Sir ,
last month i ported my number into reliance communication which is a postpaid number ..In my first bill there was an error of 70 rupees which i lodged a complaint and got it resolved , for which i was sent a sms that " your complaint has been resolved , you have been given a waiver of 70 rupees which will reflect in your next month's bill " .
today i have got my next bill and in that i have not been given the waiver of 70 rupees of last month and the amount is still added in my this months bill also ..i want the resolution as soon as possible as i have 6 more reliance numbers and i dont want that you would force me to port out all my other numbers to some other company please ..please look into the matter as soon as possible and get me the solution ...

the problem i am facing is that, i got a waiver of 70 rupees last month, for which i was told that it would be adjusted in next bill ..now i have recieved a bill of next month but in this bill i have not been adjusted the waiver of 70 rupees which was suppossed to be there in the bill this month

    We have been using Reliance broadband internet for many years now. But for 8 months, the speed of the internet is not as per the plan, we have made lot of complaints, giving the proofs of screen shots. But still there is no improvement on this. Every time they are going on postponing the date for rectification, making many users like a big FOOL. We are receiving 200 to 300 kbps speed, where as we must receive 2000 kbps.
    One more complaint is packet loss of 50% from Reliance, where as it should be 0%. Here also no improvement.

    Reliance is passing on bucks on TRAI, mentioning to us that only 10% speed is allowed. We requested the notification of TRAI from Reliance, still they have not sending the notification of TRAI.

    We have also requested to reduce the bill amount as we are not receiving the speed as per the plan, but no one is paying attention on this matter.

      VAS CRBT activation without my permission

      My cellphone number is [protected] and there were multiple deductions from my prepaid recharge in last 1 year @ 30 rs/month.
      Recently when I checked with reliance outlets they told me about this deductions.Please return my money on my cellphone.I cant expect such kind o[censored]n ethical treatment from a reputed organization like Reliance.
      Reliance GSM Team, please fix this up and refund my money as soon as possible.

        I had Reliance broadband connection with account number [protected] in Bangalore and closed it while leaving Bangalore in July 2011. For closing the connection I informed Reliance customer care and persons from reliance came and took the equipment given at the time of connection. After that I relocated to Hyderabad and a month later I received a bill stating that I have to pay some charges. When I called the reliance guy regarding the charges who collected the equipment he said the system is not updated and I will not get any further mails. I didn't get any mail later.

        But few days back(after two years) I am getting mails from reliance to pay dues for the connection I had in Bangalore. When I ask them if the charges are for equipment then I got a reply stating NO and there is no clear answer on why the charges are being levied on the account that was closed. Also I had paid all the due amount that was there at the time of closure for the internet usage.

        Also a mail from [protected]@gmail.com asking to attend Lok adalat court for settling the amount which was due for Reliance communications. The mail stated to contact Mr.Vinay at[protected] / 40942435 regarding any issues. I called Mr.Vinay and said my concern. He said he will check with Reliance on it and said no need to attend the court.He said he will get back to me but never called back.

        Please let me know how to proceed.

        Reliance Communications — Charges

        I had taken Reliance broadband services the guy who came for installation told that there are no installation charges you just have to pay Rs 500 as advance rental and he never gave me a phone handset. He just installed a Internet modem. Even the customer care used to say that. Now when I have applied for cancellation of services they are asking me to return the handset and Rs. 500 was installation charges and not advance rental by the time I was availing their services Rs 500 was advance rental which suddenly have changed to one time non refundable installation charges.

        Kindly look into the matter.

          I had reliance postpaid connection no [protected],relationship no.[protected],tariff plan name SimplePPC299,location Ghaziabad,U.P..I applied for migrating from postpaid to prepaid when I shifted out of Ghaziabad after paying all due in December 2013 at Reliance Web world (Add:C - 6, Amit Complex, RDC, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad).I filled all the forms for migration along with ID & address proof.They told me the postpaid connection will be closed by 7 days & there will be no bill further.But After that also I had been geting the monthly bill & my total monthly bill accumulated as Rs. 2000/- around.I repeatedly talked to the reliance customer care but they told that there is no such request from my no.I was advised to go to the Ghaziabad Reliance Web world to resubmit the application which was not possible due to my job.I heard the same kind of story from lots of people about Reliance.What I felt that Reliance is making money by this kind o[censored]nethical way mostly.I lost trust on Reliance since then.

