REIMBURSHMENT CLAIM

I AM PANKAJ ARORA HAVING RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE (MEDICLAIM POLICY ) NO. 1316/[protected]. MY WIFE WAS HOSPITALIZED DUE TO ACUTE PANCREATITIS... IN THIS REGARD WE ASK FOR CASHLESS CLAIM... BUT THEY DIDN'T CLEARED... AFTER THAT WE HAVE SUBMIT MY CLAIM ON 18TH FEB FOR REIMBURSMENT.. THEREAFTER ONE SURVEYOR HAS SURVEYED AT HOSPITAL AS WELL AS OUR RESIDENCE... BUT TILL DATE CASE IS PENDING AT THEIR END... NEITHER THEY ARE REPLING...

Not received the Insurance certificate from 5 months

I have paid my car Insurance amount to renew my insurance to a Reliance General Insurance Agent, whose name is Ramesh Babu on December 25th 2009.

I have not rteceived my policy yet irrespective of number of phone calls and messages from me.

This is Pathetic service from the Reliance Agent, Ramesh babu when ever he answers my call, he tells there may be a delay in courier.

I can not understand...

we have debitted the amount for Two wheeler vehicle insurance in Relinace General Insurance company on 17/12/10,but they gave only recipt of the insurance copy that is valid upto 31st march-2010.we have called up the customercare two times recently yesterday(07/04/10) and they guided & recived my mailID to send soft copy of Two wheeler vehicle insurance.till date we don't recived any copy of the same.

Car Lock Broken

My car was parked near Auto Exchange, Raipur(C.G) on 26/12/2009. Around 3:00pm a car thief broke opened the door, tried to stole away the car, luckly due to breaking up of Steering wheel lock he was unable to take away the vehical, thankfully the Hyundai service persons came, some how managed to start the car.I went to Service center filled all the details left the car. After repairing made payment and was told the cheque will come to home....

claim didn't get 1 yrs pending

Sir my reliance gernal insurance policy number [protected] in name of sumit goyal didnt get claim amount . its has been alraedy 1 yrs and the time i call them they only say that they will let me know and reliance people say talk to TPA but i didnt take policy from tpa , I can say very very poor service and sir advice me should i file case againsts them ....

Mediclaim Reimbursement

I have submitted my claim Insurance of Rs 1,16,266 on dated 09 November 2009 and also submitted relevant documents as required by Medi Assit on 09 December 2009. The reference is CNN # 4471968.
It is regret to note that till date their is no communication from any concern on my claim from Insurance company or TPA.

My claim is pending from since last 5 months due to the negligence / fault of RGICL and TPA (MediAssist).br...

Non- receipt of Cashless Card even after 5 month of policy inception

This is very sad to inform that such a renowned company like Reliance General Insurance Co Ltd service are to be termed as WORST Service ever that can be delivered by an Insurance company.

Even after 5 month of inception of policy (Relaince Health wise policy) , cashless card is awaited.

Policy No [protected].

Further, no response after numerous follow up.

In future its better...

Policy Documents not received

I renewed my policy on 5.2.2010 ([protected] ) and paid Rs.11429 through ABN AMRO bank but still now I have not received the policy documents.

I have contacted your reliance office so many times nothing is happening.

They have sent me a soft copy in that they have mentioned Period as 12.2.2010 to 11.2.2012
but in Expiry place they have mentioned as 11.2.2010 instead of 11.2.2012.br...

Rejection of Motor Claim
