Please file this case in consumer court stating the Defficiency in services and mental harrasment by reliance staff.

Case is : On 4/12/09 friday , i met with an accident and on same date i intimated reliance general insurance for the same. my claim no. is [protected], after 24 hrs there is no response from their side then i decided and intimate thru mail that as there is delay from their side i am repairing my car without survey. After this mail they send me the maill (mail enclosed herewith) stating apolpgies from their side and send the surveyor contact detail for further procedure.then i met with the surveyor and submitted all the document asked by him on 07/12/09. after regular followup, till date my paper are not submitted in their claim office.(my request no. are 808166 and 813861).attached the claim bill and policy.and now they are saying they will not pay my claim.

Harrasment /Delay to survay vehical.

Case is; on 05/05/11 my vehical( innova) registration no MH04DE4446 hit by truck noMH11Z481. at western express highway 1.15pm. at that time i immidiatly registerd my FIR NO. TAR NO.110/11 at vakola police station santacruz.i also call reliance call center & logged my claim no.[protected]. after loging claim i wait for survayer. claim department sent me sms of two survayer named (1) mr. sameer wesavkar[protected]mob. no.[protected] (2) mr.nandan bhat[protected]mob no.[protected]. i contact both person for vehical survay but both not give me response.after that i contact senior officer for survay mr. Anil solkar mob.[protected]. mr. solkar told me there is noone to survay u r vehical pls wait till monday(09/05/11) there is shortage of staff because of vacation.
If there is shortage of staff then how reliace insurence running there company by harrasing so many customers.
they vesting my two days.

who is reponsible for this.

    policy not received

    I have given the cheque on 12-Nov-2009 for renewal of my car policy for the 2nd year with Reliance General Insurance which was due on 16-Nov-2009.I have not received my policy till today i.e. 22-Dec-2009.I have tried to contact the agent as well as the renewing branch "n" no of times but got no response from them.I also lodged complain twice at reliance call center but no results.
    They have not yet deposited my cheque also.br...

    Dear Sir,

    I was called by Telesales Team (Ms.Prianka) for purchase of Healthwise Insurance Policy. I have purchased policy from her on 18/11/2009 (Policy No.[protected] and made payment thru HSBC Card Card via telephone. I was promised by her that the policy will be sent to me within 10 days from the date of Issue of Policy. But till date I have not received any Insurance copy even soft copy of the same is not sent to me. Even after repeatative complain (Complain No 775077 Dt.30/11/2009 & 11/12/2009) but it does not fall on the deaf ear of the company. Infact I was told that now since I have lodged the complan I need to wait another 15 Days.

    I don;t understand do I need to beg for my policy which is my right & need to submit to company for claiming income tas benefit. If company cannot send policy what is the fate of claim.

    Please help me to get my polcy copy so I don't loss income tax benefit.

    Reliance General Insurance — insurance claim cheque not send

    Dear Sir
    We are very sorry to write you that inspite of sevral request reminder sinece 19.04.08, we could not recieved our chaque of our claim refrence no, [protected], vehical Esteem Car bearing Ragistration No. PB11M4049 engine no. 241696 which is insured by you vide your covernote no. [protected] for the period of 10.08.07 to 09.08.08, it has met with an accident on 19.04.08.
    we are suffering too much losses since one year & use a private taxy since Apr 2008, we pay approxemetely Rs. 1 lac to Taxy owners.
    you are requested kindly take action immeditely and oreder to your company to pay our claim alongewith our losses & intrest.

    Reliance General Insurance — Insurance Policy Issue

    We Purchased the Health insurance policy from Reliance General Insurance, using IVR (Using Credit Card). The payment has been made and its almost more than 2 months but we have not received any policy number, document for the same.

    When we contact their customer care by phone or E-mail they say they are not able to locate our policy details. I have given them all bank details but they are still unable to locate anything.

    Please help us.

    Reliance General Insurance — not sending of insurance policy

    We bought car insurance on 20.02.2010 with Reliance General Insurance, the date of insurance commencement 28.03.2010. The sales person told us the policy would be mailed to us shortly. After 2 weeks, our driver tried to get in touch with the sales person to ask where the policy was, but that sales person had left the company. After that, he tried to speak to someone else about this, but was constantly thrown off the line.