            I am a reliance coustmer. Reliance activate USSD VAS services without my information. The charges Rs. 3.00 or even Rs.10 on every 4-5 days and last it deducted on 26 June 2013 at 5:18 p.m . Every time i have to call the costumer care ask them for refunding them they always say that mam u will not disturbed by this again but today it happens twice.. i am fed up with this service . Even their views are different for this scheme. And they even donot treat well on phone.

            My name is Sofia Khan I have activated reliance mobile since last 3 month with proper document. And from day beginning I am observing that deduction of amount in very fast way , initial stage I could not understand what is going in our mobile . when I was complained you call center they reply un satisfactory . for example yesterday 50/ activated of mobile that in very fast way deduction has been done and our balance is come down zero even hardly I was utilized call through my mobile 10 -15 rupees. Reply has been received from complaint office that 3 service activated. Actually I was never activated any service accept incoming call and outgoing call. This thing happening since from beginning of our mobile activated.
            In view of above and connection I shall totally up-set with your service . Without my activation/ notice ,Amount has been deduction going on since day one . Please stopped the activation all accepts incoming/out-going call. And also incurred all the deducted amount from since day one within three days otherwise we shall bound to take a legal action against you and also we are going to TRI for same
            I hope you shall under stand our problem and incurred all the deducted amount in our account .we need assurance from you without my notice in future this type activities shall be not happened at your end

            Reliance Communication — charged for vas without my activation

            i received an sms on my no [protected] telling me"thank u 4 subscribing malika bedroom tips and that i'll b charged rs7/week for it. i tried for creating a service request at http://myservices.relianceada.com but was unable to enter the deduction date . the amount was deducted on 19/8/2011 most probably.

            Reliance — For Deduction of charges

            I have request you to for the unauthorized deduction of charges.I have use the reliance GSM Sim for the internet.I have not use it for the communication.I have check my balance.my balance is Rs.1 but my balance is Rs.84.I have not activate any service or use this Sim for other purpose.So, I request you to for the solve my problem and credit my balance.

              Hi,

              I am a reliance customer.My Mobile number is [protected].
              I am very disappointed from the behaviour of the company.My balance is being deducted after every 1 week on regular basis.I got message from the company " Amount charged for VAS USSD : 3 RS" But i havent activated this type of service.And this is happening from last 6 months.
              This is not the first time.This occurs many time.Sometimes they deduct even more than 30 rs and activate services which i havent requested. and sometimes they block customer contact services from my phone so that i could not contact them back for refund of balance.
              Kindly look into it or urgent basis as i am very irritated with this type of behaviour.

                      My complaint about reliance gsm service. I moved from TATA docomo to Reliance GSM 7 months ago , As of now my address proof is not updated in the Reliance. I had submitted my address proof two times where I bought the SIM card but still proof was not updated. I have checked with the RCom Customer care many times and they confirmed that the prof is updated. I went directly to Reliance Web World in Anna Nagar on[protected] and submitted my address proof again but still address prof is not updated.

                        I am a customer of reliance broadband services(UID[protected]. I have raised a complain regarding Internet not working on 18/06/2013(Req. ID[protected]. But, even today(25/06/2013) they are telling me work in progress(officially). On very first day on 18/06/2013, I have came to know that, the local joint box(through which the Internet connection is distributing) got damaged and needs to be replaced. Even I, as a outsider of the reliance network came to know that the box has not came (from Banglore to ballygaunge) even today. But, I dont know how much irresponsible and unconscious reliance is to its customers, so that the box is not replaced yet. And, I am the customer who is suffering the problem and end of the month they will send me the bill with a due date and If I am not able to pay the money within due date I have to give late fee. I want to know, what about this delay which is doing reliance with me. Who will pay for this loss(my earning is from Internet), harassment?

                        - Above all no one is able to tell me when the problem will resolve(Though officially they assured me 24 hours will be sufficient to them to resolve the problem). Already 7 days has been passed out from the date of raising the request. I will simply terminate my connection if the problem is not resolved today itself. There are so many companies are waiting for giving the broadband connections.

