Dear sir,
i sanjay kumar owner of TATA 1613 vehicle no-up78T2664 have insured my vehicle from RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE CO.LTD. on 27/02/2009 to 26/02/2010 through megma finance.Due to accident off my vehicle i have launch the claim on 27/01/2010 but since i am waiting for responce from the companys.even they are not giving any satisfied responce of claim status.

Reliance General Insurance — Treating Employee

I am working for Reliance Genereal Insurance for 2.3 Years as a customer service officer. Job profile is to sell general insurance products. I am doing good business to them. Now the problem is, new branch manager came to office his name is Arun, he doesnt know about my earliest performances he is always discourage me. Now he want me Resign immediately without notice. I excuse so many time then i met Regional head(RH) regarding to transfer, he ask me to wait for 2days but very next day Mr.Arun called RH and told him that dont give tranfer to him.Now arun torchering me to resign and treating me as a accused, he saying that dont use office phone and systems. Without using that how we can do business? I want to take severe action on him.

Two employee from India's largest group have left me completely baffled. Mr Sanjeev Kumar (surveryor) and Ms Neha Saini ( claims manager) have caused my father a lot of inconvenience over a week's time, which is really surprising as it takes a lot to get him worked up. He had purchased a Chevrolet spark from regent motors delhi who alloted us with reliance insurance for the vehicle as part of the car deal. I am really irritated at the dishonest way which the aforementioned employees and the entire call center dedicated to their so-called "customer service". My father who has recently retired and being hindered by arthritis was not able to personally give his car for the necessary treatment had even arranged a pick and drop facility offered by the workshop people has even been suggested by Miss Saini that he can do better than talking to her ( a claims manager) and is being consistently compelled to write an email. I find his "customer experience" ridiculous and the company which has been hailed as India's saviors to be class-less in comparison to MNCs' who have been doing a good job.

Moral of the Story: Dont deal with reliance general insurance company, they are nothing but glorified con-artists.