    In the third week of April I called myself. After also been cut off several times, I finally got through to someone. He promised me the policy would reach me within a few days. I called again on 27 April, again after being cut off several times, finally talked to someone who told me the policy wasn't even sent off yet (!), but it would happen straight away and he gave me a complaint number 1134341. On May 17th I called again because I still haven't received my policy. They said the policy was sent on April 28th and I should call the courier. When I asked why they wouldn't do that, since it is your responsibility, they said they could not make outside calls.

    So I called the courier, Express IT, on the number Reliance gave me:[protected]. On this number a computer voice answers saying they are too busy, but someone will answer shortly. Well, shortly means never. Also during my telecon with Reliance they promised to send me a soft copy of the policy by email. Needless to say, they haven't done that. So, I still don't have my policy and am actually driving around illegally because of that. Reliance customer care center is difficult to reach, their service is lousy, if not non-existent. I will not recommend their company to anyone. I find it actually criminal behaviour that they cash our cheque, but not deliver the product that we pay for.

      I have mentioned all the things point wise below:

      1. On 14th October 2008, Mrs. Punam Asthana took the Reliance Health Policy. Policy Number - [protected] by paying Premium of Rs. 2,115=00. Policy Plan – Silver. Policy coverage of Rs. 2 lacs only.
      2. The last date for renewal of Policy was 13th October 2009. There was a 15 days grace period also.
      3. Policy was taken in Gurgaon. Presently, policy holder is in Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
      4. On 11th October 2009, Mr. Sitesh Rajan, S/o Mrs. Punam Asthana, made a call to Medi Assit India Pvt. Limited on its toll free number –[protected]. Customer care agent gave the toll free number of Reliance General Insurance Company Limited’s Customer Care. (Customer Care No.[protected]. A request for renewal of Policy was submitted, Request No. 25950.
      5. Mr. Rajan received a call from Reliance and agent advised for renewal of policy through Credit card. As the customer didn’t have credit card, agent told that he will forward the request to concerned department for cheque pick-up.
      6. Again on 13th October 2009, Mr. Rajan made a call to Reliance customer care to enquire about the development. Executive assured for a quick response in this regard. Agent also told that there is no office of Reliance General Insurance in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. On request, executive gave the address of Patna branch of Reliance General Insurance. Customer care executive told the customer that he is re-forwarding the request and customer will receive a call from Reliance’s side soon.
      7. In the meantime, Mr. Rajan went to the office of Reliance Life Insurance Co. Limited, Near M.D.D.M. College, Muzaffarpur. Executive told that there is no office of Reliance General Insurance in Muzaffarpur.
      8. Till 28th October 09, there was a no response from Reliance General Insurance. On 29th October 09, customer again made to call to Reliance customer care. Lodged complain regarding this issue. Complain number – 701967. Agent advised to wait for 72 hours. Agent gave the address of Reliance General Insurance, Gurgaon office as policy was issued by Gurgaon office.
      9. No response till 3rd November 2009. On 4th November 2009 made a call to Gurgaon office of Reliance General Insurance. Unable to talk. Then, made to call to Customer care of Reliance. Executive told that he will re-forward complain and advised to wait.
      10. After few days, received a call from Reliance. Executive confirmed address and told that executive will visit for cheque pick-up in two days.
      11. In the meantime, on 11th November 2009, sent a letter to the Gurgaon office of Reliance General Insurance. In the letter mentioned all the details and requested for a quick response on this matter.
      12. Again on 12th November 2009, made a call to Customer care of Reliance. Agent assured a call back from concerned department today itself.
      13. On 12th November 2009, received a call from Mr. Brijendra Kumar, SM, Reliance General Insurance from [protected]. As per Mr. Kumar, he received a mail from Mumbai office today itself. Told him that we made a request on 11th October itself. Mr. Kumar told that he will talk to Mumbai office/customer care and enquire why it took 1 month to process the request. Mr. Kumar told he will call back later.
      14. On 12th November 2009, received a call from Mumbai office of Reliance. (Number[protected]. Executive told that policy can not be renewed. Told him all details. In reply to this executive said that he will look out for possible ways and will get back in a day or two.
      15. On 12th November 2009, in evening, made a call to Mr. Brijendra Kumar. Mr. Kumar in meeting, told to call in 1 hr.
      16. On 12th November 2009, received a call from Mr. Vivek Jha (No.- [protected]). Agent confirmed address and came to home. Agent said we have to take a new policy. Previous policy can’t be renewed. Agent also told that there is a office of Reliance General Insurance at Bhagwanpur Chowk, Muzaffarpur.