                          I purchased a Reliance Netconnect+ 3 months ago and i had a offer of double data at the time for 4 months.
                          Recently I made recharge of 1 GB for Rs255 and i got only got 1 GB,I had to register complaints 3 times and email to them to get the additional 1 GB
                          data that to after 20 days. Now I same problem is repeating again.

                          I have purchased a Reliance Net Connect data card in June 2010 and raise a disconnection request in September 2011 and Reliance Customer executive says it has been disconnected in 10-15 days. The device disconnected between 7-12 October and after that they send me a bill of 408 Rs. and they tell me that it is the bill amount before the device is disconnected and assure me that my device is already disconnected and i have not received any bill from reliance in future. So i pay a bill of 408 Rs. in October. I have cleared all my dues and i hope that there will be no billing after this. And guess what I have received a bill of 208 in November and again i call customer executive this time executive says that your device is in suspended mode please clear this bill and your device is terminated after this and no billing by Reliance after this your device is disconnected. So i pay this bill also of 208 Rs. I pay 2 bills already without using the device i.e. of 408 + 208 Rs. 616 Rs. And now in January 2012 i received one more bill from reliance of 147 Rs. and again i call customer care executive and give him all the details that the device is disconnected in September and he is saying that go to your nearest Reliance Web world it will sort out our problem I am very frustrated with this kind of service.; I have not seen any worst service than this. I mean seriously man this is very irritating. This time i am not going to pay a single penny to Reliance. I am not going to sort out billing problems every month.

                          Hi, My reliance netconnect data card no. is [protected] and I gave first request to convert it to prepaid finally it is converted to prepaid on 10.09.2014. and was given a receipt of the same which included conversion charges also and also stating that the number shall remain the same.But in the system still showing as postpaid. Now the problem is that I am not able to use internet through my data card because I cannot recharge it until unless system starts showing it as prepaid.I am not getting any positive response from reliance customer care.when i had called up the customer care they have confirmed that my number is still being shown as a postpaid number and that there is no reference to the transactions(postpaid bill clearance+conversion charges) in their data base.kindly look into the matter considering the reputation of Reliance.

                            Hi,

                            i am facing issues with Reliance broadband internet services. i have the taken the 1 Mbps connection one and half month back so far i havnt recieved the promised speed or somewhere near to that speed. i am getting around 10 Kbps speed most of the times. i have made N number of complaints and they have been closed with out prior notice to the client. Every time i call to customer care they will tell some story stating for the next 3 days the connection will be down and after 3 days when i call back again they will tell me same story it has been going from the last 1 and half month.

                              We have received threatening calls from people representing Reliance Communication Limited regarding payment of some bills for a connectivity that has been closed/terminated.

                              These numbers are [protected] by the Name Payal Choudhary. They have mentioned themselves as Delhi Patiala high court employees, and then asked a particular Advocate Ms. Rathore to be contacted. Ms. Rathore number is[protected].
                              Both of them threaten of legal consequences from delhi high Court, on behalf of Reliance Communication, and for a connection that has been inactive/closed since months.

                              Can Reliance Communication please look into this unsolicited calls being done on their behalf?

                                this is the second time that i am writing complain for the same problem.
                                on 13th june RS26 was deducted from my account for auto renewal of SMS pack which gave me 1 paisa per SMS.
                                on 21 june, 2013 at 14:37 I received a message from 52811 saying that my SMS 1 paisa pack has been deactivated on my number [protected],
                                whereas I haven’t demanded for any such deactivation.
                                on calling 198 i was being told that my sms pack is still activated and i shouldn't worry about it.
                                till the date for each sms i send Re1 is deducted from my balance.
                                and on calling 198 again today aswell i was assured that sms pack is still activated.
                                on sending sms again rs2 were deducted from my balance.
                                and on further calling 198 i was told that due to technical fault i can't be helped.
                                please
                                either
                                refund my balance that is RS 26 plus extra rs 3 which was deducted because of wrong information given to me as i haven't availed any benefits from it
                                and then i will be done from messaging once and for all because trusting a customer care executive is hard for me now!
                                and
                                please give me uninterrupted services because i can't afford to call 198 in every 10-15 days for one thing or other

                                Reliance — giving wrong information

                                this is satish.im using reliance number [protected] from oct 2009.i bought this sim with 49rs and recharged this with rs 51 to get reliance simple no condition offer(life time).
                                now my call costs are local/STD 50paise and sms also 50paise any network through out india.
                                now i am going to other state but still i want to use the same sim because roaming for this offer is 50paise and national calls for this is also 50paise as in net.To conform this i called customer care but they are telling that according to the info available to them call cost are rs 1.50 and incoming while roaming is rs1/-.im attaching the image which is availabe in reliance web site which has the tariffs for life time.

