Claim rejected because hospital has admitted patient in ICU

Sub :(Cancellation of claim for admitting in I.C.U)

Dear

Sir/madam,

I was admitted in Yashoda Hospital GhaziabAd U.P in november 2009 due to high deangue feaver in which my blood platelets decreases to 30000/ hospital admitted to me in ICU department for 3 days and then transferred me to common room it cost me 50000/rs .

I was admitted in Ayushman Hospital &Trauma centre,hero Honda Chowk,NH-8,Gurgoan(Haryana) on 02/02/2010 at time 1.15P.M. due to problem was diagnosised Hepatitis.I contacted to your TPA Medi Assist India Pvt.Ltd. on his toll free no.[protected] so many times but TPA has not picked my phone.

INSURANCE CLAIM SETTLEMENT

MY POLICY NO. IS [protected] FOR THE YAMAHA GLADIATOR TWO WHEELER WAS WITH YOU.I MET ACCIDENT IN SEPTEMBER 2007.MY CLAIM NO. Claim pending for settlement for more than a month after submitting all the documents.

I am having a real Nightmare dealing with Reliance general insurance. I have tried contacting multiple people with the local claims department, but to no avail, they never answer the phones. Logged complaint with the reliance customer care, was assured a resolution within 7 days, and now even after 20 days of logging the complaint, i still don't have a resolution.

Refund of Car Insurance Money

I had booked a car with Sunrise Motors in November 2008.
(Showroom : Plot No. 2, I.P. Extension, Opp. Pandav Nagar, (near Mother Dairy), New Delhi - 110 092.)

The loan was rejected hence I requested for the cancellation. Sunrise refunded the portion of money they had kept however referred me back to Reliance General Insurance to recover the part of money paid for the Car Insurance which I never bought.

As per FAQ notice no. 19 on EPFO website , in case employer not forwarding our PF withdrawl request to EPFO , we can attest forms from any gazetted officer & can send directly to EPFO. wrong information on policy about cashless

This is in reference to the motor insurance from RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE i had taken Cashless policy on dated 20.03.09 of Reliance, at the time of policy the agent has told me that this policy is cashless, but when the car was damaged and given to repair at KTL workshop in Lucknow it was told that policy is not cashless.

I have given the cheque on 12-Nov-2009 for renewal of my car policy for the 2nd year with Reliance General Insurance which was due on 16-Nov-2009.I have not received my policy till today i.e. 22-Dec-2009.I have tried to contact the agent as well as the renewing branch "n" no of times but got no response from them.I also lodged complain twice at reliance call center but no results.

I was called by Telesales Team (Ms.Prianka) for purchase of Healthwise Insurance Policy. I have mentioned all the things point wise below:
