MY POLICY NO. IS [protected] FOR THE YAMAHA GLADIATOR TWO WHEELER WAS WITH YOU.I MET ACCIDENT IN SEPTEMBER 2007.MY CLAIM NO. IS [protected].YET I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CLAIM AMOUNT OF ABOVE SAID CLAIM.I HAD ALSO LODGED COMPLAIN HAVING COMPLAIN NO. 295052.KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER BECAUSE IN YOUR SITE IT IS SHOWING SETTLED.
I HAVE WRITTEN THIS MAIL ON 18.11.2009 AND THEY REPLIED LIKE THIS

Meanwhile, we appreciate your co-operation.
BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CLAIM AMOUNT.
YESTERDAY I HAVE ALSO WROTE A MAIL TO HIM BUT I DIDNOT GET ANY REPLY THIS TIME.
SO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER.

Reliance General Insurance Two-Wheeler — No response on General Insurance Claim

To Whom So Ever It May Concern

I have been claimed for my Two-Wheeler Hero Honda Passion/2003 (RJ02-10M-2821)) which has been theft on 05/June/2008 at the Reliance ADA-Claim Branch "Okhala" Delhi but still I have not received any proper response from Reliance-ADA representative Vishal Raizada (vishal.[protected]@relianceada.com) As Mr. Vishal Raizada is not picking my phone & not giving me Response from last 25 Days .It's my humble request from reliance to proceed this case and give me a proper response because it's a legal liability of a Reputed & Big Company as Reliance ADA Group to give proper response to their customer(s).

Note: I have submitted all the formal documents for proceeding this case in the hands of Mr.Sanjeev Kumar (Chief Investigator) Reliance ADA Group.

In response to your letter repair bill dt 35000=00 of M/s. Deep Autotec Pvt. Ltd was submitted vide letter dt. 16.01.2010 and received in your office on 22.1.2010. It was also intimated that vehicle is available for re-inspection at E-11, Model Town, Delhi-9, but with no response as on date.

Again request your early needful action for early settlement of claim.

Reliance General Insurance — two wheeler

the reliance genreal insurance is chaeter who are cheting with customer, i had comprehensive insurance with reliance but when it comes for the claims they pass only 30% of the total expendiure and that amount too not creditd in my account yet after 2 months.