                                  my name is Abitalib saify and my number is [protected]. couple of days ago i recharged my account with balance of rupee 50. and on the same day the balance was deducted from my account. i thought that my gprs pack was over so i had'nt called the customer care. on the same night i recharged my account with a 3G data pack of 255 but i was getting the speed of the 2G network. so i called the customer care and told them about the incident and after that they told me that both the packs are still active on my phone. so i told them about the incident of my balance deduction, and they told me that there is no record of balance deduction on our sheet. so i told them to deactivate my 2G data pack. but still it have not been done and due to this m facing a lot of problems they have blocked my number also. it will be a great help from ur side i[censored] can do something.

                                    On my friend recommendation I had purchased 2 postpaid SIM cards from Reliance communication through DSA and the Tariff plan was also fine , out those one got wrongly activated ( DSA Promised me he will activate 8880XXX888 but [protected] is activated ) which i don’t want to use .

                                    When i called to DSA to terminate the connection or to change the MDN . he said me to go to Reliance web world to Change the MDN or call to 198 to terminate the connection. since the web world is almost 30 KM away from my place , i don’t wanted to go there and i called to 198 spent almost thirty minutes to transfer the call to concern department and given a requested to Terminate the connection , and adjust the balance amount in the refundable deposit to My other Number . But the Redaction team executive informed that it is not possible to adjust the amount. When i given the example of similar transaction in same network. she stopped responding to me and put my call on mute mode for some time and disconnected the call . where i am waiting for her response .

                                    i and lodged a complaint against that CCR , and keep on following almost from last 15 days , no one is responded or contacted, and they are keep on giving the false commitment.

                                    so finally we are planning to port some other Network with all my friends and family , kindly refer or contact me if any other service provide with Good tariff plan, we will port at least 20 connection

                                    I had activated the caller tune from reliance services, after using that services I deactivated it after using that. I had sent message to customer for deactivation, but no response from care executives. After 4 days 30 rs had been renewed, after deactivating why the balance had been cut. I thought to call customer care executives but after calling 25 calls I had been succeseed to contact them, but when rings and after that the care executives pick up the phones and kept on hold.
                                    This such type of disgusting things are happenening and we are suffering a lot..Plz listen and solve this problem.

                                    I have applied for MNP UPC-TT879696(From Tata Docomo CDMA To Reliance CDMA) on 12th May-2011 at Reliance Webworld @ Cuddalore (Tamilnadu,INDIA PIN-607001), After submitting all my proofs and i have paid deposit for new post paid connection and i have been informed by the executive the porting will be done within 7 days.

                                    But still nothing happened and i have called up to the given showroom number, After making so many calls i got an update saying that your porting request is rejected and reason was not given.

                                    And I was instructed to submit all my ID/Address proofs with porting code again and I need to wait for seven more days, And I have asked about old proofs that I have submitted and there was no answer, Irritating.

                                    Great disappointment and mistake that I have chosen Reliance and I feel very bad since I have submitted all my docs but still you people have rejected my application. I want an immediate reply .

                                      I am a customer of Reliance for more than 6 months now and not a single month to pass by where the connectivity is not disrupted. Earlier the complaints were lodged and issues used to get resolved in 2-3 days and no waiver was offered as all the request used to get closed within 24 hours and as per Reliance policy no waiver was provided. So every time you have to call and verify whether the request is closed or not and Reliance will never check with customer whether the issue is resolved or not. Last month the internet connectivity was not there for a week and no waiver is provided again. Customer care refused to take the complaint and writing a mail to [protected]@relianceada.com hasn't worked. I have gone through all the possible escalation mechanism from customer care, appellete body and Reliance president services without any response and action.

