[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — sms pack

Hi Sir/Madam,

Sub: - Please pay attention for *369 (Prepaid Customer Care No.) This is to inform you that I am new user of Reliance prepaid no.[protected]. I am using Reliance mobile services since 10 days. But now I am facing problem in Reliance prepaid services. So please look into matter of complain no. 72749376 in which I have a noted customer care *369. As per Reliance Prepaid SMS scheme of Rs.25 I will get 500 local messages for one month but after around 300 messages it get deactivated automatically. I have recharged with Rs.25 SMS scheme on date 16th july 2008 which deactivated on 23 july 2008. I am using H/S of LG RD 3600 which has MSG counter system in H/S so I can see the no. of total sent messages. On 24th july 2008 I am not aware about the deactivation of SMS scheme so I continue the messaging. At that time the balance was around Rs.185 and when I check my balance on 23 july 08 then remain balance is Rs.119 so total around Rs.60 was wrongly deducted from my account.

For above mentioned complain I call to Customer Care on 24 july 08 for the reversal of Rs.60 as per the commitment this complain will resolve in 24 hrs. But still the complain is not resolved.
Now please tell me what to do change the no. OR Can I accept best service from Reliance.

Plz inform me if any sms pack is available for rajasthan gsm reliance users ...and if it is not yet launched then it is a request to the company to plz launch one as soon as possible ...

i have recharged my account with 49 SMS pack on 11th February. The sms pack contains 500 sms. But I got only 350 sms. So please its a request of me to plz assest me on this complaint as soon as possible.

i m a reliance customer since last 4 years . i have been using reliance no.[protected] (punjab) from last 2 years.some days before i have been facing a problem. i had recharged my mobile for rs. 25 (message pack) and i got 1000 message free but went i started sending messages it started charging me 1 rs/per local message . then i asked custmer care and they are not responding properly. i want u to look at the problem and solve it or i have to change my no. and use other company sim card.

i have recharged my account with 32 SMS pack on 26th june.The sms pack contains 500 sms.but now i am not getting delivery repote on some other networks like airtel and bsnl.So please its a request of me to plz assest me on this complaint as soon as possible.

as i am abel to send sms of voice chat from 2 mounth as i reachared 30 rs each two time but not working
the validy has been expired to reachrge id 3911088 and mob [protected] wich is name of mahood imran but user is govind karnataka sate tumkure dist chikanakihalli

I have a mobile no [protected] from Reliance for which i had topped up for a SMSpack of Rs.39/- once but due to the lack of information from the retailers appointed in the market by the company the pack was auto-renewed and the money was deducted from my bal.

when i contacted the customer service they informed me that i have to deactivate the pack else it will be auto-renewed according to the company policy.

but then it was a LIMIT when i deactivated the pack before the expiry and then also it was renewed for which the customer service agent of the reliance company told me a new policy that i have to deactivate the pack prior 24hrs of the expiry.

"THE MOBILE COMPANY PROVIDERS IN INDIA NEWER PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION THROUGH THERE RETAIL OUTLET TO THE CUSTOMERS AND WHEN THE HARD EARNED MONEY OF THE CUSTOMER IS WASTED DUE TO SUCH POLICY THE COUSTOMER IS HELPLESS AND THE COMPANY MAKE BIG MONEY BY MAKING FOOL OF SO CALLED 2ND LARGEST POPULATION OF THE WORLD WHERE THERE IS NO EASY WAY TO COMPLAINT AGAINST SUCH COMPANIES"

let me know i[censored] can help me get my money refund from this fraud company.

Maine 19dec or 21dec k beech 2 recharge karaye the ek tha 20rs wala or ek 26rs wala sms pack, muje 20rs wale rcharge ka talk time to receive ho gya lekin mera sms pack activate nhi hua or next day muje ek msg receive hua k your msg pack has been renewed for 5 days...or mera balance 4.50 kat liya gya to meri problem ye h ki mera 26rs wala sms pack activate nhi hua plz ap wo activate karaiye......other wise mere 26 rs...waste ho jayenge plz activate my sms pack

i have recharge with sms pack 19 which is for 1Paise/ sms bt company deduct my balence on rate of 1 rupee /sms my mobile no is [protected]

14 july ko mere sms tariff autorenewal hone ka date tha.
tb mera main balance tha 109 rs.
mere main balance se 39 rs less b ho gya 14 july ko as renewal of sms pack.
ab mera mai balance hai 68 rs hai.
paisa kat ne ke baad bhi mujhe sms krne pr bhi 50paise/msg kat rhe hai...
customer care wale aaj mujhe 48 hour tak wait krwa diye hai ye keh kr ki network problem hai.

I sent sms on 10.08.2012 for activate offer,i type ACT SMS1P to 53739 which is suggested by your knowlwdgeble representative.But at a same time i got reply from you "Your request couldn't be proceed"..In last month,i sent this MSG approx.4-5 times,but problem is as it is.On 11.08.2012 at 11:35am,i called 198 & talked to your great representative,but i m not getting proper response.He is not able to solve problem.

pls do needful as soon as possible to SATISFY YOUR CUSTOMER.I m using reliance card since 7 years.Now i have to think for change.

I know very well,I will face same problem from you.You will not reply me & not resolve my problem regarding activating SMS PACK through mobile.
