she is demanding me to answer her about the outcome after talking to legal department. I asked her to check with Anwar and she responded that Anwar has left for the day. Is it the proper answer which she gave ?? Why the record is still not updated with the proper information from reliance legal department? I am using reliance broadband net connection, if I get the call again from reliance legal department -- I will disconnect that broadband as well. Let me know if the record is been closed still ? or not ?

                                  I talked to the customer care right now on 30335555.
                                  They told me they dont have any data which is related to me. They are not updating my record with what ever the concerns I have. She (DIVYA, MUMBAI) has mentioned that, as there is no record with the reliance net connect+ number - she will not be able to update anything on behalf of me.
                                  Why the record isnt existing? So, reliance maintains only the billing record and costomer concerns are not stored any where?
                                  Why am I getting call to pay outstanding amount everyday? when I ask few questions - responding me with the reason that I NEED NOT TO PAY ANY AMOUNT AND FORGET IT. but from nextday its getting to the same like getting call from another executive to PAY again. Once the information passed that I need not to pay, why the record was not updated with the same? so, the executives are trying to escape themselves and I am getting embbarced (as gettign call everyday)
                                  When I visit the HADAPSAR reliance, they mentioned that they will be taking cancellation requests on only in between MONDAY to FRIDAY.
                                  Customercare says that saturday is workingday. then why are they(HADAPSAR branch) not taking requests.
                                  Do the relaince executives think that only the reliance people are working in between monday to friday? You should understand the problem that the people wont be able to visit relaince branches on weekdays.

                                  Respond me ASAP. I dont want others to face same kind of issues. or better avoid using relaince (of any reliance services in INDIA) is geting my MOTTO.

                                    In velachery power cut timings - morning 8am to 10 am. in between 8 to 10 no internet connection due to server down. there is no UPS or any kind of back devices not available. As per the communication with customer care executive No UPS facility (they requested to Mumbai team). without basic equipments why you are providing the service? or else you don't have enogh fund in reliance?

                                      Hi, I'm writing to you with lots of hope. We have a problem with reliance mobile. A cricket pack is activated on our mobile number ([protected]). We have been trying to deactivate this since months, but Reliance is not deactivation it. The problem is more than 6-7 old and none of our complains were heard. We made all attempts but failed. Please see the attachment having screen shot of reply from Reliance saying that they have deactivated the service (I have 5 such emails), but all the claims are false.

                                      I would request you to take my complain forward and expose Reliance for this shameful act, in the interest of the larger consumers.

                                      Reliance chor hai madarchodh. Mera mobile number [protected],[protected],[protected], relince mera jhat ka bal v nahi ukhad sakta hai.
                                      This is incorrect claim. The problem still persists and the issue is not resolved. This is exactly what my complain is you have claimed for more than 7 times that the pack is deactivated but the amount is still gettting deducted and we are getting cricket sms.
                                      Yes you right, reliance is cheating their customers, i am also facing same problem.

                                      Please don't use any of reliance service.

                                        I have made a recharge for Rs. 99 GPRS pack and agter recharge they just barred my gprs speed to maximum 64kbps (that means just download speed of less than 8 Kbps)... That is their bad consumer support as they said they provide 156 kbps in 2g but they really cheat me and my barred speed to 64 kbps only... Even after recharge it is very hard for me to open "wap.google.co.in". So People don't recharge reliance gprs because in your whole lifetime you can't make surfing and download of 6 GB by Reliance 99 GPRS pack.

                                        Reliance Smart GSM — Reliance is a cheater

                                        I had recharged my mobile with lifetime recharge voucher of 750/- plus with a special voucher of 880/-. Due to which i was able to make a call at __
                                        Rs 0.19 to local smart connection
                                        Rs 0.59 to other mobile connection
                                        Rs 0.99 STD Call and also i had to recharge my mobile in every 6 months.
                                        But now now there is huge change in tarrif as well as plan. Now the call rate is changed. Rs 1.99 to all mobile connections, Rs. 2.99 STD call. Furthermore recharge period is als0 reduce to 3 months. Now the top up voucher available in the market is of high value giving less talk time.

                                        We felt cheated. Reliance is a biggest cheater..........
                                        I had lost my smart sim card. I loged a dairy to my nearest police station my GD no is (GDE No 668) dt 19-11-08.Then I went for a new sim in the realince office on thursday[protected]. The reception guy told me that "the charde of the sim is Rs- 100 /- and my sim will be started from tuesday[protected].and if i want to start my sim within a hour I have to pay Rs- 50 /- more". Any way i refused to pay the extra Rs- 50 /-, and my sim is not working till now, my sim No was -- [protected].Can you suggest me what shud I do.

                                        Reliance Smart GSM — Unavailability of GPRS network

                                        Sir,
                                        This is in connection with the above mentioned subject it is to state that i have a connection of Relaince smart GSM vide mob.no. [protected], for about one year with GPRS activated for PC use. But suddenly I found that my GPRS system has been de-activated with out any notice and reason, though every month I used to recharge thier vouchers of Rs.303 in right time. On 1st May I rechagred my account and it is for 30 days validity. But since 18th May, my connection was deactivated and with severals atempts to call the customer care services I failed to communicate with the customer care services. At last with deliberate attempts with the dealer I was finally called by the system executives and the system finally restored on 29.05.09. As the amount of the recharge is a prepaid one and on payment of such I was unable to use the system by the fault of the company, I am claiming a copensation from the said company of Rs.10, 000/-, as in those days I had to loose the same amount through Share Marketing as I was unable to access in the net.
                                        So, please it is my heatiest request to you to make me in arrangement of the said amount earliest days please.

I just took a trial of how the speed is on reliance gprs but it's disaster as compared to bsnl where i used to get 150-170 kbps and a downloading speed of 25-30 KB/sec.I just made a complaint to reliance customer care they said there is some work going on to improve the speed and it will be solved with next 20 days.Let see if it goes like this then i will move to bsnl back regretting why i port in to reliance.