                                      Currently my connection is not working since 12th June and no action is taken yet. Kindly do the needful to get the connectivity restored.

                                      I got my issue fixed externally as there is no assistance what so ever from Reliance. It is highly unprofessional as I went through complaining across their complete hierarchy from customer care to appellate body till Reliance president services without my issue getting resolved.

                                      So my suggestion is get it resolved yourself and don't expect any rebate if yours is postpaid connection. BTW confirm first whether your service is suspended or not if the payment is not made. As your service will get suspended without fail and you will get bills irrespective of the fact whether you have connectivity or not.

                                      I took the netconnect Broadband connection on Nov 1st 2011, First I paid around INR 2200, and they told me it will be applicable for 3 months, after 3 months I can go for advance rental or monthly rental.



                                      So after three months over I went for 4 months advance rental plan, in between once I paid some 300+ Rs, once some 190+ Rs, they asked me to pay because of billing period issues.



                                      Then it was very troublesome for me to follow up with customer service or Reliance outlet, because every month I will face some issue, for example once they disconnected my line, since I didn’t pay 190 Rs, which I was not aware of it at all.



                                      I am working for a Singapore company, since suddenly they deactivated my line, I was unable to connect, which I didn’t think of deactivation at all, around May or June 2012, when I called customer service, asking why I was unable to connect, they told me "the service was deactivated, since I didn’t make the 190 Rs, and whatever it is, if I make the payment, then only they can activate the line. Immediately I rushed to the outlet to make the payment and after 4 hours they activated the line, which disturbed my work to the maximum, then I called my SG office to tell the issue and ask sorry from them, because of this reliance issue"



                                      Because of the above issue, I asked the outlet people, is there any long term rental available, then they suggested me to go for 6 months rental and asked they asked for a letter and address proof to convert to 6 months rental, and after providing the same, I made my first 6 months rental in June 2012, which was for the period June to December 2012.

                                      I made my next 6 months rental Rs 3400, in the same Reliance outlet in Dec 2012, which will be active up to June 19th 2013. Then in the month of April, I went and ask the outlet people, regarding my next rental payment, And they told me to make the payment in June 2013.



                                      But meanwhile, I received a bill for Rs 750 on May 20th, the billing period is from April 20th to May 19th. I was shocked by this bill, went to the same Reliance outlet (Coimbatore – Singanallur outlet, where I made the advance rental payment), to ask regarding the bill, they simply told me that my advance rental is active up to June 2013, so they don’t know why the bill got generated, and asked me to call customer service and check with them.



                                      So, when I called the customer service on May 22nd, they told me that, my advance rental plan is not activated and the connection is under silver line plan, so every month bill around 800 got deducted from Rs.3400 and it was over by March, that is why getting a bill for April.



                                      Then CS people told me that no other choice other than making the payment, then asked me to wait for 48 hours, to check anything can be done. So after 48 hours, when I call nothing happened, like this I called the customer service every day and waited until May 29th, on May 29th, I asked Customer service people to pass the phone to their superior, at first they refused to give, when I was extremely angry, so they pass the line to their Floor supervisor, and she told me that she will create a complaint and the complaint will be resolved in 5 days, and gave me the complaint number[protected], Which is not yet resolved..



                                      I used to call the CS people every day, regarding this complaint, they told me another 24 hours, at last on 10th of June, Mrs.Janani from Racecourse – Coimbatore Reliance head office, called me and told me the below. She told me that this advance rental plan is called “RETENTION PLAN”. Since I have taken my 6 months advance rental in June 2012, I can not take another 6 months advance rental in Dec 2012, Since the outlet people are not aware of this plan, they have failed to inform the customer regarding this plan, and just took the money from the customer. She asked me to make this 750 Rs payment, there is no other go, and she promised that she will activate 2 months 0 rental for me”, because my 6 months advance rental is still there. When I asked for some acknowledgement for the same, she told me that cant give any acknowledgement, regarding this issue, but she told me, when I call in the office phone, she will answer the office phone call. So yesterday I went and made the payment of 760 Rs, even though it is none of my fault, and after that called at least 20 times to the number[protected], to inform Janani about my payment. It is keep on ringing, nobody answer the call.