      These are the sequences. Kindly look in the matter and do the needful.

      I purchased Reliance General insurance Policy for my Car[protected] from Grugaon agent (13 BRG113) w.e.f. Jan.'2010 through Mr. Vijay Chadha ([protected]), at the time of Buying policy I was told that Reliance has cash less facility with my regular service centere i.e. Pearl Honda Service Center - Gurgaon, Sector 37...which is not correct. Secondly, I was told by Reliance Call Center girl as well as agent that the moment premium cheque gets credited I'll be getting handy Car vacuum cleaner which never happend till date ...

        Dear Sir,

        I had purchased car Insurance Policy for my Honda City Car No. DL 7CF 6532 which is valid upto 20.11.2010 from your Agent (Agency Code 308594). The cheque was given by me in September 2009. The Cover Note No.[protected] was given to me and the agent Mr. Puneet said that the Insurance Policy will reach me within 15 days. But now more than 2 months have passed and the insurance policy has not reached me. I am trying to contact your agent and also your customer care person Ms. Diksha but they are not responding.

        non receipt of MEDICLAIM policy document

        Dear Sir,

        I had purchased general Insurance Policy for my family health insurance. From your tele calling Agent through credit card. The Cover Note No.[protected] was given to me and the agent said that the Insurance Policy will reach me within 15 days. But now more than 1 months have passed and the insurance policy has not reached me. I am trying to contact your agent and also your customer care person.

          claim no [protected] gj1 hp 4775 tata safaridt.[protected] car insurance(reliance general insurance) unjustified delay no response
          Its been one month i have not received any reply or any intimation from
          any of your serveyor regarding the next procedure.
          Kindly give us your stipulated time period.I await your reply
          reliance general insurance company is very clever tap at time of
          premium but after service is really pathetic and that time they
          not giving proper reply.
          I have already informed your customer care so many time. Reliance Insurance
          Company is very big in name but in real world they are not giving any
          type of service to thei givan proper service to their client.

          i have loaded my TATA Safari car at Cargo motors service station at Aslali
          on 10th October, 2009. It has been more than one month but we didnt get any
          response either from TATA motors service station or from Reliance regarding what
          is the next procedure we have to follow. we have done multiple call to the Reliance
          customer care center but there is no response from there too.

          As Reliance is giving gurantee of good services to their customer we are surprised
          that is this service Reliance General Insurance providing to their customer by
          not giving any response for more than a month...?

          Car Insurance — Delay & No Response

          I have been keep discussing on the claim which i had posted to IFFCO TOKYO few months back for my CAR TN 24V9898 which has met with an accident during JAN 2009 . I really don’t see any improvements from my end as a customer to IFFCO – TOKYO .

          IFFCO TOKYO should not twist my harms too much for the same ...

            Claim not settled after 7 months
            Dear Sir.

            I am Davinder kumar aggarwal father of payal aggarwal r/o A-6 238 Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. My Car Santro No. DL8CJ 2783 has been theft in A-6 Paschim Vihar on 1st May 2009. I had the Motor Insurance from Reliance General Insurance CO. Ltd. vide Insurance Policy No [protected]. I have submitted all the required documents to Mr Sunil Jain (Investigator of Motor theft) appointed by Reliance. . Now it is 4 Months to submit all the documents to them. I am regularly doing follow up with them for the Claim Amount but they are really not giving the proper response and My Claim NO. [protected].

            getting claim of my theft Santro Car No.DL 8CJ 2783. I have
            submitted all required documents in the month of june and
            since then I am waiting for the claim Amount.

            I have called many times to their office in New Delhi. and speak
            with madam Priyanka . In August she told me that claim is cleared by one officer and the second officer will clear the file with in one or two days. But in last of august she told me that you contact with Mr. Sanjay Vats the sr officer in claim deptt. I called many times with Sanjay Vats but he not give a satisfactory reply. In Sep. they appointed a new surveyor Mr. G.B.Mathur who contact me on 13-09-09. I give him all the documents which was required by him on 13-09-09. After that he assured me that the report is habited in two or three days then your claim is settled. After that I called many times with Sanjay Vats and Mr G.B. Mathur but they always reply that some our side requirement is pending which is cleared in one or two days after that your claim is settled. At last i visit office in plot no 60, Modi Mills complex on dt. 10-11-09 vide company visitor resistor sr no 8 and meet personally with Sanjay Vats. he promised me to clear the claim before 15-11-09 as all the requirement is complete. I contact on dt 18-09-09 to Mr Sanjay vats then he told me that some requirement is pending. it will take one or two months from today. You book complaint on call centre

            Reliance General Insurance — waiting for the policy for last two months

            i had sent a policy to reliance general insurance with ploicy no. [protected] for the change of ownership on date19/06/08. i had made several calls to the agent pankaj, then many calls to shilpa of Jk insurance noida.but no body help me out.just asking me to wait n wait. ITS ALREADY 26/08/2008 and i m waiting.

              I have old Mediclaim Policy No[protected]. it expired on 15 th October and I have deposited the premium in Cash on 16 Th October.Till Date I have not received any kind of document/new policy details. I called customer care and they took the complain against complain no 713898 and with closing date of 21 st November. They also confirmed me about the receipt of cash and to send the policy details as soon as possible via email as well as courier. But till date no cimmunication has been made.

                My car had an accident & a claim was put up for the same..
                Claim no.[protected] .. .
                the car was repaired at King (ford) motrors Surat.
                the total bill was 1, 12, 076/- your company has send an sms that Rs 61, 940/- has been approved.. that is 55%. . . THIS WAS NOT DONE ON CASHLESS BASIS ( as promised).

                your claim process here shows, the claim passed to be cashless and 100% !!! HOW???
                Also I want the details for the approval...

                  dear sir/mam,
                  i have bought a car insurance policy but agent gave me only cover note
                  when i aplied for claim company said that policy does not exist.
                  agent gave me another cover note and promised that is original
                  and policy will be sent within one or two weeks.but still i have not received
                  the policy AFTER TWO MONTHS.and he is saying for tomarrow,for tomarrow
                  and so on.
                  please look this matter.

                    I have taken the mediclaim policy[protected] of Reliance General Insurance in year 2007. The next premium due was on Sep 2009. I have not recieved any renewal premium notice and because of the same I could not deposit the premium.
                    The complaint was launched at customer care of Reliance general insurance but they have refused to accept their accountability on the same.

                      Dear All,

                      This entire Harrasment session is going on from last 5 months.

                      1.During the last week of May 2009 we have submitted the duly application of mediclaim policy of my father and mother (for a sum insured of Rs. 500000), along with all the documents required and cheque to the agent Mr. Manoj Agarwal from Reliance General Insurance. Then he informed medical test has to be conducted as my father is of 60 yrs and my mother is 50 Plus.

                      2. We did the medical test which was clear and so waited for policy as we were informed by Mr. Manoj Agarwal that he will collect the medical test result papers from the doctor.

                      3. After few weeks when we haven't received the policy we callled Mr. Agarwal, then he informed that medical reports are pending, so i collected from doctor and sublitted to him, thoucgh he earlier told that he shall collect the medical reports from doctor.

                      4. By now we again asked him that there is nothing pending from our side which he confirmed and commited that the policy will be received by us with in 2-3 weeks.

                      5. Based on his commitments we again waited for 3 weeks. But still we haven't received the policy and called Mr. Agarwal, by then he gave one more excuse that the premium ammount has changed you have to issue a new cheque.

                      6. Then i transfered him the premium ammount stated by him t his ICICI Bank account instead of issuing new cheque on 08/09/2009 ( Ammount transfered Rs. 6794/-)

                      7. Post that again few more weeks passed still we haven't received the policy and he was not responding to the phone calls.

                      8. Finally we cantacted the branch manager then he informed that heis branch havent received any application which as a applicant was not our fault, as we have submitted all the required documents and the paymnet to their representative.

                      9. Then finally we signed a new application form and received the soft copy of policy today. But we have applied and commited for the sum insured of Rs. 500000 which i mentioned earlier, aslo the premium receipt shows the paid ammount as Rs. 5459. There is a difference of Rs.1335.

                      Now we realise this is nothing but a fraud and we are going through teremendous mental harrasment in following up with all the stake holders.

                        I took a Mediclaim policy (Policy No.[protected] from Reliance General Insurance on 1st July 2009 but still I don't receive any policy documents at my address. I have complaint twice to their customer care centre for this matter but the result is nothing.
                        I don't why this big company is doing such a froud to the customer. Once, they receive the premium from customer, they should deliver the policy documents which 15 days. But, I am still suffering for this. I need my policy document at my address otherwise the company should refund my premium amount back to me.

