Reliance General Insurance — policy never received

i would like to bring your attention towards the non reception of my

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY GENERAL INSURENCE KIT STILL

i have not recieved my car insurance. i made the payment last 3weeks back still iam not recieved the policy
