From last four months i tuch with you agains't Complain No : 508850.But i can't find a satisfactory responce from your side. i attached full detailes, i request you to please go in depth.

I have a agency of General Insurance in a name of M/s Radico Khaitan
Finance Ltd. Code No – 299899 Gurgaon Branch from last two years .I
have received a letter that offer me Gold Coins issued on 30th May 2007
Ref : No – RGICL/NAYAGR00071 in a name of Mr. Kamesh Khaitan, Winner ID
Code “INV/0041/00024” 4 Nos. of 5 Grams gold coin .

I K R Patel meet Mr. Sumit Chatwal Mob. No. – [protected] (mention in
letter) in June Month .Chatwal say only Kamesh Khaitan collect . other
person can’t collect it. I tell my boss .He say I issue a athorty
letter but Mr. Chatawal, Kripa Nand Mob.[protected] & Miss. Rinki Dhaswar
Mob – [protected] all of say it is not valid .


After that I contact my sales manager Mr. Rajesh Arora Mob- [protected]
tell all the whole story. But can’t help . Present Mr . Cheaten Gupta
Sales Manager Mob.- [protected] handle our agency He say letter is expired
.

I complain in call center Complain No. – 508850 Dated 04.08.2008 .