                        I have been a Reliance General Insurance policy holder since 2007-08. I have renewed the insurnace for the period 2009-10 by paying an amount of Rs.5658/-through S.B.T cheque No.012791 and it was cleared from the S.B.T, Akkulam Branch on 06.05.2009.The policy certificate and other meterials are I.T.exemption at Source.Hence I request that you may kindly send the Policy Certificate and other meterials at the earliest.

Today It has been stated from the Branch that the matter is pending on the part of head office. thus this complained being made by me with more grievance.                           I am a policyholder of above-mentioned policy No.:[protected]. I had paid an amount of Rs. 1568/- through account payee Cheque No 246844 dated 10.12.08 drawn on my S.B A/c No. [protected] with UBI, Main Branch, Meerut. The said cheque has been cleared from my saving account on 17.12.08. But, receipt has been issued from your head office for Rs. 1121/- dated 27.12.08 only. There is a difference between cheque amount and receipt amount of Rs.447/-. I have not received cheque for the said difference till date. In this regard I have made a complaint on customer care vide complaint No.220022. And further I have made a complaint on 3053026 to Mr. Lallan Jha of your branch in the beginning of last month. He told me “your cheque will be sent within 15 days at your residence”. But, even after expiry of a month, the cheque has not been received.

                          Copy of passbook and receipt issued by your head office is enclosed for your kind perusal.

                          Therefore, you are requested to kindly acknowledge the receipt of this letter and send a cheque of Rs. 447/- at my address within a week.

                            I have purchased a medi-claim policy from 'Reliance General Insurance'. Policy named Healthwise Silver policy. I purchased this policy on 31-July-2009 and policy No is :[protected] for one year.

                            The concerned customer care executive told me while purchasing that the hard copy of the policy will be delivered to my residential address at Pune within 10 working days. Means this was supposed to be reach to me till 10th or 11th Aug-09.

                            I learned their complete procedure & learned how they provide services, confirmed about delivery of policy hard copy, cashless benefit card & other services and then only I purchased the said policy.

                            On 10th Aug, I contacted them & informed that yet I have not received the policy hard copy. Their cool customer care took that into consideration upon my follow-up and dispatched the copy on 12th of Aug. (Please note here that this was supposed to reach me before 10th which they dispatched on 12th by the great Reliance Gen Insurance)

                            Here it is not over, when it again did not reached to me till 19th, I doubted on their so called customer care services (which are found as careless in actual) and I complained to them. Surprisingly, Reliance Gen Insurance again dispatched it on 19th, I asked "what about that policy copy you already dispatched on 12th Aug? Are you sending the duplicate copy?" but they couldn't answer it.

                            Till today (23.08.09), I have not received the policy hard copy from Reliance General Insurance. Many Times I sent email to their customer careless center & called, launched complaints.
                            Every time they noted all details and informed me that they again dispatching.

                            I have yet not received my policy hard copy. I want my money back or policy hard copy and what about my loss of money, time & efforts following these worst service providers?

                              1. There is renewal due on 29th July for policy[protected] and nobody
                              contacted me for renewal from Reliance General Insurance.
                              2. I tried to contact Mr. Sachin B. Satpute who has collected my previous
                              cheque and documents and he simply ignored my call with "Wrong number"
                              answer. I know he is working with Relience and you can find him
                              roaming in Aundh Webstore.
                              3. Finally i called toll free no and their customer service guy assured me that somone will collect payment within 7 working days. Service request no[protected]
                              4. After 11 days i contacted them again as nobody from Reliance General Insurance even bothered to call me. Again i receive the same response from them and they said they can-t do anything.

                              My policy is already expired. The contact no for local branch is not working. I feel it is relience policy to continue only for 2 year with customer and discourage renewal for 3rd year onward so they have to pay back less claims and collect money only by making new customers. They are simply cheating with customers and Insurance regulation authorities should look into this and cancel their service license. You can simply search in Google find out how many complains against them.