                                      On June 6th I raised one more complaint on Reliance outlet, where I made the 6 months advance rental in Dec 2012, but they are not willing to give any information and asking the customer to talk to customer service people, for each and every single issue. The complaint number is[protected] . When I went and ask here, they told me it is because of short of man power in the office. They gave me their supervisor number [protected], and asked me to talk to him, but he is also not answering his phone call.







                                      1. Is it the customer’s fault, if the outlet has short of manpower.



                                      2. In what way it is correct to ask me to pay another Rs. 750, without which cant proceed further. Why should I pay Rs.750 for the month of April 2013, when my advance rental is already there?



                                      3. Since I always face short of time and extremely tired with the outlet and customer service people, I just went and paid that Rs. 750 in reliance web world also, after that when I call Janani to inform the same (who told me to pay the amount and promised me for 2 months 0 rental), not answering the phone call at all. I don’t know why people are failing to keep their promises.



                                      4. I have checked with customer service also and came to know that zero rental is not activated for[protected].



                                      5. I am very very tired with the service (no words to say) and billing issues, so I want a right person to take up this issue and solve this issue ASAP. I don’t want to face any such issue in future, it is very irritating, because of which I am loosing concentration in my office work.



                                      Above all I have received my another bill on June 21st, So I have called the customer service once again on June 21st, interaction number is [protected], created by Floor Supervisor (Suguna or Chandra don’t remember exactly). Can you please look into this issue and help to solve ASAP.

                                        THIS IS SWATHI.I TOOK RELIANCE NET CONNECTION POST PAID FOR A PERIOD OF THREE MONTHS. I HAVE PAID THE WHOLE AMOUNT FOR THREE MONTHS(JUNE 2013-AUG 2013). I AM NOT SUPPOSED TO PAY ANY AMOUNT FOR THE NEXT THREE MONTHS(TILL AUGUST). YESTERDAY i.e ON[protected] I HAVE RECEIVED BILL FROM RELIANCE THAT I HAVE TO PAY AN AMOUNT OF RUPEES 3000/-. I HAVE CONTACTED BUT THEY HAVE NOT RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM. TODAY ON[protected] THEY HAVE TERMINATED THE NET CONNECTION. I AN WAITING FOR OFFER LETTER THROUGH MAIL.BECAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM I WAS UNABLE TO CHECK MY MAIL. THIS IS CAUSING MENTAL STRESS TO ME. PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD.

                                        I kiranben Kundalia Would like to bring to your notice that my Tel No. is 3997788, with internet connection no. user ID No.[protected], Average Bill I was getting Rs. 50 /- to 60 /- in Oct’ 2008. I got bill of Rs. 4568.99. in Bill Date 27/10/2008 Total Charges Rs. 4850.02 of which paid Rs. 2, 460.71, Due Rs. 2, 752.99 . I did complain at surat office many time, to know & get Detail Bill, but did not get any response. I have camplained is consumer Dept. Surat also. I got notice from your surat Advocate-Mittal K. Shotos, So I paid by Ch. No. 113395 of Corporation Bank of Rs. 3478.05 Dt. 24/1/09.in My Bill dt. 27/01/09 Due Shour is Rs. 346.50.
                                        My Main Point is to get Detail Bill, Though I have paid all the Dues. I will be thankfull if I can get Details Bill.

                                        This is Swathi Sree K, I am the customer of Reliance Netconnect+ and my data card number is [protected].Presently i am in ADVANCE RENTAL PLAN OF 1124(3 months unlimited plan), regarding this payment made on 03-jun-2012 and activated as per your records activated on 08-jun-2013 (previously ie., till 03-mar-2013 it was in prepaid plan then i converted it to postpaid along with adv rental plan of 1124/- at hyderabad which was valid till 03-jun-2013).But unfortunately, i got unbilled usage of 3424/- on 23-jun-2013(sunday)which i found as a mistake of billing dept through rel customer care and i have given a complaint reg this and the request number is[protected] and most inconvenient thing is that they are terminating my connection now and then stating the same reason o[censored]nbilled usage and i launched a complaint against the same and that request number is [protected], Please see that the both complaints should be closed with proper response as early as possible.And i have documented every bill and mail even the recordings of customer care telecalling. Hope you ll help in this regard.