                              For any information call me at [protected] and i will expose their fraud for in favor of public of India and around.
                              There is renewal due on 22nd November for policy [protected] and nobody
                              contacted me for renewal from Reliance General Insurance. and also my residential address (pincode) is wrong please do the needful

                                COMPLAINT AGAINST RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE CO. LTD FOR ISSUING CAR INSURANCE POLICY FOR LESS ID VALUE OF Rs. 3, 01, 000/- INSTEAD OF Rs.3, 18, 000/- AND NON-DELIVERY OF GIFT ITEM BY THEIR AGENT [DELHI BRANCH CODE 1302/297272]

                                Ref: Policy No. [protected] and Cover Note No.[protected] in respect of Hyundai car i-10 Era DL 4C AJ 1242

                                Dear Sir,
                                Earlier my Hyundai car i-10 Era Model bearing registration No. DL 4C AJ 1242 was insured with HDFC up to March, 2009. I received a number of repeated telephonic calls from the representative (Ms Swati) for the insurance of my car from Reliance as she will give discount up to 45% and the value of my car was assessed to Rs. 3, 18, 000/-. Besides she also promised me to give a complimentary gift worth Rs. 500/- in case the insurance is being done through them. She constantly pursuaded me to issue the post-dated cheque for the insurance of my aforesaid car from Reliance General Insurance through their agency. Accordingly I issued the post-dated cheque for Rs. 7, 360/- in favour of Reliance General Insurance. The photostat copy of the receipt is enclosed. But I received the Cover Note No.[protected] from Reliance General Insurance for the value of 3, 01, 000/- instead of 3, 18, 000/-. I talked to the Ms. Swati and Ms Taruna and told them that I have been issued the cover note for less ID value of 3, 01, 000/- instead of 3, 18, 000/-. She told me that it has been done by mistake and she will get it rectified within a fortnight period but till date nothing has been done.

                                It would be appreciated if the Reliance General Insurance Company is asked to look into the matter and do the needful without further delay under intimation to me.

                                  Respected Sir,
                                  I had got insured my Vehicle no. CH04B 7178 from National Insurance Co. Ltd
                                  on 16.02.09 and policy no. is 361701/31/08/[protected]. Earlier i got it in
                                  sured from Reliance General Insurance and my insurance no. was [protected] which expired on 31.01.09. After getting my vehicle insured from National when i asked from No Claim Bonus, I was told by the executive that once they got letter from Reliance General Insurance that i have not claim any insurance then only they will give NCB to me. Regarding this a letter was sent to Reliance from National Insurance.When no reply came from Reliance
                                  two reminder was sent again but nothing has happened as yet. Whenever i call up executive of National Insurance, I was told that I have to wait as my
                                  earlier insurance was from Chandigarh so i have to wait for their letter.
                                  I am fed up from this, please help me out. I would be grateful

                                    Attached is the Policy Cert # [protected] and Previous Policy # [protected].

                                    PLEASE take note of the Period of Insurance from 00:00 hrs on 13/02/2009 to Midnight on 12/02/2009

                                    Secondly, on a NO CLAIM issue the NET Premium should decreased but here they have increased the same from Rs.5968/= to Rs.6735/=

                                    Thirdly, they are supposed to send us MediClaim Cards for the Family; they have FAILED to do so since 13/02/2008.

                                    THIS IS THE TYPE OF SERVICE RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE provides SERVICE TO ITS CUSTOMERS, ONCE THEY HAVE GOT YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT BOTHER OF AFTER SALES SERVICE.

                                      I guess Anil Ambani hasn't learn anything from his father, rather he has learned a few thing from Amar Singh. I runs a hoax company by the name of Reliance General Insurance. It is basically meant to swallow up your money. I purchased policy from this company on 23rd Jul 2009, but didn't read the reviews till 28th Jul 2009.

                                      On 29th Jul 2009 I canceled my policy, I was actually expecting instant money debiting into my account. Behold, the fraud is here. I wrote a mail to the consumer cell, and after four days I got "revert back". On 3rd July 2009 they me a send mail and a service number. I waited for those auspicious seven days to get over and I call back, apparently the money is not in my account on 10th Jul 2009. The dear customer care dare to tell me that they will pity me and put my request in expedite list and give another service number. I call the customer care number and enter my new services number. Message is the issue is resolved. I call the customer care, and again they try to give me a number but this time they don't even do that.

                                      So what do I do now I "revert back" to consumer cell. I will not only ask for my money but Rs. 400 I have spend on phone bill, Rs 600 of the Man hours I had taken me to have all the reverting back of Reliance and 9% interest for a month on my money that is laying in the coffers of Anil Ambani.

                                      I hope it works otherwise it will be a waste of democracy and law and order. As for Reliance there is no hope.
